0:00 Yo, yo, I'm going to review the latest video by Rainbow Plant Life. Incredible vegan meals for lazy days. In other words, everyday vegan meals.

[video] 0:10 Today we're going to make three incredible vegan meals. They are packed with flavor, but they are perfect for lazy days because they require 10 minutes or less of active cook time. We're going to start with a sausage and greens pasta.

0:21 This is a really hearty dinner option that... Of course, the first meal is hearty. A meat replacement. Yes, because you crave meat. That's what you want.

[video] 0:32 The whole family will enjoy. We'll start this recipe by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and adding about six ounces of pasta. You want to cook the pasta just until it's al dente. And while the pasta cooks, we'll make everything else for this meal. Heat a large nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat. While it's heating up, prepare your favorite vegan sausage. I'm using Beyond Meat sausage today, but you can...

0:54 Nobody on earth would ever say that this looks appetizing. It doesn't even look like meat. It looks like some kind of disgusting slime. That's it. And of course she's using salt water because vegans crave minerals seeing as they don't get them because all of the foods they eat have anti-nutrients. This is why you crave sodium, but all that the salt will do is cause a mineral imbalance.

[video] 1:20 Crumble up with your hands, but if you're using a different variety, you might want to slice it into rounds. Horrible. I've recently made this recipe with field roast vegan sausage, and it's really good. Add the sausage to the hot pan, and you can cook it in a bit of olive oil if needed, but there should be a decent amount of fat in the sausage itself. And while the sausage is cooking, we'll make our pasta sauce. You've got fake meat, then the redness to imitate meat and blood, and then something to make it taste cheesy. Bravo!

2:01 What do you prove to everybody that you crave animal foods? It's for lazy days, for days when you don't have any energy. Of course you will crave animal foods then. And what's the obsession with cooking in olive oil? Olive oil oxidizes. Use anything but olive oil to cook.

[video] 2:22 All I see are carcinogens. Why? Oxalates, what's the point?

[video] 2:40 Because you think it's healthy.

2:43 Just eat them raw like an herbivore. That's what you are, right?

[video] 2:47 They're pretty much destroyed and gone already. Tons of sauce to completely cover it up.

2:50 You won't even taste any spinach anymore.

3:06 Pasta is just grain sludge made into funny forms for the stupid slaves. What is that?

[video] 3:15 With a little bit of red pepper flakes or black pepper or both and a little chopped parsley if you have it.

[video] 3:25 This tastes like a restaurant quality meal. It's so good. Those flavor boosters took the marinara sauce over the top. Next step, we're going to make a cauliflower white bean soup. It is creamy and comforting, yet wholesome. It's got a lot of protein and healthy fats. I'm making a half batch of this soup today, so I'm just going to use half of a large cauliflower. Oh wait, one more prep step. Peel and roughly chop up some garlic. That should take 30 seconds. And now we're just going to dump all the ingredients into the instant pot. We need two cups of vegetable broth, the cauliflower florets, the chopped garlic, one can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans, a half cup of raw cashews for some creaminess, a few sprigs of fresh thyme, a sprig of rosemary, and a bay leaf for some woodsy notes, a few tablespoons of nutritional yeast for some... Basically, you've got indigestible fiber, the cauliflower, garlic, super toxic, but of course she will cook it so that she doesn't taste, experience the toxins anymore.

4:15 Of course she wants to make it creamy with the cashews and whatnot. Yeah, of course, because you crave cream, animal fat, duh. That's what you look like. Totally deficient. and a bunch of toxic herbs, which again, you will destroy by cooking. The vegans never eat any of the stuff raw, of course. And nutritional yeast to make it cheesy.

[video] 4:39 Savory depth of flavor, and of course, some salt and pepper to season. Just scoop out the whole herb sprigs and blend the soup up. An immersion blender mix is a very easy one-pot meal that's great for cleaning up, but if you want a really silky texture in the soup, I recommend using a stand blender. Once the soup is blended up and super creamy, add in a few squeezes of lemon juice and season with a bit more salt. We're going to finish the soup with three ingredients that are going to add a lot of flavor. You absolutely proved that you want cream. That's all that I see here. When you make this soup, I actually encourage you to try it before you add these ingredients and then try it after. It really does make a huge difference. It takes a soup that is really quite good and something you'd be happy to eat into an amazing soup that will wow your family. The amount of effort that goes into this soup is like zero, and the taste is like a ten, so... That's nonsense.

5:24 It's not at all zero. You need tons of ingredients, even though this is a typical soup that you would make out of cream, which is made from milk. That's how it always has been. There's no point to give your family this toxic garbage When actually you could make it super easily without that many ingredients. You gotta buy them all, they are expensive, it's just pointless.

[video] 5:48 In terms of work ratio to reward, is that a thing?

5:52 Work to... Work reward?

[video] 5:55 Effort reward? The effort reward ratio is really, really good, and it is really healthy and freezer-friendly, so it's something you can make all winter long. For this last recipe, we're going to make miso tahini butter roasted sweet potatoes. I love this recipe because all you need to do is take your sweet potatoes, prick them, pop them whole in the oven. While they're baking, you can go for a run or watch TV, and then a few minutes before they're done, we'll make the miso tahini butter roasted sweet potatoes. We're going to start the miso tahini butter with softened vegan butter, about two and a half tablespoons, and drizzling in a tablespoon of tahini for a nutty flavor and creamy texture. Creamy, nutty, buttery. A white miso paste for that intense umami flavor. And for a bright, summery citrus pop of flavor, zest about half of a lime. And then we'll cut the lime in half and add that to the juice.

6:36 Oh my god, absolutely delusional.

[video] 6:38 Hello, this is another meat replacement meal. You again want

7:05 to get energy from animal fat, you look absolutely wrinkled, prematurely aged. You need tons of actual animal fat, snap out of your delusion, eat what your body craves. Obviously your body is not asking you for ground up cashews and all of this garbage vegan butter. You choose to buy vegan butter because you're part of a religion which forbids you to eat your natural diet which all of your senses are telling you to eat.

[video] 7:35 meal prep and store them covered in the fridge for a few days. Then when it's time to eat, just reheat the potatoes and add the miso tahini batter. And to give these a little protein, we're going to spoon a few handfuls of chickpeas on top, or you can really use any plant protein you like, such as lentils or tofu. And for some extra flavor, zest a little more lime on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds which are going to complement the flavors from the tahini and the sesame oil, and add a sprinkling of fresh cilantro leaves.

8:01 This is so pathetic.

[video] 8:06 These sweet potatoes are so comforting and flavor packed. And best of all, it took like five active minutes of cooking. For more really quick and really easy vegan meals, stay tuned for this video, five ingredient meals that actually taste good.

8:18 All right, there's no way on earth that it would take five minutes to make the last meal. Considering how many ingredients you need, and especially if you start doing this for the first time, everybody knows That when you go vegan, you spend all of the time preparing foods until you are that exhausted that you start ordering foods online, eat all kinds of processed garbage, meat, so-called, and all of that stuff. That's really what veganism is about.

8:51 Nobody sits there in the kitchen and makes it this perfectly, because for one thing, when you're vegan, your mindset is, eat, eat, eat, I want meat, right? That's why... Meat comes from the words me, eat. Because humans always used to eat meat. It's absolute common sense. That's how easy it is. That's what all of you want. But anyway, that's why you don't spend the time in the kitchen and prepare it perfectly, blah, blah, blah. You see something, you put something on top and you quickly eat it because all that you want is something meaty, hearty, and of course something creamy, as in something that reminds you of animal fat. Nobody puts some leaves on top and sesame seeds and whatnot. This is just absolute acting garbage. It's a show for YouTube. It's not reality. This is not a real vegan life. None of the people who watch this are going to make it like that.

9:48 All that they are looking for are meat and fat replacements. That's what this is about. You're promoting malnutrition. Bravo. Plants don't have over 15 nutrients. Yeah. Really? You didn't know that? Oh. Look into it. Thanks for watching.
