0:00 What's up, guys? As requested, I'm going to review the latest video by Dylan McKnight. It's called, I'm an average looking guy that tried looks maxing.

[video] 0:09 What you're looking at right now is the ugliest I have ever been. I went through some depression recently that really caused a lack of self-care in my life. But I'm done feeling sorry for myself. For the next 30 days, I will be strictly following the male model protocol. And at the end of the 30 days, I will be showing my results. I do not even feel like the same human being anymore. I view myself as a very average looking guy. And I'm not doing that thing where I make a video on social media hoping to get some validation from you guys telling me that, oh, no, don't worry, you really are good looking. i'm not fishing for compliments my experience thus far in life has been that i'm an average looking dude and that's all and as of currently i wouldn't even call myself average i'm breaking out bad mainly from poor diet i do have to say respect for showing yourself like this online not a lot of people would have the guts to do that voices and as a reflection of a poor diet my face is always super bloated buzzing off my hair recently has exposed my receding hair

1:00 He didn't even look so bad in the previous video that I reviewed where he was struggling with his depression, which is clearly still a problem. Obviously, you won't fix it if you don't change your habits.

[video] 1:12 Hairline and my facial hair is out of control. Due to my unfortunate sleep schedule, I'm awake through most of the night and I sleep through a lot of the day, which has evidently left me with eye bags. This also means I hardly ever see the sun, which has come with a multitude of problems. The most obvious being an extremely pale complexion.

1:32 Yes, that's obvious and you're also not getting enough vitamin D, which is one of the major causes of depression.

[video] 1:37 I have to get as attractive as I possibly can in the next 30 days, which means I'm gonna need as much help as I can possibly get.

1:45 At least he's not saying that he needs to hit the gym more to become more attractive. At least he understands that the face is what makes you attractive.

[video] 1:53 Only thing I could think of, and I reached out to my friend, Shami, who just so happens to be famous on TikTok for looks improvement. Shami was a G. He got back to me super quick, and he actually hooked me up with free access to his facial gains ebook. You guys, I'm looking through this ebook that Shami just sent me. I ordered everything on a Friday, so unfortunately, I had to wait a little longer for shipping. While I waited for my stuff to come, I started tanning. I cleaned up.

2:13 Was that sunscreen? You do understand that you don't tan basically at all if you use that. It really destroys the whole purpose of tanning. You don't even get any vitamin D then. Really stupid. If that was sunscreen, maybe I'm wrong.

[video] 2:26 My diet and I lowered my calories to start losing body fat.

[video] 2:35 I've lost nearly 10 pounds in just over a week, which is honestly pretty concerning because whenever you lose weight that fast, it's pretty much guaranteed that you've lost muscle. In my case, however, luckily, I think most of that weight you should lose some muscle that would actually be good for you then you wouldn't be as depressed biochemically it's probably just water weight like no kidding probably seven to eight pounds of it just because my diet previously was so bad that i was holding on to so much water okay so good news the last of the packages finally came today and the bad news is that we're already two and a half weeks into this challenge and i haven't even got to use the stuff that i ordered Okay, so everything is here right now. I'm pretty eager to just open everything up and actually start looks maxing finally. But before we do that, we have officially reached the halfway point in this challenge, so I wanna do kind of like a progress update. Even though the only thing I've done so far is lose weight and tan, the difference is already drastic.

[video] 3:32 My face appears a lot less bloated, fat loss has made my jawline more pronounced, and my skin is already a bit more clear. But now that we have everything here for the remaining two and a half weeks of this challenge, here's exactly what I'm gonna do. As soon as I get out of bed, I immediately start my day by taking my supplements.

3:46 definitely going to be taking a multivitamin i guess you could just call that your there's no point in taking multivitamins it's actually worse for you than not taking them seeing as they are full of synthetic ingredients and your body simply sees that as toxins which really just messes you up biochemically even more your body spends more time trying to get these toxins out of the body which it could be using to actually heal you from the acne for example you will just actually get more acne from it basically

[video] 4:13 An actual so-called natural multivitamin that you can take is raw liver. It's the most nutritious food on earth.

4:19 Yeah, but these are just plant pigments which will essentially get stuck inside of your body. That's not a natural way to change your skin tone.

[video] 4:41 Think of it as a tan. You can find a lot of this stuff inside carrots, hence the name carotene.

4:46 Yes, and the carrots that we eat nowadays are man-made, they don't exist in nature. Natural carrots are incredibly bitter and you can actually die from eating them. That alone should tell you that you shouldn't be taking the extracted pigments from these toxic plants, right? It makes sense.

[video] 5:02 You ever heard as a little kid people saying, if you eat a ton of carrots, your skin's gonna turn orange. It's true to a degree. And let's not forget finasteride. Finasteride, it's a full-blown pharmaceutical drug, so it's a little bit different.

5:15 Finasteride is for sure going to help with hair loss, no doubt about it. It's the best treatment out there, and that's because it's going to turn you more into a woman. It's going to block DHT. Women don't have hair loss because they don't have this genetic problem. The problem is that it's going to block the DHT in your whole body. If you do that, a lot of problems are going to occur, including infertility, you can become impotent, and if you don't want to have children in your life, you don't care about being more feminine, maybe yes, then you can take finasteride, but if you ever want to have children, It's a big problem because boys can end up having small genitals, let's just say, because of finasteride. This has actually been studied. So if you don't want to ruin the life of your future son, then really reconsider taking finasteride.

[video] 6:09 The goal to get your hands on this. However, it's a DHT blocker. DHT is the hormone responsible for hair loss.

6:17 Basically, this is just... It's not that simple, but yes, DHT is the main factor from what we understand so far. There's also been talks about DHT possibly helping with detox, which is why the hairs fall out, seeing as testosterone itself is an antioxidant, which a lot of people don't know about. So the exact science behind why DHT does that isn't completely understood.

[video] 6:40 I'm going to keep the hair on my head and possibly grow it back. After that, I make sure to get 15 to 20 minutes of direct sunlight a day. I try to get direct exposure from the sun every day. How long just kind of depends on the UV rays.

6:54 I really don't get it. He still looks pretty pale. I'm pretty sure that he's applying some kind of sunscreen sunblock, which... really ruins the whole purpose why do you go into the sun you want to get tan and produce vitamin d but you don't get any of that if you apply chemicals on your body which are supposed to block the sun you go into the sun but then you block the sun sorry sometimes yeah it's kind of difficult just because there tends to be lots of cloud cover where i live but i try my best

[video] 7:24 Following that, I shower, where I use a shampoo and conditioner that contain hair regrowth properties. I also make sure to use only cold water on my head. This improves blood circulation in the scalp. After my shower, I apply a moisturizer to my face and lips to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day. I also make sure to do a last-minute check for any areas of the... You should just apply some raw fat.

7:40 Simply get some raw beef fat. Actually, if you want to use sunblock, if you're in the sun for too long, then you can use that. It doesn't apply in your case, but if you want your body to be moisturized, your lips especially, then... Raw beef fat, for example, is ideal.

[video] 7:55 Yes, that's because in nature we would chew our food, we eat raw meat in nature, and actually that thing kind of resembles

[video] 8:17 raw meat funnily enough and most guys are literally walking around with non-existent master muscles i eat four to five very clean meals throughout the day that are clean meals i don't know what that is are those potatoes maybe with some kind of meat i hope that's meat and what is that cabbage some kind of vegetable not only healthy but i enjoy a good diet is one that meets nutritional requirements

8:43 But you don't really meet any nutritional requirements there, if that is what I think it is. Maybe if the meat isn't super overcooked, you do get something out of it.

[video] 8:52 But isn't painstakingly hard to abide by. I'll then typically take another shower or I'll just wash my face. And then after that, I'll begin my nightly routine. Derma rolling is the process of poking tiny holes in the scalp in an effort to re-stimulate inactive hair follicles.

9:04 That looks painful. The way this works is that you damage your skin. And because of that, it's supposed to send more nutrients, blood to those spots, which is then supposed to help hair grow back again, ideally, but most people say that it doesn't help.

[video] 9:23 After derma rolling, I apply numerous essential oils to my head. When your head smells like a Chinese massage parlor, that's when you know you did it right. I just put like four different oils on, and when I was putting the peppermint one on, that one felt like the little tiny fire ants were biting my scalp. Beauty is pain, I guess. This is that purple toothpaste I'm sure you've seen all over TikTok. If you haven't seen it, you are definitely living under a rock. This is my first time trying it, so we're gonna see if it does anything. They say that you gotta use it for at least a week to see results. However, the exception is that my teeth are completely natty.

9:51 It's clear that he's trying to regrow hair, which he lost because of his genetics. The best possible chemical you could use in this case would be minoxidil, but I wouldn't recommend it because it's a very strong poison. It can cause a lot of problems with your heart. You're going to get dark eye circles, under eye bags. Around 50% of people who use it report this.

[video] 10:11 Never used a lightener, nothing. So we're going to see if it does something. We're going to take my teeth's virginity. Because purple is the complementary color of yellow, this toothpaste works in a way to conceal the yellow staining of the teeth.

10:22 Oh, that's interesting. I've never heard of this. Teeth are supposed to have a yellow tint to them. They're not supposed to be very yellow, obviously. They kind of look more normal now, I would say.

[video] 10:34 Okay, so last week of this Luxemaxing challenge, and it's just kind of funny because I feel like Doing this, it's just forced me to be a lot more critical about my appearance, specifically my face. Like, just yesterday, okay, I woke up, I looked in the mirror, and I just immediately realized how bad my eyes looked. Just the dark circles, you know, the eye bags. They're just something I've always had naturally, and yeah, you're not going

10:54 You can't have them naturally if you already had them as a child and it's because your gut was damaged by grains, vegetables, for example, some kind of drugs, antibiotics, but babies are not born like this. Sure, some are born with four arms and four legs, it could happen, but 99.99% of the time it comes later on. You simply don't even remember how you look like as a very young child, as a baby specifically, which is why you believe that it's genetic. Actually, your parents are usually at fault.

[video] 11:28 Unfortunately, this is what my eyes typically look like in the morning. I trustingly applied the serum from this device onto my face. It could have been horse juice for all I knew. Actually, insane results. Again, this song, I don't know what it is, but he also used it in the last video, must be his favorite song.

12:10 Yeah, but he looks a lot worse because of that haircut, come on, seriously. I really gotta say it's the hair that makes him look better, just because it's a little bit longer.

[video] 12:23 It's the hair, the acne and his face is shining because he probably applied those oils to the face or whatever. That's about it really.

[video] 12:39 So yeah, that's what I achieved in just over a month. I think my jawline is definitely more pronounced. My skin cleared up a lot. One of the biggest difference I think I noticed was my hair. My hair just feels so much healthier, thicker. Like it feels almost coarse. Like if I make sense, if you were to pet a horse, it just feels like a lot thicker, but in a good way, of course. It's definitely a little too early in the process to say that my hair is actually growing back, but I think my hairline is a lot stronger. And not only that, I've noticed some little baby hairs actually starting to sprout. Aside from that, obviously the tan, my complexion, this looks a lot better, a lot just healthier, like I've actually seen the sun for once. And I think the beta carotene that I was taking, I've noticed my toes and my fingers are actually quite orange, so maybe I'll dial it back on that, but it's definitely helped my skin. Some regrets or things that I wish I would have done differently. I wish I would have had a proper skin routine, because although my diet was mainly responsible for clearing up my skin, and it did in fact do a pretty good job, I think if I would have actually implemented a proper skin routine, I would have seen a lot better results.

13:31 Pus is formed inside of the body, it leaves through the skin. It's a form of detoxification. Changing your skincare routine wouldn't affect your acne.

[video] 13:41 And I can't really explain you guys how much more confident I feel just in my own skin I'm gonna end the video right here.

13:50 Thank you so much for watching He seemed different in this video compared to the last one where he was taking ice baths and He just seemed a lot more full of himself now. He seemed a bit more down to earth still Pretty depressed, but maybe not as bad as in the last video. I would recommend him to start eating raw meat, raw fat, which I'm pretty sure I said in the last video already because of his depression. Stop working out at least as much as he does. Go maybe twice a week if you really want to for whatever reason. Ideally, of course, you would stop, you would feel a million times better. You don't need to work out ever in your life again. You already achieved the physique that you want to. You would hardly even lose muscle if you would start eating raw meat, especially raw liver. Grow out your hair, stop eating all the garbage, then you won't get acne anymore. I guess that he understood that already.

14:47 Don't use too many chemicals, weird oils on your body because all of them go inside of your body through the skin. It's just going to cause more biochemical problems and you already have enough of those. Thanks for watching.
