0:00 Hey, what's up guys? I'm going to be reviewing a video called I'm 44, if you're in your 20s, watch this.
[video] 0:07 At the time of doing this video, I'm 44 years old, and if I could go back and talk to my 20-year-old self and give him some advice, here's what I would say. Number one, you will see a massive divide between the people who took care of their bodies and those who didn't.
0:21 That's pretty true, most likely, although he's also not taking care of his body, as we established in a video that I made about him not long ago.
[video] 0:32 Eight hours of sleep and taking a nice 30-minute walk in nature is going to help you better than any health guru on the planet.
0:39 Eight hours of sleep. Sleep as long as you need to sleep. That's hopefully what he means. And a walk in nature will always be good. Sure.
[video] 0:47 Sleep is simply your body regenerating, healing, repairing itself.
1:09 You dream, that's also great. It's just naturally part of your life, but it should be clearly understood that the more you sleep, the more damage you're doing to yourself. Which would be you working out, eating a bad diet, anything which will in any way damage your body. Bodybuilders sleep 10 to 12 hours a day because of this.
1:51 Yes, I think that I know what he's going to say. A lot of people on my videos also comment about their parents and how they wish they had different parents or something along those lines. Not that they don't like their parents as such, but that the parents malnourished them, made them do sports and all of this. But what can they do? They were brainwashed just like everybody is brainwashed.
[video] 2:17 Things that you could do, at least for your own mental peace, is to forgive them, to avoid resentment, and to understand that they didn't have the tools that you have right now. Number five. Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant.
2:30 Antidepressant. Exercise completely makes you depressed? What are you talking about? That's been biochemically proven. He's very likely talking about the endorphins, which are released after you work out. And that's simply because your body believes that it escaped torture, because the reason you would run, for example, in nature would be only because you're running away from some animal, which would 99% of the time not work out, seeing as humans are very slow compared to most animals. Your body would then reward you, so to speak, because you got out of the situation, you actually survived. But it doesn't make you happy, obviously. Overall, it makes you even more depressed. That's horrible advice. Food is the most widely abused drug.
[video] 3:30 And food is the most abused drug. Number six. What you measure is what you manage. If you want to get better at anything, you must track it. Number seven. Any list that says that you should be doing X things by 30 years old are f***ing bullshit. you have your own timing when it comes to this life you must honor it i agree you should just do whatever you want to do whenever you want to do it number 13 the less you give about what other people think the more peaceful you are going to be
4:05 Yes, technically true, although easier said than done.
[video] 4:08 Your brain is a piece of software. You upgrade it by reading amazing books, doing courses, learning new skills, crushing new challenges, and choosing the people you surround yourself with. Number 15. Your body is a piece of hardware that you upgrade through cardio, stretching, and lifting.
4:22 How do you upgrade it by adapting your body to lift more metal?
4:28 Where is the upgrade by definition?
[video] 4:31 Number 16, create a habit of always paying off your credit card at the end of each month. One of the quickest ways to create financial frustration is to always be mired in consumer debt. Number 17, create a habit of saving at least 10% of what you earn. And this is regardless of how much debt that you have. And the reason I say this is because the more money that you're able to see in your bank, the more secure you're going to feel.
4:49 This is more so advice for Americans. Pretty much nobody outside of the US has actual credit cards. We call it credit cards in Europe, but it's actually just debit cards.
[video] 5:02 Number 18, make sure you learn how to invest so you can understand how to turn your dollars into more dollars. Number 19, make it a habit of spending quality time away from your phone every single day. A great life is lived outside, not in front of a screen. That's good advice. Number 20, learn how to be bored. The ability to be bored without having to distract yourself is a superpower in modern society. Number 21, write a vision out for your life and then break that vision down into three-year goals and then break those three-year goals down into one-year goals. And then afterwards, you want to take those one-year goals and then break them down.
5:42 Horrible advice. You should never think about the future or the past. You should live in the moment, which just like before, is easier said than done because of how severely brainwashed we are, because of how biochemically sick we are. We are confronted by photos, cameras, which don't exist in nature, looking at the past, which should not be possible naturally, or imagining the future simply because The media and the school talks about it as if it's something that should matter. In nature, human beings don't even know what the past and the future is. They always live in the moment. They simply want to get food. When they are hungry, they hunt. They reproduce and do some other stuff, which I'm not gonna say on YouTube. It's just a natural life. It's what you naturally do. And that's what makes you happy. That's it. You don't need anything else. Which is why this advice is horrible, because...
6:40 If you're gonna create a plan for your life and have goals, and if they don't work out especially, but even if they do, then you're gonna be focused on the future. You're never gonna live in the moment. And this can only make you miserable.
[video] 6:55 Into quarterly projects, which will then turn into monthly tasks. And then these are the tasks that you're gonna be lining up your week with. This is the formula to turning your vision into an actual reality. Number 22.
7:10 Bad, because any of these visions must be man-made, such as buying a car, creating a house, whatever, getting money which doesn't exist. You're never going to be even remotely happy by achieving any of that, because it's unnatural. Something unnatural cannot make you happy.
[video] 7:37 Number 26. If you are feeling uncomfortable, it actually means that you're growing. Instead of trying to resist it, invite it and understand that feeling this is a path to a better version of yourself.
7:48 How do you grow exactly by feeling uncomfortable? If you're uncomfortable, no matter what the situation is, then you need to get out of that situation right away. Because it means that it's damaging you in some way, even if it's in a very slight way.
8:08 You could say that you would be growing in the sense that you're aging because you're stressed. If you're not comfortable, then you're stressed. And if you're stressed, your body is aging faster. That's how it is with exercise. You hate it. It's uncomfortable. You want it to stop, but your brain wants to do it. And you age your body more and more. You grow it. You release growth hormones and you age it. Number 27.
[video] 8:35 The foods you eat affect your gut. And your gut affects your brain. If you want your brain to work. This was the best one by far.
8:44 Better than you have to improve the quality of the foods that you put into your body. Exactly. All of these feel-good hormones, which even he probably talks about, come from the gut. They simply travel to your brain. Gut health is pretty much the most important so-called health of your body.
9:09 If your gut is unhealthy, you will be miserable. There's not even a way around it. Number 28.
[video] 9:15 The things you want are on the other side of facing your fears. A good life was never a comfortable life.
9:23 Number 29. A good life was never a comfortable life. Again, it's the same as before. It's just so wrong. Only a comfortable life can be a good life. There cannot possibly be an uncomfortable life, which is good. Imagine that. Sitting on a couch, which is full of needles always. You would hate that kind of a life. Having to run. a few kilometers every day because somebody's whipping you, because somebody is somehow forcing you to do it again. Super terrible life. There just isn't one example of an uncomfortable life which can be good. There's just nothing in general which is uncomfortable, which is in any way good for a human being or any animal. It's so horrible. But the last one was good about the gut.
[video] 10:12 Worrying is wasted energy. You will never make a problem better by just the sheer amount of worry.
10:20 Worrying is natural. Maybe not to the extent that most people do it today, but... Of course, naturally, if your husband is supposed to come back from his hunt, doesn't come back in time, then you worry about it, because your body is expressing worry, suffering, potential suffering, because he may not return, which would mean your loved one is gone, there's no food, malnutrition, hunger for your family, so you're worried about it, you're expressing the worry. In that sense, it's completely normal. If you're worried about you getting a bad grade at your exam, then you're a brainwashed slave, yeah. Come on, then I can only laugh at you.
[video] 11:16 Number 30. A goal is simply a destination and the steps to attain it are going to be your GPS. Do not put more focus on the goal as opposed to the actual steps that's gonna take you there to get to the destination. 31, sleep is more important than food. You can go a week.
11:34 No, I don't agree, of course. And both are super important. Let's see what else he says.
[video] 11:40 Without food and even lose a little bit of weight. But if you go a couple days without sleep, you become the absolute worst version of yourself.
11:50 Yeah, I suppose if you define it that way, you could say that it's tricky because if you eat vegetables and rice, as your diet and you get enough sleep, then you're still gonna be super messed up. Then again, if you eat raw meat and organs, if you don't sleep, you're also gonna be messed up, but not as quickly, I would say. Whatever. Both are super important, obviously. And you're gonna sleep a lot less if you eat raw meat and organs. Wouldn't that make food more important? Number 32.
[video] 12:29 Get your body to a level where food and pharmaceutical companies cannot profit off of you. Number 33, choosing who you're going to partner with in this life is going to be the most important decision that you make. Avoid making the choice based on looks alone. They have...
12:46 Now, of course, you should choose your so-called partner because of the looks for the most part. If you're not gonna choose a good-looking mate, which isn't even an option for a lot of people, then sooner or later you're gonna be unhappy with your mate. You need a good mating so-called partner for reproduction. Looks are the most important, everything else is superficial. If you don't want to be superficial, then you need to choose somebody for looks in the first place, how attractive they are. It's the least superficial thing you can do. Everything else is nonsense and isn't gonna last. to fit your personality and values.
[video] 13:34 No, super wrong. Number 34, when you're younger, you live in the cities for more opportunities and a better network. And when you get older, you want to live in small towns, especially if you have a family for more peace of mind.
13:46 If you live in a small town, I really recommend never moving away. Just stay there.
[video] 13:51 And just more tranquil settings. Number 35, life is way too short to not live in the place that suits your personality. Number 36, make sure that you choose your habits and your vices wisely because the older that you get, the harder it is to break a habit. Number 37, cut off all energy and happiness vampires from your life. They will do nothing but drain you and you have to be ruthless about the people that you spend the most time around. Number 38.
14:17 It's pretty good advice.
[video] 14:20 Yeah. Make sure that you get married and have kids on your own timeline and not anyone else's.
14:26 Again, super horrible advice. You should have children at the same time when any animal does, which is when you're naturally supposed to biologically.
[video] 14:38 Number 39, live life according to your rules, not your parents, not the people around you, and not some random dude off of the internet. Number 40, don't take anything that I said at face level. Test them out on your own, in your own life. Everyone is going to be different. And if they work for you, awesome. If they don't, then you can disregard them and get rid of them. When I was in my 20s, I thought life would be worse when I got to my 40s. What I realized is that age is largely a factor of how you perceive it. Now I'm 44 years old and I feel much better than I did in my 20s. And each year keeps on getting better and better.
15:14 That's good to hear. Yeah. He also seems to live in a lovely place.
[video] 15:19 If you are watching this and you're feeling a little bit lost, I hope this video pointed you in the right direction. I had a lot of fun doing it and I'll see you on the next one.
15:26 Take care. The best way I can sum up this video is that it was 30% useless, meaningless advice. 30%
15:40 Sort of good advice. Some of the points are pretty all right. And then 40% garbage. Yep. Of course, this is a guy who grew up as a slave, just like all of us do. He has no idea about what the man should actually be doing in his life. I assume that this video was aimed at men for the most part.
16:04 He talks about money, which doesn't exist. Some stupid goals. which are probably mostly about having a career, some kind of job, just nonsense, studying, whatever, just fuck off, who cares about any of that, only slaves, it's all meaningless.
16:25 What he should be talking about is only what humans naturally need to be happy and healthy, which is
16:37 Healthy food, raw meat, animal organs, blood, raw fat, some fruits if you want something sweet, whatever. But that should be the base of your diet. That's what's gonna make you happy and healthy. It's number one. This is what your life should be based on. That's what you need to focus on. How to get the best food. Number two is, as I said, have children as soon as possible. And if you eat naturally, then you will want children also right away. Reproduction, children, family, incredibly important. And then other stuff, which I'm not going to say on YouTube, which a man would be doing in nature. I think that you probably know what I'm talking about. Actually being a true man.
17:28 That's what's gonna make you happy. This is really the only thing that you should be striving for. All of these points about blah blah blah, do this and then focus on the future, make these plans, these points with your man-made letter, some stupid man-made paper. At the end of the day, irrelevant, not gonna do anything good, if anything is gonna make you more miserable. Snap out of it. Stop being a slave. Focus on nature. Do what you're naturally supposed to do. It's the only thing that can make you happy and healthy. That's it. It's simple. Thanks for watching.
