0:00 Good morning. I've been eating raw food for over five years now. Not only does this obviously prove that we don't need cooked food to survive, I hope that that's needless to say, because no animal in nature does, and believe it or not, biologically, we are animals, and this will never change, which means that the laws of nature will always apply to us. But I and many other people have also proven that we get healthier by eating our natural diet. Surprise, surprise, the food in its natural state. I will show you what I eat in a day nowadays.

2:20 I'm going to eat half a melon, because it's so warm and humid right now. In winter, I sometimes don't eat any fruit at all, so it always just depends on the climate. This is John, a subscriber of mine. How long have you been eating raw meat, and how do you feel from it?

[video] 2:37 A couple years, I feel great. More energy, more muscle, better everything, yeah.

2:43 You ate around 80% raw?

[video] 2:45 Yeah, and then some fruit too, yeah, when it's hot out.

2:50 He has his own mango tree and coconut also. After this we're gonna go to Seed to Table which is one of the coolest stores maybe on earth. Just because of their policies and also just the store itself is actually really cool. Maybe you have heard about it in the news.

3:11 Didn't you used to work there or something?

[video] 3:13 I used to work at their other store. food and thought. All right. Yeah, basically the same thing, yeah. Yeah, three of them, yeah.

3:19 The reason I eat melons, if any kind of fruit, is because the fiber is way easier on the gut. Generally, I try to not eat any fiber at all. The only fiber that I do eat is from fruit.

3:32 Same here, yeah.

3:35 How is your digestion compared to how it used to be when you used to eat grains and whatnot? Way better. Right.

[video] 3:43 No more problems, yeah.

3:47 Back when you used to eat a sort of plant-based diet, what health issues did you used to have?

[video] 3:52 I was a little underweight. I was constipated all the time.

4:13 Could you open some rock plans here, please? We don't open them. Somebody said somebody called Steve here can do it. No, Steve can't do it. Okay, I'll take the sound of the skeleton. From here? No, not here. To go home? Yeah.

[video] 4:38 Being filmed.

4:40 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just filming for YouTube. My name's Jack. Alright.

4:47 Thank you. Alright, enjoy! Yeah, the ground beef. We have two pounds, so how much is this? I take two more, just to be safe. I met two subscribers at this store, coincidentally, by the way. Everybody comes here. It's the place to be. It's not even so much a store. It's a meeting point. in a party place.

[video] 5:42 Yeah!

[video] 6:20 just from all the double signs that I'm seeing. Like, I mean, you ever get like a feeling like there's, you'll be for one.

6:28 Nine eggs.

6:32 Ugh. Yeah. Come, John. Let's have a lovely American meal.

[video] 6:44 So what do we eat? Lovely is a British word. I guess.

6:49 You also want liver? Looks good.

[video] 7:02 Good? Yeah, it's nice. Which one's better, Panorama or this one?

7:11 I like this earthy taste, which I like, which always indicates that the liver is really good.

[video] 7:19 It's local grass-fed. There you go.

7:22 There you go.

[video] 7:23 It's one of two farms in the state of Florida that they, we process the meat on the farm. The animals don't leave the farm for processing. Oh, cool. Yeah, it's very good. It's Circle C Farm, and they're raised not far from here. Yeah, it's good, yeah. I've only ever had it cooked. I've never tried it raw.

7:46 You've never tried it raw?

[video] 7:47 Not pure raw, no.

7:49 Maybe the first time today?

[video] 7:51 Maybe I'll try a little piece purely raw.

7:55 Everybody says that cooked liver doesn't taste so good compared to raw. I hear they make sashimi out of it in Japan. Yeah, totally.

8:06 Don't they eat horse liver or something like that?

[video] 8:09 Yeah, yeah.

8:10 They have all kinds of interesting stuff in Japan. Yeah. Way more into the raw than anywhere else.

[video] 8:15 Yeah, for sure.

8:19 Yet people think that they live longer because they eat some rice or something stupid, even though it's obviously the raw animals.

[video] 8:25 Our teeth are more for biting than chewing anyway. That's how they say it. True words.

[video] 8:34 Wow. Wow. Do you see what you mean about earthy? Yeah, right. When you breathe out your nose?

[video] 8:47 Yeah, you can smell it. You can taste the grass. It's perfect because I'm just finishing my menstrual cycle, so it's appealing. Super craving steak and liver. Yeah, totally.

8:59 Replenish yourself.

[video] 9:01 I'd like to say hi to him.

9:03 Yeah, totally. I was saying to your mom. If you want to say anything.

[video] 9:07 Hi.

9:08 Do you like meat?

[video] 9:10 A little bit. Actually, I like a lot of steak, though.

9:13 Yeah, right.

[video] 9:14 It's one thing.

9:15 Whatever.

[video] 9:16 Steak, hot dogs, a little bit of bacon, a little bit of egg.

[video] 9:36 april fools all right we got him see it's funny because you couldn't figure it out before so it was perfectly reasonable

9:58 We just got back at 12 a.m. We were visiting a subscriber family. I stuffed myself with liver, scallops and butter. I'll end this video by mentioning some comments which I've gotten over the years, especially on the videos where I eat rotten, fermented kinds of foods. For example, when I ate rotten eggs, people were saying that my breath probably smells, which is Very funny, of course, when you understand how ignorant that comment is, seeing as a bad breath. is caused by indigestion, which is impossible to get when you eat your natural diet. It's actually generally impossible to smell bad in any way at all if you eat your natural diet. Why would you smell bad? It doesn't even make any sense at all.

10:52 And of course also an overconsumption of carbohydrates, especially processed ones, is what's going to cause it. It's just not an issue at all. Then of course also people have said that when I ate fermented liver for example, they imagine how bad the gas would be, even though I haven't farted in over 5 years now. And people just don't understand this because they smell all of the time and when they see somebody eating something natural, they automatically assume that because they fart all day long that Well, of course, this guy will too, because that's normal, right? Well, I smell all of the time, so everybody else does too.

11:43 No, some people are actually healthy, have a healthy digestive tract and they don't produce gas, because the food that they eat is actually digested. So that's another ignorant thing and generally I've gotten so many compliments about my smell and for example the way my sweat smells that I know of course I can smell it myself also obviously, but I know also from other people that as far as my smell goes, that's not only not a problem, it's actually very attractive.

12:32 Alright guys, thank you for watching and thank you for all of the support also over the years.
