0:00 Hey everybody, I'm going to review at the end of Family Eatsna Day a vegan breastfeeding mom.
[video] 0:18 Today's the last day in this little house and so I really wanted to document it and we're going to show you what I eat today and how I nourish my body in this special postpartum time Ando would like to be here as well but him and Willow are up working on the van at the moment
[video] 0:44 So for brekkie this morning we had some water on an empty stomach and then we had some hot chocolates I feel really good. I love chocolate so much. So I feel really good having hot chocolate I feel like it nourishes my soul
[video] 1:05 And then we had some avo on sourdough with tomato. And I've been smashing the avos in pregnancy and in postpartum. I think it has something to do with when you chop an avo in half the seed looks like a pregnant belly. And I just feel like they're really good for my body and for the baby. And yeah, we go through heaps in a week.
1:39 The reason you want the avocados is because you crave fat animal fat actually But because vegans don't eat any animals your religion forbids it you eat avocados Maybe nuts, nut butters and all of that stuff which is mostly polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils It's not fat. It's not what your body wants. Animal fat has fat-soluble vitamins, which you definitely need, especially to breastfeed your child. ADK2, you're not getting that from avocados or anything plant-based. Also, she puts the baby in front of the camera, which is okay. For her, that's her thing. But Ellen Fisher, Jinty, Fel, and all of those YouTubers, which I think she's inspired by, also do that, and they... use the children for money. Not saying that she does, but the child has no idea what's going on.
[video] 2:37 We made a dal, we had like a big meal for lunch. I love to eat it with cocoa, we didn't have any today, and cocoa minnows, and lettuce. And yeah, that was really good.
2:56 Coconut cream.
3:02 Just to point it out, no vegan just goes to the shop and buys coconut cream because they just want coconut cream. No, they crave actual cream from dairy. They want the milky creamy cream. That's why they make their food creamy. It's a mental illness. You don't simply buy it. You don't want coconut cream.
3:38 This is an incredibly typical meat replacement meal. The texture that they want, the colors that they add, the redness. Our senses see red as food because of meat and blood. This is why vegans use so many red and orange vegetables.
4:03 I'm assuming that the child is also vegan.
[video] 4:13 I've been eating a lot feeling really hungry and so yeah just go with it I just eat intuitively I eat when I'm hungry I eat till I'm full I eat what I feel like I don't restrict anything I just don't eat any animal products they don't make me feel good that makes no sense you don't eat intuitively whatsoever if you don't eat animal products and how do they not make you feel good
4:43 All pregnant women, even the vegan women, later admit that during pregnancy and afterwards they craved animal foods more than anything. A lot of vegans actually collapse and stop veganism, the women, when they get pregnant. And even if they can pull through the pregnancy, then afterwards it's as if they're dying because they're breastfeeding. And of course it seems like she has some fat still. I don't know how she used to look like. I don't know how long she's been vegan. The baby is probably getting quite some fat and what it needs for now. But she will run out. This is just the beginning.
[video] 5:25 and yeah that's about it for dinner we had like a potato salad it's pretty simple we usually have cashew cream but again we didn't have any cashews so and i just whipped up a little dressing with like tahini she loved her little brother she used to love on him when he was in my belly
5:49 I don't feel like it's right to film it, especially so close. The baby has no idea what's going on, but okay, I guess so.
[video] 5:57 Hey guys, welcome back to our channel. Hope you guys see our vlog and see what mommy eats today. I love you so much and daddy's just making dinner and i'm having a real cracker snack and well for dinner and daddy's making dinner and he's actually going daddy hi
6:39 Of course the kids trust their parents. Feeding them this phytic acid rich so-called food, it's just junk, is of course irresponsible. It is child abuse, they wouldn't call it that. Most people do this kind of stuff, it's not a vegan thing. But vegans don't even have the option to feed their children anything nutritious. Feeding them bread, cookies and whatnot is very common among vegans. And it is going to destroy the gut. She also ate some bread, tons of anti-nutrients, empty carbs. There's no nutrients whatsoever. It's just pointless to eat that. Potatoes again, the avocado again, craving fat. It's just a craving for nutrients all day long and you're not getting them.
[video] 7:27 I love you so much.
7:33 Alright, this is obviously not going to last. She doesn't get over 50 nutrients from eating this way. She's overloading her body with anti-nutrients, which is going to destroy the digestive system. This leads to the typical problems, which result in vegans quitting veganism, because of course they may say that it's about the animals, blah blah blah, but in the end, when your health suffers, and it has to, because it's malnutrition, then you will realize what's going on and then you will quit. Now that she's breastfeeding, she's using up all of her stored animal nutrients, which is what the baby is getting. It's getting animal milk. It's obviously not vegan. I don't know how long the other kid was breastfed. It looks like a fairly new channel, but when you look at, like I said, Ellen Fisher, Jinty Phelan, those YouTubers, they are all pretty young and look like they are in their 40s already.
8:27 She still has the collagen and everything, but like I said, she will run out if she continues. Thanks for watching.
