0:00 Hey guys, a lot of you asked me to comment on the Alex Eubanks situation. It's this bodybuilder who used to be nary, so to speak, And now he recently started using steroids. Some people believe that he has been using them for a while. Whatever the case, I'm going to explain to you why he started using them, whenever that was. It's very clear. Firstly, we're gonna look at this video from two months ago. It's called Togi Mogmi. It's this guy. He uses steroids openly. He also gambles a lot. And then you have Alex Eubank next to him. And it's clear that he could never mug Alex because Alex is simply better looking than him. And this is the biggest problem in this bodybuilding community. I don't know how,
0:55 they got to the point where they used the word mugged in reference to how much muscle somebody has. Because when you mug somebody, it's because you're more attractive than them. Which is almost always gonna be because of your face and height. Everything else hardly plays a role. And in this case, it's just impossible for Togi to mug him. But in this community, Alex actually believes that he mugs him because he uses steroids.
[video] 1:27 We finished the pod, so now we're gonna go train. Shoulders and arms, bro. Why are your shoulders so hard? It's the shoes, bro. I'm telling you, you get the airport...
1:35 You could maybe say that he in some way mocks him because he's taller than him, even though I wouldn't say that in this case, but also because he said that he's wearing some kind of shoes. I don't know if that's true or not. Maybe they are the same height and if that's the case then He couldn't possibly mug him. It's just nonsense. Mugging only refers to somebody being more attractive, as I said. And there's just no way that you're going to be more attractive because you use steroids or work out in a gym. It's always going to be your face in the first place and then your height. That's the only way to mug somebody. It's really delusional to believe that going to the gym more or taking more drugs is gonna make you mug somebody. That's the biggest problem.
[video] 2:25 You can kind of tell that there are some height insecurities, maybe from both sides.
2:45 Which is one of the main reasons that men workout.
[video] 2:49 I don't have a specific arm, like I literally just do whatever feels good that day, so I'm not under a spell. We'll start shoulders, do some laterals, get some blood in there and then we'll play it by ear.
3:09 Two months ago already he was talking about gear. Again, whether he was on it or not, it doesn't really matter. He was clearly thinking about it for a very long time and now he's officially on it, which we will get to.
[video] 3:23 Just look at both of them. Togi could never mug him. He could never be more attractive. Even if Alex is shorter than him.
3:44 It's just such nonsense. He doesn't need to work out whatsoever. That's the reason he started using steroids. It's just clear that he doesn't get it. He was brainwashed into the gym culture.
[video] 4:04 So how long have you been lifting now? Probably close to four years, maybe three and a half. I think I've gone over, I'm like a little over seven now. How long have you started at around the same age as I did? About 68 now. You're 16? I'm 16 when I started. Oh, wow.
4:19 Why would he believe that he needs to become bigger? It's just such nonsense. He has the kind of physique that you can naturally achieve in a gym. Not that girls are into that anyway, but even if he would believe that they are, then this is the maximum that he would need. And now the stupidest part is that he's gonna be starting to use the drugs and his face is going to age. probably pretty severely i don't know what he's going to be on exactly maybe he will say but still you will definitely see a difference it's possible that it will also accelerate hair loss depending on his genes
5:15 Well, they start early because of social media, because of people like you. Obviously, in case you don't get it, nobody ever used to go to the gym. Before the year 2000, it was a handful of people, mostly the ones who compete. Just nobody went to the gym. I grew up in the 90s and the gym was unheard of. There was maybe one gym in the town and there were like two older guys who went to the gym. Just nobody ever thought about going to the gym. It all started after.
[video] 5:48 I don't know, I think it's because of the social media shit. Yeah, definitely. It never crossed my mind until I saw people like you on the internet.
5:54 Yeah, exactly. And because of you, Alex, now other guys, even teenagers will think, oh, well, I got to get on gear also because that's what makes you attractive. And what is being attractive all about? At the end of the day, You want to become more attractive because you want to attract a mate. That's why women and men do what they do. And you only want to attract a mate because you want to reproduce. It's the only reason. So essentially you're working out Because you want to have children. Which is nonsense, seeing as it's not gonna work. You're gonna become more unattractive, facially, but they don't get it. They don't even understand why they are working out in the first place. That's how messed up this whole thing is.
6:56 Yeah, they really don't get what the word mugged means. Somehow it entered the bodybuilding community and is completely being misused.
7:08 It's not necessarily being misused, because in their head they really believe that the more you work out, the more steroids you use, the more attractive you are. They just don't get that it's basically the opposite of that.
[video] 7:20 There's so many sleepers, it's crazy. Yeah, dude. High school kids. It's crazy to know that, like, just so many people look 10 times better than me and, like, want to do this with me and shit, but, like, dude, I don't know. It's not all about the looks. I tried to tell you this. It's not all about the looks. You have to have the... If a person feels bad, it's not like they deserve it, but... It's not all... It's just... Just not having the physique doesn't mean you're going to have, like, eyes and clout. It's like, you have to know how to talk. You have to, like, in a sense, be... You have to have, like, a... You got to get more to use than just lifting weights. You can't just be, like...
7:46 You gotta know how to talk. You gotta be entertaining. What is this blue pill stuff? Is he talking about how to attract women? I didn't really understand if that's the case. Oh, then Alex is pretty delusional. I didn't know that it's this bad. Oh, it's actually way worse than I thought. So he actually believes that you'll become more attractive in the gym, which is impossible. You can only become more unattractive in the gym. And on top of that, It matters how you talk, game basically I suppose, how funny you are, what flowers you buy her. It's just over for this guy if he's that caught up in this lie.
8:32 You have to be an IFPP or whatever you call it, I don't know and I don't care. to be famous for your looks. I get that they are talking about bodybuilding, but it sounds like they are delusional enough to believe that it's actually what defines your looks. That it's not about your face and height, that it's about how much muscle you have, because they said looks. It was not specific enough, but it really sounds like they believe that. That's why they also use the term mugged when referring to muscles. Wow, this community is just completely delusional.
[video] 9:17 I'm about to get 10,000 comments of Togi.
9:28 He is very insecure for whatever reason. Maybe it's really his height. It doesn't seem like he's that short. Maybe he's just kind of average. Oh man, you're so lost. You really don't get it.
9:51 You see the stress and the face expressions they have during the workout? Now, if he's gonna be starting to use drugs, then the wrinkles will get worse and worse. It already gets worse when you make these face expressions, when you have so much stress, when you're suffering so much in the gym. But afterwards, it's going to be even worse. He's just completely gonna ruin his looks. That's all that this is about.
10:28 The togi guy tries to make these face expressions, tries to look good, but it's just not possible for him, whereas Alex doesn't have to do much. He's just obsessed with his body below the neck for whatever reason. Something maybe happened to him. Who the hell knows? We can all only speculate. Somebody needs to snap this guy out of it. It's too late, I guess, at this point. He doesn't need to work out at all, really. I get why Togi is coping and compensating, that's clear. But Alex never needed to.
[video] 11:18 You're like a totally above average fucking height.
11:21 Hmm, interesting. Maybe the height isn't even the problem. Who knows? It's something.
[video] 11:30 You can look bigger as well as not having to be as heavy and you can do it naturally. Like you don't have to take steroids and take gear to be like this super, the dream physique you want. You can still look good.
11:40 Interesting, this was two months ago, but then in the end it got to him anyway.
[video] 11:44 Yes, but you also fell for it then in the end. You look completely fine.
12:04 Yes, your physique can change naturally very much up until a point simply because your body doesn't even want to be in that state. The state in which you're in is the state of somebody who stresses his body by lifting metal up and down for no reason in a gym full of slaves. It's not what your body is made for. You are a thrower. That's how you hunt in nature. You're supposed to be light and more or less lean. You're not supposed to have a lot of muscle. It's just not what humans are meant to look like and it's not what we are meant to do, as in lifting the metal, heavy stuff. It's just not... literally the purpose of the human body. These guys who go to the gym are trying to keep up this unnatural physique, which is why they have to go over and over again.
13:01 They just try to maintain this physique, because once they stop going to the gym, it goes away. Which is why I always say that you can't actually really build muscle. At the very best, you can maintain it. Because if you could build something, then it wouldn't go away. You build a house, it stays there. If it's built well, of course. But when it comes to your gym physique, it doesn't stay, it just can't. Because your body always goes back to its natural state. Already showing you how unnatural it is to look like that.
[video] 13:34 But, like, bro, like, you do not have to be super, super heavyweight, bulked up, slash, like, on gear to, like, have a good physique. You can be natural and have a good balance, like, lifestyle and diet and still have a good physique. So, I'm just trying to explain that to people. Like, you don't have to go, like, put your body through all this, like, toxic stuff that's bad for it to look good, right? So, I'm just trying to explain that because, like, so many people, they just feel like the only way they can get, like, their dream physique as fast as they want is taking gear. It's stupid, bro. It's a lifelong decision. I mean, we're...
13:55 Okay, it's probably time to hop on to the latest video. We're gonna check out what Greg2Shit also has to say about it. Our favorite guy.
[video] 14:04 To yourself. But nobody works out for themselves.
14:20 Give one reason why you would do it for yourself. There's just no reason. You only work out for other people and this is also something that he hasn't realized. Would you work out if you were the last human being left on Earth? Of course not. It's impossible. Imagine you're the last human on Earth. You hate going to the gym. You never look forward to it. Do you now think, oh, I'm going to go to the gym? No, because you only work out for other people. So once there's no people left on Earth, you stop working out. So to say that you're proving something to yourself is nonsense. You're lying to yourself. This is a huge problem.
[video] 14:58 Okay, I just got off the phone with Alex Eubank who's confirmed that he is in fact now on steroids. Now he says he wants to be open, honest, and transparent about everything. And so he's starting with 200 milligrams of testosterone, a longer ester, he's gonna do that per week. And so he's been doing these shots for two weeks and he's gotten his blood work done, he's got a doctor involved, and so he's doing everything as safely as possible. People want to make videos on this. I know Greg will for sure. I know Noel I kind of talked a little bit about on his stage. But I'm doing it in a healthy way. I'm monitoring everything.
15:26 And so his dose... Well, there is no way to do it healthfully, but I get what he means.
[video] 15:32 This is basically an HRT dose, or let's call it high-dose HRT. They pinned me right there, and it was great. And I'm doing that, HCG, and then I'm going to be taking glutathione, thionine, whatever it is. And so what do I think of all this? Well, I feel like the pressure to look good, to be lean, it's harder than ever before. These young guys, for example, Alex Eubank, despite having a Greek god physique, it's not enough. He's telling me he's struggling to stay this lean and that his sex drive, his energy levels, his recovery, it's all suffering from being so lean.
16:00 Yes, of course, because you need animal fat for all of that. Of course, the sex drive will also go away. Besides having such low body fat and probably a bad diet also, you can see what he eats. His diet is pretty bad. The problem is also that you have this constant stress, so much adrenaline, cortisol all the time. It also ruins your sex drive.
16:27 The less stress you have, the higher it's going to be. The better your health is going to be overall.
[video] 16:37 And so clearly with HRT, it's a lot easier. But here's the thing. He's in his early 20s. He shouldn't need testosterone replacement therapy. If he were to get a little bit fatter, increase his calorie intake by a couple hundred, perhaps maintain a healthy body weight, 15%, he would feel fine. And so does he actually need HRT? Of course he doesn't. There's no way he needs this. But when you're as famous as Alex Eubank with millions of people looking up to you, and people are constantly putting you down, making fun of you... I mogged Alex Eubank. Look how small he is.
17:09 And when you see him in person... Oh my god, man. Really? People make those kind of videos? This is horrible. And there's just no way... Probably that he mugged him actually, because he's probably not more attractive. Yeah, this community is horrible.
[video] 17:26 And you're gonna think he's not that big, he's about 5'9", maybe 175, 180. Who is more attractive here?
17:33 Who would 99% of girls on the surf choose? The old guy on the left who looks decades older than he actually is? who's on a bunch of drugs, who doesn't even look human, let alone like a man, or the guy on the right with a more attractive face, he's younger, he has longer hair, a more natural body, because the body on the left looks absolutely abnormal. He, of course, also works out too much. Come on. Alex, you've been completely mugged, the guy on the left. Even if he wouldn't work out, that's the thing. It has nothing to do with it anyway.
[video] 18:16 Not very big. And so he compares himself to other people, which of course is a thief of joy. And so what do I think is going to happen? I think he's going to be on HRT. He's going to put on more muscle. He's got more energy. His brain fog is going to go down. He's going to get leaner and have more muscle. It's gonna get stronger and he's going to love the way that he looks, love it. And so if he didn't go on HRT in the first place, he would compare himself to what he is right now. And so he should be happy with that. However, once he puts on those 10 pounds of muscle, he's gonna regret losing that muscle because when he goes off of HRT, he's not gonna be as strong and he's going to lose muscle. And so here's the thing, once you go on, you go on for life. It may not be...
18:49 Exactly, that's what I was gonna say too. He said it perfectly. For him to get off it then, It's unlikely. It's way more likely that he will get on more stuff. Oh my god, what a disaster.
[video] 19:04 ...physically addictive, but cognitively, mentally, it absolutely is. You start comparing your old physique to your new physique and you're not happy. And so, once he puts on 10 pounds of muscle and the gains become basically normalized, what then? He stated, I'm never gonna go higher than this in my entire life. This is the maximum dose that I will ever do.
19:21 Two months ago he also said that you shouldn't be using it at all. Clearly he doesn't know what he's doing or at the very least he's not really aware of what he actually wants or what he's going to do. This is bad.
[video] 19:36 I'm going to take a quarter of the amount of gear that your favorite influencer has probably taken and have a physique they could dream to have. That's what everyone always says. You first do a cycle, I'll never do more. And that applies to any drone.
19:47 Exactly, that applies to any drug, exactly, very correct. And it should be understood that these are drugs, this is nothing to play around with. For one thing, your testicles will shrink, maybe not as severely as it is for other people. but you will have bodily changes.
[video] 20:05 Oh, I won't get addicted. I won't do that. I won't be like those other people. But sooner or later, you start comparing yourself to other people. And yet again, you wanna do better. Imagine if he puts on even more than 10 pounds, perhaps he puts on 15. And then he thinks, well, maybe I could be an IFBB Pro. And then what happens? You keep upping the dose, upping the dose. And before you know it, you're addicted. You're unable to stop. You're gonna have plenty of haters saying, why are you taking this? Why are you taking that? And you're gonna have other people saying, oh, I'm excited. I can't wait to see how he looks. And so everyone who's out there, Yeah, in general, a lot of people out there are miserable and want to see the downfall of people, they want to bring people down. Those kind of people you should just ignore, just don't even pay any attention to them.
21:01 Nobody who is doing better than you in life is gonna try to bring you down You gotta understand these people who want Alex Eubank to fail to get on the steroids are probably jealous of him jealous of his looks if they are not as good looking as him. That's really what it's all about. They know that Alex actually mugs a lot of the people, but they just essentially want to destroy him. And unfortunately he fell for it.
[video] 21:32 You're not cheering for him. You're watching the train wreck as it unfolds. And so remember, this is a very slippery slope. Once you start taking performance enhancing drugs, it is very hard to stop. It was hard for me to stop. I tried as long as I could to not take them. I was in my 30s. I started taking them and used them for 10 years. And since that time, I've only been doing HRT. Very, very difficult. But the temptation, it's always there. You look at your old physique and you remember it and you want to keep going. And so for Alex Eubank, I'm certain it's going to be the same. He's going to see his new physique. It's going to be better. It's going to be improved. He's going to have more energy, better libido. Everything is going to be better. But once he stops, if he stops, it's going to go down. He's going to remember the feelings he got in the gym. He's going to remember his amazing physique, which now is not as amazing as it once was.
22:09 Very well said by Greg Duchette at the end there. It is likely that he will not be able to stop. He was always saying how you don't need to do that even two months ago, but then he got on it anyway. And now he's saying that he's not gonna go beyond this level. But of course, realistically, if he didn't even realize that he can't stop himself from going on it in the first place, then he also probably doesn't realize that he's not gonna be able to stop himself from going on even more gear. Hopefully not Tren. I really hope so. That would completely ruin his attractiveness. That just destroys your face. It's a really hardcore drug.
22:57 But even if he hops on something else, probably possibly also some drugs to fight the effects of the other drugs, it's just a cycle, as Greg said, that you can hardly get out. But really, as I proved to you, the problem is that in this bodybuilding community, people actually believe that you become more attractive when you go to the gym, when you work out. And obviously, then you come to the conclusion that the more gear you take, or if you start taking gear in the first place, that you become even more attractive. And if you have this mentality, then how can you not hop on even more gear? If you believe that you become more attractive, of course. I'm pretty sure that he had this girlfriend And then they broke up, correct me if I'm wrong, maybe he also feels bad about that, maybe he feels like he needs to be more attractive.
23:54 It would be understandable, it's just that this is of course not the way to do it. Don't look for girls who go to the gym in the first place. Who are you gonna find there? Not so-called wife material, not a girl that you can create a family with. Whatever that relationship was about, it was nonsense and empty anyway.
24:23 I really hope for the best for this guy, but he just entered a really dangerous place. You can kind of really expect the worst at this point. Thanks for watching.
