0:00 Hey everyone, I'm gonna be reviewing a video called day in the life of a pro runner before we start the video Let's check out her channel banner. It says I just love running We'll see if she actually loves it Yeah, exactly when you love to do something it's like a battle you're exhausted you breathe heavily and
0:30 Yeah, it makes sense.
0:37 I would absolutely love to tell you, wait a minute, that I hate it, but I'm lying to you and myself. That's the most important part, to lie to myself.
[video] 1:01 I love running so much that I need to cry because it's tears of joy.
1:17 shock the system day exactly because again when you love to do something you call it shock the system day because you know how it is when you go out and you do something that you love to do naturally it appeals to your senses you call it the shock day the shocking day because shock is good
[video] 1:39 We are at the track. I am doing a track workout, as you might have guessed. It is 4 by 3 by 600, 74 to 72-ish per lap.
1:49 At least the sky is blue. That's the only good thing.
[video] 1:52 This is a shock the system day. As David says, I haven't been doing track workouts like this much lately, but it's time to start to bring my aerobic fitness and my speed fitness together into 3K, 5K, 1500 type fitness. So that's the plan today. Start to shock the system into the place I want it to be and get ready for a 3K steeplechase that I'm racing on July 19th.
2:12 It's interesting that she said where I wanted to be as if it was her own decision. No, the only reason you would do anything like this, whether it's running, weightlifting, whatever kind of exercise, is because you were brainwashed to do it. That's the main reason. It's not as if you as a human being wake up and think, oh, I'm going to run for no reason now and shock myself. You would do the opposite. So this is pure conditioning that you're seeing here. It's everything that she doesn't want to do.
2:53 That alone should tell you not to do it. It's painful. You have pain, you have blisters, the skin is peeling off because you're running on a hard surface, which is unnatural in itself. You have shoes on, again, unnatural. It's all unnatural for your feet, for your body. And you know that you should stop. The only reason you continue is because of brainwashing.
[video] 3:15 Walking them, I just tried to do a stride, and I'm limping. I taped up my feet. I put band-aids and tape over them, so, like, I've done what I can. I brought vapor flies as well, so I'm gonna try those and see if those are bearable to run in. It looks like I'm relegated to trainers, so, unfortunately, I'll be working out in these. I feel like this is already a really hard workout, but it's better to, like, wear these than make my blisters so bad that I can't wear super shoes for the next two weeks. So I'm just gonna wear these and run hard and accept that the paces might be a little bit slower than I want. Trying to just stay positive right now. Ready to go? Ready to go. Ready to rip. One rep at a time. Yep. One rep at a time. Just, you know, go run. Go hard. It's simple. I'm just going to do that.
[video] 4:03 Immediately in this workout, I was running slower than the paces I wanted to, and it felt really, really hard. And those are the hardest workouts for me, both physically and emotionally, because I'm putting in the effort, but I'm not getting that positive reinforcement and feedback of the fast times. So from the start, it was a grind.
4:16 Reinforcement feedback? What are you talking about? This is all in your head. You're kind of being delusional. Nobody cares about you running in a circle like a hamster. Even worse, really.
4:40 We have already done studies on rats. The more you exercise, the more you run, the sooner you will die. Your lifespan can be cut in half easily just because of exercise. Not that we need studies, it's common sense. You feel that it's aging you when you're running. But why do people still do this?
5:09 just trying to not get emotional because that's like the biggest urge i have is just to start crying but i know that that won't be productive so i'm trying to just keep licking them off just keep putting in the effort and knowing oh my god she even wants to cry and she's still continuing this is some severe mk ultra brainwashing basically like my body will remember the effort even though the pace isn't really there for me today
5:34 But the effort of what you're just running you're not doing anything you're not benefiting anybody you're literally running Which is the most meaningless activity on earth? Just nothing is happening except for you severely aging your body damaging your skin creating wrinkles Oxidative stress inflammation is created and that's it you're just decreasing your lifespan overall and what's also very interesting is actually how she looks at the watch when she's running because this is all also based on time time doesn't actually exist time is just a concept it's just these symbols that you follow seconds minutes hours why are there 60 minutes in an hour Because there aren't, because there are no hours, actually.
6:34 It's all delusional. It's all in your head. You're basing your life on man-made ideas, man-made rules, a man-made system, a concept. It could be 70, it could be 60,000 minutes in an hour. It's whatever humans make up. It has nothing to do with nature, there is nothing to it, it's just completely made up. Just like weeks and months and everything.
7:04 By the way, months at least, you could argue, could be based on the moon cycle. Although, of course, there always used to be 13 months, up until very recently they changed it to 12 months all of a sudden. Now we have 30, then 28, 31 days, it doesn't make any sense.
7:25 it's a battle out here today folks what are the times i can't talk about it there are no times do you not get it she's so lost she really needs somebody to wake her up
7:46 Somebody would need to feed her raw liver, blood, or some kind of raw meat, something natural, and make her sit down for a week, literally just chill for a week and just do nothing. And then ask her, how do you feel? Is it better when you're eating slave food, which I assume she eats, probably, some grains and vegetables. and you're running all the time or is it better eating a natural food and just chilling like women do in nature come on oh and of course the guy is on a bike next to her which is easier to do and he's also pushing her to do it is it her boyfriend or trainer or what
8:45 Also the stress, the strain on the body muscles, the wrinkles she's creating. I think that she's in her 20s only, not even 30 yet. But just a lot of stress, too much for the body to handle.
[video] 9:01 I did cry. I'm just trying to keep going. It's not that I can't do it, it's just that it's miserable, but like, there are just days like that, so I'm just trying to keep going. Hi, you're doing great and we're all so proud of you. I needed that, I needed that, for real. Oh yeah, one last. Keep it up.
9:31 Also the really sad music. It fits well. I don't know how that's supposed to be motivating or showing some kind of pride. He said that he's proud of her. I'm getting the opposite kind of vibe. It's really sad and messed up what's happening here.
9:56 Ooh, just insane wrinkles being created from all the stress.
10:12 the reason she feels so horrible is because the only time a human being would run in nature would be if you're running away most likely from another human because that's the only animal that you could run away from seeing as pretty much every other animal except for a turtle maybe or whatever it's faster than you actual predators are way faster than you you really can't do anything as a human because we are horrible runners we are basically the worst runners out of all predators again except if you count some super small and slow animals with a huge shell and whatever but when we look at the typical predators we are just not runners whatsoever this is completely unnatural for us to do that's why she's suffering so much because she's doing something which is anti-nature her body is just not made for it whatsoever I was absolutely you got through it though that's all that matters
[video] 11:17 Got it done. So happy about that. Before the workout, I said I'm going to try to just not get emotional, run hard. I did not succeed in that. I definitely got very emotional. It's hard to not get emotional when you're on the track and there are such concrete, objective stats.
11:30 yeah because it's literally your body telling you not to do it you're showing us that you hate doing it that's why you're so emotional you're letting it out at least you're not keeping it in that's good to base your workout off of but i am really happy that i decided to push through finish it out because i know that my body will remember this effort and that the next time i'm on the track doing something like this it'll feel Well, your body only remembers this trauma. That's it really. At its core, it's just trauma. And whenever you think back about these times, it will be times of pain, suffering, trauma. That's what it is. That's it, really.
[video] 12:17 Feel a lot better, so it's good that I grinded through, even though it was absolutely brutal. Shout out to Spencer for filming, helping me through it, and staying positive, even though I was down in the dumpster about this. Couldn't have gotten through it without him, so. As you can see, George is already getting a little bit excited, because his monthly BarkBox just came in the mail. George, you wanna see what's in here? BarkBox is a monthly subscription for your dog that delivers a fun new theme every month with toys and treats for your dog.
12:44 Okay, it's way worse actually, because she has a dog also instead of a child. Wow, it's really bad. And not at child, at her age she should have over five. Imagine her life as a so-called housewife or whatever, the way it would be naturally, just with her family. Not running, obviously, which humans don't do in general, not men or women in nature. And enjoying the sun, which I guess she kind of does, although she's not doing something enjoyable when she's in the sun. And maybe cutting up food.
13:24 whatever it may be but she would be doing something that she actually enjoys obviously because naturally that's what humans do humans naturally don't go against their senses and torture themselves create trauma They just do whatever they want to do. They follow their needs and desires. That's what a natural life is about. Hers is kind of the opposite. She runs all the time, has a miserable life. And then at least instead of coming back home to her children, family, she comes back to a dog, which is an imitation of a child. That's it. There's no other purpose of having a dog.
[video] 14:00 And Georgie loves them.
14:02 Each box comes... Yeah, and she buys toys for the fake child. It's one of the worst lives I've ever seen.
[video] 14:11 At least give the dog some organs if you don't eat them yourself. Good boy! Shake.
[video] 14:32 Okay, there you go. As you can see, Georgie looks forward to this box every month and gets so much joy out of it. So we love being able to give him a special little surprise.
14:40 Yeah, he gets joy out of it. It kind of sounds like you realize the joy is something good, right? Georgie doesn't go out and run in circles for no reason until he's exhausted and is almost falling to the ground.
[video] 14:59 Imagine some other women who don't have children, they watch that and think, oh yeah, new toys for my doggies or cats.
15:20 And let's go out and run and become infertile. What a nice life.
[video] 15:25 Ooh, the guy also looks super exhausted.
15:40 Okay, like I said, kind of even worse. She eats grain sludge made in seed oils, which I think it is, yeah, this stuff. With some kind of sugar in the middle. And the grains are also just sugar, so it's just sugar with seed oils. Yeah, have fun with heart disease. From the running alone, anyway, but with this combined, guaranteed...
16:09 Okay, some kind of meat with salt and whatever... Yeah, just... Yeah, it's done. It's over for her.
[video] 16:23 And also, if I'm hotter, my heart rate is higher. And I'm really just trying to get an aerobic stimulus out of this. So I think NoFan might be good.
[video] 16:37 The bike ride is complete. 46 minutes, 153 average watts, pretty decent. And not a lot of other coherent thoughts right now. All right, we are eating dinner in the car. We're headed to the world premiere of Jurassic World. Spence, how are you feeling? Honestly, it's been the thing I've been looking forward to the most in the universe. Probably won't have any more quesadillas. I don't want to spoil my appetite for the real dinner.
17:01 watching the movie at the end was probably the best part of today she could at last just chill and do nothing I don't promote watching movies playing video games or whatever but seeing as you live in captivity anyway, as a slave, it would be better to just do that. At least you would live a long and healthier life compared to running all the time and then even working out at home. Clearly she's miserable, she's not hiding that, she admitted that. When you need to cry and completely break down on your knees, basically, when you're doing something, then obviously it's bad for you. Really, it's as bad as it can get. There's nothing really that much worse for a human being than running, especially for such a long time, when your feet hurt.
18:02 Even going to the gym isn't as bad, if we talk about lifting weights. Not that it's in any way good, but running is just one of the worst things you can do as a human being, because we're just not made for it whatsoever. Our bodies are basically anti-running bodies. we are made to walk to move but not at all to run that's why people suffer so much when they run that's why a lot of marathon runners end up in wheelchairs in their 50s 60s because the joints are just not made for it and when you're doing that with the man-made shoes the skin suffers and of course you're on a hard surface there's no such thing in nature
18:51 it is to be expected that everything in your body will hurt and that you will like i said go through trauma because that's what this is by definition she is a traumatizing her body i've never seen her channel before i don't know why she does that i kind of see why of course because she for sure has no purpose in her life as far as a family goes if she would have children 100 she would stop of course even the male bodybuilders who have children they right away stop bodybuilding or at least doing it so hardcore because they realize what the purpose of life is that they want to be there for their children seeing as she doesn't have that She's running and running all the time if she would have children Instead of a dog she would care about him so much she would Not want to suffer anymore.
19:49 She wouldn't want to hurt her body anymore because Hurting your body means a shorter lifespan That's what stress does this was just a a full day of uh stressing yourself this is chronic stress it significantly reduces your lifespan and makes you insanely unhealthy you cannot really have a much more unhealthy lifestyle if you can even call it that thanks for watching
