0:00 Hey everyone, I'm going to be reviewing a Productive Week in the Life by Amy Chia.
[video] 0:21 She's back. Welcome back to another video. UCL interview day. I'm gonna go get a coffee real quick. I'm gonna ask them to make it a week though, because I don't want the caffeine to make me nervous, which is dumb, but just thinking of the little things.
0:38 Yeah, it makes you nervous because it attacks your nerves. It strips away the fat coating from the nerves slowly but surely, seeing as caffeine and theobromine also found in coffee are toxins. Shouldn't be a surprise. She said that she studies medicine, as far as I understood. But you probably don't learn that, huh? Hmm, interesting. She will just drink seed water like it's normal.
1:10 And the mother or whatever the friend is gonna eat grain sludge. Yeah, cool The building is so so pretty it's so nice Lovely red British depressing building in it
[video] 1:35 We got here a bit early which is good, I wanted to not be stressed but we're gonna go find a toilet and then come back about 45 minutes before which is like the recommended time because we have a half an hour briefing before. Do you know why the lighting is so yellow? I'm literally yellow. I finished my UCL interview, it went so well, the Lakers were so so nice so I'm very happy. We also had a little tour at the end
1:54 Oh, she's so happy. She grew up as a slave, was taught that she needs to study and be a good slave and then study even more in the university and then she can work like a slave. Oh, it's so heartwarming. It's just such a fulfilling and meaningful life. It will really make you very happy when you can slave away in this beautiful red building. Come on, man. Totally delusional. You're about to ruin your life. Get away from this quickly and create a family somewhere in nature. Ideally away from the UK entirely. For sure away from London. The UK can be okay-ish in some places. Go to some
[video] 2:46 farmland in wales but then again the laws are super horrible better just get out of the country altogether if you're gonna live your life like this then it's already over basically like i think you're a third-year medic and they've made ucl sound so good i mean it is amazing i loved it greatly impressed got myself a little
3:07 Baguette, more grain sludge, okay, she's done. This one could still be saved. Salmon, it's probably farmed, almost 100%. Pretty toxic. I saw some eggs, super boiled, most of the nutrients destroyed. Still, hmm.
[video] 3:25 I'm just like, talking to my mom about it, and I'm just like, so glad it's done. I obviously played it the best I could. Like, I said everything I wanted to say, so I'm really happy.
3:40 She looks super exhausted. Or does she wake up early, simply? Probably just a stressful life. Waking up early is also stressful, obviously.
3:55 What is up with the skincare that women do? It's not even skincare at all. You put some artificial toxic substances on your skin, they go into your skin. You absorb very little amounts of it, but still you do. And that's supposed to what? Prevent wrinkles or acne or something? That all comes from the inside. Acne is just pus, toxins coming out of your pores. You cannot fix it from the outside. It's your diet only, except if you're on some kind of medications also. And then the wrinkles will also be created on the inside. Yeah. It's just stress and you have enough of that. So it's not going to prevent it.
[video] 4:49 Whoa, look at the crazy makeup that she puts there.
5:01 Because of dark eye circles, it doesn't even look that bad compared to other people that I review. Here it's kind of inflamed and red, I guess I could understand that, but... Yeah, man. Man, what the hell? This stuff creates even more wrinkles. Look into what makeup even does to you. If you're a girl or a guy, ideally just never use makeup. Okay, if you have some appointment, maybe I could understand. Let's say that you look really bad, you have tons of acne, you feel super insecure about it. Okay, okay, okay. Yeah, like once in a year or something. Once in a month maximum, but not like this.
[video] 5:41 They just do all of this stuff to make their eyebrows thicker, eyelashes, to cover up the eczema, acne. Instead of simply eating raw animal foods,
6:09 a bunch of organs and fixing it naturally. Your skin will be good, your eyebrows will get thicker, eyelashes too. You're just making yourself look like the way you would look like if you would be healthy. Also your lips, if you put red lipstick on them or thicker lips, it all comes with health.
[video] 6:33 you're trying to fake a healthy human being with makeup okay quickly i've managed to come in and update that i actually received my king's offer which is amazing so must have done something right yeah i got my offer to study medicine literally like maybe a week ago which is so so exciting um it's for an a star aa and i have my second imperial and bristol interview next week so wish me luck but i just thought i'd let you guys know
6:58 As far as I understand, she got some kind of message on her phone that she aced the test or the appointment. It doesn't even matter what it is. And now she's happy about it. This is completely fake happiness. Yeah, in your head, because you've been working towards this goal for so long, it seems like you're happy because you get a rush of these hormones for like a minute or two. It's this kind of joy, but it's fake because it doesn't last for one thing. Not saying that natural happiness and joy necessarily lasts for super long, but it's more so that you have this stable kind of happiness and you're content with your life, I guess you could say. Yeah, sure, you have these ups and downs, but not like this, like crazy. She's just exhausted all the time and then she gets these
7:52 Bums of joy here and there because she gets Symbols on her phone saying you're a good slave. You got an A. Oh, yes, that's an A I learned that in kindergarten I is bloody nice. It means that I succeeded in London I can now work in the red brick building And then what
8:21 Oh my god, she even goes to the gym. She's already tired, but no, she needs to go to the gym.
[video] 8:26 What the hell?
8:32 What are you talking about? Going to the gym is going to crash you into your bed. Because it's gonna exhaust you, because it's exercise. You exert yourself in the gym only. You use up your energy, which means that you lose your energy. And you can study as much as you want. They're still gonna eat their grain sludge, drink their seed water and go and lift metal or whatever she will do. Probably not that, but something similar. Because no matter how much you study, it doesn't give you a brain. Because they can't think for themselves. Just repeat, repeat.
[video] 9:10 And then we've got like a class.
9:15 Yeah, a treadmill, like a hamster.
[video] 9:17 It's booked like a half an hour hit class.
9:29 I guess at least she goes with her mom.
[video] 9:34 Where's the dad, though? Good morning, happy, happy Wednesday. I literally woke up like 20 minutes ago and I just put my hoodie on. I wanna go back to the gym this morning literally for like half an hour and just do half an hour of Stairmaster or an incline walk because I wanna spend the whole day at the library preparing for my mock. And I feel like before a day of sitting down, if I like do something, it'll make me feel better and put me in a better space. That's what we're doing this morning. I'm gonna play some tunes on the way and get myself in the mood.
[video] 10:09 She's totally gonna have a burnout. So much stress from all the work and studying already.
10:24 Studying medicine, which as I said, I think she said before, she studies, I'm not 100% sure, something in that direction, is really stressful. Because you need to memorize so much, you just need to listen and repeat like an absolute slave all the time. And then she goes to the gym, she drinks coffee. I didn't really see very bad dark eye circles. Yeah, a little bit, you can see. She used the makeup for a reason, obviously, there's some. but it's just gonna get worse and worse. If you actually get this kind of a job, and it looks like she will, something in that direction, then she will, of course, be working all the time. Sometimes you have night shifts, most likely. You need more and more coffee. By the age of 30 already, you will look like you're basically 40. Under eye bags, dark eye circles. Then you will decide to have a child. Maybe you will be fertile still, if lucky.
11:20 And then you will give the child away to the government, to the kindergarten to educate the child, so to speak, to brainwash the child. Just another slave will be born.
[video] 11:31 But yeah, I'm just gonna practice the, like, mock one after I finish my coffee. She had a mental breakdown? Yeah, exactly, because you're completely destroying your nerves.
11:52 So much stress. You're consuming neurotoxins. That's what caffeine is. It's a neurotoxin. That's why it makes you jitter. It adrenalizes your body because you're consuming literal poison. That's what it is biochemically. You should know that, I guess, but you just somehow don't.
[video] 12:11 Taking the day off from vlogging and I just did some light revision at home in the afternoon, which I didn't end up vlogging because I was just not in the right state. But yeah, that is what I did Wednesday and I also played some tennis Wednesday evening to lift my mood a bit and then I'm gonna bring you guys to Thursday.
12:24 Play tennis to lift your mood. It's not that bad, but it's also pretty stressful.
12:33 Man, this girl needs to chill. She needs like a month off at least. Go to the beach somewhere, something, just do nothing. Live your life at last. By do nothing, I mean actually live naturally, which is what most people would call do nothing, just nothing of what you used to do.
13:01 Hot water with lemon. Not good for your stomach if you always do that. You should only consume acids if you have food poisoning. That's really about it if you feel unwell in your stomach.
[video] 13:15 Man, even doing deadlifts. Women never used to do anything like this. Now they're all brainwashed to go to the gym and make themselves infertile.
[video] 13:47 Yeah, this is her being productive, just typing on some keyboard, tablet or something, computer.
14:15 Just man-made symbols into a system. Just nothing. Producing nothing. When you're producing something, when you're being productive, you need to produce real physical things, objects, items, whatever. That's production. That's just a word in English. It's not you being productive when you type some symbols on your computer. It's just nothing. You're being very unproductive then. Studying is being unproductive. Even most jobs are unproductive. The way you would be productive as a woman at your age is to have children, to create a family. I say your age because at her age, I guess that she's like somewhere in her 20s, right? She should have... Yeah, a few children already, naturally, obviously.
15:14 And then she wouldn't feel like she needs to do any of this. But when you're lost, yeah, of course. And that's how you're productive as a human being, by producing. She's not producing anything. There's nothing productive about this week.
[video] 15:32 Tom got a sweet chili chicken. And I got my eggs and fish.
15:44 So much coffee all the time. Yeah, many more mental breakdowns are gonna come, that's for sure.
16:07 Chemistry? But shouldn't she then understand that she's consuming neurotoxins?
[video] 16:17 Ponding and thermodynamics
16:25 Okay, yeah, maybe it's not so much biochemistry based.
[video] 16:29 And that is the end of the video. I finished my marks though. They actually went pretty well. I got an A star AA and I was like three marks off an A star in chemistry. So I'm pretty happy with that. Like considering I also had interviews, like for me, I'm pretty happy. And the other A's were quite high A's, as I said. So yeah, very happy. And I'm gonna take a little break from like intense revision for a few weeks before A level revision comes. But yeah, I really hope you guys enjoyed the video. Again, I'm really sorry if it's a bit hectic. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you all next week.
16:52 She said throughout the video that she's very happy for this and that, for getting good grades, the appointments worked out. But as I said, this is not happiness. At the very most you could say that this is a sort of joy which lasts for seconds, a minute or two at most. Whereas if you're actually productive, you produce offspring, you have children, a family, children who love you, you love them, you feel true happiness. I'm not saying that she should necessarily have children in her condition because Her diet wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but it's pretty bad, especially the coffee. she would damage the children. She would probably not even be able to have children, and even if, she would probably have a miscarriage because of the coffee.
17:45 But even if she would stop the coffee, you need to eat very animal-based to actually produce healthy, well-developed children. You want them to have a happy life, of course. That's why she's not at all in the state right now to even have children. I'm just talking about how it would be naturally, ideally. if she wouldn't have grown up as a slave. But seeing as she did, as I said, it was all about going to the kindergarten, school, uni, and then work. And just stress, stress, stress. And it will never stop until you stop working in your 60s, 70s. And then you're so stressed that you die soon after anyway. That's how a slave's life goes. Right now she doesn't look that bad, as I said. Although she's already using the makeup to cover up those flaws caused by the stress. But it will only get worse and worse. Usually people who work in the medical field have a lot of stress. Even the studying is very stressful, as I said, but the work even more.
18:46 And they do end up looking super exhausted. The women become infertile, even the men do. The fertility is very low, at the very least. Then you can also see it in their faces, the dark eye circles, the under eye bags, the bad skin, the hair starts falling out quicker because of the stress.
19:11 Absolute disaster. And then you have women who watch her and think, oh yeah, I'm gonna do the same, I'm gonna study a lot. And also become a slave of the system. Instead of getting a guy to work, if at all, of course, ideally just get some rich guy, if you wanna live in the system anyway, and realistically she's never gonna get out of it, just like most of us. So I'm not talking about actually living in nature. But yeah, get a guide to take care of you, even if he has to work, and then just take care of the children, have a family. There can also be some stress involved in the system, but nothing compared to that. Because women, especially the ones who study medicine, do end up having children. But some were in their 30s, maybe even their mid-30s. It's gonna be tricky anyway at that point because of how unhealthy people are.
20:06 And even if you do, birth is gonna be very stressful, very painful because it's so late. You need to have children at a natural age. And you will probably, because you studied medicine, also accept all the medications. You will in some way damage the child possibly, because they give them all of these drugs because of the pain and everything afterwards also, of course. Really, you can only at best come out with one or two children at a very old age, naturally speaking, for your first child. It's normal to have children in your 30s, naturally, but not your first children. And then they will end up being some kind of
20:57 malformed, unhealthy versions of who they were supposed to be, then you just have more and more people dealing with the same pain. And it just goes on and on like this until you break the cycle. Thanks for watching, guys.
