0:00 Hi guys, I'm going to review what Anna Winstone eats in a day. An NHS healthcare assistant.

0:11 Of course.

0:21 Alright, you need to consume a bunch of toxins in the morning to wake up. And of course, a dairy imitation. Great.

[video] 0:31 yeah totally mental okay wow wow this is not great positioning i feel like i just don't know i just don't know where to stand guys i just don't know where to stand welcome back guys to another video so today we're going to do a full day of eating i feel like i haven't done a full day of eating in a while and i haven't done a full day of eating in my new place and i haven't done a full day of eating you're fake and cringy my new job making sure i'm fueled up enough for the job i'm doing my job is quite physical in the sense that i'm running around on my feet for those eight hours apart from the 30 minutes that i have a break so i do need to make sure that i'm fueled up i've got i've got food in the system you know because i'm on shift at 12 30 it means i have time to go to the gym in the morning before i went to the gym i had a coffee i had a my protein vegan cookie because cookies at 7 00 am guys if you haven't done it you need to do it and i also had an apple because Okay. Fiber and sugar and fiber and sugar.

[video] 1:31 Nice. Okay.

[video] 1:46 Everything you eat is toxic and produces stress hormones. Chocolate and cacao. All of the time, so far. Porridge is a slave food. It's incredibly cheap and unhealthy.

2:18 wow macho also coffee and then macho you're crazy you're completely running on stimulants so far and then all that you add is fiber and sugar to completely destroy your nerves do you get what you're doing breakfast is served it is a good one guys like

[video] 2:48 If you haven't tried tahini with sweet things, you are seriously missing out. So good, innit? Let's just give this a go. Also adding the salt I find with the tahini helps bring out the sweetness in it. So the chocolate, the caramel, the salt, the tahini, it is such a good combination. And then with the raspberries as well, just help cut through it.

3:12 Yeah, salt, something salty and rich. the tahini to imitate fat. Maybe you just crave animal foods.

3:36 All that it is is completely empty fiber.

3:43 No vitamins, no absorbable minerals.

3:49 Of course, meat cravings again.

3:55 Fat cravings.

[video] 3:59 this is what i'm taking the mask today all the food so as you can see we have got this chickpea rice and veggie stir-fry sort of thing i also added some of the iceland vegan chicken in which is so good it's definitely my favorite meat replacement with the linda mccartney sausages and then we've just got a bed of romaine and we have got some hummus and hot sauce and i just seasoned it with like spices lemon juice and celery salt and then for what i'm going to eat You're literally admitting that you want to eat an animal by making that. Jazz and Pink Ladies are the best, I'm telling you. We've got these Smacker Jacks, which I picked up ages ago. As I said, I like to have something with protein in before my shift just to keep me going. It's just more satisfying. So I've got a protein shake using the Vivo Life Salted Maca Caramel in Pithorn. That's what I used as well for breakfast this morning. And then I've just got a big thing of water, which I refill. And I often have like teas and maybe a coffee as well throughout the day. But yeah, now it is, it's 11. What a sad life. Half an hour to like get ready, have a shower, get changed, all of that jazz. As I said earlier, I have bought some snack jacks, a apple and a protein shake, which I'm going to make.

[video] 4:58 But the question is, is it a good apple guys? Is it a good apple?

[video] 5:07 Mmm. It's a good apple, it's crunchy.

[video] 5:12 It's completely man-made, quite okay. I don't like to chew chewing gum too much just because like it hurts my stomach. We've had a very very very chaotic afternoon with the patients like it's been very stressful I think part of the nature of this work like with healthcare work and healthcare system work and just working in hospitals it's like you're working with real people and that can get very stressful and when patients get very distressed and very anxious and break down themselves or have any psychiatric episodes or psychotic episodes and you're responsible for helping them through that whilst it is so rewarding and such a humbling experience it is also very challenging i think one thing i'm trying to learn at the moment is trying to like find things to help me unwind and help me decompress after that all part of that is like even my drive home but like i've still got to go back to work for another it'll be about three hours by the time i've gone back from lunch break but yeah stressful afternoon very stressful very chaotic and i'm starving so it is time for some lunch at 5pm because

6:00 This is what happens when- How is she supposed to help people with mental issues? She already damaged herself in the morning, then she has a stressful job, and all she eats is junk food. Pretty much. At the end of the day, that's what it is.

[video] 6:17 When you go on shift, all your plans and just timings for everything you do, what I'll do with the portion tomorrow is I'll add either the vegan chicken again, or some beans would be really nice, make it a little bit more carby, and then hummus or like tahini.

6:31 It's sad because you and everybody else who's watching knows that you don't actually want to eat it.

[video] 6:36 This is what an eating disorder looks like.

6:51 Naturally, of course.

[video] 6:54 Try raw rice. It's a really nice light salad as well, but it's nice and filling with the hummus and the vegan chicken.

[video] 7:03 when i'm doing my morning shifts i find it really difficult to digest food like i have a half an hour break but like after another five minutes to my car like i have about 10 minutes to eat and i find it really hard to like after i've just been like running around chaotic like chaotic energy my sympathetic nervous system is in like full drive just like complete adrenalization i find it quite hard to digest like a vegetable meal so sometimes i've been just going for like making porridge take with me and smoothies and just making them like super like nutrient dense and like dense surrounding like different

7:31 You do understand that that's not only you. Humans in general cannot digest vegetables because it's mostly fiber. Any nutrients, and there's very little of them, that are in the vegetables are enclosed in the fiber, which means that you can't get to them. We don't have the digestive juices to get to them. We don't have the gut microbiome. Nothing. Not like any herbivore does. ...fat sources and protein and stuff like that, but... Mostly it will just make your stomach ache, which is a natural response of your body telling you, hey, stop eating this.

[video] 8:07 ...for a few hours, then we'll be serving the patients up their dinner, and then continuing with the evening's work for the rest of the day. Imagine she was in charge of the patient's food.

8:21 Not that it's much better.

8:25 Still, in hospitals, they at least serve some animal foods, even if it's pressurized.

[video] 8:35 absolutely exhausted like physically drained but also really mentally um really mentally drained i still haven't eaten dinner and it's like same thing physical mental it's all physical it was a tough evening for all of the staff there but i just dropped off the nurse and i think i need to make some dinner to be honest like i do just want to go to bed i know if i don't eat anything that won't help

9:03 Okay, bread with what? Fake fat? Butter? Some redness to imitate animal foods, more redness. Okay, so it's a meat replacement meal once again. Which is of course what you want after damaging yourself so much. Like complete common sense.

9:26 Some broccoli? Oh, and still, to dip it into something red.

[video] 9:29 Okay, so we have dinner, guys. Oh my god, like, look. Look at this beef. Yeah, because the broccoli is healthy, right? That's why you put it. I'm gonna put this down here, and let's give this a go. I don't know why I'm not eating at the table, but, like, the lighting's kind of good here, so I'm just kind of rolling with it. This is gonna, like, fall all over me. Let's just go easy to begin with. Let's get some broccoli and ketchup, because... Wow, like, do you see what you're doing? See, I think I was emotional, because I was probably, like, hungry, too.

[video] 10:05 so messy but so good just look at that it does not look appetizing actually i think it does in my opinion i'm gonna go and enjoy this now take some time for myself and i will show you whatever i'm having for dessert okay so i have finished dinner now it's like 10 p.m but like obviously just a bunch of fiber once again even though she wants meat so much

10:29 Sad.

[video] 10:29 Yeah, I always find that when I get back, like, I get, like, really hungry on, like, the last, like, few couple of hours of my shift. We have got a banana, as I said. We've got the Trader Joe's almond butter. I think it was my good friend Josh that gave it to me ages ago. Yeah, I've still got some of it left. And then I've got some coconut choc shot on top, too. Okay, so you're severely malnourished, and you really crave animal food. The best almond butter you can get on the market, like, not in the UK, obviously. It doesn't have salt added to it, and it doesn't need it, but everything needs salt in life.

[video] 10:58 Yogurt? Fake yogurt? Dairy cravings again?

[video] 11:13 about half a pot of soy yogurt, about a tablespoon of the Viva Life, which one is that? Oh my God, my brain's not working. Strawberry vanilla perform, so good, as I said, like that one, the caramel biscuits, and the dark chocolate rituals are my favorites. And then we have got a bit of Weet-Bix, some frozen berries, some 85% dark chocolate, some ground ginger, some almond milk to thin it, and then also some brown flakes. So it's all just quite congealed from the frozen berries.

[video] 11:46 actually always add ground into every everything i eat as well i don't know why i just love everything to be spicy so i'm gonna eat this now i'm going to make a tea and then i'm gonna get ready for bed i'm so excited but if you guys did enjoy this video and you did find it interesting to see what i'm eating when i'm doing a late shift and just how i'm fitting in meals and doing a bit of meal prep around my work schedule now then

12:13 It's unbelievable what she's doing to herself. Just complete malnutrition, that's all that she's promoting. And then she drinks tea before bed even though almost all of them have toxins that will of course produce even more stress hormones that will not make you sleep well. She probably wakes up a lot during the night. She's not resting in the morning and then again she drinks coffee. It's a vicious cycle. so many things that you could easily figure out, but she just doesn't get it because of the mental issues, which, as I said, are physical issues. It's caused by malnutrition. She's starving herself, even though she's eating a lot of food. Plants don't have over 50 nutrients. So, of course, you're never gonna be satiated. You're never gonna be nourished. You're always gonna be hungry. Combined with that job, it's complete life destruction.

13:12 Thanks for watching.
