Anti-Aging Expert or Severely Malnourished? @Brandon Miles May

0:00 Hey, what's up? A lot of you have been asking me to review a video by this guy called Brandon Miles May. He's 35 years old, as far as I understand, and people say that he looks like he's 15. We'll see what he eats in a day and then we'll look at what else he does.
[video] 0:22 Here's another what I eat in a day video. People seem to like these, but this is sort of an anti-aging approach to nutrition. And in this video, I really am showcasing.
0:31 As you can see, he looks very frail. That's what I see when I first look at him. And maybe there will be better shots, but you will see that he looks underdeveloped. That's the main reason he looks like he's younger. I wouldn't say that he looks like he's 15. When I look at him, then he does look like he's in his early 20s, maybe mid-20s. It's really hard to say because he looks... Very strange. I don't say that to offend him. He for sure doesn't look 35, but a guy who's 35 looks like he's a man. He's pretty much my age. He looks like he never developed. We'll maybe see better shots and I can get deeper into that.
[video] 1:21 The foods that I eat on a regular basis, it might not always...
1:24 There was some meat, green leaves. There's no reason to eat green leaves. Simply more oxidative stress. Generally just stress. Humans don't eat green leaves, obviously, naturally. It's clear that he's been brainwashed by the mainstream media. Then you have cacao, caffeine, theobromine, toxins found in cacao. It's seed powder. If that's a powder, must be right. Or, yeah.
[video] 1:54 be in the same exact routine or rotation.
1:58 Yeah, yeah, yeah, of course. Yeah, it's a powder. He's consuming seed powder that can only make you older. He does eat meat and the meat looked pretty rare, raw.
[video] 2:12 But it's something that I really eat pretty much on the daily, especially this hot chocolate, yum. So in the morning, I start with a dark, rich black cup of coffee, strong French roast.
2:22 That's very interesting. You can see that he has dark eye circles. Any kind of stress, but especially coffee, is known to cause dark eye circles, simply because of how toxic it is. It's a toxic seed drink, that's it. You just put seed powder into boiled water. There isn't anything much more unhealthy on this earth.
[video] 2:44 And coffee does have anti-aging benefits. It has...
2:47 You could also just see his hands. I'm gonna go back. Okay, right there. That's a good shot. Reminds me of Brian Johnson in the sense that his hands are really showing his true age. When I look at my hands, they actually look pretty young. I don't want to talk about myself. In that way, somebody else can judge me, whatever, but it's just when I compare the hands, you can see that his hands are aged. It's very interesting what's going on here. His hands really portray his true age. It displays true age more so. It really looks like we are looking at the case of somebody who looks underdeveloped, which is why he looks young. He also has a very small skull. I don't know if I've ever seen such a small skull on a human being. I wonder what he ate when he was 15.
3:45 Is it possible that he never went through proper puberty because of malnourishment? If he used to eat, let's say, plant-based. I wonder how his parents also looked like. There's a lot of details which are missing here.
[video] 4:03 Oh, I would really love to see any kind of proof for that. It's just impossible that seeds will in any way benefit your body. I could easily take any study or whatever he's referring to apart if he would give a link or anything.
4:31 cells lead to the abnormal aging premature aging and aging of the skin and it does this via the activation of autophagy which is a autophagy is when your body eats itself whatever you do in your life in general you need to stay away from autophagy it's literally just you aging
[video] 4:51 major pathway for protein cell turnover. And so I drink coffee every single morning. I think it does have a good source of antioxidants. In fact, I think it's the primary source of antioxidants for most
5:03 The antioxidants in seeds or in any kind of plants are there to protect the plants. There's even studies out there how oxidative stress is reduced when you leave out vegetables or any kinds of plant foods that people promote nowadays. The government promotes them. People just get brainwashed to do what the government says. You will always have more oxidative stress
5:33 If you eat more plants, just always. It just has to be like that. Because of the antioxidants, for example. For example, theobromine, which is a pretty potent toxin, is also called an antioxidant. But why, if it's a toxin? You see what I mean? It's officially a toxin.
5:55 Why would a toxin help you with your aging, right? Why would it keep you younger? Just purely logically, it doesn't already make sense. And then when you think about what antioxidants really are, that they are there to protect the plants, then you realize what they actually do to a human body.
[video] 6:11 The actual true antioxidants are found in animal foods, because those are the ones that humans use.
6:24 One of the most popular ones is cholesterol. It's an antioxidant, which actually works in the human body and protects you from aging in many different ways. It's what lubricates your skin, you could say. It's what actually makes your skin look youthful.
[video] 6:39 ...of the rich taste of a black cup of coffee in the morning, and I really never go without it. Sometimes I alternate and just drink tea, but...
6:46 That explains the dark eye circles, exactly. That doesn't necessarily make him look older, he just looks unhealthier.
7:08 Wait, wait, does he believe that LDL is bad for you or something? Oh, wow, this is worse than I thought. Oh, this will be interesting. LDL is what creates vitamin D, for example, but as far as I've seen, wow, his hands look old. There's something wrong with this guy. This is a bit strange. I didn't know that this video will be heading into this direction. I thought that I would be at least agreeing with him partly, but yeah, he doesn't go into the sun also. which is why he looks also kind of sickly. Maybe that's why the hands look like that. The reason people get all of these skin issues nowadays is because of sun deficiency, if you could say that. They don't go out into the sun enough. People back in the day were always in the sun, and they didn't have any of the skin issues that we do today.
[video] 7:59 Fantastic. It's just so, I don't know, relaxing and soothing in the morning, and really wakes me up in a very relaxing, soothing way. I often drink this.
8:09 Yeah, he looks very malnourished, underdeveloped. Also something else, which I'm not gonna say. I think that you know what I mean. He has good hair. If he was bald, it would make him look not necessarily Older. If a guy is 20 and he shaves his head, he still looks 20 pretty much. It's your skin, really, which makes you look older. It would more so bring out how unhealthy he looks like. You can see his forehead and the dark eye circles are slightly covered up by the shadow from the hair.
[video] 8:49 while i watch my disney a live streamer my disney world live streamer in the morning and with breakfast i've been making these sometimes i don't eat breakfast but today i am i've been making these sort of lower glycemic oatmeal dishes and i use both old-fashioned
9:02 Or you could just not be consuming that much sugar in the first place. Nothing wrong with sugar as such, but why would you be eating oats with anti-nutrients, pesticides, everything that disrupts your gut? Let's assume that it's mega organic oats, which don't have pesticides, which don't even exist today, basically. Still, it's seeds, it's a seed product, you're still getting a lot of toxins. Just doesn't make sense in an anti-aging routine.
[video] 9:32 as well as cauliflower.
9:34 Cauliflower is a flower, as the name says, but people don't realize it. They just call it a vegetable, they don't actually think about the name.
9:49 The vitamin C found in plants is not DHAA, the actual animal human version which you need. You would need to convert it and there's no proof at all that humans can do that. It's really best to get real vitamin C from liver, spleen, blood, what humans eat in nature. collagen synthesis it's also high in sulforaphane which activates that nrf2 pathway to increase endogenous antioxidants i added wait wait oh oh oh my god oh my god he doesn't understand anything oh wow oh wow i didn't know that this video is going to be like that Sulforaphane is purely a poison. It's a toxin, officially. And the reason why biochemically, obviously, it's going to produce your animal antioxidants is because you're going to be fighting against sulforaphane.
10:47 He doesn't understand anything. Oh my god. This is bad.
[video] 10:54 What I add is a lot of superfoods.
10:56 That looks pretty disgusting, by the way.
[video] 10:59 but basic superfoods that you can find pretty easily. For instance, I like to, just to bulk up the dish, but also to add nutrients, I like to add blueberries. Blueberries are high in anthocyanin.
11:08 What kind of nutrients would you be adding by adding blueberries to the seed sludge? It really is disgusting. Plants don't have over 15 micronutrients, which are only found in animal foods. If you would want to add actual superfoods to oatmeal, which I don't recommend, it's going to taste super strange, then it would be liver, spleen, brain, any kind of foods which have actual real antioxidants for humans. And of course, foods which are actually nutritious. Those are superfoods, the most nutritious foods on Earth. And you should be cooking the oatmeal in blood, if anything. Not that you should waste blood by cooking it, I'm just saying.
[video] 11:58 If you would want to consume something such as oatmeal, oats... ...have potential protection for the skin against the oxidative effects of UV damage and the free radical damage as well.
12:12 There is no actual proof out there that UV rays damage your skin. You could theoretically damage it if you would sunbathe for three hours straight every day or whatever at noon, but that it actually damages your skin has never been proven anywhere.
[video] 12:31 Walnuts are high in omega-3s, also omega-6s, so I try to balance this out during the day with some fish oil. But walnuts, bulks up the dish, provides plant-based omega-3s, which are anti-inflammatory, and I like to add flaxseed.
12:42 But the omega-3s and flax seeds are not bioavailable. You would need to convert them to DHA, EPA, which has been proven in studies that human beings cannot do.
[video] 12:55 This is more skewed toward the omega-3s, the plant-based omega-3s, which is mostly ALA. It doesn't have a high conversion rate to DHA and EPA, which your body needs.
13:03 Oh, okay, he gets it. Yeah, it's basically 1%, if anything. It's nothing. Not even worth mentioning.
[video] 13:10 How exactly is it utilized? In what way? Just explain it, name it. I don't need any proof, just explain it and I could respond to it. Yeah, fiber is the indigestible part of a plant.
13:18 That's it, it's nothing else.
13:37 How can it be a good source of it, implying that you need it? Oh my God, he even adds cinnamon to it. I'm just kind of already done with this video and it only just begun.
13:49 Oh, my God. Cinnamon is extremely toxic. That's why you can only use very small amounts of it. Even this amount would actually make you throw up because your body would right away try to get it out of your system. A larger amount can actually kill a human being or any animal. It's very, very toxic.
[video] 14:10 ...anti-inflammatory component. I add cinnamon. Cinnamon...
14:14 Okay, I need to explain this to him also. Oh my god, it's not anti-inflammatory. The reason it's called anti-inflammatory, and that goes for all of these plants, herbs, is simply because when you consume many kinds of plants, herbs, which are full of these toxins, antioxidants, then your body will respond by creating inflammation and antibodies, white blood cells, to fight off the toxicity of the plants. This is what they measure. That's it. And that's why these foods are called anti-inflammatory.
14:53 People still don't understand this. I get that most people don't get this kind of stuff, because biochemistry can be a bit complicated. But this guy who... Should I have had the time to look into this? Hmm, it's interesting.
[video] 15:08 And nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich breakfast. Like I said, I don't eat this every morning. It's just something that I decided to...
15:15 So strange, man. He's eating berries also, which are usually full of pesticides. They 99% of the time are. Probably glyphosate in the oats also making him infertile. Okay, that's not an issue for him anymore probably. It just looks insanely unappetizing and unhealthy. Just a really unhealthy meal. Really pro-aging.
[video] 15:41 You consume this morning. Sometimes I don't eat at all. I just fast until lunch. But yeah, there you go. There's my
15:48 Yeah, I assume that he would be also somebody who's into fasting, aka starving. What happens when you don't consume any food is that you start consuming yourself. That's what autophagy is, which he believes is probably a good thing, from what it seems like. And that always means aging. That means that naturally you're a failure, you're a bad hunter, and you're gonna pay by dying quicker. The more nourished you are, the longer you're gonna live. Of course, overall, if you have stress, exercise, for example, and consume more food, then you're gonna have a shorter lifespan. But there has to be a middle ground, as in you eat when you want to eat. You're fully nourished.
[video] 16:37 Morning antioxidant-rich breakfast. And at about the 10 o'clock hour, I do some black tea, some organic loose leaves.
16:45 Ooh, black tea is really toxic. It's made from toxic leaves.
16:55 Also, again, caffeine. The guy probably doesn't have any energy because his meals look very malnourishing, which is why he needs the caffeine to pump out a lot of adrenaline. This is bad.
[video] 17:11 Black tea. This is English breakfast, I believe, but I love tea.
17:15 There are some studies suggesting that tea can... Nobody loves tea. Everybody adds sugar, milk, or something else to tea to not taste it anymore. That already says everything. If you like a food or a drink, then you drink it as it is, such as blood. Nobody would think of anything to blood because it tastes amazing. Best tasting food on earth.
[video] 17:37 ...inhibit MMPs, matrix-metallic protein uses, and that breakdown... the collagen in the skin, but here you go, there's my tea beverage that I like to just drink and sip on during... Ah, he doesn't look right.
17:49 He almost looks alien-like.
17:54 Yeah, man...
[video] 17:56 The 10 o'clock hour and relax so I can just sort of recharge... His dark eye circles are...
18:04 It's really concerning to look at him. This is worse than almost anybody I've seen. It's hard to say because the shadow is kind of over them. Maybe he's doing that on purpose to hide them, but to me it looks like it goes all the way from here to here. I don't even know if I've ever seen dark eye circles which reach that far.
18:29 It's good that he's not trying to hide them by using makeup. I'll give it to him. But at the same time, it's just really showing us that this is not working.
[video] 18:41 ...to continue throughout my day.
18:45 For lunch, I'm gonna make a salad, a really big... Ah man, his whole physique doesn't look normal. This is malnutrition, this looks worse than what a vegan does.
[video] 18:57 ...big salad. I start out by getting my broccoli florets for that sulfor.
19:03 Broccoli is again a flower. You're again eating flowers.
[video] 19:09 Yeah, man, you did already.
19:16 Obviously, how is the brain gonna function if you don't consume cholesterol, B12, vitamin D? That's how you create a functioning brain.
[video] 19:26 I get a blend of like 50 and 50 spinach and just...
19:30 Spinach has oxalates, for example, only one of the toxins in spinach. It's green leaves, obviously, it's leaves. You're eating leaves, okay? It's what a goat would be eating. Oh boy.
[video] 19:45 Like spring lettuce, this is really high in vitamin C, vitamin A, plant carotenoids, like beta...
19:51 Okay, at least he understands that there's no vitamin A in any plants. It's carotenoids, it's the pigments, which are not vitamins, okay? They would have to be converted into vitamins, which as proven in studies, I can give them to you if anybody's interested, cannot be converted by the human body because we are not herbivorous animals.
[video] 20:14 Carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. While your body has to convert plant-based carotenoids, vitamin A, to a form that it can utilize, it's still beneficial.
20:23 And barring any sort of genetic... How would it be beneficial exactly? Just give some kind of reasoning.
20:33 No, you cannot. Yes, there's genetic so-called mutations. I wouldn't call them mutations, it's just genetics because of where people come from. People in the UK, women especially, were found for a large part not to be able to convert them at all. And most human beings on Earth in general cannot do it. It's just pointless. That's because humans never used to eat them. The plants that he's eating there don't even exist in nature.
21:06 The bell peppers, for example, don't exist in nature. Onions like that, even the spinach as such, you don't want to be eating green leaves in general. The spinach green leaves were cultivated to taste... bearable? I wouldn't say that they taste bearable, they taste pretty disgusting.
[video] 21:24 Research suggests that carotenoids from...
21:27 Carrots also, they don't exist in nature. All of this proves that we never used to eat any of this so-called food.
[video] 21:34 like peppers that I just got out, and the carrots I just got out, beta carotene, alpha carotene, as well as lutein and c-oxanthin from these vegetables, can improve skin elasticity and skin hydration, contributing significantly to an anti-wrinkle and photoprotective effect for the skin. So I use about two ounces or so of the lettuce. I also use about two ounces or so of broccoli, broccoli florets. If you could do maybe broccoli sprouts, you're also getting a higher concentration of that sulforaphane. Broccoli is also, the mature plant is also high in K2, as well as...
22:03 Wait, wait, wait, wait. No plant on Earth has K2. He mixed it up. Hopefully. Maybe he really believes that K2 is found in animal foods. He's talking about K1, which again would have to be converted.
[video] 22:18 Vitamin C, which is involved in that collagen synthesis. And I always chop the big things with scissors. It's just easier for me. And there is a theory that when you chop your vegetables and you sort of agitate them, it causes them to increase their polyphenols or antioxidants.
22:33 Yes, actually that's true because they release the toxins because the plants feel like they are being attacked. Yeah, the sulforaphane is also released, which is why the broccoli will start smelling really badly. You're cutting up a flower, and the flower releases the toxins to protect itself.
[video] 22:50 Antioxidants in plants are defense mechanisms for the plant itself.
22:54 Wait, wait, he even gets that? Wait, what? What is he gonna say now? He's now gonna try to make up a reason why you should still eat them after all, even though he says himself that it's defense mechanisms for the plant, yeah.
[video] 23:11 So, and we take those on by eating them.
23:13 But no, we don't. How do we? Where's the proof that human beings or any animals can take them up and use them? There's no proof for that. They only attack you.
[video] 23:25 the plants, we consume the antioxidants and we receive the benefit.
23:30 But no, animals have different kind of antioxidants biologically. As I said, cholesterol, testosterone also is an antioxidant, but not plant antioxidants. There's absolutely no proof whatsoever that humans can use them or any animals.
[video] 23:50 But that doesn't make any sense, man. If your skin is made out of saturated fat for the most part, even if monounsaturated oils could in some way benefit, it would be probably 5% maximum of what saturated fat would do.
24:17 Think about it, why do you not eat what your skin is made out of to protect it, right?
[video] 24:22 Bell peppers, which are high in vitamin C, as well as carotenoids as well, again, your body has to convert them, but with some fat and, you know, just a healthy body overall, you can convert them quite easily, so I don't really worry about...
24:33 Okay, yeah, it seems like I really need to link to studies which prove that this is not true, not that somebody gets misinformed by him.
[video] 24:39 Kelp is a very, very potent superfood, in my opinion, and we don't... Kosher sea salt? Salt causes necrosis? What else is there to say about it? Why would you consume such high amounts of sodium? It can only cause a mineral imbalance also. Strange.
[video] 25:09 You don't need salt in your bodies.
25:16 Nobody in nature consumes salt. What are you talking about? Okay, do you see what I mean with the hands? Man, this guy doesn't look well at all. His hands are literally blue.
25:31 His hands are blue. And this guy is very malnourished. Actually, concerningly... Alright, at last, some real food.
[video] 25:39 That's a very deep topic. I'm not even gonna try to explain it in a video now, but...
26:00 If it inhibits a hormone, which is essential for a man especially, then how could it possibly be good?
[video] 26:10 Whey can stimulate growth hormone and insulin-like growth hormone.
26:13 Anybody who knows anything about the anti-aging concept knows that you should keep your growth hormones as low as possible. Growing always means aging. That's why bodybuilders age so much. They inject insulin, human growth hormone, and who knows what. The lower you keep your growth hormones, insulin, The slower you're going to age. And the whey protein powder is going to actually increase it.
[video] 26:45 But how? What do you base this on?
[video] 26:55 It also is implicated in acne, so if you're prone to acne, best to avoid whey protein. For dinner, I'm gonna make a recipe from this pale... Yeah, because it's toxic.
27:03 Acne is your white blood cells bringing out the toxins for your skin.
[video] 27:08 And it's also good for digestion, but the salad... What are you talking about?
27:12 It's a green leaf, what?
[video] 27:14 This recipe doesn't use lettuce. It uses a blend of mint leaves and cilantro leaves. These are also super high in not only antioxidants, but...
27:22 You're literally looking at green leaves, man!
27:27 What is wrong with this guy? Nobody loves green leaves, okay? Doesn't matter if it's arugula, mint or whatever. If you would, then you would go to a garden or whatever tree and start eating green leaves, because you would love them. If you were a herbivorous animal, then that's what you would do. The very simple proof that you don't love the green leaves is because you're now gonna try to cover up the taste as much as possible. You're actually not listening to your own body here whatsoever.
[video] 27:59 But it's not delicious, that's why you don't eat them alone. Wait, he has rosacea?
28:16 Which is a destroyed gut? Rosacea is a destroyed gut? Oh my god, oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god, man. Oh my god, this guy is so lost and misinformed.
28:30 He's literally destroying his gut with these plants. And probably has no idea that it's caused by them.
[video] 28:36 I don't know if I've ever seen anything more unappetizing simply because it's green leaves. There's just nothing in our body that recognizes this as food. Crazy, man.
[video] 29:02 It says add a little bit of that spice. It says to use as much as you like. I just go ahead and use the whole thing because I like the spiciness from the cayenne.
29:09 How are you fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing fing
29:32 This really... It just didn't turn out the way I imagined whatsoever, man. I even thought that I could maybe learn something from him. Seriously.
29:42 I don't know why I thought that. I didn't know that he's gonna be eating green leaves with toxic spices and then not even realize that his rosacea is caused by it in the dark eye circles. He's so sick, he's so malnourished. This is worse than a vegan what I eat in a day, man.
30:01 It's actually worse. Even vegans don't eat this many green leaves. I've never seen this. I've never seen this before. Imagine that. How many vegan What I Eat In Days have I reviewed? Hundreds. And I've never seen this bad of a meal. And that says everything.
[video] 30:22 and I mix that together, and that is basically... You're mixing what together?
30:26 Different kind of green leaves, which are inedible? What the f*** is wrong with you?
[video] 30:31 Fing s. ...it, I think, when it comes to the salad portion, and all you really need is, like, the protein portion.
30:39 We're doing a grilled flank steak with... Wow, at last, oh my god, man. I thought that I'm gonna f***ing die here, man. That looks very tasty. Seriously, just... Throw out those green leaves. The meat is full of antioxidants which humans can use. You don't need those toxic green leaves.
[video] 30:58 Which, you know, grilled is not the best for in terms of like the AGE formation.
31:03 Yes, that's true. It should be raw. But he probably doesn't understand that humans in nature eat raw meat.
[video] 31:09 But when combined with other antioxidants, you can really help to inhibit those AGEs from causing damage to the organs, to the skin.
31:18 Proof, I just forget about it. He has no proof for anything, he says anyway. He's very religiously believing in all of this.
[video] 31:26 I think if you are a vegan or vegetarian, I do think this benefits from some sort of protein.
31:32 This is the only reason this guy is still even moving. It's only because of the meat. Overall, it's still malnutrition.
[video] 31:40 Like a chewy protein, like tempeh or tofu. But yeah, very delicious paleo meal.
31:46 Yeah, it's delicious now because of the meat. You say that you like the green leaves, but you don't eat them alone. It's just why do you need to be so delusional or why do you need to lie? Why do people need to lie to themselves that they like vegetables or green leaves? It's a leaf. You don't look at the leaf and think that it's food. You don't need to lie to anybody and especially yourself and say that you like them. Why? What for?
[video] 32:18 One of my favorite anti-aging desserts, if you will, is hot chocolate. I even drink this during the summer.
32:23 What's anti-aging about it? The caffeine, the theobromine, the toxins, or what?
[video] 32:29 But I don't sweeten this. I just use unsweetened almond milk and cacao powder and unsweetened chocolate, like cacao wafers that I get with Nivea.
32:39 But why do you use the fake plant milks if you believe that growth hormones are good for you? Then use milk. It has growth hormones, which you think are good for you. By that logic, the more raw milk you would drink, the more you would grow and age, the better it would be for you. Because raw milk is full of these growth hormones. This is the guy's channel. Health, anti-aging, wellness. Health? Absolutely not. There's no way that you will be healthy if you eat like that. And we can see that he's very unhealthy. Anti-aging, that's the thing. He doesn't really work out. He does very light workouts and exercise, which I wouldn't consider exercise by any definition. It's not exertive.
33:29 And this is the reason why he looks young on top of him not having really any visible testosterone in his blood and being underdeveloped. That's what you're looking at here. There's a lot of videos, I'm not gonna go through more of them because I wouldn't be able to take any more. He has some thoughts about Brian Johnson, I wonder what he says. Let's sum up why he looks younger than he actually is. And I agree with that. He looks like a very malnourished mid-20 year old. Maybe late 20s, that's what some people say.
34:15 It doesn't really matter. It wouldn't even matter if he would actually look like he's a teenager just because of how unhealthy he looks. The reason he looks younger is because he has a very underdeveloped skull and overall body. It's because he doesn't have any visible wrinkles. That's true. And it does make him look younger. And that's because he has no stress in his life. If you're not ever gonna work out and you will simply chill, then you will not develop wrinkles in your 30s. Absolutely true. But... The food that he's eating is making him look very unhealthy. When you combine that with him being underdeveloped, then it just makes you look sort of like a freak. I don't say that to offend him whatsoever, but when you look at him for the first time, he looks like an underdeveloped sort of alien.
35:14 He doesn't look human because of the very severe dark eye circles. It's all caused by the very immense stress from the food. The caffeine, theobromine especially. But if you live such a chill life and you don't produce many hormones, then you will never really develop into a man. And then you will end up looking like this. Is this something that anybody should be striving for? I would for sure not want to look like this. I absolutely, you could say, respect people who go down this anti-aging road. If you want to prolong your lifespan and everything, that's great. If you want to be there for your children.
36:03 But if you are underdeveloped like this and don't really look like a man, then you will not even be fertile or attractive enough to attract a mate to reproduce with. You cannot even reproduce with her, most likely. What are you living for then? The best that you can do is actually have the hormones that you need as a man and as a woman of course also if you want to do that. Be productive as in actually produce children. Do what you should be doing as a man and a woman naturally. And then of course on top of that also go down this so-called lifestyle of prolonging your lifespan, but in a healthy way. When you actually look like a woman or a man, but you don't stress your body, you don't do bodybuilding and all of that, which he got right.
37:03 You don't produce all of these insane wrinkles.
37:08 That would be the best. You look like a man, but you also don't look like you're 50 at the age of 35, like all of the bodybuilders. A healthy, youthful looking actual man. That's what I would think people would want. I don't think that anybody actually wants to look like him.
37:33 Let me know what you think about this. It's an interesting case. Thanks for watching. This is a bonus clip. My girlfriend was making the thumbnail and she noticed something strange. Do you want to say what you saw?
[video] 37:48 Yeah, well, I saw the difference between his face color and then the neck because his face is kind of yellowish and the neck is completely white. Also, his arms are white and it looks like he's wearing makeup.
38:05 Yeah, this is what I noticed now too. Now that you say it, it looks super strange because he doesn't even go out into the sun. This doesn't even make sense, the color of his face. This actually must be makeup. It cannot even really be anything else. Think about it. I already told you that he looks very sick, but when you think about how his skin really looks like... Oh, and there also, you also said this, right?
[video] 38:32 Yeah, you see kind of the stripes because I think he was putting the makeup on his face and then he tried to blend it down his neck.
38:42 Yeah, I think so. I really think so.
[video] 38:46 I mean, even if you would say it is not makeup, then it's like 100% at least this BB cream, which is essentially moisturizer mixed with makeup.
38:57 Yeah, right, right. That could be true, because he uses a lot of stuff for his skin. Kind of reminds me of Brian Johnson, really, because he must also be using something. You also said in a different video about Brian Johnson also, right? Yeah. Yeah, it's pretty interesting. It's just interesting because if this is his actual skin color, then his face must look even a lot worse, and the dark eye circles would look even worse if he wouldn't be covering up the actual skin tone. Yeah, this is a bad case. It looks even worse now when you look at it this way.
