0:01 Fuck vegans!

[video] 0:04 Fuck veganism!

[video] 0:08 It says a lot about you, nothing about me.

0:19 It says how brainwashed you are. Cool.

[video] 0:23 Fuck veganism! Antibiotics and conventional meat, yes, that's absolutely shit, of course, no doubt. But we're not talking about conventional meat, we're talking about healthy animals.

0:34 I thought we would die next week if I didn't see this.

[video] 0:37 Wow, 33 years a vegan and I didn't know I was going to die. Thank you, Mr. Blasman. That was one of the sickest people I've ever seen.

[video] 0:55 It doesn't matter if you're vegan or not. I've been vegan for 35 years and now I'm 52. And it's a mental attitude. No, it's in my mother's genes. My mother is small.

[video] 1:10 It's not necessary. You've been a vegetarian for 15 years. No, you can't. For example, if you see the Indian Americans in North America, it's different. For example, you think you have the right food, but when you go to America, the people are eating your food. It's a mental attitude. No, it doesn't matter.

1:27 It's sad.

[video] 1:28 No, it's different. Do you know why I stayed younger? Why are you doing this to your child? Why are you doing this to your child?

[video] 1:54 No, no, no. It's a mental attitude. It's the same, big or small. It's a mental attitude. Of course. Look, I've been a vegetarian for 35 years. I'm 52. Look. We're trying to be vegan. If you're big and you're fighting with me, I'll only have half of you on the floor. And you say you're small, but with eggs. Napoleon complex, is what they call it.

2:27 Fuck veganism!

[video] 2:32 Fuck veganism!

[video] 2:36 Fucking Manoese people.

[video] 2:40 Fuck veganism! Because we all suffered from it. Ah, you all suffered from veganism. Not from veganism, but from the symptoms of veganism. Would you like to inform yourself? No, thank you. Not at all, right? I just wanted to ask. Yes, I just wanted to ask what your situation is. How long have you been vegan? For three months. Oh, that's good. You shouldn't... Three months? And what are your reasons for movement?

[video] 3:07 I just do it because you can clearly see that the industry is an incredibly healthy environment.

[video] 3:13 Which industry do you mean? The conventional meat industry? Both the meat industry and all other animal and animal products. And what about sustainably fed animals, like sheep? They don't exist. They don't exist? No. Oh, then all the farms, the animals that feed on grass there, aren't they sustainable? No. If you look at how much water is used to produce meat. For the grass, the rain? No, not for the grass, but for the production of meat. Are you a wanderer? Do I eat almonds? Yes.

3:42 Do you know how much water you need for that?

[video] 3:44 Do you know how much water you need for that?

3:46 When you eat grass, you don't need any water.

[video] 3:47 That's not right.

3:49 Only for three months. But I still hear your mentality.

[video] 3:52 Fuck veganism!

[video] 3:59 Fuck vegans! I don't know what you mean. You probably have a dick. You look like you have a small dick, so you cannot even fuck a vegan. You look like you have a big dick. I have a big dick. I have a bigger dick than you. Obviously. You seem to be very proud of it. No, I'm proud of it. I don't know. Fuck. Whatever. But you're talking shit. And that's hilarious. But it's cool that you're here, because the people have, without trying to attack you, but the people have nothing left to laugh about. It's like... I mean, we were standing in the queue earlier and... I gave you a well-founded statement. If you want to take it as nonsense now, then you can do it. But the cool thing is, you share it with the people and everyone who stands in the queue and is bored and waits, has nothing left to laugh about. But it's cool that you're doing it. Keep doing it. Nice shirt.

[video] 5:07 Did you start as a healthy or an ethical person? I started as an ethical person. I was a vegetarian at first.

[video] 5:35 I sang Gary Yourofsky and then I was immediately... because of the ethical thing. And did you deal with nutrition? Did you have the feeling that you supplemented it? Yes, I did right from the beginning, because I heard about B12. I also have vitamin D from time to time, not always, but sometimes. Do you have the feeling that it may also have something to do with it?

[video] 5:56 I don't think so. I think the supplements won't help at all. They might be a test, but the body won't take them. I would definitely underline that. I have consistently supplemented with B12, methylcobalamin, 1000 micrograms per day as a lunch pill. Actually, the bioavailability should be good enough. And I definitely had a B12 deficiency to judge the symptoms. And I want to get to know the answers if there's really some population that should not go vegan. In my opinion, as far as I'm concerned with the data, I don't see that.

6:47 That's a good thing to start to talk about. It's a study from the women in the UK that they can convert beta carotene to vitamin A around 50%. It points out how vegans don't care about human health. I have a video called Veganism destroyed in one minute. Vitamin A. Study link there if you want to check it out. They have a genetic disorder that they can't convert it.

[video] 7:11 I'm not familiar with this particular study. 50% seems rather high to me. That's 49 or something. Yeah, that's pretty high. I mean, the other studies that I saw, for example, like Switzerland, Schubach and colleagues, there were like a very, very, very small number of persons actually who were underneath the RDA for vitamin A, even though they only eat beta-carotene. But just in case, there are some people who cannot convert beta-carotene to vitamin A.

7:33 Do you mean RDA as in that they eat enough? Yeah, recommended daily. Oh, that's different because we don't know if they can convert it.

[video] 7:39 That's the thing. But even though, just in theory, if there is a population that cannot convert beta carotene to vitamin A, why just not give them retinol? There are vegan versions for retinol.

7:47 No, there aren't, because it's an animal vitamin.

[video] 7:49 But you can produce vitamin A without an animal. You can do vegan supplements with vitamin A. How? It's synthesized. Bacteria do make vitamin A.

7:59 There's no proof of that.

[video] 8:00 I've never heard of it. I can send you the links. We are doing actually multivitamin for vegans that converts. You would have to prove that it works. Yeah, we will do a study. I mean, how would you prove?

8:09 So right now there's no study and you're experimenting with something made in a laboratory. Again, it shows that you don't care about human health because you're just experimenting. We don't even know. We know that from animals we get vitamin A and that's how humans always got it. Basically, you're promoting a man-made diet. You don't know what's going to happen.

[video] 8:26 It's not really an experiment with human health, because first of all, we know that supplements do work when they are in the right doses, the right amount, when they are complete. And we know that, for example, vitamin B12 is working. You give people vitamin B12, you cure their pernicious anemia, for example. We know that the supplements work the same way as liver does.

8:46 What do you mean? You have experimented with it?

[video] 8:48 No, we have data. There are tons of data out there. Okay, I've never seen that.

8:50 I can send all of them. Just about vitamin A. You basically just admitted that you don't care about human health.

[video] 8:55 Oh, no, I do.

8:56 That's why I would suggest... You have no proof right now that there's any way for vegans to get vitamin A if they can't convert it. Okay, there are vitamin A supplements that are vegan. But right now you have no proof that they work. You just admitted it. No, we have... It's on camera.

[video] 9:06 Yeah, we have enough vitamin A supplements that have been sold for a long time, which help people to... But you don't know that.

9:12 You just admitted that it's not proven. You just admitted it. No, it's not. It's on camera.

[video] 9:17 You just admitted that they haven't done studies or experimented. So this is perfect proof that you don't care. I do care, actually. We do have data because when people take vitamin A supplements, their vitamin A deficiency symptoms go away. And we know that we can form those kind of vitamin A supplements out of bacteria-made supplements that do not need animal supplements.

9:36 But you just said that there's no such thing. What? There's no such study, no experiments about those. vitamin A supplements.

[video] 9:43 Oh, there is, there is. There's just not a vegan population that has been studied, but there are studies with vitamin A supplements all along, a lot of.

9:49 You could just Google it right now. We can, we can do it afterward. I mean, we can check for other things. I just know that they don't exist, so... We can afterward, just collect the points that we wanted to... Just do it right now, and you will see that it doesn't exist.

[video] 9:59 Yeah, but I mean, when you were discussing with Vegan Gains, he showed you studies, and then you said, yeah, the studies doesn't count. What studies? You know that it doesn't count with Vegan Gains, what did you say? Yeah, what studies? Whenever he showed any kind of paper. He didn't show any. He did, he did. He showed you through the papers, of course.

10:14 Ah, you mean he linked stuff and then we linked, but I don't know.

[video] 10:17 Yeah, and he gave them to you to read it and you were like, you don't have the time to read it.

10:20 So whenever he presented data... Of course, if it's a super long paper.

[video] 10:22 Yeah, they are super long. During a debate. Yeah, I can't read them, of course. Yeah, sure. So why should I show anything to you if you can read it?

10:28 I said that's why you should link it before the debate.

[video] 10:30 Yeah, I didn't know that you're here. Yeah. So vitamin A, I mean, in theory, what's the key problem? There are the majority of people that can convert beta carotene to vitamin A and if they cannot, they can take a supplement that is vegan.

10:43 Right, just google it. There's no proof of it.

[video] 10:45 There is proof. And the burden of proof is on your side because there are tons of studies.

10:48 No, I have a study that you can. The burden of proof is on you. You don't show me anything. Google, Sweden, vitamin A. And you will see in the description the study. It's in the description of the video. You can check vegans who have been vegan for a few months, for a few years, and it's saved in the liver. So that's what they use. Eventually they run out.

[video] 11:05 Only for a long year. I mean, for example, vitamin B12. You can store it for three to five years, maybe, if you can reconvert it quite efficiently. But after 10 years, after 30 years, there has been vegan, people have been vegan for 30 years. What do those people do?

11:17 The only one I actually know who was vegan for 20 years, she had five cancers in the end.

[video] 11:21 Dr. Michael Klepper, 38 years. Who, Gregor? No, Dr. Michael Klepper. Who is that? You don't know Michael? Ah, he's a physician. 38 years. Gene Bauer, 20 years plus. So there are a lot of vegans.

11:32 I haven't heard of them, but...

[video] 11:34 Okay, you should.

11:34 Because there are a lot of vegans that live vegan for more than... How long has Dr. Gregor been vegan? He looks like he's almost dead. Dr. Klepper looks like a zombie.

[video] 11:41 Dr. Klepper is 72 years old.

11:43 I think he's looking really good. What about the dimension of... Dr. Dougal. Dr. Dougal, yeah.

[video] 11:48 I cannot talk about Dr. Dougal. I don't.

11:50 But you look like he's sick.

[video] 11:51 Yeah, but he is, like for a long time, he was not a fan of supplementing vitamin B12. He is doing a really low-fat diet. So he is not doing an optimal vegan diet. So I think we should not judge people who are doing extreme vegan diet. He's not doing oils, he's not doing fats, he is not the perfect balanced vegan like many other health professionals would recommend. When we look at vegans who are doing a whole food plant-based diet that is sufficiently supplemented, we know that people are vegan for 20, 30 years. I cannot prove what you've been doing, but we know that a lot of people actually do it. I've never heard of anybody who can comment on it. We don't know if the doctor even eats any products on the side, like eggs and stuff. Of course, we just have to err at the side of caution and say, okay, until proven otherwise, we give them the benefit of the doubt, because I also give you the benefit of the doubt that you did it correctly. You tell me, I say, okay, because I cannot prove it. Therefore, you cannot prove if Dr. Michael Klepper is doing it 100%.

12:45 From my experience with all the ex-vegans, they get sick within three, five years. They get very sick.

[video] 12:50 I'm not sick at all.

12:51 For you to say that someone's been vegan for 30 years is just impossible.

[video] 12:54 Impossible. So if Dr. Michael Klepper could prove to you that he's vegan for 38 years... No, he couldn't, but let's just say he was.

13:00 I haven't seen him, so you say he looks like that?

[video] 13:03 He's very, very skinny. He's very skinny. Very deficient. His eyes are sunken. He doesn't look healthy. He doesn't look healthy for 72 years old. He's fit, being around the world, giving talks for 72 years. I know many people that are not that healthy for 72. Yeah, I know those people too, but he is not an excellent proof of health. How is the name of that one English vegan YouTuber, that guy with the mask, he tried to build muscle and he didn't... Yeah, I think it was him. He didn't gain a gram of muscle. Maybe he was training wrong, maybe he was not... He was, and he was coached by Henry Irving.

13:39 Exactly, yeah. Real vegans who only eat plants, no drugs, no growth hormones, they lose muscle.

[video] 13:45 What about, for example, him? I mean, he built 7, 8 kilograms of muscle in 6 weeks, 6 months.

13:51 I just see fat and nothing else. No, no joke. Where do I get my fat from if I don't eat animals? Well, you convert liver to fat. That's how vegans get diabetes.

[video] 14:01 So it's not muscle, it's just fat? Yeah. Okay, fine, all right. Okay, we can stop it. But what about other nutrients? So vitamin A, you can either convert it if you're not converting it, and you are right, not all people can convert it perfectly fine. If they just convert one-tenth of the amount that some other people do, they can eat some carrots and some potatoes, some sweet potatoes, and they will get like 10 times the amount, so they can convert it as much as they want. And if they cannot, they can take retinol supplements as a plant-based source of vitamin A.

14:30 Just Google it. There's no such study. There's no proof. How would you make it in a laboratory if it's from animals?

[video] 14:35 All vitamins are originally made either by plants or by bacteria. Vitamin B12 is not made by animals. It's made by cows and their intestines.

14:42 No, you oxidize plant pigments, beta carotene. It has to be oxidized to create vitamin A. Only animals do it. No plants do it.

[video] 14:49 That's true, but bacteria can make up vitamin A.

14:52 How can you say that you like study? Just film that. He said he studies nutrition and he thinks that plants make vitamin A. No, not vitamin A. I said either plants or bacteria make vitamin.

[video] 15:03 And then we have to take a look. Plants don't make vitamin B12. They don't make vitamin A, but bacteria do.

15:09 And animals don't.

[video] 15:10 Yeah, probably only bacteria or lactobacillus reuteri.

15:12 But you got to look into nutrition, man.

[video] 15:15 I studied this for quite a long time. I don't know what you studied.

15:18 Every molecule that I've seen of a supplement is completely different than the original vitamin. I'm saying when you look at the structure of the molecule. Yeah, what's the structure? Can you describe it?

[video] 15:26 There's a central atom of cobalt and there's a side group which can either be a methyl group or a cyanide, whatever. So we know the structure and we know that there are supplements that have exactly the same structure.

15:37 There's no proof of it. You can say, if you have studied it, it's fine, but there's no actual release proof. Oh, there is quite a lot. And of vitamin A, there's nothing at all.

[video] 15:46 You can give, for example, vitamin B12 supplements to people and they cure their pernicious amenia. Is this not a proof?

15:51 I'm saying it doesn't exist. What? The proof. There are people... Also, why do you speak of B12? Do you know all of the studies that prove that vitamin A supplements are toxic? There's so many of them.

[video] 16:03 Yeah, they can be toxic if you take too much of them, of course.

16:05 Of course. How can something healthy be toxic?

[video] 16:07 Everything can be talked about. You can drink 10 liters of water and you can get problems. Because water is bad?

16:12 Of course. Yeah, of course. Why is water bad? Because it dehydrates you. Water is dehydrating you. Why? I made a whole video about it. I don't want to get into it. Just search water in Sweden.

[video] 16:25 Can you explain in the video why water is dead already? Yeah, it's just a 20-minute video.

16:28 I don't want to get into it. So what do you drink? If I run out of fluids, if I sweat a lot, but generally if I have access to blood or any kind of juice.

[video] 16:38 But why would you drink something that's toxic? You just said water is toxic, but you drink it. Why would you do that? I didn't say it's toxic. I mean, you have this presentation where you name, I don't know, 7, 8, 12 vitamins or nutrients that are lacking in the vegan diet, right?

16:53 Or 50.

[video] 16:54 Yeah, so I think we should go through them.

16:55 You couldn't get past vitamin A. Oh, we can. I told you. Yeah, so give me any proof. How?

[video] 16:59 How do you have the proof?

17:01 I told you where it is. You can actually look it up. Your study doesn't exist. Yeah, we have videos to all the nutrient topic as well.

[video] 17:07 I wrote a whole book about it. They do.

17:09 Yeah, but you said you can look it up. So where is yours?

[video] 17:11 Yeah. You are prepared. You already did the video. We can send them afterwards to you. That's not a problem. There will never come a study afterwards because they don't exist. Oh, they do exist. Yeah. So there's one vitamin. I mean, you cannot get past this one vitamin because we already discussed about that. There is the possibility that you can convert beta carotene. If you cannot, there are people that cannot efficiently convert vitamin A, beta carotene to vitamin A. They can eat more beta carotene or they take a plant-based supplement, which is a plant-based supplement, a vegan supplement that is made by bacteria.

17:38 It's an animal vitamin. It can be plant-based. I don't know what you don't understand.

[video] 17:43 I correct myself. It's not plant-based.

17:44 It's made by bacteria. The animal is oxidized to beta carotene. There's no such thing. There's no vegan supplement of it.

[video] 17:50 So when we bring out a supplement that has vegan vitamin in it, will this disprove your point? Because this is what we do next year. So if we have this out and we have the data and the test that it's not by animals, are you convinced at this point? If we provide you with laboratory analysis that there is vitamin A in a supplement not formed by animals but by bacteria, will this be proof to you?

18:13 You would have to test the vegans and so on.

[video] 18:15 Yeah, and then we give it to vegans and we say how...

18:17 I can't say because you would have to do it. I can't really comment on it.

[video] 18:20 Wonderful.

18:21 We will send it to you. More than glad to do so. Why can't you just Google it right now? Why can't you just Google it? Because it doesn't exist.

[video] 18:26 Because we don't have access to our company data on Google at the moment. Fairly. Can you... I can find some, but you will not get whole access to all of them.

18:36 Even the title then should say something.

[video] 18:38 Yeah, I know. I mean, you don't Google it by yourself, so why should we?

18:42 I don't have internet.

[video] 18:44 Ah, you can use ours, no problem.

18:45 Why should I do it? I have to research for this agent. It doesn't exist.

[video] 18:48 Wonderful, so it takes you just 10 seconds.

18:50 Yeah, it doesn't exist. I know that already. You haven't studied it? You're lying right now on camera. No. You could just look it up.

[video] 18:56 Vitamin D is a pro-hormone. You can build it if you're in the sun.

18:58 Right, and people who live in Finland, for example, many countries have sun for many months.

[video] 19:02 Yeah, that's true. So what about just getting UVB light on certain mushrooms? They can at least build vitamin D2 and people can convert vitamin D2 to vitamin... Oh yeah, of course. You give people those mushrooms and they cure the vitamin D deficiencies. Is this a proof?

19:17 No, it doesn't exist. It doesn't exist.

[video] 19:21 There will be... Which kind of sentence? Vitamin D found in the blood doesn't mean it's real vitamin D. It's like supplements. It's synthetic. They think it's all vitamin D because it looks like vitamin D. That's funny.

19:38 Just like a religion.

[video] 19:39 For example, you have 45 foods with vitamin A and you get significant improvements in vitamin A levels and therefore symptoms.

19:46 Vitamin A levels? That's all it says?

[video] 19:48 Yes, symptoms as well.

19:49 Levels, it would just be counting blood, it means nothing.

[video] 19:51 When you raise the levels, you will cure...

19:53 No, it's just, no, you take drugs, you drink alcohol, it's in the blood.

[video] 19:57 It means it's in the blood. You get drunk, right? You drink alcohol, you find the blood, you get drunk.

20:01 You take any toxins in the blood, it doesn't mean that it's vitamin A. So if that's what the study says, it means that you took a toxin, it's in the blood.

[video] 20:08 No, and you get rid of your symptoms.

20:09 And we have studies already that prove that supplements are toxic to vitamin A.

[video] 20:13 There are supplements, of course, if you take too much of it, they will get toxic.

20:15 Yeah, and there's no proof of anything that is healthy that is toxic when you take too much of it. You can eat tons of liver as much as you want, you never get toxicity.

[video] 20:21 Oh yeah, there are, of course.

20:22 And there's no proof.

[video] 20:23 There is, I mean, if you... I've also been through this. Yeah? There's a lot of things that you can learn.

20:28 You study nutrition, but you're not even prepared to talk about vitamin A. Oh, I did.

[video] 20:31 Did I? Yeah, I did.

20:33 I did. The lab is fake as hell.

[video] 20:36 So I'm open to discuss with you. I really would appreciate to have a discussion with you where we can bring the data. When will you... When will you be in Berlin next time? I know that we can say that we don't trust anybody, but I mean, to a point, we've got to go, okay, well, a nutritionist probably knows more than I do. But why would you rely your health on someone else's opinion? Well, someone who's gone through a big course to learn how to... Still, it is an opinion. It is an opinion, but it's a more valid opinion than the ones that we have because they've actually looked into the science and the research. You don't have a more valid opinion regarding your own health and well-being? Not if you're not very versed on biology and know what you need. But they are very removed from...

21:10 You know what your biggest fallacy is? What's that? Your biggest fallacy. What's my biggest fallacy? That you believe that anybody can be sick, whatever they eat. But if you eat raw meat, at least since birth you can't be sick. You can't have any illness at all. You believe that vegans get sick and... It's just random, basically, but you can't get sick if you eat only meat.

[video] 21:29 You can't eat sick if you eat only meat? Yeah, it's impossible. How? I would like to see the study that shows that eating raw meat... There are no studies studying raw meat. Yeah, well, you can't prove it. That's just an opinion, though. Basically, if you haven't got any evidence for it, then we can get rid of it. We can't class that. There are no studies about meat eaters or tribes, but you can see the documentaries about them. That's the thing. I'm sure we can see stuff. The thing is, we can see an old woman that smokes till 100, right? But it doesn't necessarily mean that smoking is good for us.

21:56 Yeah, the only ones who really know that raw meat is good are the ones who eat it. And you have obviously never eaten a raw meat diet, so you don't know.

[video] 22:03 Yeah, but that's like saying I've never eaten just gravel or bricks. So I don't know whether it could be healthy for me because no one's ever tried it. No one in nature would naturally gravitate towards eating such a thing. Yeah, yeah, maybe not. I mean, we could go back into the history of man and whether we could have even caught animals. I know, but as a child, I crave raw meat. Were you just craving the nutrients within raw meat? Probably the nutrients within. Okay, and which nutrients were they? Vitamin D, vitamin A. Okay, and you can't find them anywhere else? Not in plants. Well, you can. I'm getting vitamin D right now from the sun. You can find them in eggs as well. You can find them in fish.

22:42 Where she comes from, there's no sun for many months. So you've got to eat animals. It's an animal hormone, vitamin D. There's no other way to get it in nature.

[video] 22:50 I was very vitamin D deficient, and I ate a normal diet before everything else, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, you know Jersey cows have never existed in the wild and are a man-made animal.

22:59 I know what wild cows look like in India and such. They're very similar to our cows.

[video] 23:03 It doesn't matter. They're a man-made cow. Even the food you're eating isn't natural. For example, people that eat chicken. It's just bread. But breeding sex isn't natural? No, but we have created them. They didn't do it themselves. The Jersey cow didn't decide we're going to make the Jersey species. The Jersey cow is made by man. It's a man-made. And you're against man-made things, right?

23:23 No, it's not man-made. Of course it is!

[video] 23:25 No, because it has sex with men. It's like the chicken, the domestic chicken. The domestic chicken is a relative of the red jungle fowl. It's also for sex, it's also natural. No, because the chicken was a relative of the red jungle fowl. That is the original chicken. The domestic chicken in its form today is completely unnatural.

23:39 For sex, it's natural.

[video] 23:40 No, but we have created them. You know like when people make like a dog, like a pug or a Labrador, that's the same as what we've done with cows and chickens.
