0:00 hey guys what's up i am going to be reviewing yet another video by austin wayne some people said that this is a response to my review of his what i eat in a day video the video seems to be about raw foods and supplements based on the studies that he linked which we can look at afterwards meaning that i would have probably responded to it anyway Maybe he didn't want to address me directly because he doesn't want to start some online beef drama. I also don't want it. And as I said before, I have nothing at all against the guy. Just because I disagree with his diet advice doesn't mean anything necessarily. I disagree with the diet advice of most people. It's whatever.

[video] 0:49 There is so much misinformation swirling around right now in the looks maxing community when it comes to diet and today we are setting every- I agree with you.

1:00 Everything's straight. Fun begins.

1:07 Is he about to destroy the misinformation? Diet maxing is when you eat naturally, seeing as the only way to be happy and healthy is to eat naturally. There is no other way.

[video] 1:23 It's optimizing your nutrition to look your best, to feel your best, to have high testosterone, to feel masculine, have all of the best benefits from an optimal diet where you can live your life to the absolute fullest. And as a certified personal trainer, working with over 1,000 people, being able to spread my advice, there's one thing I've always done and I will always continue to do, and this is whenever I...

1:43 It's interesting that the faces are cut off, probably because he doesn't want to reveal them or the people who sent the photos don't want that. It's most likely the case. It's just that if you would see the faces, then you would see that the people don't actually become more attractive. If a girl would have to rate them, she would still rate them the same, seeing as long as you don't change your face, which you for the most part can't, your attractiveness isn't going to change.

[video] 2:13 I give you guys advice, I'm going to look at every piece of scientific literature. That's why today I'm attaching 56 scientific studies, pretty much showing everything I'm discussing, just so you can actually see the scientific facts, rather than just talking about conspiracy theories, man. Yeah, science! So without-

2:29 i saw some of the stuff he linked and it was not scientific studies that's okay i understand what he means by that but it should be clearly understood that science is not for example epidemiological studies trying to find a link correlations between this and that that's anti-science actually because Something scientific has to be provable, testable, repeatable. You cannot do that with correlations, which is why I call it anti-science. I'm not saying that it doesn't mean anything at all, but it's not science.

[video] 3:10 Without further ado, I'm going to tell you exactly how to diet max today. Let's get it.

[video] 3:16 First, we'll be talking about the issues in modern day society whenever it comes to nutrition. So we actually have two groups. The first group is going to be the majority of the population. Now, this is going to be the 70% of people eating processed food on a daily basis. The 80% who are overweight or obese. They really don't take any pride in their nutrition. They don't even try to make an effort to eat healthier. And this is going to cause so many health issues down the road. So if you're already above that, like you're already trying to eat a healthy diet, you've cut out the processed foods, you've cut out all the bullcrap, congratulations, you're already way, way, way more ahead than most people. And number two is going to be the extremist. A healthy diet is never going to be extreme. Every single vegan eventually.

3:50 Well, a healthy diet today would appear to be extreme to most people, but that goes for anything that's natural. It would appear to be extreme, bad. And some words, which I don't even want to mention on YouTube. Yeah, of course, because most people live so unnaturally that when they are confronted with something natural, it seems extreme to them.

[video] 4:19 ...incorporates meat into their diet. Once again, because going way too far on the other end of the spectrum, you're not getting any protein, any vital nutrients, anything like this. So eventually they need to incorporate it. And then the opposite end, man, the people only eating their raw meat, their raw blood. This is not really a modern diet optimized for society.

4:36 Yeah, it's not optimized for society, this brainwashed society. He's right about that. How is it really something to appeal to? It's not as if we should try to appeal to modern people anyway.

[video] 4:53 And science proves this as well. Humans are omnivores. We evolved throughout history to be eating both fruits, vegetables, meat.

5:00 Actually, humans hardly ever ate vegetables. I don't even know of any cases. Probably if they were starving, they would dig up something, but it was very rare. You gotta understand that the vegetables that you eat today don't even exist in nature like that. If you would take a wild carrot, You wouldn't die from it, but you would get very severe food poisoning, really bad stomach pain.

[video] 5:26 This is from somebody on a low carbohydrate ketosis diet because there are tons of benefits to ketosis. And especially for me, it's what works best for me, but it might not be what works best for you. You might optimize your health by eating low glycemic carbs and eating some potatoes, some healthy fruits and vegetables with your healthy grass fed meat.

5:43 yeah this is uh just a typical diet video just trying to appeal to anybody whatever works for you there's no such thing as i've said before a million times an animal can only have one natural so-called diet only these specific foods which they are naturally supposed to eat how can it be any different everything else is man-made and man-made diets cannot work for any animal look at dogs humans thought of diets that they should feed to dogs and now they live half as long today because of kibble and whatnot instead of feeding them raw meat your wild caught fish things like this it's all about having balance and actually following what the scientific literature shows now we actually have No, never. Firstly, always you should follow yourself, your own intuition, what you want to eat, as long as the food is natural. Nobody else, ever.

6:42 No opinions, no science, nothing. That can never be more important, because otherwise you can read a study that a vegan diet is good for you, even for pregnant women, but you still crave meat like crazy when you're pregnant. so listening to studies is a horrible idea usually if you do that you just pick out the ones that fit your agenda or beliefs and then you go with that seeing as you can find studies to support just about anything nowadays but it's not science when it comes to science you can't all to start cooking our meat because whenever you cook the meat it does a couple of things number one it creates more nutrients that the It creates more nutrients, even though literally every study shows that it destroys nutrients. There's no study at all that has ever shown that, seeing as it's nonsense, heat only destroys.

7:40 Heat doesn't create nutrients magically, right? meat or whatever food in a pan or Boiling water and then magically nutrients appear out of nowhere from the water or from where no it can only destroy The consumption of meat provided early humans and blah blah blah be free be free is water soluble vitamin as proven in the studies I will link them and my video also about raw versus cooked meat a be free is destroyed in cooked meat and Up to 80%, depending on how much you cook the meat. Vital for brain development? Yes, exactly. Which is why you need to eat raw food. And brain, especially. National Institute discusses raw meat. Okay, it doesn't say anything. This is not science. This is just a belief. Why does he even show this? It debunks him, basically.

[video] 8:35 The body can actually absorb. So you cook the meat...

8:38 blah blah blah cooking blah blah early humans with increased caloric intake and nutrient availability again proof this is not science this is a religious belief it's like reading the bible jesus cooked his meat and there were more nutrients in the meat so cook your meat you slaves okay okay that's proof this is religion this is this is as anti-scientific as anything gets where's the proof you can't just type some man-made symbols and say that's how it is when every actual scientific study where they actually measure what's in the meat show that you have less calories and less micronutrients in the cooked meat and what is this joke total joke now your body can actually absorb more nutrients in this food you have to cook more a lot more we have to cook

9:37 Yes, so there's a huge difference between eggs and meat. Meat doesn't have any anti-nutrients. The egg clear, not the yolk, has an anti-nutrient which hinders the absorption, digestion of protein. Also avidin. That's more of a problem with biotin, but point being, there's anti-nutrients in the clear. If you would eat a yolk, you would get 100% of the nutrients. But when it comes to the clear, of course, seeing as there's anti-nutrients inside, you will, of course, not get that much protein out of it. That's the whole point of the clear. It's supposed to mess up your gut so that you don't get as many nutrients out of the eggs, seeing as you're eating the potential babies of the bird. That's why it's all around it. Of course, we humans can separate the yolk from the clear.

10:31 Anyway, the point is simply that cooked food generally has less protein and nutrients anyway. If you cook the eggs the way most people do, let's say scrambled eggs, you already destroy over 50% of the protein anyway. So you would still be getting more protein always anyway from raw eggs. And if you eat a yolk, you get 100%. So there's no excuse to cook your eggs anyway.

[video] 10:59 seen versus if you were to cook the eggs. There is insane amounts of scientific literature backing this up as well. Fun fact of the day, we actually evolved as humans once we started cooking our meat.

11:09 That doesn't make any sense because cooked meat has way less nutrients. And for your brain development, you need vitamins D, omega-3s, obviously, EPA, DHA. DHA, incredibly important. How are you going to get it? By destroying the DHA, by cooking the food, B12 also, you get the most from raw foods. According to most of the scientists, our brains have gotten smaller over the last few thousand years and really even longer than that. That's just proof that the more we cooked, the more we started eating seeds, The worst our brain development was our brain health, really the intellect, and we can see the results of that today. Again, he's just talking about not even theories, really just pure beliefs here.

[video] 12:06 Because our bodies got more energy from this food, it creates more calories for the body to absorb, more nutrients, and this actually allowed the brain to develop more, and we became more intelligent as a species.

12:15 But how does that make sense if you get less nutrients from cooked food? It makes zero sense. No matter how you want to look at it, no matter what you want to believe, you have to admit that it makes zero sense.

[video] 12:29 Very interesting, fun fact of the day. And now this isn't just something I'm making.

12:33 It's not a fact anyway. It's purely a belief.

[video] 12:37 This is actually a Harvard study. I'm the cook.

12:40 Now, if you're watching this, I don't want you to feel like I'm... Man, I didn't know that he would be appealing to authority and universities and everything so much. Whatever.

[video] 12:50 Okay, but the actual scientific studies, which you can actually really call scientific, seeing as it's testable, provable and repeatable,

13:10 show that cooked food has weightless nutrients. Sometimes over 80% of the B vitamins are destroyed, which you yourself said are important for your health. So that's it then. I debunked your whole video so far.

[video] 13:26 Brian Johnson, for example, consumes over 100 supplements on a daily basis. There is our supplement supply closet.

13:32 Yeah, and he looks like he's half dead. Seriously.

13:38 I don't get what you're trying to prove.

[video] 13:39 And then you get a test result and you see the actual effect in the body. It's really a satisfying process. Now, he is a multimillionaire. He has access to the most intelligent people in the world. He's very intelligent himself. Why would he be taking over 100 supplements a day?

13:52 How is he intelligent if he uses supplements, meaning that his diet is deficient? And how are the people who help him intelligent if they study at universities where you get taught that cooked food has more nutrients, even though it's purely a religious belief? You see what I'm saying? Just because you go to a university and listen to the professor, Oh, but professor, I saw a study where it doesn't make sense. And then the professor will simply say, Shut the fuck up! I am the professor, you're the student, you listen to me and you simply write down what I say and you repeat and then we will do a test and you tick your boxes and if you don't tick the boxes which I said are true, then you fail at the exam. And this is not intelligence whatsoever. This is really just indoctrination at the end of the day.

14:50 How are these people intelligent if they don't eat what they are naturally supposed to eat? Think about it. This is not logical. You would have a cow university, let's just say that this was possible, and the cows get taught that they should be eating seeds instead of grass, or whatever else, eggs, something, which is not natural for them. would they be healthy then because they are intelligent from the university you see why it doesn't make any sense to think like this brian looks horrible he has makeup on in almost every video nobody who makes videos about health related stuff should be using makeup i understand why so women use it blah blah blah whatever but when it comes to health you shouldn't be using makeup filters he has these weird kind of color changes in his videos where you see, I actually made a short about it. You can check it out. It's super strange. I'm not saying that he does that. I think that he's video editing team does that.

15:50 And the people behind his channel still, you shouldn't try to hide the way you look like when you do videos about health, it just says everything about him that he does that.

[video] 16:02 Number one is going to be Tongkat Ali.

16:03 There's been scientific research showing that... Yeah, but can you eat Tongkat Ali in real life, actually, as a whole plant? No, because it's so toxic, it's so bitter, you would spit it out right away. But it's supposed to be healthy. Okay, let's see... significant increase in testosterone levels yes because as i explained in my previous video testosterone is an antioxidant so when you consume something toxic testosterone and also the other antioxidants in the body will be released as a response You cannot eat toxic plants and then think that somehow in your testicles you will produce more testosterone in response to toxic plants. Just purely logically, how does it make any sense? Suggesting potential benefits for stress hormone profiles.

16:58 Again, just a release in your blood means that it's a response to it.

[video] 17:02 testosterone by up to 37% after only one month of taking this. Now, I don't think you guys actually realize how significant that is. And there is a myth circulating that the increase in testosterone is because your body is fighting off the toxin.

17:12 Oh my God. Okay. This is a response to my video for sure. Seeing as this is what I said and nobody talks about this. So he for sure watched my video. Hmm. Yeah, whatever.

[video] 17:24 This doesn't mean anything. Firstly, it's 16%. That goes up and down the whole day. Did they measure it right after? Every time they used it? When exactly? There's no info about that.

17:47 Also broccoli and all kinds of toxic plants also reduce cortisol according to studies. Should you then eat more toxic foods? It's not logical. What they should actually check is adrenaline, which is not mentioned in the study whatsoever. That would be the first hormone that would be released in response to something toxic. Cortisol is more about exercise, for example, that kind of stress. When it comes to toxic food, you need to look at adrenaline. There's no info about adrenaline. Why? Why would there not be? Adrenaline should be the first thing, because they left it out on purpose.

[video] 18:29 Over the cortisol, which is actually going to help you increase HGH, it's going to help you increase your testosterone even more, everything. Having less cortisol is actually insane. Coffee is one of the most scientifically researched supplements, whatever you would actually like to call it, but it is going to be extremely beneficial, especially for staying lean because it blunts your appetite. So whenever you're eating less food, you're trying to intermittent fast, obviously hunger is going to be very, very difficult.

18:51 Yeah, because you're going against your body. Coffee has neurotoxins such as caffeine and theobromine. I don't think that this is something really to argue about.

[video] 19:03 This is why I recommend fasting throughout the early morning with black coffee or black coffee with a little bit of almond milk to stay under 50 calories. And then you can have some sparkling water, drink tons of natural.

19:13 Yeah, but then you're just living off of adrenaline in the morning instead of eating. How is that good? Why would you recommend that? It's toxic seed water with neurotoxins, which will create a lot of adrenaline, okay? Instead of eating, having natural energy. Strange recommendations.

[video] 19:34 Minimal water, this is going to be key to actually successfully doing your fast, staying at a low body fat percentage. But I'm going to talk about the other benefits of coffee as well. Coffee does another thing, man. I call this just kind of like the work drink. Like it makes you more productive. It's going to increase dopamine. You will literally become smarter whenever you're drinking coffee because it enhances the brain. Like there is more brain activation whenever you consistently drink coffee.

19:54 Yeah, because you're consuming something toxic. You could say that there is more going on in the brain when you exercise, when you run away from a lion or something. That's not a good thing.

[video] 20:07 Which is why any brain-related diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, once you're older, you're actually significantly reducing your chances of getting this just by drinking coffee on a consistent basis. So now you're probably wondering, Austin, what food can I actually consume? What do you recommend? So first things first, if you know me, I've recommended raw milk a lot in the past. Now...

20:25 And that's also weird because, well, we'll see what he will say. He always recommended raw milk, even said that you should be eating organs. I even heard him say that you should drink blood. In the comments or somewhere he said it, and now he kind of went against it almost. It's strange because you would think that he would promote pasteurized milk then if he's so much about cooking your food, cook your eggs, cook your meat, but don't pasteurize, cook your milk. It's contradictory. You shouldn't be getting more nutrients out of the pasteurized milk by this logic.

[video] 21:00 If you are in a growing phase, for example, you're a teenager, anything like this, and you can get access to raw, grass-fed, organic, healthy cow's milk, do your own research, look into the farm, it has to be as healthy as possible, because if it's not, you can get very, very sick. So if it's not the best conditions possible, do not drink the raw milk. I would actually avoid the milk altogether, as it can be estrogenic.

21:18 Now, if you're past the growth phase, you don't... Yeah, I wouldn't drink it past the growth phase. Really, I wouldn't consume much dairy or any at all.

[video] 21:27 I don't have to think about raw milk, man. You should not be drinking the raw milk. I actually drank it two years ago and I grew a little bit more to six foot six, but it did do a couple of things. It bloated on my face like crazy. It gave me some acne and some uneven skin, even in my twenties. I think as an adult, after you're done growing, it's not necessary. Even me on a carnivore keto diet, I have had very, very intense cravings for vegetables, man. Like I will like crave lettuce, like nothing else. Why would your body-

21:49 Lettuce only has water and pesticides, essentially. Then you have deficiencies, which you would if you eat the way you do, if you overcook the food. And then your body thinks, where can I get some kind of minerals, some leftovers of something? And that's what your body will think of. That doesn't mean that it's actually nutritious. It's really mostly only water and fiber.

[video] 22:14 Actually, I don't even think that there's a point in going through the studies because I already understood what his point is, what he's trying to explain to his viewers.

22:45 some CDC case report, something about raw meat. Most food poisoning comes from spinach and other vegetables, so that's pretty much irrelevant. Health risks of raw food, really just going against raw food, basically. Why do you promote raw milk? That doesn't make any sense. Something must have changed his mind. Did he get food poisoning or something? Something must have happened. caloric deficit yeah what weight loss because you're under eating supplements you will find any study about any supplements out there saying anything you want because uh big big huge companies are behind these studies seeing as it makes people buy them that's it you do understand probably Austin that There's a lot of money behind supplements. It's in the billions.

23:46 It's not profitable to tell people to eat a lot of meat, even if not raw, just nutritious foods, organs. Yeah, they could sell the organs, but you get way more money out of supplements where it costs like less than $5 to create them and you sell them for $50. The profits are insane. You can't get that out of selling any kind of meat. And organs are cheap anyway.

24:19 By cooking is superior to raw. Okay, that doesn't exist anymore. Cooking, raw diet and B12 deficiency. That's probably about veganism, seeing as you get the most B12 out of raw meat. On a raw vegan diet, well, on a vegan diet in general, you're B12 deficient anyway. Wait, let me just click it, because there's no way that this is about raw meat, seeing as you have so much B12 in raw meat. This one I think also doesn't exist anymore. It's a wrong link. Okay, so a lot of the links actually don't even exist anymore.

24:54 Cooking, human, evolution. Yeah, it's just pure religion.

25:00 Yeah, okay, whatever. It's kind of what I expected. As I said, I have nothing against Austin whatsoever. Still, also now, I don't care what somebody eats. You can eat a vegan diet, vegetarian, cook your meat to death, whatever. I make my videos for the most part to teach people how nutritious raw foods are and how happy and healthy you will be if you consume them. That's really the main point of my videos. You can promote whatever you want to yourself. It's just that if you misinform people, then of course I will respond to the video, seeing as this was clearly a response to me also, partly. At first I wasn't sure, but yeah, that was very clear.

25:56 I really don't think that he wants direct confrontations with people, which is why he does it like this.

26:05 Whatever, that's his own thing.

26:11 It's fine to promote whatever you want, except when you have such a young audience and these people are very impressionable. That's the only thing.

26:27 He has, as I said in the last video, a lot of people who are 60 and probably in their early 20s, so 16 to 25. And these people will just look at him. He's a tall and good looking guy, not optimally healthy looking, as I explained in the previous video. But still, it's good enough to make people listen to him. And then to say that cooked food is better is just plain wrong. Again, check the links in the description. Really, there's no arguing about that. Way less nutrients, just way worse for you. Harder to digest, tastes worse also. There's nothing good about eating cooked food or cooked meat specifically. Then promoting synthetic supplements and toxic plant supplements, which provoke the release of antioxidants is also...

27:26 strange. I guess that he really believes in them. Yeah. The starvation also, the coffee. I wonder what happened to him because for a while he really said that he's into all of this himself pretty much. I can only assume that he got some kind of bad food poisoning or something similar to that. Probably ate bad meat, which made him go against all of that. I could even somewhat understand that, seeing as most meat nowadays is pretty bad. You really do need to get your milk, meat, organs especially, from pretty healthy animals, yeah. that eat their natural so-called diet, that don't get these crazy medications. Sort of disappointing, but it is what it is.

28:26 Still, I guess that he promotes a better diet than most of the influencers of today, but...

28:34 You would think that after understanding what raw milk did to him, how it helped him, that he would understand that all raw animal foods are good for you. I guess that he will keep promoting what he's promoting. Alright, I made my points. You can look into it or not. At the end of the day, people will believe whatever they want to believe. They will eat what they want to eat. But if you want to be optimally healthy, then there's only one way. It's the natural way. It's like that for every animal. It will never change. No matter what studies come out, what diets people think of, human beings will only thrive on natural food. And that's raw food. Thanks for watching.
