0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts.
[video] 0:05 One of the beautiful things that happens when you go into the wild, and this can be any wild, is that it starts to change you. And so you go into the wild and you start picking up logs and throwing them. You start splitting firewood. The first...
0:16 Where will you find these logs? Or do you believe that they are just laying around in nature? What about an axe? Do you believe that axes grow on trees or what? The way people imagine life in nature is delusional. They believe that all of these tools will be readily available. They watch too many movies.
[video] 0:41 How will the rain hammer that home if humans and pretty much all animals that live in forests avoid rain at all costs? If your fur or human skin
1:09 gets wet, especially when it's windy, then it's pretty much over for you. And if it won't be over for you, then you will for sure get very sick. Again, very delusional. He sounds like somebody who has never left the inside of a building.
[video] 1:28 I start to get sharper and you start to pay more attention to what you're hearing. And so you start going through this whole transformation where you start to be almost become a different animal.
1:37 your senses will become sharper.
[video] 1:40 Even more importantly, your so-called mental state will change. You will
1:58 realize that most of what you did in your life was pointless and meaningless and you will realize the actual purpose of your life. That's more important than any of the visible physical changes.
[video] 2:15 It puts you through this gauntlet of transformation and you become connected to your environment and then that feeling of disassociation tends to alleviate a little bit.
2:29 You pretty much always become sort of adapted and connected to your environment. The difference is that nowadays our environment is unnatural and that's why people are fake and sort of unnatural. They act constantly.
[video] 2:49 One of the most painful things that you can eat that can save your life is the habanero.
2:56 this guy for example is going against his intuition and that's because people around him are doing the same they don't trick your nerves into thinking that your mouth is on fire
3:18 What you are eating is toxic and that's a natural response to the toxicity. Is this guy joking?
[video] 3:28 Certainly doesn't feel like a trick.
3:29 But capsaicin, the comp- It doesn't feel like a trick? Maybe because it isn't? Hmm.
[video] 3:37 Upon doing that trick is in every hot pepper. That's why hot peppers have more vitamin C than in orange. Vitamin C is one of the only things keeping your gums from rotting and your teeth from falling.
3:47 again he simply believes what people told him instead of listening to his intuition and i say again because i see these kind of videos all the time between 1500 and 1800 scurvy killed more than a million sailors while habaneros were sitting in the americas the entire time it wasn't until 1932 that scientists even knew they actually did experiments they were never able to link Vitamin C to scurvy.
[video] 4:15 He cannot feel his lips, but at least he won't get scurvy. Good job. Insane is right, but not the way you meant it.
[video] 4:36 There's one aspect of my life where I still hide that I'm vegan a little bit. When I went to my doctor three months ago, I hid my vegan cap. I put it away in my bag and I told her I need a blood checkup. She told me if I have any allergies deficient...
4:50 I hope that she wasn't wearing that top.
[video] 4:54 These are special ways of eating and I said no, I simply lied to my doctor. But she was actually very impressed by my blood results and by the blood results of my also... Of course, as always...
5:06 great blood results, but for some reason I feel tired. I have these unexplainable dark eye circles, but as long as the blood test results are good, then I'm healthy, of course. Sure.
[video] 5:22 vegan boyfriend and actually asked him if he substitutes this.
5:25 Not being vegan is not okay. Okay, you idiot.
[video] 5:31 And only after did we tell her that we're vegan and then she started making a few remarks. Protein powders are so bad for the environment and also making vitamin B12 chemically, which is mostly given to the animals, is so much worse for the environment.
5:45 It's not as if people who eat meat support these farms where they inject them with anything. Obviously, ideally we should be eating wild animals. And if not that, if farmed animals, then not animals that get anything artificial. And they don't need that.
[video] 6:07 ...environments then taking it from the animals who have been slaughtered. So I took a breath. And I tried not to engage in a huge debate because I would have had to change doctor afterwards Maybe that would have been a better decision though This is another short video that she posted
6:30 very clear under eye bags. She also has dark eye circles, which you are not able to see in this video that well, but you can see them in other videos. She's not healthy. What does it matter what the blood test results say? It matters a lot to people who don't follow their intuition and vegans don't follow their intuition whatsoever. They probably believe that their intuition, their nature is wrong, seeing as they know that they want to eat meat. They love the taste of meat, a lot of them can admit that.
7:14 This is her proof that it's working. She's funny.
7:24 Her body, her choice. I assume that they are referring to abortions. But if it's a female baby, then she has no choice. I love their logic.
[video] 7:43 Housework is for everyone.
7:50 Housework is unnatural. There is nothing to clean up in nature. Maybe sometimes here and there, some leaves. But realistically, you would never do that. It's unnatural for men and for women. Periods are so unfair? What is that supposed to mean?
8:19 I don't know if this video is a joke or not. Nowadays, you can't tell. Women are strong. And then there is a muscle emoji. Yes, women are strong in their own way, but not when it comes to muscles. There's nothing wrong with that. That's just a reality.
8:40 But I still hold the door. Sure.
8:46 Sports. Okay. No more sports.
8:56 I thought that they mean that they won't watch sports at all anymore. Not that they will start watching women's sports. Whatever.
9:08 Macho? Wow. I don't know. I hope that this is a joke, but I don't think so. Matcha is disgusting. I've never tried it, but I know what people say when they try pure matcha. Not that there really is such a thing, but you understand what I mean. Right.
[video] 9:36 Bro, why is everyone running now? 20k, 40k, running, running. What's that? Oi, Thea, go for a run, bro. Stop telling me to run. I'm not gonna run, bro.
9:47 Exactly. Why should you? You should do what you intuitively want to do. And nobody wants to run. You would be running if you would be running after somebody, and that wouldn't be a four-legged animal because you would be too slow. Or if you would be running away from somebody, which again would have to be a human because a four-legged animal would always get you. There are technically some which are slower, such as a turtle. They have four legs, but you understand what I'm talking about. Typical predators that you find in a forest will always get you. Humans are just not runners, but people nowadays do the opposite of what they are supposed to do, and running is just one example of this.
[video] 10:40 My parents ran, yeah? From their country to come here.
10:46 Right, that's actually a good example. They probably didn't literally run, but we understand what he means.
[video] 10:56 My ancestors ran from lions and hoyas.
10:59 No, they wouldn't have been able to. Imagine running from a lion. You would be able to run for about five seconds, depending on how far away he is.
[video] 11:12 Bro, you run when there's a fucking problem in your life. You dumbasses. If I'm running, something's going wrong. Bro, people from the past.
11:22 Exactly. That's literally how it naturally is.
[video] 11:26 Ran so that we can walk. So I'm taking a breather on their behalf. So I walk, bro. I walk everywhere. And I get to the same spot years gone through. It just takes a lot longer.
[video] 11:44 I will never talk to a doctor about my general health ever again. If I break my arm, I'm gonna go see a doctor. If I need surgery, I'm gonna go see a doctor. My general health, never again. None of them know what they're talking about. They're all full of shit. All they know is to put you on pills and put you on medicine. That's all they know.
12:01 Straight to the point, and he is correct overall. When you go to a doctor, you expect them to help you with your illness, but instead they will usually give you pills to suppress the symptoms of the illness. That's what they learned to do. Surgeons may be able to actually help you sometimes, but they will also usually not be able to tell you why you needed the surgery in the first place. while you're actually suffering.
12:38 She doesn't look like she's at a healthy weight. It looks alarming.
12:48 Protein oatmeal. There we can see the first problem.
12:58 Wow, bread with avocado. Is she vegan or what? You can't even gain weight eating this kind of fake food.
13:13 Avocado toast. Wow, insane. Some fruits in between. Just water, essentially, with some sugar, of course.
13:28 This is not food. And I assume that she was done running at the beginning of the video.
13:41 What? What? No food. Oh, the hand. Oh, she needs help. I don't know who this is. It doesn't look good. Yeah, she really needs help.
13:58 nourish bowl oh my god tofu what huh none of that is food wow wait she is vegan no she doesn't eat any animal foods no real food none of this is food
14:29 and the music really misleading. It's as if she's showing the audience that she's eating very so-called nourishing foods, as if she's healthy, vibrant, who knows what. What we see is the opposite in this video, and the food is the cause, 100%. The running or whatever she's doing, exercising, obviously doesn't help. But at the end of the day, it's all about the food.
15:08 At the end, she shows a yogurt. Okay. If it's a real yogurt, not a plant-based one. And then she will eat some popcorn later. Maybe the yogurt, if it's real, was the only real food, but that still won't help you to gain weight. It won't give you any actual energy, seeing as it's pasteurized anyway. It's not raw dairy.
15:39 Crazy what people eat nowadays.
[video] 15:41 Iron supplements have a very low LD50 value.
16:07 Maybe the lowest out of all the typical supplements that people take nowadays. Very toxic.
[video] 16:14 Back of my head, I'm like, those definitely aren't mine, but she probably thinks I should take them. I'll just add one to each day of my pillbox with my other vitamins, antidepressants, and ADHD medication. Flash forward to the next day. I wake up feeling fine, but as the day progresses, my head starts pounding, my heart is racing, and I feel irritated and despondent. So I'm like, oh, I know what this is. I'm having an anxiety attack. I should do breathing exercises and try to identify what's triggering me. I pretty much sleep the whole day, eat, and go to bed early. The next morning, it's Saturday, and I am feeling fresh as a daisy. I'm like, I don't know what the hell was wrong with me yesterday, but I feel great now. Time to go take my meds and start my day. Hard cut to an hour later, the nausea, the headache, and the accelerated heart rate are all coming back. I'm like, okay, whatever this is, I can't afford to lose another day to it, so I get in the car and head to the grocery store.
16:53 It's because they use actual iron for these supplements. It's crazy.
[video] 17:01 Door with Matt, but as soon as we hit the road, I get so dizzy.
17:05 By the way, when you're taking supplements, you're pretty much always consuming waste products. Never actual food, obviously, anyway. Even if the source would be a real food item, then it would be heavily processed. But typically, you will be consuming completely fake substances.
[video] 17:34 I'm dreaming. Everything looks really flat, but also wobbly, and I don't really know where we are, and I feel like I'm leaning over, and I'm gonna throw up, and by the time we park at the Jewel, I am, like, ready to fall over. So I tell Matt that my body is feeling crazy, and I don't know what the fuck is wrong, but he should shop by himself, because I am not right. So I'm sitting in the car, trying to figure out why I'm dying, and finally, I'm like, Is this perhaps a side effect of iron supplements? And I Google it, and it's like, Iron supplement overdose symptoms! Nausea! Dizziness! Rapid heart rate! Irritability! Drowsiness! Can lead to...
18:03 Right, and that's because you can only overdose on something that is toxic. You consume too much of a toxic substance and that's why you feel the effects of the toxicity and that's why no healthy substance has an LD50 value. You cannot overdose on a healthy substance and that's why You can very easily overdose on iron supplements. Obviously, when you're consuming metal.
[video] 18:35 Liver failure and death. If this is you, go to an emergency room. So I FaceTime my mom and I'm like, girl, I think your iron supplements are poisoning me. And she's like, what?
18:46 Same with all of the supplements that people take nowadays. There may be some exceptions out there, but the typical supplements that people take nowadays, the vitamins, minerals, and all of that, those have an LD50 value, and there's a good reason for it.
[video] 19:06 And I'm like, the iron supplements you gave me? And she's like, weren't those yours? And I'm like, no, I thought you were telling me to take them? And she was like, hmm, hmm, hmm. Oh my God, they're Liam's. Liam is a cousin on my dad's side who stayed at my mom's house all summer for an internship. He has a rare neurological condition and anemia. As far as I know, I am not iron deficient and I took an anemic man's 65 milligram dose of ferrous sulfate. I end up in urgent care with my mom, who is extremely apologetic, and I get a battery of tests and they're like, yeah, you should be fine if you just stop taking the supplements and drink a fuck ton of water. And sure enough, after taking the blackest, stiffest shit of my life, I was totally fine.
19:44 Yes, that's one way your body detoxes.
19:50 And she probably still didn't actually learn the real lesson here. Don't take supplements.
[video] 19:58 So yeah, don't take random pills just because your mom...
20:01 It's not about random pills. Don't take toxic substances made in laboratories. That's the lesson here.
20:14 Would it be possible for any of these people to fall for these strange diets and supplements if they would be living intuitively? Would anybody swallow a so-called iron pill after tasting how bitter it is? Would anybody be swallowing supplements in general after tasting the bitterness just because somebody told you that they are good for you? That's impossible. Would you stop eating meat because you watched a documentary which brainwashed you to believe that meat is unhealthy? Would you start eating beyond meat instead of actual meat because they told you that it's better for you? That's also impossible.
21:07 The problem is that people today live in their imagination instead of this actual reality. And your intuition is rooted in this reality. And that's why when you listen to your intuition, you cannot fall for any of this. But when you don't listen to your intuition, then you will fall for anything. Thanks for watching.
