0:00 Hi, new blood test results. I wanted to do this for my two-year update of eating raw meat a few months ago, but it didn't work out because of the US trip. I do these tests for you guys. I don't care about them much. If my vitamin D, for example, would be almost undetectable in the blood, then I would care. I will always show them to you, whatever the results are, because I'm doing this for health, unlike vegans. They will almost never show them to you and the few that do will only show you snippets. If I would hold the papers like this and read to you the lipoprotein and B12 levels, then you would have to be brain dead to believe me because you would have no idea if it's real or whose blood test it is. That's exactly what almost all of the vegans do and nobody questions it. How fucking retarded are you?

I don't do these blood tests in a fasted state simply because I'm so much against starvation that I don't even want to do it for a few hours because after five hours of not eating your cells are going to cannibalize themselves. I ate some liver with butter in the morning, drank some cucumber and orange juice, which is what I usually make nowadays. I'm going to change it to 20% or less oranges and the rest cucumbers because of the fructose. My uric acid levels were a little bit higher. Uric acid is the end product of fructose metabolism in the liver. My C-reactive protein is 1 mg per liter, just like last year. In other words, I'm not going to get any disease ever if it stays that way.
