Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Protocol Has Failed

0:00 Hi, today I'm going to discuss the latest news surrounding Brian Johnson and his illness. Firstly, I will review his latest video about it, and then I will explain what's actually going on. Before we start, let's check out the thumbnail. The image is saturated, it has contrast, it's somewhat sharp, there's visible details, and now let's click on the video.
[video] 0:30 Hey friend.
0:31 The saturation and the contrast are gone. It's somewhat blurry. His editing team does this because they don't want you to see the way he really looks like. Of course, in real life, it would be a whole different story. Why does he still do this? I assume that he will talk about his illness in the video. Why doesn't he now show us the way he really looks like?
1:04 It's strange that he still doesn't want to show how sick his protocol made him.
[video] 1:11 Hey friends, so I've got some bad news. I got diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and my stomach is eating itself. We just found out about this diagnosis last month when I did a bidirectional endoscopy, which means it's a colonoscopy and also you go down the throat as well.
1:30 I will talk about this afterwards, but this diagnosis is not scientific, meaning that you cannot actually observe what exactly caused this so-called illness.
[video] 1:45 So looking at my entire intestinal tract. And so this is actually something that I was diagnosed with when I was 21 years old. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. And so I started taking hormones to modulate my thyroid, but the thyroid and the stomach actually pair really well together in immunology. So when you have a problem with the thyroid, you sometimes have a problem with the stomach. There's actually a clinical name for it. And so I didn't know this thing was happening inside my stomach. But what happens is, so think of your immune system like you have trillions of soldiers, each one.
2:14 It's very unlikely that he didn't feel anything. Why did he get a biopsy? People don't just randomly do that. It's way more likely that he actually felt something, which is why he did the tests. And it really has to be pointed out that he doesn't look well. He never did. It only got worse over the years. But right now, no matter how much he tries to hide it, maybe he's wearing makeup also, he just looks very unhealthy.
[video] 2:57 One is an immune cell, and they have a specific key. And this key is designed to destroy a specific target, like a virus or bacteria. Some of my immune cells, some of these warriors, went rogue. And instead of attacking a foreign threat, they started attacking my own stomach.
3:14 As I said, I will explain everything about it afterwards, but this is just a hypothesis that really has to be understood. It's very important.
[video] 3:25 And that's why this process is eating my stomach. And so what this does is it changes my stomach acidity. So I can't actually process certain things. Like for example, I can't process iron. So if I were to eat foods with iron or take supplements, I can't absorb it into my body. And so it leads to nutritional deficiencies, anemia, and even it can create risk of cancer. And so what happened is A lot of people, they look at my protocol and they'll say, this is insane. You've been measuring yourself so much over the past couple of years. How is it possible you missed this? It's actually a really hard one. And I'll give you some context because I think it's relevant for each one of you.
4:03 It's actually really simple.
[video] 4:06 back I can now piece together the puzzle. So I've had low iron, low ferritin for 11 years and it's very common in medicine for doctors to see this and they see other markers like your hemoglobin and your hematocrit and say those are normal therefore you're not anemic so you must be okay.
4:25 It's very important to understand that these so-called markers are surrogate markers. Most people don't understand this. They actually really take them seriously. I'm not saying that they mean nothing, but it's still surrogate markers.
[video] 4:43 But low iron is something you really want to look into. And so I just revamped my medical care team.
4:50 Just to be clear, in case you don't understand what I'm saying, at the very best, all that you can do is draw correlations. when you look at these surrogate markers, most of which are measured through chemical reactions, meaning that you are not dealing with empirical evidence, science. It's also strange that they set up two cameras, I assume, because he's looking into a different camera, right? It's so indirect. Shouldn't he be talking to us? Instead, he doesn't even look at the camera and he hides the way he looks like.
[video] 5:36 Your colon looks great. And so as you'd expect, I said, okay, doctor, but I need a percentile. So what percentile would you put me in all men of a colon? He said, yeah, 95th percentile. He said, it's clean. It's great. So that was great. But then this is the thing. This is where this disease hides. So you can do a colonoscopy. the doctor can go there and inspect and not identify that you have this autoimmune condition. So what my doctors had done with foresight is they said, we're going to biopsy various samples inside your stomach so that if there's a problem that can't be detected visually, we'll find it in the biopsy. And so we did the biopsy, we had it came back and there it was. So it's a hard, so first you have the gait of low iron is not taken as seriously as it should, even though you should point at this colonoscopy, but the second layer is even a colonoscopy didn't detect it. It was only from a biopsy, which we found it. But now it kind of completes a puzzle where hypothyroidism was diagnosed at 21, it pairs with the stomach, so I've had this autoimmune condition for potentially 20 plus years.
6:36 A biopsy means that they go into your body, so to speak, through your throat, and they essentially cut a very tiny piece of your stomach lining and then they do tests on it, they examine it.
[video] 6:53 Where it slowly eats away my stomach. So I guess the good news is a lot of people think of getting a diagnosis as bad, which certainly none of us want a diagnosis, but I kind of feel energized by this, I feel excited by the diagnosis because I would so much rather know now than I would find out down the road when it's like, now it's creating cancer in your stomach. I can do something about it. Knowing about it allows you to do things earlier. And so I'm very excited. So yes, my stomach is eating itself. And that's also what makes me excited about it because up until this point, I think people, when you get a diagnosis like this, the standard of care is so sorry,
7:34 The thing is that he actually truly believes that it's not as if his stomach is actually eating itself.
7:43 The biggest problem with Brian is that he blindly believes all of the so-called experts. He has his so-called team there, and they tell him how to exercise, what to eat, and so on. Although I doubt that they would actually recommend eating a vegan diet. That was for sure his choice. But seeing as they are getting paid, they will say that it's possible to eat a healthy vegan diet, because that's what they learned in school. It's understandable. My point is simply that if he wouldn't blindly listen to all of the people, and if instead he would simply listen to his body, his nature, then he wouldn't have experienced these problems. But it seems as if he's stuck there.
[video] 8:39 You know, let's manage this so that it doesn't... As best we can, let's manage it. But really, it's just you're conceding to the disease. No matter if it's fatal, you're just like, sorry, we can't do much about it. But now with our new tools of AI and biotech, We don't have to concede anymore.
8:56 And he really truly believes that there's a way around nature, that you can live an unnatural life, eat unnatural food, and still somehow be healthy. And if you're not healthy, then you can find a way around it.
9:20 through this modern technology that's really an insane mindset diagnosis my first thought was we're gonna solve it like we are absolutely going to solve this now it's it has never been cured there is no known cure so it's a it's a really good challenge for us as a team but and the problem is so obvious i will talk about it i just wanted to show you what he's saying about it first
[video] 9:45 In case you don't know, you cannot observe a so-called cell, immune cell or whatever kind of cell
10:08 just like that in its natural state. It doesn't exist. You can use chemicals to then try to observe something which you assume is a cell. Yes, that's possible even under a normal light microscope, but you cannot observe such a thing as a cell. And that's why you cannot do scientific experiments or anything related to it when it comes to immune cells in his case. People don't understand this.
[video] 10:43 Each of the immune cells is key. We say, who are you? And by doing this, we'll take that information, then we'll do a second biopsy. So I have to go under again, we'll do a live biopsy of my stomach, we'll take those cells and then match them to the data and we say, who are you?
10:58 He says cells, in reality you are taking stomach tissue that has to be understood.
[video] 11:06 are the rogue immune cells attacking me? And once we have those signatures, we know who they are, we can then design solutions to say, we're going to stop you from doing these attacks internally. In the meantime, I think the response globally has been a lot of fun. I think there's a lot of people who are really concerned about my diagnosis, which I appreciate very much. A lot of people are leaping for joy, just like how ironic and humorous it is that the don't die guy is now getting diagnosed with this incurable disease. And I welcome all of it. I was the first person to say I'm most likely going to die of something incredibly ironic It's just kind of my fate. I'm okay with that. I reconcile with it. So I think the discussion is positive.
11:52 He said that he won't die. I will show you a clip of that later.
[video] 11:58 But my team and I, we feel really fired up. We are ready for this task. We want this task. The past couple of years have been about how do you fine tune the body through nutrition and exercise and various protocols. And now it's like, how do you actually take on the diseases that create mortality risk for us and solve them?
12:16 Now listen carefully, this will be the most important part of the video. This is what they wrote about Brian Johnson. The disease in question is autoimmune gastritis, a chronic inflammatory condition in which antibodies destroy acid-producing cells in the stomach. There's a lot of problems already. Firstly, chronic inflammatory condition, why would there be chronic inflammation in the stomach? Maybe because of what you put into your stomach? Then it says that the antibodies destroy the acid-producing cells. What antibodies and what cells? This is what I meant before.
13:10 They are talking about a hypothesis, a belief, which they cannot prove. But they will tell you that this so-called autoimmune gastritis is caused by these antibodies which, for whatever reason, destroy the acid-producing cells. But can you actually scientifically prove that with empirical evidence? No, of course you cannot. It has never been proven. But Brian Johnson just blindly believes that
13:44 which prevents people from absorbing iron. It's not in itself a fatal disease, but it's linked to an increased risk of stomach cancer and eventually to deficiencies B12, which in turn cause anemia and neurological complications. It's very important to understand that they are hypothesizing. They did the biopsy. They saw that his stomach is inflamed. And then because of these indirect, unscientific and vague surrogate markers, the chemical reactions, they... simply believe that it's this disease which they would call autoimmune gastritis.
14:38 Very often nowadays, people will become sick and then they will say, oh, you have this autoimmune disease. Can you scientifically actually prove that? No, they cannot. But people don't understand this, and Brian Johnson also doesn't understand that this is a hypothesis.
14:59 they very, very often come up with this explanation, this belief. And really, you could say that it's kind of suspicious that so often they come up with this so-called explanation, which is hardly an explanation, seeing as they cannot really explain it, that it's some kind of autoimmune disease. And they never actually talk about any other possible real-life causes. And that's what I will talk about. What is Brian Johnson doing that could possibly cause an inflamed gut? I'm sure that a lot of you already know the answer. Onyx, he wrote, as a kid, I ate sugar cereal, drank sugary soda, and gobbled down fast food. I had a few healthy years in my early twenties, but then became a young father of three and began building a business.
15:57 And then he experienced stress and whatnot. What he's saying is that it's the foods that he used to eat that are possibly causing this now. Or at the very least, they have some kind of effect on his inflamed gut, which is eating itself.
16:22 Doesn't that sound a lot like the excuses that a lot of vegans and so-called plant-based eaters come up with. I've heard this a lot of times. It's the meat that I used to eat. That's what's causing my heart issues now. It's not the seed oils, the new foods which I'm eating. No, because I want to believe that what I'm doing now isn't causing the problems. But is it likely that something that you did decades ago is now causing these problems? I'm not saying that it's impossible that something from, let's say, six, five years ago could be causing some problems right now. It's possible, obviously. But some junk food, some sugary sodas that you consumed, really?
17:20 Wouldn't your body have healed in all of this time? Let's just use some common sense here. Let's listen to what some other people have to say about it.
[video] 17:30 Particularly, your body makes T-cells and antibodies that end up attacking the proton pump.
17:38 He shows this image with the text, but can you actually prove any of that? As long as you cannot show these antibodies, these supposed molecules which destroy the immune cells, then you are not talking about science, obviously, anyway. I hope that that's needless to say. But you are not talking about anything that we can actually use as an argument. We cannot actually say that this is the cause of the problem. How can we? It's impossible.
[video] 18:15 And this is where, once again, we have a lot of people saying, oh my gosh, it was his lifestyle, whether it was his vegan diet, it was the 100 pills a day, which I feel like might be a little bit rough on your stomach, honestly. And then...
18:25 It's interesting that he mentions that.
[video] 18:27 Also, he was taking some olive oil shots, which could be, who knows? That's unlikely with the antioxidants there. Not a known cause. A lot of people point to him dodging the sun. Absolutely no indication that that would do it. And then we have a whole camp who's like, it's the stress of his anti-aging that has aged his stomach into an autoimmune disease. Here's why I think none of these are likely true. It's because at the age of 21, he was also diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease.
18:49 Obviously, avoiding the sunlight isn't going to... harm your stomach? How could it possibly? It's obviously unhealthy to avoid the sun. Everything that's unnatural for your body is unhealthy for you, but When we talk about the stomach, then it has to be something that is affecting the stomach, obviously. Should be common sense, but it isn't, obviously.
[video] 19:16 Anyway, while it's possible there are undiscovered lifestyle triggers for these genes, the genes seem to be really connected here in particular.
19:26 These two DRB... Again, there's... A moving image in the background, and then you have this image with some text. Can you show us these actual genes? No, of course not.
[video] 19:42 E1 genes, which drastically increase the likelihood of getting autoimmune gastritis. This can be a 1-2 genetic punch for people that have it really bad. First of all, you have malfunctioning on the genes that...
19:54 The scary part is that... people like him really believe all of this. They simply read about something and then they religiously believe that they have a blind faith in all of this because None of them actually care about science, unfortunately.
[video] 20:17 Target proteins for your immune system, getting those stomach genes wrong, essentially putting the wrong... Stomach genes, some antibodies doing something.
20:30 What does this have to do with what's actually going on? Does it have anything to do with science? Is there proof for that? There's no evidence whatsoever. You're talking about a hypothesis at the very best. And what he's talking about right now isn't even a hypothesis. That's just pure religious belief.
[video] 20:54 Scientists still don't fully understand why many autoimmune diseases begin. Genetics matter. Environmental triggers matter. Infections may matter. Sometimes they simply appear without a clear...
21:06 The problem is that these so-called scientists, and I wouldn't call them that, don't actually deal with anything that they can observe. Most of what they talk about isn't based on empirical evidence when they talk about these autoimmune diseases.
[video] 21:25 cause more than 100 autoimmune disorders exist and many remain impossible to predict or prevent even in otherwise healthy people that's what makes Johnson's diagnosis so curious not because biohacking failed but because it found its limits the internet loves extremes either Johnson is a genius proving we can defeat aging or he is a fraud exposed by one diagnosis reality is less dramatic and it is that deep His relentless monitoring may have actually caught the disease earlier than most people would have. Many patients spend years before getting an autoimmune diagnosis because the symptoms are vague and routine blood work can appear normal. Yet this case also reminds us of something modern culture often forgets. Optimization.
22:03 They all talk about these markers and whatnot, but they don't actually look at him. He always looked unwell, to say the least. And now a lot of people are saying, oh, he was always sick. Now it's as if it's fine to admit it. But before that, people were blindly following him, ignoring that he doesn't look well.
[video] 22:33 Isn't the same thing as control. Nature isn't software. Biology is messy, probabilistic and full of trade-offs.
22:42 Just to be clear, what I'm saying is that the best way to know instead of believing that somebody is healthy and that somebody isn't aging quickly is to look at them.
23:00 But people nowadays instead rely on some images, text, numbers, data, Instead of science, they rely on something vague. And then they wonder why he was diagnosed with this illness. Could have been something else also. But we could always see that he wasn't healthy. And we could see that he was aging very quickly. How to know if somebody is healthy and if they are not aging quickly? By looking at them. If they look youthful, then they are youthful. If they look healthy, then they are healthy. Obviously, this is common sense. And they go against common sense, all of these people.
[video] 23:48 That evolution never designed to be elegant. You can improve the odds, you can reduce risk, you can live healthier. But there is still a difference between increasing your chances and mastering nature itself.
23:59 Brian Johnson may eventually... You cannot master nature. That's the whole problem. That's what he believes, basically.
[video] 24:07 help discover better treatments for autoimmune disease. His willingness to document every step could genuinely advance medical understanding. But his latest diagnosis may have already taught us something much more valuable. Perhaps the future isn't about conquering biology. It's about respecting just how much of it remains unconquered. Even the world's most optimized human is still human. despite spending millions of dollars a year to be healthy brian johnson has just been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called autoimmune gastritis in which he describes as his stomach literally eating itself this disease can lead to a myriad of downstream effects such as b12 and iron deficiency possible neurological damage and increased cancer risk and more but i'm not actually surprised seeing as this is just further proof showing that brian johnson isn't actually healthy and you shouldn't be listening to him for health advice and i'm sure the primals and carnivores will jump at the opportunity to blame this on his vegan diet and while yes i agree with that i'm sure it made a significant impact
24:55 I'm not blaming it on his vegan diet. It for sure doesn't help, obviously, but it's not the actual cause of it. It will for sure... Add to the problem, no doubt about it.
[video] 25:11 I only would attribute this to his horrible environment and extreme lack of sun exposure. Studies have shown that chronic sun and UV avoidance significantly increases your risk for disease and leads to higher rates of all-cause mortality. To get more specific, we see that autoimmune diseases have a latitude gradient and things like multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel disease, type 1 and 2 diabetes, and arthritis, for example, all start to disappear the closer you get to the equator. And seeing as latitude is most directly tied to sun exposure, in the case of Brian, you reap what you sow. Brian is like deathly afraid of the sun. The guy is completely pale. He's constantly talking about sunscreen. He's constantly using the stupid like UV umbrella.
25:40 It's very bad to avoid the sun, but it's not going to damage your stomach, obviously.
[video] 25:49 But on top of that, the guy's a multimillionaire, but he chooses to stay in Los Angeles where he's surrounded by blue light and EMFs, and he takes no actionable steps to ground himself to the earth. But funnily enough, as of a few hours before me making this video, Brian Johnson has just made a response to all the backlash he's been getting on Twitter following his diagnosis, in which he exposes his hubris and fundamental misunderstanding of what sunlight actually is, seeing as he boils it all down to just like a vitamin D pill. And if you watch my content, you know that sunlight is far more... Vitamin D pills are used as rat poison than just vitamin D. And Jack Cruz has made a great Twitter thread explaining its specific application in terms of autoimmune gastritis. And I advise you all to go check it out.
26:24 But as crazy as Brian Johnson may be, Jack Cruz is something else.
[video] 26:31 Long story short, I hope he gets better and I hope he comes around to things like sunlight and red meat. But please stop listening to this guy for health advice. Clearly he's not healthy. When it comes to Brian Johnson's autoimmune disease and Nora Smith's daughter getting cancer, I have seen a lot of posts talking about this, specifically talking about essentially what they could have done better, ways to avoid getting autoimmune diseases and how cooking at home is not the most important thing you can do for your health and so on and so forth. And I really feel that it is an important PSA to say you cannot control everything about your health. These fitness gurus who are going online telling you what Brian Johnson did wrong or how to prevent your kid from getting cancer that I have seen are insane. There is no way to control your health 100%. Too much of your health is dictated by genetics and by your environment.
27:11 You cannot control it 100% in the sense that anybody could be hit by a car, for example, and that would of course affect your health. But obviously that's not what she means. She means that there's some kind of magical genetics somewhere who knows where they are and because of them, you can somehow become sick.
[video] 27:39 by things outside your control that you cannot control. That is okay. I do my best to eat healthy. I try to get 80 to 100 grams of protein a day. I try to get 30 to 40 grams of fiber a day. I try to work out three times a week.
27:50 I try to do cardio every... What do you base this on? You're not basing it on science, your nature. You're just basing it on what other people told you to eat.
[video] 28:02 Every single day, I am somebody who really values my health. But there are certain things that I am genetically predisposed to that no matter what I have done, no matter... And this is what a lot of people truly believe.
28:14 That is really messed up because a lot of people believe that if they get sick, then they were genetically predisposed to the illness. What does that even mean? Can you prove that? No, you cannot.
[video] 28:29 what I will do, I would have always been genetically predisposed to them.
28:35 Yes, and that's why if she will get sick, she will say that it has nothing to do with her so-called lifestyle, what she's eating. Maybe she also avoids the sun, whatever it may be.
[video] 28:48 People think autoimmune diseases are something that you can control for. We don't even understand what causes autoimmune diseases.
28:54 But one thing we do understand is that they are... Show me one natural human being who has a so-called autoimmune disease. Then you will have a point. Because you could say that they also somehow... inherited it, they were predisposed to it, but you cannot find such people. You can find lots of people eating junk, plants, seeds, foods fried in seed oils who are sick.
[video] 29:28 are not fully linked to a healthy diet and lifestyle. So you can be healthy all you fucking want. It's not necessarily going to change the fact that you might get an autoimmune disease. Same thing with cancer. Plenty of healthy people have gotten cancer over the years. Health cannot be fully controlled. And we are still trying to understand certain metrics of our health. And we are still trying to understand what causes them, what makes us genetically predisposed.
29:46 I bet that she even believes that she's wearing glasses because
29:54 It just happened somehow magically. There's no explanation for it, right? It's not as if it's because of the way the skull develops when you are a child. No, no, no.
[video] 30:07 Certain things, we don't have all the answers yet. And somebody going online telling you that they have all the answers, that they know what will fix your health, that what will keep you forever from getting cancer, what will keep your kids from getting cancer.
30:17 Who says that anybody has all of the answers? Some people simply understand what's going on.
[video] 30:25 That will for 100% chance never give you an autoimmune disease. They don't know what the fuck they're talking about, especially if they are not a doctor. The biohacker known for spending millions just to live forever has hit a major setback as he's revealed he has an incurable disease. Brian Johnson says he's been diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis, a condition where the...
30:47 And again, they just show some images. Some of them look quite fancy, but it's all just animations. There is nothing real in these images.
[video] 31:01 The immune system literally attacks the stomach lining. Johnson described it as his stomach eating itself.
31:07 And people don't even question that because people blindly believe what they see. in social media, whatever kind of media, because they just blindly believe that what they see on the screen is true. It's crazy.
[video] 31:25 Brian Johnson says he's been diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis, a condition where the immune system literally attacks the stomach lining. It is true. My stomach is eating itself. And here is why that makes me excited. For context, I was diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease at age 21. This is decades before I started my protocol. Autoimmune gastritis affects millions of people around the world and it currently has no cure. We are going to try to solve that. A few days ago, I had a massive blood draw. We are sequencing 1 million of my immune cells. We're doing this because you have trillions of immune cells in your body that operate... And again, just some animation. ...operate as soldiers. Each one of these immune cells or soldiers carries a specific key that is designed to kill a specific...
[video] 32:07 now they even have some kind of keys threat like a virus or bacteria by identifying which of these immune cells are can you show me those viruses please are the rogue soldiers from there we can design specific solutions to stop their attacks there are a ton of ideas online on how we can find a cure and friends i just want to tell you i appreciate you i appreciate the effort the concern and the want to find a cure Now, in trying to find a cure, we are agnostic. We're going to follow the data. We want this to be methodical and reproducible so it can work in others too. So this likely isn't as simple as one copy.
32:39 He will follow the data instead of science. What is data? It's just some symbols which were written down by other human beings who interpreted chemical reactions and whatnot. People don't understand this. And they call that science. By definition, you can really say that it's the opposite of science.
[video] 33:03 Excuse me, sir. Question for you. How old were you when you made your first million? Million or billion? You made a billion dollars? Well, I sold my company for 800 million. For how much? 800 million.
33:13 This was obviously not a spontaneous video. They arranged it.
33:41 And he actually believes that health can come from the beliefs and opinions of other people.
[video] 33:49 Man only wants one thing, and that's their health. That's right. Let me ask you this. What is your most controversial opinion about health? That we are the first generation that won't die. What do you mean? We are the first generation who will not die. So you don't plan on dying? That's right. How old realistically do you think you can live until? I don't think we'll die. I'm chronologically 47, but biologically, you know, my cardiovascular ability is age 18. My lung capacity is age 18.
34:10 This is, again, a very important point. He says that his ability or the capacity is that of an 18-year-old, but that doesn't mean that his actual body is... 18 years old, biologically, as we can see, obviously. But instead of actually using your senses and looking at him, people look at some surrogate markers or they simply look at how long he can run.
34:45 on a treadmill, how long he can use the bike. And that's why they say that he is 18. That's nonsense, obviously. It simply means that you adapted your body to these stressful situations. And to do that, you need to experience a lot of chronic stress, And that's exactly what ages you, ironically.
[video] 35:12 My speed of aging currently is the slowest in the entire world. My original goal was to live until about 80 years old. I was like, hey, that's good. Let's say I want to live to 100. What's the number one thing I should be doing right now on a daily basis to make that happen? I mean, first, those are rookie numbers. 100? Yeah, seriously. The ambition we can have as a species right now, there's no reason why we couldn't think in the hundreds or even thousands of years. Biology already has a few immortal species. So we know biology can achieve immortality. For example, like right now, my birthday happens every two years. I've slowed down my speed of aging. And so I'd say for you, the three things I would say is sleep is your number one.
35:38 The only way that you can live a long life is to completely obey nature. There's no other way. And he is learning it the hard way, but that's what he chose.
[video] 35:53 One life priority. Nothing's more important than sleep. And number two is when you sleep well, you're going to exercise. And when then you exercise, then you want to eat well. These are the kinds of things you need to nail down. Make your health your number one priority, even before your company.
36:05 Now let's talk about the elephant in the room. What do you think all of these words represent? The ones in black and the ones in red. People who watch my videos already know the answer. These are the source materials used to make so-called supplements. These pills are made in laboratories by the biggest pharmaceutical companies on Earth, along with the petrochemical industry. They also use coal, coal tar, limestone, all kinds of rocks, and so on. The list is long. These are just a few examples. You would never ingest any of that voluntarily, but...
36:54 When you believe that these pills are made out of food or who knows what, most people are completely ignorant about it, then of course you will go to your local pharmacy or health store, which will have the words natural and nature written all over it, and then you will buy it, believing that you're buying something which is good for you. If you would understand that you are buying pills which were created out of all of this, then of course you would never buy that. And if you would understand that after they source these materials, they use all of these strong acids and toxic chemicals, to create these pills, then you would also not consume any of that.
37:53 And this list is also very short compared to the actual list. Would any of you consume this, if you would understand this? To a lot of you, this is probably news.
38:09 But I've been talking about this for many, many years and people still go around promoting vitamin B pills, whatever kind of so-called B vitamin pills. vitamin D, which is used as red poison, vitamin A, creatine, and they don't understand what any of it is made out of. They don't understand that it's imported from China, from these laboratories and factories where they create it. They actually believe that it's something that is found in your body. Is any of this found in your body? Obviously not. And Brian Johnson took 100 pills a day years ago. Now he maybe takes 30.
39:03 I would hope that he will wake up, but as you can see, he's so deep into all of this, he's really stuck in the disinformation. It doesn't seem as if he will get out of it. if he would actually realize what he's taking, then he would understand why his gut is so inflamed. And what's very important to understand is that when you look at the side effects of vitamin A pills, for example, which are made out of petroleum and they use very strong acids when they create it, When you actually look at the side effects of the vitamin A pills and the acids which are used in the production of the vitamin A pills, then you will see that the side effects are exactly the same. I will make more videos about this.
39:55 This is something that everybody needs to understand, because if you are taking any of these pills, then you are risking way more than just a damaged gut. Does Brian Johnson follow a horrible diet? Absolutely. Does he avoid the sun, which gives life to everything around us? Yes, we can see that. Does he exercise a lot? Is he chronically stressed because of that? Of course. Can any of that actually damage your gut to this extent? Obviously not, but pharmaceuticals made out of petroleum, coal tar, rocks, which are treated with very strong acids and toxic chemicals, certainly can. Thanks for watching.
