0:00 Yo guys, as requested I'm going to review the video called my 75 day body transformation.
[video] 0:06 Throughout the years it's safe to say I haven't always been the kindest to my body. Lots of late nights and definitely lots of drinking. So I woke up hungover one day and I decided it was time to make a change. I stumbled across this challenge called the 75 hard challenge. A challenge lasting two and a half months seems like the perfect amount of time. So what actually is the 75 hard challenge?
[video] 0:30 to complete six tasks every single day for the next 75 days. Let me run you through those. Two separate 45-minute workouts. The catch is one has to be outdoors. I have to consume a mind-boggling 3.5 liters of water.
0:43 Wait, why so much water? That's incredibly dehydrating, contrary to what he's probably gonna say. Wait, what kind of a diet is this going to be? No cheat meals? Broccoli, incredibly toxic bell peppers, no nutrients. Cucumbers, all full of pesticides. What is this garbage?
[video] 1:05 Eat cheat meals. A minimum of 10 pages of a non-fiction book. Take a picture of myself every single day to track my progress. And lastly, and maybe the toughest one, no alcohol.
1:19 Why would that be tough? Alcohol tastes like absolute poison because it is absolute poison. It tastes toxic. For me, the challenge would be to drink alcohol. I don't know what you would have to pay me to actually even taste alcohol because it tastes so incredibly bad.
[video] 1:36 So we're at the end of day one of the 75 hard challenge. One of 75 done, 74 to go. I actually feel okay. Yeah, the first two weeks I'm anticipating to be really difficult and then hopefully from there it should be a little bit more normal. You're probably wondering why the hell I sound like this. The hardest bit though, just from the first day, is definitely drinking enough water. I have been to the toilet at least six or seven times today.
1:58 That means that you're urinating out all of the minerals and other nutrients.
2:04 Why does this challenge recommend drinking so much water? You should only drink anything in general when you're thirsty. Not because somebody told you to drink water. It just completely goes against your own senses.
[video] 2:16 One of the main tests that you're gonna see me take is something called a VO2 max. And that really just determines what is the maximum amount of oxygen my body can take in in an intense short period of time.
2:26 Yes, it's basically just a way to measure how adapted you are to exercise stress.
[video] 2:31 It's a pretty good way of determining someone's fitness levels. Are you ready?
2:36 Yes, your fitness levels are how adapted you are to stress exercise. Let's go.
[video] 2:49 I would like to think that I am more fit than your average person might. So let's go with 45.
[video] 2:59 It's actually exactly 45. Exactly? Yeah, two maxes. That's it. Which puts you in the good category there. Better than average, all right. Now, one of the ways I'm going to be able to fuel myself throughout the entire challenge is all through my diet, and that was something I needed to sort out early. Right, let me show you guys my morning fuel.
[video] 3:19 Look, it's not much, but it's perfect for breakfast. Anyways, look...
3:23 Wait, what? He's not gonna make some bread for breakfast, right? I have one of these... Cod liver oil? One of these what, every day? Cod liver oil could theoretically be good if it was made from raw oil, which it isn't 99% of the time. Usually it's garbage full of toxins. Unfortunately, that's just what they sell nowadays.
[video] 3:45 Every single morning because, well, to be honest with you, I've been told that I need to.
3:49 The next thing here. All of it is pasteurized. There's nothing left anymore inside, of course.
[video] 3:54 There is some vitamin D, and as you know, if you live in the UK, you know, there's just no sunlight, so...
4:00 It's bloody right, innit? So what can you do? Just move to a different country, but it's not so easy, innit? Vitamin D you would of course need, but you cannot get vitamin D from some kind of pills or whatever he has there. Vitamin D you need to get from... Ideally, brain. Brain has the most vitamin D out of any food. Otherwise, animal fat, fatty fish, but most definitely not some so-called supplements. Most of the vitamin D comes from irradiated vegetable oils. In other words, it's fake vitamin D. It's actually a toxin. I don't know what this one is exactly.
[video] 4:36 This goes a long way. And then finally, my cheat code right here. This stuff is so good every morning and... Hello, absolutely perfect.
4:48 He actually eats bread for breakfast. It's the worst kind of breakfast, the worst kind of food in general you could possibly have. It's only fiber, carbohydrates, which are sugar, and anti-nutrients. Nowadays also glyphosate because of how grains are farmed. It's absolute poison. Bread is the worst food you could possibly eat, essentially. It's just... seed sludge.
[video] 5:16 Now look, a bit of peanut butter, honey, and it's needed.
5:19 Peanut butter and honey. Peanut butter has aflatoxins, some other anti-nutrients, phytates. Peanuts are actually also technically legumes, not nuts as such. And I don't know what honey he used.
[video] 5:30 Because what I find is if I don't have breakfast, I end up cramming in my 3,000 calorie goal towards the end of the day. And the problem with that is I end up eating really late, which in turn affects
5:40 The thing is that you can't measure your calories when you're eating these so-called plant foods. And that's because the calories that you read on the box, for example, is not what you're actually going to get out of the food. And that's because of the biological value of this so-called food.
[video] 5:54 Sleep and therefore my recovery the next day. And that's going to be absolutely key for all 75 days of this challenge. So now that I knew what I needed to do, it was time to actually do it. So for the next few days, I got into a really good routine of one gym session and one run. It was the start of my biggest challenge yet.
6:11 He's using the same music as Theo Baker. It's kind of very similar.
[video] 6:16 Alright, it's day 8!
6:22 Wait, is he also part of the football team?
[video] 6:25 On the 75 mile challenge, I'm not gonna lie, there is very few ways I'd rather spend it than here. On the day it's 32 degrees, but they reckon that the stadium holding the meet is about 38.
6:39 Oh wow, okay. This explains a lot. Oh my god, man.
[video] 6:46 Now while I was playing football for 90 minutes, unfortunately it only counts as one workout. So I still had to do another gym session that day.
6:58 What is the purpose of any of this? He looks absolutely horrible, exhausted. He's running just to adapt his body to running on concrete in London for no reason. And he goes to the gym to adapt his body to lifting man-made metal in a man-made building for no reason again. You achieve absolutely zero by doing that.
[video] 7:24 nice geo-engineered sky i'm gonna head for this little thing right here oh no i'm not god damn it should i go and do it no because that is that's a 75 hard ending challenge right there that is where i started i came all the way down here but now i'm gonna go all the way back up and around there what have you Yes, of course, you can absolutely adapt your body to stress, any kind of stress, as much as it can take, but the problem is that you're gonna have dark eye circles, under eye bags, which we can see they are getting worse,
8:13 You're gonna lose body fat, which is not a good sign whatsoever. He will most definitely lose body fat because he works out all day, runs around, drinks tons of water. It's absolutely horrible for the body. It's super dehydrating and it's gonna age your skin a lot. It's incredibly bad for the body in general, but you can absolutely adapt to being a slave, a better slave. Slaves running around in London in the rain for no reason.
[video] 8:41 The improvements I felt were pretty rapid, and I'm going to chop that down to newbie gains. But little did I know what was waiting for me around the corner.
[video] 8:51 Bad news. Well, not bad news, but I am back in London, but I've come back today with...
8:58 Being back in London is always bad news.
[video] 9:01 A bit of a cold, so I've had a little Lemsip. I'm hoping things sort of cheer up today. I've done none of my...
9:07 Of course, you were by the coast. England is always cold, even in summer. I don't know when this was filmed. And if you're in cold wind, then you're going to get sick. Of course. What else did you expect?
[video] 9:21 Goals, I've completed none of them, and it is already like 1.30 p.m. That's all good. I've probably still got like two and a half to three liters of water. I've got everything to do today, so we're going to get after it, but... At least I have my dog. This whole time I was worried about an injury being the biggest problem. I completely forgot about the fact that an illness would just... It would be even worse. Yeah. You're probably wondering why the hell I sound like this and that is because...
9:48 I can easily tell you it's because you were by the British coast and the wind made you sick, of course. It's absolute common sense.
[video] 9:56 I'm so fucking ill. Today I participated in a golf tournament. Amazing experience, honestly, unreal. But the whole time, my body was just breaking the fuck down.
10:09 If you go to the British coast, which is very dangerous because of the winds, then you need to wear a scarf, protect your ears, because when the wind enters your body through any of the holes, then you're going to get sick. It's such common sense. Why do people still do this stupid stuff?
[video] 10:25 Arrest, but I have to complete 75 hard.
[video] 10:34 I look like shit. I feel like shit. My WIC recovery is terrible today. We're down into the 30%. I just need to take it easy today, honestly. But with 75, they're not real easy today. Just kind of roll with the punches and yeah, challenge for a reason. Let's get after it.
[video] 10:49 The illness was really taking its toll on me and I didn't want to fail this challenge. So I managed to get the run done in a record snail pace.
10:55 This is so counterproductive. What you should be doing is resting until you're somewhat healthy again. Not that he's healthy in general, but as much as he can be eating all of that garbage and working out for no reason. This way you will simply prolong your illness because you will not give your body enough rest. It's just so stupid.
[video] 11:20 Having drunk people around you is generally unbearable because they are intoxicated. They are literally toxic and that's why they behave toxic.
11:51 It stinks because he can't consume toxic beverages like the other loser slaves who hate their lives.
[video] 11:59 Okay.
12:02 So you're missing out on being intoxicated and feeling absolutely horrible. How terrible do you feel then in everyday life? Do you understand what I mean? If he feels like he's missing out on that, as if it's something that he wants to achieve, then he must feel absolutely depressed and miserable in everyday life. Because he feels like that's a point that he wants to achieve.
[video] 12:28 all very quickly vanishes when you wake up the next day and you feel absolutely fresh and you can go and accomplish everything that you wanted to do on that day. Especially when you know the boys are laid up in bed, hanging out their arse.
12:42 Yes, that's what happens because of the toxins getting out of your body.
[video] 12:47 We're three and a half K in here.
[video] 12:57 We were in Richmond Park. I wanted to complete my longest run I'd ever done. And this was something like 11 and a half kilometers. And me and my four fellow soldiers that had rocked up were gonna complete this with me.
[video] 13:16 Yes, I'll take one from you.
[video] 13:20 Great effort. Really good way to wrap it up. Wow. That was a good 10k doing it with those soldiers over there. Shout out to your man over there. That was the longest run he's ever done.
13:33 They're absolutely exhausted, feeling horrible.
[video] 13:37 Looks like the longest run he's ever done as well. So, we're here. It is the final day of 75 Hearts. It has been an insane journey.
13:48 Yes, exactly. It has been an insane journey. As in, you have to be insane to go on this journey. It's great that he realizes it.
[video] 13:57 It's like a bittersweet feeling, this one. I'm kind of sad it's ending because I've had such an enjoyable time doing it and I don't want to... Enjoyable time?
14:05 Where? Where? In which clip? Which photo? Anything? What you showed us is that you hate exercising and that's because all humans hate stress and exertion. Afterwards, when you were done with the torture, you showed some glimpses of joy, and that's because you were done. You hated it, and when somebody is done with something that they hate, then they show emotions of relief at the very least. But you proved with this video that you hated it. All of the emotions that you showed while exercising were anti-joy.
[video] 14:40 To end because I'm loving the way I'm feeling, I'm loving the productivity that I have because of it, and also the sort of confidence I have in myself now. But yeah, all good things do have to come to an end, kind of. Yes, I am going to have a few drinks at these events and that type of thing, but I think if there's one thing I've learned from it is absolutely how good you can feel just by taking care of yourself. I mean, like I said, this is only 75 days. Imagine this level of discipline over the space of an entire year, so...
15:03 Yes, exactly, you need discipline to do this and that's because it goes against your body's senses. Perfect, you described a slave. A slave needs discipline and that's because they need to force themselves to do something that they don't want to do, which is why you display these anti-joy emotions while doing what you hate, what you need discipline for, exactly.
[video] 15:25 More to come. Anyways, I still have a gym session, still got pages to read, it's not quite over yet. So, here it is, the end of 75 Hard.
15:34 Now, if you remember at the beginning... You can never feel good by doing something that you need discipline for by default, because that means that you're doing something that you don't want to do, which will always feel bad. How do you not understand this?
[video] 15:48 I went and got my whole body checked out, a bunch of tests done. And so we're heading back there to redo these tests and see if there even is any benefit to doing this 75 hard.
16:00 I can tell you right now, there's zero benefits. You only made your health worse.
[video] 16:04 It's not good whatsoever. It means that you lost body weight, which means that in nature you would be closer to dying. Only the slaves of today who eat tons of junk food believe that losing weight is somehow a good thing. It's always a bad thing.
16:30 Sure, if you're obese, you should probably lose, but he's already skinny. He should not be losing more body fat. The reason it happened is because you ran for no reason, you went to the gym for no reason, and you drank lots of water. You essentially starved yourself, which is why you look worse now. You simply look more aged now after the two and a half months. That's it.
[video] 16:50 Belly fat. So last time your body fat percentage was 18.8% and today you're at 13.9%. So I lost out 5% really? Yeah, that's pretty good. Yeah, that's pretty good.
17:01 What is good about it? You continue, then you're at 8, even lower, and then you die. What is in any way good about losing body fat? Again, except if you're insanely obese. He shouldn't be losing body fat at all.
[video] 17:14 So you've lost about 2.2 kilos since you came with us last time, all right? Yeah. Now you've actually, you've lost about 4.4 kilos of fat mass and you've put on about 2.2 kilos.
17:23 Yes, that's exactly what you should expect when you're under so much stress. You ran, you went to the gym, you drank lots of water, which is why you lost all of the fat. You consumed yourself. That's literally what happened. And you gained muscle because your body tried to adapt to these stressful situations. That's not in any way a benefit, let alone a health benefit. Your health only got worse.
[video] 17:47 Yes, you adapted your body to these stressful situations.
18:07 Again, please don't tell me that you will say that this is somehow a benefit. The only way that you can become healthy is by changing your diet. He ate absolute garbage, which is why it only made his health worse.
[video] 18:21 Yes, you're an excellent slave now. You adapted to even more stress.
[video] 18:31 I was good last time, so we've made a... You've moved up one. I'm very happy with that. Continue the journey. Continue the journey. Exactly. This cannot be the end. I cannot slip back into the first set of results we got. It's time for the progress pictures, and I know a lot of you guys will have been waiting for this moment. So, as you guys saw, at the beginning of these 75 days, I looked like this. And while this challenge isn't a body transformation challenge, it's all about developing habits, it's safe to say that there was definitely a change in my body, because this is my new self, I guess. Well, for now, at least. You can see there are...
18:57 Okay, on the left side, on day one, he didn't look normal, not because of... a lack of stress in his life, but because his diet is absolutely horrible. He hardly showed what he ate in these 75 days, but the glimpses of what we saw were absolutely terrible. That's why you would end up with a weak body like that. Whereas on the right side, he still ate garbage, but he put his body under a lot of stress, which is why his muscles try to adapt to the stress. Whereas if you would eat raw meat and only do something here and there, then you would look naturally strong, the way you're supposed to be, the way people in some tribes look like, for example. At the end of today, his problem is his diet. He looks kind of tall also. For people like that, it's even harder to gain weight if they eat garbage as he does, whereas if he would be eating raw meat, it would be a lot better.
19:55 He could have achieved more or less the same by just changing his diet.
[video] 20:00 If you would continue this for a year, then you would simply end up looking even older. You already look way beyond your age. He's only in his late 20s, but already looks like he's in his mid or even late 30s. So that's because of
20:26 the horrible diet, and now because of all of the stress, it's just a horrible combination.
20:34 As I've already explained in many videos, you can't expect for your health to improve if you do these challenges and don't change your diet. If he would have started eating raw meat, eating organs specifically and drinking blood, which is ideal, then he would have actually felt incredibly good. But because he kept eating bread with peanut butter like an absolute slave and running around London for no reason, going to the gym lifting heavy metal for no reason, He of course didn't actually experience any health benefits whatsoever. He looks worse now with darker eye circles and more under eye bags. That's all that I see here. He simply aged his body and that's because he didn't change his diet. If he would have simply changed his diet, then he would have looked better and felt better.
21:24 Whereas now, all that he did, and that's all that you do with any of these challenges, is that he adapted his body to these stressful situations, which is running around in the rain or in the wind. And you can't really adapt your body to running around in the wind. the british coast and that's because the wind is always going to make you sick especially such cold wind and the lifting heavy metal in a man-made building is only gonna make your body more stressed, but it will adapt to the stress, which is why the next time you go to the gym, it's going to be easier for you to lift this metal. None of this improves your health in any way. How is it healthy to adapt your body to stressful situations, which will only age your body, destroy your joints and so on? There's nothing healthy about it. It's adaptation, which is a natural mechanism of the human body.
22:20 You could call it a defense mechanism to stressful situations. That's all that these challenges are about. His health is worse now. Thanks for watching.
