Carnivore Diet Debunked by the Healthiest Girl in the UK @Sporty Beth

0:00 Hey guys, as requested I'm going to review the video called Carnivore, the most toxic diet in fitness.
[video] 0:07 This could easily be the most toxic diet in the fitness industry and I can't believe it's so popular. I first started thinking about this because I got literally health shamed by someone that caused them.
0:18 He's saying that she's essentially fat, and she says that it's one of the unhealthiest diets on the planet that demonizes fruit and veg. You're more likely to get chronic heart disease than me, bro. Bro. Heart disease is caused by processed carbohydrates and vegetable oils in the first place. I don't even promote the carnivore diet, but people on the carnivore diet are the least likely to get heart disease, besides the people who eat naturally, of course. Except if they would cook their meat in margarine, which is not even allowed on the carnivore diet, therefore it's impossible.
[video] 0:53 I was the carnivore crossfitter. My health metrics are really none of anybody else's business, but...
0:59 If you put yourself online, then people are going to criticize you, especially when you look the way you look.
[video] 1:06 By medical standards, when I go to the doctor, I am healthy.
1:10 But I found... All right.
[video] 1:13 It's so funny because I went onto his profile and he literally talks about the dangers of vegetables and he has a whole plate of...
1:20 Yes, and that's good. Vegetables are very dangerous for your health. The vegetables that we eat today don't exist in nature. They are full of toxins. Some have anti-nutrients also. There's also a lot of, of course, artificial pesticides, which are not naturally occurring, but the vegetables that we eat today are full of them. meat in a pan and he thinks that's a healthy diet now i have seen yes and what do you mean of course it would be better to eat the meat raw if it was good quality meat that's how humans do it in nature but we've been eating meat forever it's what we naturally eat what is exactly wrong about eating meat i don't get it if you hunt an animal then you eat the meat okay it's ground up meat It doesn't occur like that naturally, but that's probably not your point. Where's your actual argument against eating meat?
2:18 The first recorded heart attack was 100 years ago, approximately. Nobody ever had a heart attack before that. Does that not make you think? We always used to eat meat. Clearly, that's not the problem. What's the problem then?
[video] 2:33 In lots of different places, all of the podcast bros seem to be talking about it. Eat meat, don't eat, repeat. If you're not hungry for meat, then you're not actually hungry. You have what I call fake hunger.
2:42 And there's been loads of videos popping up about how... That's sort of true, actually, because when you have true hunger, then you're going to be hungry for animal fat and meat.
[video] 2:51 What toxic vegetables are for you. A lot of vegetables are poison. I mean, they have lectins, they have all kinds of mechanisms in them to protect themselves from predators. There's some wild claims out there from George...
3:02 Yes, and what's your argument against it? You don't have an argument. Of course, vegetables can be very dangerous for your health. They destroy your gut.
3:18 And so, if it cured his depression, why don't you congratulate him? Even if you don't agree with the diet. I don't agree with veganism, for example, but if a vegan would say that it somehow helped them with their health, which is basically impossible, but let's just say that it was the case, and I would congratulate him, even though I don't agree with the diet. If Jordan Peterson says that it helped him with his depression, then why are you not happy for him? That's kind of strange.
[video] 3:44 Actually, it's very much backed by evidence, but that's because you don't understand biochemistry or biology in general
4:06 You can lose the coating of your nerves through toxins, a terrible diet, especially when it's based on processed carbohydrates, which produce a lot of adrenaline in the body, and that strips the coating of the nerves. When you eat a lot of fatty meat, then you repair the nerves and you protect them again, and that's why you don't have as much anxiety, for example. It's very much backed by evidence. It's very scientific what he's saying.
[video] 4:34 One of the main justifications for doing it seems to be we're going back to a natural diet that we used to eat when we were cavemen. I don't know how people have forgotten this, but we used to die by 30 when we were cavemen.
4:46 What? What do you mean? You mean that some man died while hunting because other predators got them? Yes, that happened, of course. You could argue that... We live in a more comfortable time now, so to speak, which is why we don't get eaten by other animals as often. It still happens, of course, some people stick their hand in a cage in a zoo. I see these kind of videos all the time, people are pretty dumb now. At least back in the day, they used to hunt and it just happened. An animal got to them from the back. That's how pumas hunt, for example. If your point is that people generally used to die at the age of 30, then I don't know what you mean. What would be the reason to die at the age of 30 exactly? the lowest life expectancy in history right now. People have never been as unhealthy as they are now. Look at how long people used to live even 200 years ago.
5:43 There's so many people who lived to 140, 150 and so on. There's hundreds of cases like this all documented with death certificates and Now, how long do people live? Their 70s or 80s? It's a joke. Why don't you talk about how short the lifespans are now, instead of mentioning some guys who died while hunting at the age of 30, when overall they lived way longer than we do now?
[video] 6:11 like that's not i don't want to go back there not to mention the fact that they actually did eat vegetables during that time period so what vegetables did they eat you show a cartoon where he's eating fruit but where's the vegetable what they're claiming is completely untrue we ate whatever was around at the time
6:30 Yes, that's true. If you would actually find edible vegetables, and I can't think of any in nature, seeing as I said none of the ones that we eat today exist in nature, then you would eat them, especially if you're hungry or actually starving. Of course, you would eat whatever is around. There would also be some fruits that you could eat, but the fruits that we eat today are cultivated. They are not as sweet, they are full of seeds in nature, some are bitter, over-the-top sour. It's not as simple. You're comparing man-made fruits and vegetables to what we have in nature, which is incredibly different.
[video] 7:03 And again, this is kind of part of like the natural fallacy where people believe that some...
7:08 There is no such thing as a natural fallacy. I have a great video on this. I will link it in the description. That was the first video of the year for 2024. The natural fallacy is an informal logical fallacy, which... argues that if something is natural, it must be good. Yes, that's exactly how it is. And there's no examples of anything that's natural and isn't good for you as a human being, for example. Everything that's natural is automatically healthy, which means good for you. Good just means that you welcome it. And humans welcome everything that's natural and healthy, obviously. Seeing as you can't name anything that isn't, It's actually a fallacy on your side. It is closely related to... Okay, yeah, no proof.
[video] 7:56 If something is natural, then it must be healthy, but that's not true. There's like loads of toxic, poisonous things within nature.
8:04 Wait, let's go back. Oh my god, this is funny. Alright, this is her example. There's deadly toxic animals. Yes, of course, but they are not naturally part of humans. That's a toxic toad, for example. Do we have a toxic toad inside of us naturally, living inside of us? No, it would happen unnaturally, as in the toad would in some way have to touch you for you to get poisoned. Then another toxic animal... These animals protect themselves by attacking the ones who are trying to attack them. It's a defense mechanism. What does it have to do with human nature? Everything that's natural for humans is healthy always. None of those animals live inside of a human being. What are you trying to say? This is so incredibly fallacious. And we have some plants, none of which we naturally eat, which is why they are toxic for us. Oh my God, this is so stupid.
9:06 Why don't you show natural foods that humans actually eat? which are deadly or poisonous for us, but there aren't any. You're showing flowers which humans don't eat, and actually some stupid people do eat flowers today. It's called broccoli. or cauliflower, those are flowers which idiot humans actually eat. And actually, funnily enough, she probably eats them. Deadly nightshade, again, literally, if it's deadly, it's not natural for human beings. That's why we don't eat them. If we would eat a deadly nightshade, we would put it to our tongue, we would taste the bitterness, we would right away spit it out and not eat it. Proving how unnatural it is, oh my god, this is so funny. Yeah, that's it. This is such a fallacy, it's crazy.
9:54 Yes, within nature, but the animals protect themselves, plants also protect themselves. You're really just proving the point of the so-called carnivores who say that plants can be deadly and poisonous. You're eating some kind of plants which have been cultivated from these toxic plants, now they are not as poisonous, you don't die right away when you eat them, but you still poison yourself when you eat broccoli, for example.
[video] 10:20 You shifted over to only meat and greens. I saw you and I'm like, you look fantastic. I'm like, what are you doing? And you're like, I changed my diet. I only eat meat and greens. I was like, wow, that's fascinating. It's clear that Joe Rogan is thinking that the fact that he's lost weight and that he looks good is a sign of health. And the whole of the fitness industry has basically been brainwashed to think that this is how it works. But it doesn't. There are several studies out there to show that healthy habits have a bigger impact on health than BMI. So if you have four or more healthy habits, even if your BMI is over 30... you still have a lower mortality rate than somebody with any two healthy habits. You cannot tell someone's...
10:51 This is a correlation, so-called study. It has nothing to do with science. What does it even matter? But I agree with her that you're not going to be necessarily healthy just because your body fat is low. Obviously, you can be incredibly unhealthy. People who are on steroids and other drugs get their body fat super low. Then they can't produce any more hormones naturally because their body fat is so low. which is why they need to take more and more drugs. You would have to be at a natural weight to be healthy. She is not at a natural weight, but somebody who has a very low BMI is also not at a natural weight.
[video] 11:29 Yes, and this is wrong.
11:33 There's one guy on steroids right there. Women running, what's the point of women running? Running increases the chance of heart disease as proven in studies. People running and going to the gym, none of which humans do in nature.
[video] 11:47 And not anything to do with health. You can be skinny and have a six pack and still be unhealthy. And I have been that person. I've been sick with an eating disorder. I still had a six pack. Everybody thought I was healthy, but I was not. And my health metrics proved that. Even my heart rate was higher than it is now. When you're deprived of carbohydrates, you do have this high energy feeling. But personally, I now put that down to the fact that your body is undernourished. And I'm pretty sure animals and the animal can never get a burst of energy when they need to go out and hunt for food.
12:10 She's not wrong exactly. Your cortisol and even adrenaline sometimes will increase when you're low on carbohydrates for a pretty long time. A lot of the people on the carnivore diet don't understand that when you hunt a fresh animal, that it's full of glycogen, as in sugar. In the muscles in the liver, nowadays people eat dried meat or two-week-old meat usually. That's what you can buy in the store. And there's nothing left anymore, but it's very different. When you get a fresh animal, you drink the blood, it's full of sugar. There's no such thing as eating no sugar in nature. That's a modern phenomenon.
[video] 12:55 Yes, even lions eat sugar from the zebras, for example, that they hunt Elimination diets are nothing new Clinicians have used them for decades with people with autoimmune conditions, allergies and major gut disorders They give you a list of the top 10 most offensive food from an allergy perspective And you start knocking them out one by one Hoping you don't have to knock everything off the list and end up eating just meat But some people are so sick that's the only option So it's really strange that people are promoting a carnivore diet as an optimal human diet When it's actually a sick person's diet Stranger still is many
13:22 What the hell does that mean? Sick person's diet. That's mostly what humans eat in nature. Are you saying that humans in nature are sick? They are way healthier than any of us.
[video] 13:34 Carnivore advocates are promoting beef as the optimal choice. If you were to look at the empirical evidence suggesting which types of meats, or more accurately, which type of animal would produce the optimal food for humans, for sure you're gonna land on wild game or more likely fish, not an Angus cow or a heifer beef. That's just weird.
13:48 That's arguable, but I would agree, of course, that you should always eat wild meat in the first place. Wild meat will always be healthier. Then he also showed some fish, which looked farmed, which is obviously way worse than any beef on Earth. Any of the worst farmed beef is going to be better than farmed fish.
[video] 14:07 You also might feel a bit better, especially if your diet beforehand wasn't very nutrient dense, maybe involved eating a lot of sugar and foods that generally made your body feel bad. I am an intuitive eater and I take nothing off the table. Nothing is banned from my diet. I'm allowed to eat anything at all, but I feel- That's also messed up though.
14:24 Seeing as most of what you showed doesn't exist in nature, you're eating man-made food. A lot of that stuff is full of drugs. It makes you addicted to it. What I always say is, eat exactly what you crave as long as the food is natural. Then you can't go wrong. You never need to count calories, you never need to think about what you're going to eat today. Simply, literally eat what you crave. If your body fat is a little bit too low, then your body is going to tell you to eat more fat if... You just worked out and your body is going to tell you to eat more lean muscle, meat, liver, and so on. You just need to give your body a taste of it and then your body will know exactly what you need to eat.
[video] 15:08 I feel my best when I eat really nutrient-dense foods, veggies, meats, and carbohydrates. If I ate like loads of fast food, then I would feel rubbish. If I ate loads of donuts or lots of chocolate or lots of sugar, then I would feel rubbish. My body has a pretty good feedback loop and I know when I feel bad. But if you've been in a state where you've ate that kind of food for ages and you're just used to feeling bad, you are gonna feel better if you switch to a meat-based diet and cut all of that stuff out. It doesn't necessarily mean though that it's good for you. And these doctors touch on the reason
15:35 How does it not mean that it's good for you if you feel better? That's literally the number one way to know if your diet is good. It's when you feel good. How do you not understand that the only human being on Earth who can tell you what you're supposed to eat and what's gonna make you feel good is you. There is nobody else. And if you feel good when you eat a certain way, then it's good for you. Then you know 100%.
[video] 16:03 That is. So we've got malnutrition, which is a really big one. I'll let them explain why that's such a bad thing. Because you're missing out on a lot of essential vitamins and other nutrients.
16:13 What? The carnivore that's restricted in nature, excluding essential nutrients from plant-based sources. What nutrients? Plants don't have over 15 micronutrients, which are only found in animal foods. Can lead to potential deficiencies, imbalances, long-term health risks associated with the absence of key vitamins, minerals. They name nothing because they can't name anything. That's so funny. It's always like this. Fiber. Fiber is not a nutrient. It's the indigestible part of a plant. It's exactly what you shouldn't eat, except if you want to be constipated. And the phyrochemicals. Plant chemicals? How can you be deficient in plant chemicals, which are not naturally part of a human body? You can only be deficient in what's naturally part of a human body.
[video] 16:59 That you just can't get from only animal products. Vitamin C, for example.
17:04 Vitamin C is found in fresh muscle meat, as in raw meat, and there's a bunch of vitamin C in liver, in the spleen, even in the kidneys a little bit. If you eat the organs of animals, not only the muscle meat, as the people on the so-called carnivore diet do, then you're completely set for vitamin C. And vitamin C is mostly used to metabolize sugar. That's why it's found in fruits. If you're not eating a lot of sugar, which is how the people on the carnivore diet eat, then they don't need a lot of vitamin C anyway. But to say that you can't get vitamin C while eating meat is ridiculous. It's ignorance.
[video] 17:40 Theoretically, you could develop scurvy.
17:43 No, actually, scurvy is an amino acid deficiency. I have a video on this. And these amino acids are found in meat, which makes it impossible to develop scurvy.
[video] 17:53 These do take a long time to develop. So early on, you're not going to have signs of most of these micronutrient or phytochemical deficiencies.
18:01 Phytochemical deficiencies. Okay, let's sum it up. They only named one nutrient, which is vitamin C, which is easily found in organs, but even in muscle meat in smaller quantities. That's it, even though they said vitamins, but they only named one vitamin. Then they also said minerals, but they didn't name any minerals because there are none. And they know that. And then phytochemicals, which are found in plants. They are not naturally part of any animals. Why would we need them? How can you be deficient in plant chemicals? It makes zero sense. It's such ignorance.
[video] 18:35 Much protein can cause problems with your kidneys. If you have existing kidney disease, that protein load can be very dangerous for you. Obviously, most people do not have kidney disease, but if you have borderline kidney function or kidney damage,
18:45 If you already have kidney disease, then it's supposedly gonna create more problems. There's no proof for that anyway. But most people don't have kidney disease, as he said. What will be the problem then? The whole protein and kidney disease... The link which they are trying to make, they have been trying to do this for decades, is nonsense. There's no actual proof for that. There's nothing scientific that has been released which links protein to any kind of kidney problems whatsoever. This amount of protein definitely is a problem.
[video] 19:14 And too much saturated fat from meat-based protein can cause cardiovascular disease.
19:19 Proof? Where's the proof? Oh, the expert doctors will explain it to us now.
[video] 19:24 Heavy animal-based diet will increase your cholesterol levels.
19:30 Okay, and every cell of yours is made out of cholesterol. Without cholesterol, you die.
19:39 Where's the link to heart disease?
[video] 19:41 The often obligatory amounts of...
19:43 Wait, let's see what they say. History of cholesterol, which are often high in saturated fats and cholesterol. Yes, literally what you are made out of yourself. If you're saying that cholesterol causes heart disease, then why do we ourselves create cholesterol? Why would we create something that causes heart disease for us? That would mean that our body is killing us. That makes zero sense. Unsaturated fats.
[video] 20:06 And there is controversy as to how much saturated fat is going to increase your levels of LDL or the bad cholesterol, and it's linked to heart disease. We have videos about...
20:11 It's not linked to heart disease in any way. LDL is simply the lipoprotein which travels to your skin, for example, when you're exposed to sunlight, and that's what produces vitamin D. Cholesterol is the precursor to vitamin D, testosterone, estrogen, and so on. Vitamin D is an animal hormone, not a vitamin, actually, to be specific. That's what's made from cholesterol. It's incredibly important. Without LDL, you would have no vitamin D. How can it be the bad cholesterol if you would have no vitamin D without it? Don't you see how illogical it is?
[video] 20:46 But generally speaking, this has been shown to increase your risk of cardiovascular disease.
20:50 But it hasn't. There's no proof for that.
[video] 20:53 These are real proven statistics.
20:56 Oh, really? Why don't you show us some of those statistics, maybe from our British Academy?
[video] 21:03 These are also the kind of things that people say to me when they think that I'm unhealthy because I exist in a larger body. But I don't consume large amounts of saturated fat.
21:13 Well, yeah, that's why you look the way you look. Because you're overeating on carbohydrates, which produce a lot of insulin and signal your body to store fat. When you eat a lot of saturated fat, you're satiated, your body releases lipase, and then you're not hungry anymore. That's the difference.
[video] 21:34 Don't have cardiovascular disease. The only way you can test this is by testing it. But eating this much meat is not good for you, and there is studies to prove that, and there are no... Show us one study, just one.
21:44 I will completely debunk it, but you can't even because there are none. There's some correlation studies, but there's nothing actually scientific that shows this.
[video] 21:53 studies out there at the moment that show any different. And this is really common with all of the fad diets that are out there. You've got these people on social media making these wild claims with no scientific backing. We are not carnivores.
22:03 And by reducing our- A carnivore is an animal that eats at least 20% raw meat. That's the very biological definition of it. Yes, of course, we are carnivores.
[video] 22:13 Take of vegetables and fruits, we are reducing a lot of things that our bodies need. The science does not back this up. And on top of that, if we look into blue zones where people live to over 100, There have been studies on the kind of diets they eat and they tend to be low meat, high plant diets.
22:26 Now, I've already debunked this. I will link a video which debunks this. There's tons of researchers which have been to Okinawa, for example. They eat over 80 to 90% animal foods, mostly pork. They cook everything in lard. They eat raw goat meat, raw fish. If you've ever been to Okinawa, then you know it's full of pork restaurants. That's what the people there eat. They don't eat sweet potatoes. Most of them don't eat them at all. They have never even heard of them. It's a complete lie. You've been simply watching too much Netflix.
[video] 22:57 Individually processed plant-based proteins like tofu are really popular in the blue zones where generally meat can...
23:04 Proof. Where's the proof? Show me one human being in the blue zones who eats that way. Just one. But you can't because nobody there eats like that. Nobody there eats plant-based in any of the blue zones.
23:22 But showing some lady cooking her vegetables, which don't even exist in nature, doesn't prove what the people in the blue zones eat. To prove what they eat, you need to show what they eat on a day. You need to go to Okinawa and show what somebody who's over 100 years old eats on a day, and then you will have it.
[video] 23:45 Not low carb. They eat carbs, they love life, especially the Italians. They do, however, focus on... Oh my god, it's her. Oh my god, oh my god. She watches IB Sharp.
[video] 23:59 This explains so incredibly much, man.
[video] 24:04 Higher fiber or fermented carbohydrates more often. So things like... They eat fermented cheese with maggots, literally, in Italy. Potatoes in the Okinawa, whole grains in Loma Linda, and sourdough breads in Sardinia. And all these claims that vegetables have tox...
24:25 They eat nose to tail, they eat tons of animal organs, they even eat the intestines, man. Oh my God. Oh my god.
[video] 24:33 Antinutrients are really not a major threat to our health. For example, when it comes to lectins, the biggest culprit is raw uncooked beans. And that threat is significantly diminished simply by cooking. So that argument...
24:44 Yes, when you cook food, then you destroy the chemicals inside of the food. The anti-nutrients and the nutrients also. That's why the nutritional profile of food decreases when you cook it. Why would you cook food in the first place though? If you eat whole raw food, then you're getting everything and you can't eat raw beans because you're naturally not supposed to eat them.
[video] 25:10 The amounts present in foods aren't really high enough to significantly impact iron absorption in folks with healthy iron levels. I love how...
[video] 25:21 calm she tries to talk in the video after she had tons of mental breakdowns on her channel so that maybe i can just like be happy and not need medication too much cholesterol can cause heart disease heart attacks and strokes and on the more extreme end of this some people are eating raw meat and in many cases raw awesome yes that's what i eat
25:46 Yes, and that's literally what humans eat in nature. What is your argument against it?
[video] 25:51 Oh, wow. You grew up that way, but now you sort of talk against it. That's super strange. Then you grew up eating what the people in the blue zones eat.
[video] 26:09 It was not unusual for my mom to put the kidneys or the liver or the heart into a stew.
26:15 Yes, that's what humans always used to eat. Back in the day, we didn't used to cook it. But even eating organs from a stew would still be way better than what you're eating now.
[video] 26:25 Organ meat does have loads of amazing vitamins and minerals that we benefit from consuming.
26:30 Yes, exactly. I don't really get what your problem is then, it seems like you understand it. No, it's not even comparable. I have a video on this, comparing organ meats, all kinds of meats, to vegetables, and the nutrient profiles are in no way comparable. The organs are completely off the charts, and in the vegetables and fruits, almost everything is missing. I wouldn't put it on a pedestal. know it's a source of high quality protein and has vitamins and minerals also you could just take away shake and take vitamins and minerals so no you can't that's the thing that won't be as digestible and if you're eating synthetic vitamins which have been produced from irradiated vegetable oils as it is with vitamin d it's a toxin then you're only getting A chemical from irradiated vegetable oils. You're not getting a vitamin whatsoever.
27:30 Somehow these guys don't understand that most supplements are completely fake. As in, it's not even vitamins at all. If you look at the chemical structure, it's something completely else.
[video] 27:41 Rather than having to eat, you know, liver, at the end of the day, you can get the same nutrients from somewhere else.
27:46 No, you can't. Liver has the most vitamin A out of any food. There's no way to get it.
[video] 27:51 It's actually really dangerous to be consuming raw meat. I know this super well because at the moment I'm not allowed to eat rare steak because of the risk of listeria poisoning to my baby. I'm currently eight months pregnant.
28:01 Oh, wow. Oh, and you're still going to the gym? At this point, of course... At 8 months, she's probably not gonna get a miscarriage anymore, but if you work out or lift anything heavy in any way at all in the first few weeks, then you can very easily get a miscarriage. It's just insane what she's doing. Also, I have a whole video about bacteria and parasites, it's too deep of a topic to get into right now.
[video] 28:25 And I am craving a rare steak so badly.
28:28 Oh my God, it's literally what humans eat in nature. When you're creating a baby, you need to be eating a lot of meat. And of course, you're craving a rare steak, which really just means a raw steak. That's just what you're used to. You're not used to eating raw meat, that's why you crave a rare steak. Simply because your body is craving for all of these nutrients. That's how it is with pregnant women especially. And because it's socially acceptable, they usually go and eat a lot of sushi. Which is actually a bad choice, because the farmed fish is bad for you. But pregnant women crave raw meat incredibly much. It's as if their natural senses turn on again, and they want to eat natural food. And she's depriving herself and her baby from these foods, and that's what will make the baby unhealthier. She's harming the baby by not eating what she's actually craving.
[video] 29:25 Reasoning for that is raw meats and undercooked meats have a higher risk for food poisoning and things like listeria.
29:33 Not true, but again, I have a whole video about this. It's a long topic.
[video] 29:38 Common pathogens in raw meat include salmonella... Salmonella is naturally part of your body.
29:44 It's in your intestines. Anybody who knows anything about biology will tell you this right away. Salmonella doesn't come from the outside.
30:00 Most food poisoning comes from vegetables such as spinach, for example. And that's because you actually get poisoned by eating these toxic vegetables. You gotta understand that food poisoning comes from poison, as in toxins. That's why it's called food poisoning. It's not called
[video] 30:20 food bacterium or anything like that it never has been called that because you poison yourself that's why you get sick and you get diarrhea it's literally poison not mean it's totally safe that's why it's not recommended to consume this kind of stuff frequently but once every so often isn't the end of the world unless you're pregnant like me but many of these carnival dieters are eating raw meat regularly like every single day i've seen people cubing and freezing like
30:46 My girlfriend ate raw meat for the nine months she was pregnant. Nothing happened. Why? Can you explain it?
[video] 30:53 Raw kidney and then taking it like tablets, like every day. And many people like this guy just eating rare steak and raw organs just as it comes. And all of these people have just been massively brainwashed by the diet industry.
31:04 Yes, they are so incredibly brainwashed. Eating what humans eat in nature. Super brainwashed, right?
[video] 31:12 wellness culture into thinking that this is healthy. We've got a massive problem with a huge spread of misinformation that people just believe because somehow they manage to make themselves seem credible, especially if it's a podcast.
31:25 Oh my God, the irony here. Before that you said that there's scientific studies to prove that saturated fat causes heart disease, for example, but you couldn't actually present any. You're the one who blindly believes that What they are telling you, you are literally brainwashed by definition, seeing as you believe something without any proof. It's crazy.
[video] 31:48 Thank you for watching and I'll see you next time. Bye.
31:50 It's crazy how unaware somebody can be of where their own beliefs come from. She talks about other people as if they are brainwashed for eating raw meat, as if eating raw meat is super popular mainstream and people are getting brainwashed by the government. to eat raw meat. No, hardly anybody eats raw meat and the reason some of those videos get a lot of views is just because it's strange to people, all of these slaves eating man-made vegetables, fruits and grains, see it as something strange because they are not exposed to what humans eat in nature. If you would go to some tribe in the Amazon jungle or in Africa and you would see them eat that, you probably wouldn't find it strange because you would understand that that's just nature. It's what we naturally do. But when you see people on TikTok eating that who live in a city, then it's strange to you because you assume that they should be eating exactly what you eat. You learned from the government that you should eat a plant-based diet.
32:50 The food pyramid or the MyPlate is what you're supposed to eat. And if anybody gets out of this norm, then they are strange to you. She somehow got caught up in this delusional bubble of believing that people who eat raw meat or even the cooked fake carnivore diet have been brainwashed by somebody, but who is brainwashing them? People who eat raw meat are simply more open-minded than other people. They are drawn to nature, and that's why they try it out. They feel incredible, the best they ever felt in their lives, and that's why they continue doing it. The people who start eating a cooked, fake carnivore diet, Used to be vegan, they got sick or they ate a standard plant-based diet, they tried it out, their depression got better, for example, and that's why they stick to it. If anything, you should congratulate these people, but it seems like you're attacking them. Thanks for watching.
