0:00 What's up everyone? I'm going to review what Caroline Deisler eats in a day. Her thumbnails always look like she's promoting infertility and eating disorders.
[video] 0:10 Hey guys, welcome back to a new video. So today I'm going to film a fresh what I eat in a day.
[video] 0:25 Sorry for my little mini break on YouTube. I've been so busy shooting recipes for my new recipe ebook. It is now 8 o'clock. I woke up like half an hour ago, had some water and chilled for a bit. Now it's time to really start my day. So I'm going to go for a morning run, get some fresh air, wake up and then I see you guys when I'm back. So it's time for my first meal of the day. So I made a smoothie bowl and this one is so crazy. Blueberries and bananas. For the base, I used frozen bananas, 3 Metro Dates, 1 cup of almond milk and 1 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla. And then on top, I put one banana, some coconut meat, blueberries and lots of cinnamon.
1:08 Coconut meat. Frozen bananas, sugar and fiber. Dates, sugar and fiber. Almond milk, toxic calcium and tons of water. Vanille, toxic. Cashew nuts, extremely toxic. Especially if you would try to eat them raw. The blueberries are just the same and the cinnamon is extremely toxic. That's why she uses very little of it.
[video] 1:31 So yeah, this is my late breakfast today. So little change of plans. I didn't go for a run in the end. I just didn't really feel like working out and I had so much work to do. So yeah, it is 11 o'clock now and I'm still doing intermittent fasting, but I tend to have more like early dinners and then I start eating around 11 the next day. I feel like early dinners make me sleep better and also sleep earlier. So I go to bed around like 10. That's good. And then I wake up early and have really good digestion. So yeah, early dinners are...
2:05 really good to make a big difference you're admitting that you don't have good digestion otherwise of course you won't because you're eating tons of man-made plants full of toxins you can't even have it's not even possible many vegans end up doing intermittent fasting because of course they don't want to eat all day long they are bloated even get stomach pains or worse.
[video] 2:29 For me, yeah. Now I made a smoothie bowl as my little breakfast. So creamy.
[video] 2:38 Oh my God, this is so good. It's like a dessert. You're craving animal food. Also, I mentioned my recipe book. Gonna come out in January and I have been shooting so many yummy recipes, all my favorite things.
2:57 Looks like a bunch of meat imitations.
3:04 You're promoting eating disorders. Why would you go this far to create all of these man-made foods? Because you're craving natural foods. You want to eat animals. Maybe you even want to eat dairy, eggs and so on. But of course you can't have them because your religion forbids them. No, you actually can. You could just go and eat what you actually want. Your actual favorite foods. Eat a steak, whatever. Don't want to eat raw meat as people do in nature? Eat cooked meat. You will still feel 100 times better than you do now Fantasizing about food all day long, thinking what new recipes to make, what new is out there, what could I create? That's not what your body wants, it wants the same old foods that you ate all of your life. Obviously.
3:57 Diabetes. Upcoming.
4:04 You cater to people with eating disorders.
4:10 What is all of this stuff? A bunch of sludge with sauces. Because you don't even like the taste.
[video] 4:21 So it is time for a green smoothie. I just made one and I used spinach, kale, two ripe pears and water and ginger.
4:33 Okay, obviously most people wouldn't even understand this. You don't even have to be vegan to be brainwashed to not understand that spinach and kale are extremely toxic. So is ginger. The pear, she adds, because, mmm, the sugar. It's what makes it taste somewhat tolerable. That's it. It's a mental illness. Nobody just sits there and eats spinach and kale because all humans hate the taste. They make smoothies with tons of sugar or they cook them until you can't recognize them and add tons of sauces and spices just to somehow be able to swallow all of the garbage.
[video] 5:13 Like two glasses. Now it's one o'clock. I was a little hungry and I love to have my greens. I always feel so much better when I drink green smoothies. They just give you like instant energy and they make your skin glow.
5:28 Another misconception, it doesn't give you energy. It's extremely toxic. Your body has to fight off the toxins. This gives you stress hormones, which then of course makes the vegans believe that they have some energy because all day long they don't really have anything close to energy. It will ruin your body though. It's really dangerous to do this in the long run.
[video] 5:50 They're just so good for you. So yeah, having my smoothie now. What's good about it in any way at all? Name on thing. I just made some raw vegan Snickers.
[video] 6:06 hey guys so i'm back and it's snack time so have a look and my raw vegan snickers so yummy so oh it's so cold outside i just got back and i'm freezing so i'm really looking forward to my yummy snickers i also made a tea so yeah gonna have a tea and two of those yummy um so good and yeah the recipe is going to be in my ebook which is going to come out first of january so take a note and she didn't even taste it yet but it's so good i'm gonna have my snack now and then i'll probably see you for dinner So it's dinner time. It's six o'clock and yeah, it feels so late because it's so dark early outside. So I made a super yummy salad, which we're going to show you. So my dinner salad, I have zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, and cashew nuts and raisins.
7:05 Zucchini is essentially just water and fiber. There's nothing in there. Carrots have keratoxins. They are toxic. Bell peppers, again, water and fiber. Celery is quite toxic. It will cause you to be allergic to the sun, essentially. It can cause eczema. Tomatoes, nightshades, toxic. Cashew nuts again. Raisins, just some dried up sugar. What's the point of it? Why are you doing it? For nutrients? Definitely not. I hope you don't believe that.
[video] 7:42 Then I made a super nice creamy dressing with sunflower seeds, almond butter, lemon... You want animal fat. That's why you make those sauces.
7:52 You're trying to imitate some kind of animal food.
[video] 7:55 And I also made some roasted purple potatoes for later. Yeah, this is my dinner. Digestive issues, 100% guaranteed. You're absolutely starving. Wake up. Why would anybody make that? Not really. I would want to see what I eat on a day videos.
8:30 If you would start eating what you actually want to eat, your real favorite foods from your childhood, you obviously want to eat butter, for example. You try to imitate it in every way. Why? Because butter actually has fat-soluble vitamins, ADK2. Your body is starving for them, and that's why it's trying to convince you to eat fat, but you're in this religion, which doesn't allow you to eat actual fat, not some plant oils. Real animal fat, that's the only fat that has those fat soluble vitamins because it's real fat. Plants don't have over 15 nutrients. You're never going to get anything out of it. You're going to be stuck in an eating disorder. It's a vicious cycle. Snap out of it. Thanks for watching.
