0:00 Hi, I'm gonna be reviewing a video called What I Eat Living in the Darkest Place on Earth.
0:14 Wow, they are using a very nice camera.
0:30 It sounds Norwegian maybe?
0:40 I've seen the Northern Lights in Finland. I recommend it to everybody. It is magical. It is really worth experiencing it yourself. It's not the same when you see it in a video or on a photo anyway.
[video] 0:56 This is what I would call a very bright morning because the moon is back. And it makes for such a magical winter kind of cold, dark day. I think there's northern lights. Komit, come out with your little eyes. So I think this could be, and that could be, that's definitely. Yeah, so that might turn into more. Oy, oy, oy, it's minus 10 degrees.
1:17 That's the problem with living in that kind of a climate. You sit at home most of the year. You can't really enjoy life anymore. It looks nice, but imagine trying to survive there. Especially without all the modern heating and everything. It's pretty torturous.
[video] 1:35 As long as there's no wind, it's fine. Today, we're going to do a what we eat in a day to kind of like thrive and survive in the polar night on Svalbard. So we're starting with our morning coffee outside because we need to see the views. We need to load up on coffee and just kind of like, oh, get a feel for the weather.
2:06 Oh, interesting, it's the halo from geoengineering, you see? It only comes from that, but you can also see the streaks in the sky, even in winter.
2:26 Man, it's so stupid, they even cover up the northern lights.
[video] 2:28 The sun set on the 26th of October, and it was pitch black from mid-November, and now it's gonna be pitch black until the end of January, and then in February we might have some blues.
2:38 It's interesting, I wonder when people actually historically moved to these places, because naturally there's just nothing attractive about being in the dark. And survival-wise, it's very hard to actually sustain life there.
[video] 2:54 But she probably doesn't even understand what's causing the moon halo. It's kind of sad, really.
[video] 3:14 I looked it up and apparently this moon is called the cold moon, which I think is very fitting for a day like this. It's time for breakfast. We usually eat very Scandinavian or Nordic breakfasts, I would say. We eat a lot of kefir or crisp bread.
3:28 Hmm, Scandinavian? Not historically. Kefir, yeah, people used to ferment milk, but it was raw milk. I'm just gonna assume that she drinks pasteurized kefir. Maybe I'm wrong. That would be cool if I was wrong. And grains were never part of the human so-called diet anyway up until recently. It's for sure nothing that people in the North ever consumed.
[video] 3:56 maybe oatmeal, a lot of that.
4:00 Oatmeal anyway.
[video] 4:02 Today we're gonna do something different.
4:05 And how can these people in the north believe that eating seeds has anything to do with their ancestry? It's so messed up. They would almost only be eating other animals. They would fish and eat some reindeer and whatever. They would eat their meat raw, drink their blood like the Vikings did.
[video] 4:24 I asked Christopher to make a sort of protein waffle. So that is what we're doing. But before we eat, I'm going to take my vitamins because that's something I definitely need to do.
4:34 No, you don't. You just need to eat naturally. Then you don't need to take any supplements, which don't work anyway.
[video] 4:40 What are we going to do? Step over here. To the kitchen. Okay, so for vitamins, we basically just kind of like, we take what's in front of us, what's available, and now we've started doing the children's, because it's a little treat.
4:53 It's like a little... Oh man, the ingredients are synthetic, it's not even real vitamins. If you would be eating what your ancestors ate... not the oats, bread and other seed products, then you wouldn't need them. Man, all of your ancestors ate raw animal organs, they drank the blood of the animals, they ate the meat raw, they fished all of these big animals, which I understand is illegal now in a lot of the places. Now you can get farmed salmon, super toxic, at your supermarket.
[video] 5:30 Sweet in the morning, who doesn't want that? Here's the tiger one. Oh, I'm so sorry. Many stories. So we do a multivitamin, and then vitamin D is super important for us, because we have so much darkness.
5:40 That's true, but this stuff is synthetic. What you need to do is consume a lot of animal fat, fatty fish, organs. That's the only way to naturally get real vitamin D. People who live in dark places, especially in a place like this, need to do that, otherwise you will become very unhealthy.
[video] 5:58 and no sunlight. So what we do up here is we take vitamin D all year round. We never stop taking them. And that's a way to just kind of like help that.
6:09 I don't think that they look particularly healthy. I don't think that these supplements are working, which they can't.
[video] 6:16 It always works. So I'm just doing these for now. Little gummy vitamin D.
6:23 How can a gummy have vitamin D if vitamin D is an animal hormone? How do you not get it? How do you not understand that your ancestors didn't eat oats, bread, and take gummy vitamins, which are synthetic and fake?
[video] 6:40 Also do a, for the milk pseudobacteria. I think also we're gonna do like Grim, some omega-3. Some omega-3 as well.
6:52 Man, you people are crazy. The omega-3s, which you would be getting from animal brain and fish.
[video] 7:01 Hey, you're crazy.
7:06 You eat bread and oats and take multivitamins, which are synthetic and don't even work. And then you become super unhealthy. Totally nuts.
[video] 7:15 So it's not a complicated situation here.
7:21 What? How is it not complicated? What? You're taking pills. You need to think of what you're deficient in, because you're not eating naturally. When you eat naturally, then you don't need to think about any kind of pills.
[video] 7:39 Do you know what also is really good? It's to do your daily nut. Usually if I have...
7:44 There are no nuts or Brazil nuts, especially in northern, whatever, Norway, Sweden, wherever they are.
[video] 7:53 One a day is like everything you need of whatever it's in there. But I don't have those, so I just do kind of like one of each of these. A macadamia. A macadamia.
8:03 Those come from Australia, right? You're not making any sense. Your diet is super strange.
[video] 8:13 Nuts have so much nutrients.
8:16 No, they don't. They don't have over 50 micronutrients, which are only found in animal foods. They're also full of anti-nutrients, toxins, fiber, which is indigestible. You're totally ignorant. This video is bad.
[video] 8:26 Yeah. Today is so beautiful outside. You forget how light it can be. Like, when the moon comes out. It, you know, it shows the entire world again. It really, you know, it's dark. But I'm thriving out of this. You're having a great polar night. You've been chilling. I like grandma waffles. It's more egg.
8:50 It's more like... Flour not found in the north. Eggs, I suppose. Not really even. Oh, it would be rare. Protein powder? Just come on, just stop the video. Cottage cheese? Yeah, maybe dairy, but not most of the year. Butter, same thing. Salt, obviously not. This video is such a joke, really. I was hoping to see something else. I thought that they were gonna go and fish and at least eat meat-based. I mean, what a joke.
[video] 9:24 It could be sour cream. Heavy cream. You took what you had home.
9:30 You guys don't look healthy, you look exhausted. You almost have a kind of insulin belly. Where's the man in northern whatever where you are, Scandinavia? Where's the Vikings drinking blood and eating raw meat? What the fuck is this?
[video] 9:46 Swedish waffles are more made with water and milk. They take soda water, so they get the waffles really crispy.
9:55 Blood pancakes? They could be making blood pancakes. If anything.
[video] 10:02 Like me, I like them more like a cake, like chewy and nice.
10:14 Look at that, it's just slime. Now they're eating slime in the north. It's just over.
[video] 10:29 Okay, I'm gonna do cottage cheese and brown cheese. I feel like that could be nice. Oh wait, I need some jam also.
10:36 Jam also, which is just sugar, pasteurized fructose with pasteurized cottage cheese. Almost no nutrients. Oh my god, man. And they don't even have children or what? Just a dog? What the fuck is going on with the Scandinavian people? What a joke. Absolute joke. Embarrassing, pathetic. I'm gonna die during this video.
[video] 11:00 I don't even like... Raspberry jam is not my jam, if you know what I mean. But I also don't really care. Now this is the Norwegian gold. Oh, it has a little bit of mold on it. But I feel like a little bit of mold.
11:17 Look at how pale and anemic she looks.
11:23 These people are super unhealthy. You could survive, not necessarily thrive, but you could do pretty alright in this kind of inhumane climate if you would eat naturally, if you would eat what's available there. But you're eating imported seeds and sugar. And that's why you look the way you look. You're eating a horrible diet and you live in a horrible climate. Combine the two and you're gonna get insanely sick.
[video] 11:52 Honestly, it's just so beautiful out there. And if the weather is wild, there's something so satisfying about coming back inside after a good little exercise session for Grim and me.
12:01 What the fuck? She even goes to the gym, man. This is totally nuts. Wow.
[video] 12:08 I also find it especially important to stay consistent with my exercise routine during this time of year. Since I work from home, heading to the gym gives me a much needed outing for the day. It's a great way to break up the hours while still working toward my fitness goals. For me, it's all about getting stronger, and of course, getting that boost of happy feelings that always come with a good workout.
12:25 Yeah, it's your body surviving. You're in the fight or flight mode when you're stressed like that. I don't know how extreme her exercise is. I suppose not much, but still. Your body is very stressed and when you stop stressing it, then these hormones are released, which make you feel good because you stopped doing it. But then you go and do it again next time. Oh my God.
[video] 12:54 And then there's the mindset part. Having a positive outlook on winter has actually been proven to make a big difference. It can improve your entire experience of the season. I had the chance to speak with Kari Leibowitz when she was writing her book, How to Winter. She conducted a survey of people living in Northern...
13:07 The only cool thing about living there is probably that everybody kind of knows each other. You have this sort of community which was missing in Europe today. Yeah, that's about it really.
[video] 13:21 ...regions during the polar night and found that those with a good mindset about the season had much better outcomes overall. It's a great reminder to never underestimate the power of your mind. We are now back home again and I will be making lunch. My camera for some reason decided to not record any of this audio, so...
13:37 It's just always night time. I couldn't live like this.
[video] 13:43 I will have to voice over this, sorry about that. I will be making one of the, like, three things I'm capable of, which is a sweet potato soup with goat cheese and pumpkin seeds. So delicious. So while people may be able to do a couple of things...
13:57 Onions, olive oil from Italy or wherever, everything imported, potatoes...
14:07 There's just nothing that you would actually find there in the north. It's just nothing as far as I can see. That's crazy.
[video] 14:17 I actually would keep this om, but it doesn't do well when making a soup out of it. But there's a lot of nutrients in it.
14:26 No, there aren't. There's also a lot of oxalates which will cause kidney stones.
[video] 14:31 Does she have an onset of dementia already from eating plant-based?
14:54 It's some kind of mashed up vegetables and cheese. Oh my God, man. This is just absolutely insane. You literally shouldn't be using any of these ingredients.
[video] 15:14 We are now going to make the dessert for tonight. And today we are making the saffron fudge cake from our latest recipe.
15:20 Okay, they seem to be using a lot of butter. That's cool.
[video] 15:24 Dinner time. I'm gonna do some pasta. So I'm gonna get out of here. I'm behind the camera.
15:34 Okay, so they make their own slime and then they put it through the machine to make their own pasta, as far as I understand. We'll see.
15:51 Yeah, I was right. Wow. Oh my God. Oh my God. You see what's going on here? Most people are brainwashed, but at least they buy the slime sludge slave food in the store. You grow up as a slave in the system and you don't know what it is. Your mother simply makes you overcooked ground meat with a red sauce, usually a tomato sauce, and the slime made into the form of noodles, just some Long slime, literally peasant slave food, absolutely the worst on earth. Gonna destroy your health. But my point is that you grow up with it and you just don't understand what it is and you just eat it. And you just believe that it's food. Nobody really thinks about where it comes from and what it even is. but they make it themselves. You see why that's way worse?
16:46 Because they roll up the slime, they hold it in their hands, they put it through the machine, they see that it's slime. They know that it's non-food items. It's literally just slave slime, but they still end up eating it. That's so much worse.
17:09 That's crazy.
[video] 17:22 Now the pasta can hang there until the Bolognese small bowl style is finished.
17:29 You guys are insane. I'm serious. This is so wrong.
[video] 17:39 And some garlic.
17:40 Also, you noticed the zero energy throughout the video. I'm making my pasta, now some garlic to destroy my gut microbiome, to produce zero happy hormones, to be simply dead inside. Yeah, it's so great living in the north, eating slave food with zero micronutrients and gut destroying properties. Yeah, that's why I feel so great living here eating slave slime sludge.
[video] 18:15 Why I say it's like Svalbard style is because like we don't always have, we have, we always have fresh vegetables.
18:22 he looks like he has zero muscle mass and just a lot of fat everywhere it's just a typical pre-diabetic look maybe he has diabetes already insulin resistance this is just an insulin powered buddy but sometimes they run out or the plane doesn't come with some fresh herbs or anything so then
[video] 18:46 You have to improvise. So then I do it like this. Buy some chopped tomatoes with herbs. Mushrooms.
18:55 What tomatoes? Blood. If you make pasta, use blood.
19:01 What's wrong with these people?
[video] 19:05 I heat up the pan and I put the meat in without any oil or butter or anything. Because if there is some water in there,
19:20 What oil? Does he cook in seed oils? Not surprised. And now he's gonna destroy most of the nutrients in the ground meat. Bravo, nice.
19:34 But that's butter. At least he adds butter to it. That's the only good thing that they do.
19:45 Black pepper hinders protein digestion. Bad idea.
19:54 Also bad. Honey. Why?
20:03 There's probably glyphosate in the honey. It's just some garbage honey.
20:24 Typical slave meal. Overcook everything, it loses the natural red color, which is why you add the red sauces to it. Yeah, more tomato paste. It's always the tomatoes to imitate blood. Always the same. Always.
20:53 Now it's ready with some herbs in. Some toxic herbs also.
21:00 Wow.
[video] 21:01 Then I just turn off the heat and we can boil the pasta.
21:08 The only thing that you're going to be turning off is your brain because it's going to destroy your brain cells. Garlic, for example, kills your brain cells. It's been proven.
[video] 21:18 It's nice.
21:26 Oh my god, they give the dog the slime. Oh my god, man. Dog abuse.
21:36 He eats it because he's malnourished. He doesn't understand what's going on. Look at how strangely he looks. He's looking at them thinking, why do you eat grain sludge? Why do you cook your meat? And then why do you add red sauces to it to make it look like raw meat again? Why do you cook it in the first place, if that's what you want? But because he's malnourished, he still eats it. Man, dogs are not going to eat noodles, except if you starve them. Oh, my God. Then again, he probably smells the meat on it. Yeah.
[video] 22:15 Yeah. We almost cleaned our plate.
22:27 It's good that they don't have children. The children would be insanely sick there with this kind of food.
[video] 22:34 Look, so good. Now, before we have dessert, I'm gonna clear this up. We made a half recipe, by the way. I think we already said, but. So when it's been in the fridge.
22:47 More grain sludge. You guys are totally nuts.
[video] 22:51 It's perfectly like this. Okay. I also love that this became my favorite.
[video] 23:01 It is so good though.
23:06 Yeah, you just can't do anything there. You can't go outside. That's just pure suffering every day. All that you can do is sit inside. Your government probably doesn't even provide you good food. Is there even blood or any organs available? Probably not even. You maybe get some ground meat if you're lucky. I don't know, correct me if I'm wrong. I guess that you probably could get some kind of good fish. And you just eat tons and tons of seeds. And just sit at home watching TV. What kind of a life is this?
23:50 It's really like a prison. There's not even any neighbors. You can't go outside. You just sit inside, eat seeds and watch TV.
24:03 Why would you live like this? It's really disrespectful to their ancestors to live like this. The people in the north, as I said, used to hunt the animals. They would eat them raw. Thankfully, The people in Lapland, in Finland, still eat raw meat. They would drink the blood and use every part of the animal. They would fish. And now these guys just sit at home, watch TV, look more and more unwell. They only have a dog instead of 10 children. They probably can't even reproduce. And as I said, it's good that they don't. It wouldn't be a good life for the children there. Or also because of the food that they would feed them. There's just nothing good about it.
24:57 It's just like a night and day, except that they don't even have a day. But when you compare the way the Vikings and all of those people there used to live, hunting, eating their raw meat, being tall and strong to this, it is like night and day. Wow. And as I said, this kind of a climate is pretty hard to be happy, but... It would be doable, somewhat, if you would actually just eat a bunch of fatty fish and organs and fat all day long for actual real vitamin D, the actual animal hormone, not some synthetic chemical which just has a similar chemical structure to vitamin D, which is actually fake. They eat some kind of gummy bears with sugar thinking that it's an animal hormone. I'm totally delusional. You gotta be that malnourished?
25:55 and kill enough brain cells with the garlic and onions for you to actually believe that you can eat some kind of sweets and get an animal hormone out of them. And that's how disconnected from reality you have to be. And because they probably grew up like this, It's just their reality. They just make slime in this machine, hang it, cook it, and think, oh, I'm eating real food. Look, honey, it's yellow slime that the government brought us. Wow, honey, this is really nice. I put the red sauce over it, and that's really real food. It tastes like real food, right? I added salt to it, I gave it sodium. I'm eating savory real food. It's not at all as if I'm craving raw meat and blood all the time. That's why I do it. No, no, this is real food. It's slime made out of seeds with a red sauce over it, made out of tomatoes. And that's literally what I want.
26:51 Zero micronutrients, tons of toxins and anti-nutrients to make myself sick. Yeah. Over 15 micronutrients missing, you overcook the ground meat, there's also nothing in there left anymore, then you get sick, and you wonder, but I'm taking the sweet gummy bears with animal hormones, right? Because they're for sure in there, it's not at all synthetic ingredients. And totally nuts, totally nuts, embarrassing, pathetic, I don't even know what words to use for this. Wow, their ancestors would be turning in their graves right now if they would see this. Thanks for watching, guys!
