0:00 Hey everyone, I'm going to be reviewing a full day of eating by the channel Clean and Delicious.
[video] 0:06 Hello my friends, it's Dani and today I am back with some more high protein, whole food, eaten a day.
0:13 Whole food? I see bread which is a processed so-called food. It's just grain sludge which is baked into a form. Inspiration.
[video] 0:24 Now as I've shared before I am 48, almost 49.
0:28 Yes, and what I noticed right away is that you really overdid the Botox. Maybe something else also. It's as if the forehead is paralyzed. There's no human expressions anymore. What is this fear of wrinkles that people have? It's just how you naturally age. Why does it matter? Especially to women. But this is also kind of paralyzed. That's why women like this end up looking not really human anymore. Nobody finds it appealing, attractive. You don't look healthy. You don't even look younger when you do it. You just kind of look...
1:14 Like something else, not really like a woman in general. Not like a woman your age, just not like a woman in general at all.
[video] 1:23 And I'm working on some personal health and fitness goals with the intention of building more lean muscle so that I can feel more fit and more strong and more fabulous as I...
1:33 Why would you need to be able to lift metal up and down when you get older or when you're younger or whenever in general as a human being? We never used to do any of this up until two, three decades ago. Gyms were basically unheard of. And nowadays, men are obsessed with gyms, with lifting metal up and down for no reason, but even women are. Why would you need to do that, especially as a woman?
[video] 2:01 around towards 50. But I do want to mention that I am a big believer that eating well can and does look different for different people, right?
2:10 No, that's not true. Does eating healthy look different for different cows, different squirrels, different tigers? No. An animal is supposed to eat what the animal is naturally supposed to eat. If every tiger eats the same food, then every human also has to eat the same food. Why would humans be an exception to this? Why would cows eat grass? Why would tigers eat meat? Why would we then need to eat grains, vegetables, fruits, super overcooked meat, and who knows what else nowadays, rice cakes and tofu, and it's just so stupid.
[video] 2:56 This is going to depend on your personal goals, your preferences, your belief systems, your life.
3:02 No, your nature as an animal cannot be based on your own beliefs. That would basically be religious. You can't go religiously through life. You need to stick to reality and nature. Your own cravings. You know exactly what you want to eat based on your own cravings. Which is your nature. That's it. There is nothing else.
[video] 3:25 ...style and your chapter of life. So I am by no means trying to tell you that... Wow, what a great whole food.
3:33 Literally the opposite.
[video] 3:35 You should eat the way that...
3:37 You should eat, what, flowers which don't exist in nature? Great.
[video] 3:42 I am eating. I'm simply somebody who loves food, who loves to cook, who loves to eat, and really wants to demonstrate that eating well... How can you say that you love food when you eat flowers?
3:54 And besides that, it's clear that you don't even love yourself. Otherwise, you wouldn't be doing this to yourself.
[video] 4:02 Really can be easy, healthy, fun, delicious, and doable. I'm an early riser. I'm usually up by about 5 a.m. And the first thing I do is I pour myself a big glass of ice water. I've shared this before, but I find it to be a little bit tricky to drink enough water throughout the day. So adding...
4:18 A craving for cold water or cold liquids, food in general, is a sign of possible anemia. It could be something else. Maybe it's really hot there, although I doubt it inside.
[video] 4:35 Lots of ice and fresh lemon to me just makes it more enjoyable, which then of course makes it easier for me to drink. Now I also start my day with two cups of black coffee.
4:45 Ooh, black coffee. It's the worst. It tastes like death. It's absolute poison. The worst taste on Earth, most likely. I've only ever smelled coffee, I've never tasted coffee in my life, but I know enough people who have, and they say that it's really the worst thing that you could drink on Earth. Because it's seed water. It's just boiled up seed water. It has to taste toxic, obviously.
[video] 5:13 Now, if you watched my last Eat in a Day, you know that I was making my morning coffee with both creatine and collagen.
5:20 Creatine and collagen? You could just be eating meat, especially raw meat, to get that. That's it. And I highly doubt that it's still going to be intact if you put it into boiling water.
[video] 5:32 And a little bit of heavy cream as well. But thanks to this amazing community, I learned that putting creatine into hot coffee actually denatures the creatine. So, thank you.
5:42 Right, exactly. That's what I mean. It destroys it. You do understand that denaturing means to destroy it. It's gone. As in... It's boiled away. That's why cooked meat doesn't really have creatine at all, because it's destroyed by the cooking, the heat. That's what you did. You denature it. Denaturing means destroying.
[video] 6:04 Thank you very much for those tips. So now what I'm doing is I'm getting the... How is it a good tip?
6:09 A good tip would be... Drink your coffee if you want to, for whatever reason, because you have no energy, seeing as it only produces adrenaline. Everybody who drinks coffee is simply saying, I don't have energy. That's it. It's just another way to say it.
6:26 The good tip would be to simply eat raw meat to get the creatine, along with the coffee.
[video] 6:29 It's stupid to force yourself to drink water. The water that we drink today doesn't have any ionized minerals, as in it's not going to actually hydrate your cells.
6:54 If you add some lemons to it, maybe super, super slightly, but lemons are acidic. You shouldn't be consuming something so acidic every day.
[video] 7:03 I walk the dog, I do whatever I need to do for the family and the kids. And then around 7.30 or so, it is time for breakfast. So what I've been enjoying lately is a sweet and savory toast combination. So...
7:13 I don't really get where the whole foods are. I haven't seen anything yet.
[video] 7:17 I will toast up two slices of sprouted grain bread. Ezekiel is my personal favorite. And then for the first slice, I'll top it with a spread of nut butter and...
7:26 Okay, so you have grain sludge and then you put more seed sludge on top of it. That's literally what humans see today.
7:39 How is this possible? How did we get this brainwashed? You would think even 100 years ago, for sure 200 years ago, if you would have told people that people are gonna be eating grain sludge with seed sludge over it, they wouldn't have believed it. Yes, people were eating bread back then, way, way less bread, only when they were starving, but they put tons of meat and butter on it. Now we have the grain sludge, but we put more seed sludge over it. instead of butter, for example, or fatty pork. This is what people used to put on their bread. And they only ate it because they just didn't have enough food. If they had enough meat, they wouldn't be eating this.
[video] 8:20 Then some fresh raspberries over the top. It's kind of like a fresh...
8:24 Raspberries, if they are natural, are fine, but these are not. They are too big and they are probably also full of pesticides, realistically, seeing as berries are the most sprayed fruits. It's not healthy whatsoever. This is a very terrible meal because grains themselves have glyphosate, which makes you infertile. More herbicides, pesticides, toxins, anti-nutrients, only sugar. Carbohydrates are sugar, so you are already eating sugar with toxins, then you put more aflatoxins, phytic acid, and again more pesticides on top, and then you put more sugar and pesticides on top of that. So it's purely just sugar, anti-nutrients, and toxins that you're eating there with indigestible fiber. Really, you can't even make an unhealthier meal, but people today would say that this is a healthy meal, which is... A mental illness, really.
9:21 Because if you look at this and you see this as food, you must be mentally ill. What else can you be? Grain sludge with seed sludge and pesticides-ridden man-made berries cannot be food.
[video] 9:33 Then for my savory slice, I will whisk together one...
9:37 Okay, this I like way better.
[video] 9:39 ...whole egg with a splash of egg whites and then a dollop of cottage cheese. Give it a little salt, a little pepper, and then I scramble that up and let...
9:48 That you could actually eat raw, no? If the eggs are good quality. Air some arugula right on the toast and then put... Arugula is toxic. It's green leaves. If you juice arugula and you drink an actual full glass, you will be hospitalized right away. It's actually very poisonous to the human body. Any animal's body, anyway.
[video] 10:10 The egg mixture right on top. And I have just been finding this...
10:14 Yeah, they always do this because they have been brainwashed to believe that they need to eat seed sludge with green leaves together with the eggs, even though in reality if she only ate the eggs and the cottage cheese mixed, even if it's cooked food, It would be a pretty healthy meal. Yeah, you wouldn't even need any of the Botox. If you would not exercise and you would eat that for breakfast, we'll see what else she eats later, then you would not really have many wrinkles even at 48.
[video] 10:46 ...breakfast to be so satisfying. Not only does it pack in 30 grams of protein and the 7 grams of fiber, but there's something about that...
10:53 Why do you mention the fiber as if it's a good thing? As I said, fiber is simply the indigestible part of the food. That's exactly what you don't want.
[video] 11:05 Sweet, salty, savory combination that just hits the spot. Shortly after breakfast, about an hour, an hour and a half later, I'm...
11:11 I just can't stop looking at this Botox-filled or more so destroyed face. You really didn't do yourself a favor.
[video] 11:20 As much as I'm against powders and anything artificial,
11:41 It's possible, just possible, that this could actually work for hydration better than drinking plain water, obviously. That anyway. No, it's in no way better than drinking blood, raw milk, even fruit juices, which have actual natural electrolytes. But it's possible. I don't know, of course, what this brand actually is.
[video] 12:03 Really help to prevent headaches, muscle cramps, sleeplessness and fatigue, which, if you didn't know, are all signs of electrolyte deficiencies.
12:11 Yes, electrolyte deficiencies are actually for sure real and a bigger problem than most people think. Especially for people who exercise, especially for the ones who run, they lose a lot of electrolytes. A lot of people don't actually know that selenium deficiency, but also partly zinc, magnesium can easily lead to heart failure. This is something that was very well known even 30 years ago, but nowadays nobody talks about it. And that's because marathon runners, for example, sweat so incredibly much that they completely deplete themselves. You should, in general, in your life, not try to sweat a lot.
[video] 12:58 And all of that aside, I just feel great when I drink it.
13:00 Not only do I feel hydrated and energized, but... She probably does actually feel somewhat hydrated compared to when you drink water. Yeah, it's probably true.
[video] 13:10 I really love the flavor. And as I mentioned before, drinking water can sometimes be a tricky task for me. So this is another tool that I use to help get plenty of water in throughout the day. So then off I go. I go to the gym, I move my body, I do my workout.
13:24 It's completely fine and natural to move your body. Everybody wants to move. What isn't normal is to deadlift, to lift this much metal up and down for no reason. And she's also pulling herself up. Pull-ups are not that bad if you want to do them. I don't see any reason for doing them. I don't know why you would want to do them, but whatever. If you have the drive to do it, which would be more so something that a man would do, seeing as testosterone could lead him to do it. A man just wants to do something, which would mostly be to hunt and to reproduce, but when you're enslaved living in a cage, you're gonna end up going to the gym or doing something else. But again, my point is simply that doing pull-ups would be not as stressful, it's not really exertive, except if you really overdo it.
[video] 14:15 And I mean, come on, just look at me go there, getting all fit and fabulous. But then once I'm back home, my next two meals tend to be a little bit smaller. After I work out, sometimes I really enjoy making a protein shake, specifically in this warmer weather. So what I've been doing lately is right into my blender, I'll add one cup of frozen strawberries with a handful of baby spinach.
14:33 Now quick- Ooh, spinach again, toxic green leaves. Humans are not supposed to be eating green leaves. If you would think that we should eat them, why not just pick some green leaves outside by the bush? Why pay for them? There's oxalates, kidney stones.
[video] 14:49 I know baby spinach is a great beginner green.
14:53 So if you're trying to get more greens into your diet, baby spinach... Why would you need to try to force yourself to eat green leaves? That says everything.
[video] 15:02 It's very sweet and it's very mild, so you don't even know that it's in there.
15:05 Then I add... Literally exactly what I meant. Why would you be eating so-called food which you don't even want to taste? How does that not tell you everything you need to know about it?
[video] 15:16 In a scoop of protein powder, you could use any kind of protein powder you love or prefer, along with five grams of creatine, and then a cup of either unsweetened almond milk or water. Blend that all together, you get this beautiful, thick, creamy...
15:31 Why almond milk? There's toxic amounts of calcium in almond milk. It's artificial. Why not drink actual milk, especially raw milk? That would at least make it somewhat healthy.
[video] 15:47 Strawberry milkshake-like protein shake.
15:51 The color is very off-putting. When you see the color, you don't even want to get close to it.
[video] 15:55 It hits the spot and it delivers 25 grams of...
15:58 Yeah, it hits the spot, your kidneys, it's the kidney stones forming.
[video] 16:03 Yeah, because again, you're forcing yourself to do something. Why don't you just listen to your own senses?
[video] 16:22 She's a good advertiser. Grapefruit, citrus, chocolate, and even unflavored. They are truly all so good, and if you...
16:46 I think that her skin is very dry, which is why she got the Botox. She had a lot of wrinkles. Most likely, obviously, that's why she did it. You can see that she put a lot of creams on her face, but if you drink this much all day long, it's really gonna dry out your cells, your skin cells.
[video] 17:06 It is time for lunch, and I've been eating this like seriously simple two-minute lunch on repeat. All I do is toast up a slice of fruit and nut bread.
17:15 Again, I don't get it. Where exactly are the whole foods? Was it the berries and the avocado? So you only eat processed food except for some fruits. Is that what you're saying?
[video] 17:29 This is a cranberry pecan bread. So delicious, but any combination would work. Then I spread a wedge of laughing cow cheese right over the top.
17:37 Okay, the cheese is nice. Cheese and dairy products are, of course, not human food, but at least it's an animal food.
[video] 17:47 I have to tell you, somebody on Instagram influenced me to buy these little cheese wedges, and I love the texture. I've become a big fan.
17:54 Okay, then on top of that... Yeah, because it's fatty, because that's closer to what humans actually naturally eat.
[video] 18:01 I add some mashed avocado, just slice your avocado, mash it right on top of the cheese, so we have like a double layer of rich, delicious...
18:09 I don't know what it is, but I don't like avocados. I used to many years ago, but maybe because they are green, I don't even like the taste.
[video] 18:18 Yeah, yeah, of course. She's brainwashed.
[video] 18:28 Yeah, of course, because meat is a source of protein, nothing else.
18:38 Meat has every nutrient. Plants don't have over 50 nutrients. But if you would ask her, she would say that she uses the green leaves. for the micronutrients, but the meat for protein. And okay, maybe this is some kind of processed meat, which may not really have a lot of micronutrients left. But in general, you eat meat for all of the nutrients. Every micronutrient, every macronutrient, everything that you need. And you eat green leaves because you're brainwashed. That's it. That's just it.
[video] 19:17 Well, I do try to look for all natural organic options. This is so simple. It's like a two minute meal and it is delicious.
19:25 Well, it's delicious because of the meat and the cheese. If you would only eat that, it would be a hundred times more healthy
19:35 than this garbage green leaves and seed sludge. You literally know that you hate it, right? Because it's very easy to prove this. If you would only eat the bread and the green leaves, you would have to force yourself down to eat this dry, toxic, unappetizing... seed sludge and green leaf combination, but if you would only eat the meat and the cheese, it would taste great. So you know that that's healthy because your senses already tell you. But no, no. You need to force yourself to eat the green leaves and the seed sludge.
[video] 20:11 And then I'll usually just dip into my crudités, which are my pre-cut veggies for the week, and I'll just take a handful of veggies.
20:19 I don't see any cucumbers are a fruit and blueberries are a fruit.
[video] 20:23 veggies out to munch on along the side. There's just something about that crunch factor. But I'm telling you, this Sammy is so good. It's quick, it's delicious, and it hits the spot. And I need to know if you do this too, right? You like get hooked on a meal idea and then you have to make it every single day until you're just sick of it. That is what this sandwich has been for me. Okay, so then lunch is pretty light. It's pretty quick. And then this next stretch of the day is go time for Danny Spies. This is when I get the bulk of my work done. And then after that, it's time to eat again. And often, not always, but often, I like a little something sweet with another cup of coffee at this point in the day. So just to give you an idea, it's usually around 3, 3.30 at this point in the day. And what I've been really enjoying is a slice of my homemade protein banana bread. So good if you have not tried this recipe yet.
21:04 She eats bread with every meal. That's insane. Not even the worst vegans do that.
[video] 21:13 Wow, man, coffee again and so much coffee. Look at her hand and how huge the glass is. That's insane, man.
21:30 That says everything. That means that the diet is not working. That means that you have no energy, because as I said, coffee is just boiled seed water, and because it's so toxic, that's why it tastes so bad, you produce a lot of adrenaline, which you would probably call your daily energy.
[video] 21:47 I've been doing the black coffee. I just look forward to my collagen coffee in the afternoon.
21:52 She probably does the black coffee because other coffee wasn't giving her enough energy.
[video] 21:58 Oh yeah.
[video] 22:15 What would be great for your blood sugar would be not consuming this much sugar. You eat sugar with every meal. Why not eat at least one or two low-carb meals?
[video] 22:40 With the collagen coffee, this meal ends up with nearly 30 grams of protein. So it's really delicious. It satisfies a sweet tooth and it keeps me in alignment with my personal goals. Our entire family likes my cottage cheese pasta Alfredo recipe. So that's been something that I've really enjoyed making lately and it's really easy to customize. And what I mean by that is like my husband and I really like to enjoy it with a chickpea pie.
23:03 Only people who are malnourished are this obsessed with food, creating all of these recipes. Once you start eating what humans eat in nature, you drink blood, you eat raw brain, liver, all kinds of organs, You never think about food the same way again. You look at it, you know that this is not food whatsoever. You only want that anyway. And you never have any crazy cravings anymore. Especially the kind of cravings that pregnant women have. When they are mineral deficient, they crave pickled cucumbers, for example. Whereas if they would be eating naturally, all of the cravings would go away.
[video] 23:43 because it's got more protein and it's higher in fiber, where the kids like it with the traditional pasta. So that's easy enough, right? I can just boil up two different pastas at the same time.
23:53 Yeah, that's all cool, but where is your fat? You're not really consuming much animal fat at all, which again is the reason you had those wrinkles and needed the Botox.
[video] 24:05 Everybody, pick your party. Then what I like to do when I serve it is I bulk it up.
24:10 Then I bulk it up with flours. Wow, cool.
[video] 24:13 I add a little more fiber, a little more protein, a little more volume.
24:17 A little bit more sulforaphane, which is super toxic. Man, that's more flours than noodles. How can you even make a more unhealthy meal? It's not even possible. You have 60% flours?
24:33 35% grain sludge and then a cheesy or whatever sauce, which is the only good part. Okay, there's some chicken. It doesn't have any fat. It's overcooked, which means that over 50% of the protein is destroyed. Most of the micronutrients are gone. What's the point of even eating any of that?
[video] 24:54 Yeah, very well seasoned, because again, you cover up the taste of the flours.
[video] 25:02 ...kind of build your own plate. And this is what mine ends up looking like.
25:06 It's simple, it's quick and... Yeah, but the only reason you try to make it look appetizing, so to speak, is because you don't want to eat it in the first place. What you want to eat is the meat and the sauce, because it's cheesy or whatever. That's it. That's the only thing that you enjoy. Everything else you force yourself to eat.
[video] 25:26 It's really delicious and so satisfying, and this ends up being another meal that has a baseline of 30 grams of protein. So there you have it, another high-protein, whole-food, eat-in-a-day video with a 48-year-old woman who is doing her best to try to get fitter and stronger as she heads towards 50. So for those of you who are curious, because I know some of you are gonna ask, this day was about 1,600 calories, 140...
25:47 Yeah, but what you don't realize is that seeing as you ate cooked food and all kinds of indigestible fiber along with it and the anti-nutrients also, protein inhibitors, of course you cannot get 1600 calories. It's impossible. Realistically, she got maybe 11-1200 calories and protein-wise absolutely also impossible. She got maybe around 70-80 grams of protein at most. The fiber is true. Yeah, it just passes through you.
[video] 26:17 She only got the fiber right. That says everything. That sums up this day of eating. Where were your real whole foods?
26:23 Even the so-called whole foods that you ate were cooked.
26:41 which means that you still ate processed food.
[video] 26:43 Yes, but your day of eating was the definition of being restrictive and deprived. Actual real healthy whole foods would be
27:10 animal organs in their raw natural form. You can't talk about eating whole foods, especially if you mention that they are unprocessed, but then cook them. Cooking is a process that the food goes through. You denature the food, which makes it harder to digest. and you destroy the nutrients. All of these chemicals are heat sensitive, the micro and the macronutrients. That's why you can't get this many calories or the protein or micronutrients, which she didn't mention, which is not surprising because most of these influencers only talk about calories and sometimes they mention protein. I think that it's the first time that I actually also saw fiber mentioned like that in text form. But when it comes to micronutrients, they don't because
28:09 Usually they are ignorant about micronutrients. As I said, the very best that you can do is listen to your own senses, eat exactly what you want to eat. Don't listen to anybody, any diets, any recommendations. Simply give your body a taste of natural food, and then you will know what you want. If you once taste blood, then you will right away know for the rest of your life that you want to drink blood, and so on. Thanks for watching.
