0:00 Yo guys, I'm going to review A Full Day of Eating by Coach P. The tools you need to build the body you want.
[video] 0:10 What, do they sell steroids?
[video] 0:27 He's like one of those machines that swallows all of the garbage.
0:59 All of the ingredients so far have anti-nutrients which will inhibit the digestion of protein. Of course for a junkie like him it's irrelevant because obviously his muscles are not built from food, only from drugs.
[video] 1:12 I'm using actual Wild Nutrition. Their chocolate protein actually goes nuts. 40 grams of that on the money. Medium-sized banana. I like the frozen strawberry.
1:30 It's just so incredibly irresponsible for a relatively big channel like this to shove all of these gullible so-called bodybuilders, people who work out, to eat seeds, which are the most toxic, indigestible part of a plant, which will really destroy your gut and is most definitely not going to help you in any way to gain muscle. If anything, you're going to lose muscle by eating seeds. That's pretty much guaranteed, really. And then all of these sugar, almost no micronutrient, pesticide-ridden berries and fruit.
2:03 Literally, he could just make a video say, it doesn't matter what I eat, I eat absolute garbage all day long, which would actually, for somebody who isn't using drugs, decrease their muscle size. But no, of course he has to stand there and lie as if what he eats actually matters. He could just say, I'm a junkie, I'm a loser, I was bullied at school, I went through some kind of trauma, my parents didn't love me and that's why I started shooting up drugs. like any other heroin, cocaine junkie and so on, is literally no different.
[video] 2:33 All right, so now we put in the nice honey in this bad boy. It's, I believe it's, I can't believe it's not nuts. And so she makes an amazing almond butter that I use and put about 40 grams.
2:49 Everything that he uses is absolute garbage. The last thing you should be eating if you want to gain muscle.
[video] 2:54 So that way I can... Is he actually using tap water?
3:02 Wow, I don't know where he lives, but the tap water is not safe to drink anywhere on Earth, even if they say that it is in some countries. But I think he lives in the US and the tap water there is really some of the worst on Earth.
[video] 3:20 Wow.
3:26 If you didn't need more proof that he hates his life and that he's self-destructive, which all addicts and drug users are, then...
3:35 There you go.
[video] 3:36 This bird goes with me down to the gym, and I'll drink the rest of this in about another 30 minutes to an hour, but then the rest of this goes down the hatch.
3:56 60 grams of protein, absolutely 100% impossible. Probably 20 grams maximum, really maximum. I'm gonna assume probably less fat. There was no fat from what I could see. Probably two, three grams of plant fat and the rest were plant oils. Over 200 grams of carbs, that might as well be true.
[video] 4:18 So we're making meal two. The reason why I have my food, and as you see, it is, it's in separate containers and I'm making it in like massive amounts.
4:32 I really think that he's gonna be dead in the next few years. How old is he? He's 50s for sure. Most bodybuilders don't live beyond 50.
[video] 4:40 What was it? It was five cups of like dried rice and I put in a rice cooker. So to people who are consistent on the move, rice cookers and air fryers are your best friend. And blimpers. So this is 311 grams of javi rice and then 200 grams of salmon.
5:04 It's very funny that a lot of bodybuilders promote eating rice, even though it's full of arsenic for one thing. Pretty much all of the rice you will find on earth. And of course, there's some anti-nutrients, not as much as brown rice, for example, because the shell is removed. But really, it's just absolutely empty carbohydrates, just sugar. Just like the sugar you had before, the honey and whatever this is.
[video] 5:24 Avocado oil.
5:25 Okay.
[video] 5:26 The funny thing is, is that...
5:29 um this little like what is this at least these so-called bodybuilders used to eat mostly animal based now it's why would you add avocado oil to that barbecue sauce is amazing i did that sprouts um pretty much everything sprouts and it's just
[video] 5:50 I like sweets. And then I put 20 grams of some good old honey on top.
5:57 Of course.
[video] 5:58 There you go. On to the gym.
6:13 The gym looks pretty dark.
[video] 6:15 Five, five, five. This at three.
[video] 6:25 So this is all about failure just straight-up quad training
[video] 6:37 He eats insanely much sugar.
6:47 Of course, carbohydrates are sugar, in case you don't understand. And then some farm-raised salmon. I'm going to assume it's probably not wild-caught, realistically. That's the only kind of animal protein that he's getting.
[video] 6:58 oil, so it's a good amount of fats, carbs, protein, all that good shit.
7:04 Definitely not good fat. Avocado oil is mostly monounsaturated fat, it's just oil. And of course the salmon, if it's farm-raised salmon, which I assume, then it doesn't have good fat at all. The fat is the most toxic part of that salmon, which can actually very easily cause food poisoning, but you probably cook it to death, so it most likely is neutralized.
7:33 What a disgusting human being, really, just really disgusting to look at him even eating. 52 grams of protein, alright, with the salmon I'm going to assume it's a lot closer than the last meal. 41 grams of fat, absolutely impossible, way way way lower, something like 10 maximum, if even that. Carbs, again, you're probably right about the carbs. He eats a lot of carbs, yeah.
[video] 7:58 A little bit of Gatorade in this bad little boy right here. I put about five grams of creatine in here. Yeah, so this is Celtic sea salt. It's like a higher grade sea salt. Put about like, yeah, like a half.
8:11 It's a higher grade rock. Okay, cool. A higher grade rock for human consumption. Yeah, that makes sense.
[video] 8:18 A teaspoon up in that bad boy. And then the raw pre.
[video] 8:30 So the one thing I do because if I eat so much food, creatine, some more salts. So I use a carb powder.
8:41 I have no idea why he adds the salt.
[video] 8:43 And this has, what is this, 23 grams?
8:45 Probably because he believes that he needs sodium.
[video] 8:48 And I'll use a pump product. Here, Gatorade, the remainder of this.
8:57 Considering how plant-based he has been eating so far, he actually does technically need sodium, except that, of course, salt is going to cause a mineral imbalance. He should be getting the sodium from meat.
[video] 9:08 And that right there is my engine.
9:19 With the hoodie on. Real gangster. What a joke of a human being, man. Really funny. He's funny. If he was a comedian, this would be a funny video. Unfortunately, he's probably serious, so it's actually a really sad and pathetic life.
[video] 9:42 My body's light, bruh. Give a nice easy 200 grams of some good old jazzy rice.
9:49 Again.
[video] 9:50 Got a boy right here. And I got some chicken thighs that are already pre-cooked. So I put down olive oil on down to here.
10:01 Really dumb idea to cook an olive oil, but again You're a drug user your body's already inflamed as much as it can be really it's not even gonna make a difference And also I have some pineapples It's messed up Put my honey at the bottom of this He just eats whatever And then we're gonna use some avocado oil blend Put in
[video] 10:28 All right guys, so this meal right here, we have 190 grams of chicken thighs.
10:33 The chicken is the best thing he has eaten so far. I hope that the chicken thigh also has some animal fat, which would be really the first that he will be eating today.
10:47 Again, the fat is way over the top.
[video] 10:49 What's up guys, so we're back here. We're at Five Guys, I'm about to do my cheat meal.
10:58 You eat absolute junk food garbage all day long. What are you going to cheat on exactly?
[video] 11:04 A bacon cheeseburger. Man, I can't. Less cheese than what y'all usually put on there.
[video] 11:15 Man. No, no, no. It's dead as is. Like, what is that?
11:21 I was going to say he has problems walking, and then you go to this scene, and of course... All the fucking steps I'm not going to do.
[video] 11:28 That's a big step. I'm lazy. I'm a fucking bodybuilder. Let me live my life. So, meal four. Oh, Jesus. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah, look at her. This is like a triple cheeseburger with bacon on it. And we got some pickles, lettuce, lettuce, mushrooms.
11:52 Yeah, garbage disposal.
11:59 82 grams protein. There was some meat in there. This is probably not incredibly far off from reality.
[video] 12:04 This is meal five. We're gonna rewind from meal one and do another shake for you guys.
12:16 Yes, we remember. We don't have memory issues like you.
[video] 12:29 He looks mega sleepy. He probably sleeps 12 hours a day. Make sure that you don't follow anything that he says.
12:55 The statistics here are incredibly wrong. 309 grams of protein? Never in a million years. The fat is way lower. Carbs? Could be about right. He didn't get over 7000 calories for sure. Okay, that was the whole video. What an absolute tool. What else can I say? Of course you can feel sorry for these kind of people when you realize where this disorder comes from. Chasing man-made trophies to get attention from other human beings who are most likely also drug addicts. Come on. It's just really hard not to make fun of it. Because obviously this attention-seeking comes from what I talked about before, some kind of trauma. He didn't get enough attention from somebody or something similar to that happened, which led him down this path of absolute self-destruction, just absolute self-hate. That's what this video was.
13:55 Thanks for watching.
