0:00 Hey, what's up everyone? I'm going to be reviewing a video by Brian Johnson. It's called We Tried to Cure Her Depression in Five Days.

[video] 0:10 It's going to be like a dubbing sensation. Three, two, one. How do you feel? I don't even know how to describe it.

0:24 I don't think that it feels like happiness, but this perfectly sums up Brian Johnson and his team. She's part of his team in case you haven't seen her before. They believe that you can achieve happiness, longevity by using modern technology, man-made tools, synthetic toxic supplements and so on.

[video] 0:52 There's a treatment for depression that isn't invasive, isn't a drug, and has a 79% success rate.

0:59 It makes zero sense because happiness is something natural. It's innate. It's inside of all of us. No matter what you think about it, you most likely agree with that. It's natural. And believing that you can achieve that by doing something unnatural

[video] 1:20 is actually insane the saint protocol and it only takes five days internally down i'm hopeful but like surface level i'm skeptical i'm like i don't think it's gonna work i'm the co-founder of blueprint building it alongside brian for the past four years building blueprint yeah she takes toxic pills in case you don't understand how supplements are made a video about it will be linked in the description

1:47 In short, they are extremely poisonous. They go through a procedure where a lot of toxic chemicals are used. Everything that she's holding there in her hand,

2:02 is really really poisonous they have an ld50 value meaning that they have been actually scientifically tested through an experiment they actually are lethal at a certain dose and only something toxic can be lethal it's unhealthy in other words she's in her late 20s doesn't have any children as far as i know I may be wrong, but that's what it says online. Yeah, of course.

[video] 2:33 1 in 10 women between 18 and 39.

2:52 At her age, she should have at least five children. That would be the minimum. 1 in 5 women between 40 and 59. 1 in 4 over 60. Yeah, it's because you live unnatural lives, but you expect to get something natural out of something unnatural. Yeah, that is actual insanity, because that's impossible. There's no examples. Where you can get something natural out of something unnatural. That's just not possible in any way. You cannot do that. And happiness is natural. It's innate. You can easily get it out, so to speak, by living naturally. Because something natural can only be achieved by doing something natural.

3:49 If you do something unnatural, expect to feel depressed, don't even expect anything else. You eat unnatural food, you take toxic pills, you don't have children, you completely go against nature, then don't expect to feel anything but depressed. I don't know why people expect to feel happy if they live unnaturally.

[video] 4:14 Women are twice as likely as men to be on them. I wanted this treatment to work, not just for me, but for everyone.

4:20 Women are also nowadays very afraid of animal fat, meat, more than men. That's one of the main reasons. In nature, the men bring back the animals and then everybody eats them. The children, the women, everybody. There is no other options. There's no seeds, vegetables, supplements laying around. No powders, protein powders.

4:47 There's only one option. Well, two, but nobody would choose the second one. Eat the animals or starve. That's it. There's no options to eat vegetables, rice, and be malnourished.

[video] 5:01 Struggling with depression. So I packed my bags and headed to Kaizen Brain Center in San Diego, hoping to come back a different path.

5:07 Yeah. Your brain is connected to your gut.

5:14 Yeah. Whatever you eat will travel. to your brain.

5:20 And then you will feel the consequences of your diet. You eat Brian Johnson's unnatural diet, except that you also eat meat, as far as I know, some lean meat now and then. That's not going to help anyway. And it's cooked. It's unnatural. It's not raw.

[video] 5:37 I have a really hard time understanding myself and being in touch with my own feelings. And I also am susceptible to always undermining my own experience. But when I look at my experience over the last four years, I haven't been myself. I've been wanting to do something about it for a long time, but I haven't wanted to do SSRIs. And TMS is a really good...

6:03 SSRIs have insane side effects. I'm sure that some people in the comments can share some stories. Unfortunately, a lot of people have tried them. It's really bad. There's been people who commented on my videos who said that it actually ruined their lives and they never recovered from them.

[video] 6:23 first-line treatment if you can get access to it. It's just one of those things that's kind of hard to get access to. This is also incredibly expensive. I think it's something like $30,000 a bucket. And to get insurance to cover it is almost impossible. What physical symptoms do you feel? I get stuck. It's like my body starts to seize up, and I literally feel like I can't move. Sometimes I wake up, and I can't even pee. It's like the craziest thing. I can't even get the motivation to go pee. That's when I know it's going to be a bad day, is when I wake up and I feel like I can't pee.

6:56 Literally just sounds like she's malnourished. That's it. She's not eating what she naturally should be eating. Think about it.

7:05 Even if you have no idea what I'm talking about, if she would be drinking blood every day, eating raw liver, heart, spleen, would she feel like that? Come on. Even if you were a vegan, you would have to admit that if she would be doing that, she would not feel that way. It's just not possible. And she probably doesn't even have any idea about what humans eat in nature, which is why she's gonna try out that now. When does that happen?

[video] 7:34 maybe like once a week that bad, maybe once every two weeks that bad.

7:37 Do you think you're sad?

[video] 7:39 I think I'm numb.

7:44 tms uses yeah exactly numb that's actual depression depression is not sadness depression is numbness not feeling really anything not having the motivation to do anything and that perfectly actually lines up with being malnourished it's when you get a lot of sugar, carbohydrates inside of you, seeds, vegetables and whatnot, but you're just completely depleted in reality, because you're not eating what you really should be eating. You're kind of alive, seeing as she's talking and breathing, but at the same time you're dead inside because you're not actually eating what you're naturally supposed to, what gives you vitality and happiness. You're just kind of staying alive. There's no life inside of you. You can usually see that in the eyes if somebody eats raw meat.

8:43 I hope that you can see that. Or if somebody eats a vegan diet and just doesn't feel like doing anything, you can tell, you can tell with her right away.

[video] 8:54 Magnets to activate parts of the brain linked to depression. First, I needed an MRI to pinpoint the exact area of my brain that would be targeted.

9:02 Ooh, MRIs are not good for you. That's for sure. The people who do them even run away to a different room.

[video] 9:11 ...during treatment. As I was getting my MRI, I was thinking that they have to take my brain, then they code it into ones and zeros, and like, in the future, can we then take this CD and then recreate my brain from it?

9:25 oh my god man she actually probably really believes that as if you can recreate something natural in an artificial way and these are the kind of people who believe that there's artificial intelligence out there i'm going to be making a whole separate video about ai but obviously there's no such thing as artificial intelligence to even believe that is actually the same as believing that you can become happy by doing something unnatural these are the people who fall for all of that

[video] 9:55 And then is that brain having an experience, a depressed experience, just like me? The SAINT is a very specialized form of TMS. So TMS has been FDA approved since 2008. You know, there's a standard protocol, but the SAINT is more precise. The SAINT protocol showed results even in patients with treatment-resistant depression, some noticing a difference by day five. But it's not the first choice. Medications are. Not because they're better, but because they're cheaper, easier, and more accessible. Do you think this could be something that eventually is accessible to everyone?

10:23 Man, think about what's going on today. 99% of people eat a completely unnatural diet. Your gut is directly linked to your brain and how you feel. They are always bloated, have gut pain because they eat indigestible food. fiber, all kinds of toxins. The whole body is in flame because it's constantly firing off what you're consuming. And then they go to doctors, so-called specialists, and take pills to try to cure that. Absolute insanity. Absolutely crazy.

[video] 11:06 Medicare does cover it, but in a hospital setting. But I think the hope is that one day most of the insurance carriers should be able to cover this. I really am so lucky to get access to this. And I feel motivated by wanting to make sure that people legit do find out about this treatment. Yeah, hopefully it works. Maybe it doesn't. I went through like five different stages of emotions today. Um, I caught up with some friends this morning and some of them were like, wait, what? I had no idea that you were going through this. I generally have this like self perception mismatch, I feel like with people. So I thought it was being quite obvious that I've been struggling over the last couple of years, but apparently it hasn't been, I felt really optimistic about tomorrow. And then about 5 PM today, I started to crash. Yeah. Oh man.

[video] 11:52 I've forgotten what it's like to live the Kate life without This darkness that's always kind of like around the edge waiting to completely overturn and overwhelm my life at all moments. Yeah. Yeah, I'll believe it when I feel it.

12:08 Yeah, and she cannot even think of the idea that it could be because she's living unnaturally. But that's the thing, when you're lost, that doesn't even come to your mind, because you're already in the hole, so to speak. You don't even really see the light anymore, kind of, a little bit, but everything is so foggy at that point. That's why when people get into veganism or any kind of plant-based eating, once they get into it, it's so hard to get out of it because everything becomes more and more foggy. You have to get really sick or something extreme has to happen to you usually for you to still get out of it, to realize what's going on.

[video] 12:57 Can you see me? Oh, cool.

13:09 Send her some sashimi, some blood, grass-fed liver. That would actually help her. They could afford it, but instead she's sitting at a laptop with some machine on her head. Yeah, this perfectly sums up why Brian Johnson is failing, why he looks so old and sick. Because they believe that they can achieve something natural with something unnatural. Yeah, that's it.

[video] 13:43 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Oh man, look at that. It's real strong. It's the market, the market.

[video] 13:59 Everything started to feel real. Three, two, one. Well... How do you feel? I don't even know how to describe that. Yeah, it does... Oh, my God. It feels like electricity mixed with tapping. You'll get about 60 frames at each session. Very good. My face is moving, right?

[video] 14:32 So weird. Yeah. It does definitely worry me because I think about times in the past where people would use crazy techniques to do all kinds of medicine. Is this going to be seen as some archaic thing in the future? Probably. but that doesn't mean it doesn't work, so. I had sacrificed so much in life for my career. I mean, I came from like the middle of nowhere in Australia, like random ass town. And then all of a sudden we did it. We did what we set out to do, which was like, play on the global stage after all that virality and it unlocked this feeling inside me where i was like nothing in the world matters because beforehand i you know i kind of believed in these like greater systems but once you kind of get to that system and you're interfacing with it directly you realize that it's all made up. And so I went through definitely like that time as well. I was like, what is the purpose of anything? And it coincides with the depression.

[video] 15:31 So for a long time, I tried to figure out what caused this and I ran through all the list of things. And one of the reasons I was like, oh, maybe I've just lost my ambition, my motivation for existing. It's hard to know what caused what though.

15:42 What happens is that when you eat unnaturally and you generally live unnaturally, then you will try to somehow imitate and replicate what you naturally want. If you don't have children, then in your 30s, you will get cats, dogs. And in your 40s and 50s, if you're single as a woman, you're going to become a cat lady, a woman who has 10 to 20 cats because you crave children so much. That's one thing that you will do when you will want to drink blood or eat raw meat and you will make pasta with red sauces and try out all kinds of different recipes just to try to imitate what you really want which are raw animals. That's just two examples. There's a lot of things which we try to imitate and in your late 20s, which is her age, I believe,

16:39 You maybe won't be doing that much yet, but it will just be getting worse and worse over the next years. Because it only gets worse. Your health, the depression, it's all the same. It's all your health. And the more you keep continuing eating like this, the worse your health will be. That's why when you're 10 years old... you're not that affected yet usually because you haven't been eating unnaturally for that long yet but over the next 10 20 years you will really deteriorate significantly visibly that is day two wrapped let's go home

[video] 17:25 All right, bye. If anything, right now I feel so tired that I feel pretty depressed. This whole time I've been feeling like I'm not the picture of depression. And only just now today, like an hour ago, did I realize like, what is this picture of depression that I've been imagining? I think I thought it was going to be some emo experience where I'm sulking about all day or something like that, which is probably just some deep taboo thing that's been embedded in me and what I think depression is. Not having had examined to this, I'm stopping and I'm looking at myself and I'm surprised at how much I've been able to just like keep going in everyday life. I can still get by at work. I can still interact with friends and tell

18:11 Yeah, that's what a lot of people think, that depression is you being really sad and maybe crying. No, then you're upset over something specific. Somebody died, you broke up with your girlfriend, boyfriend, and now you're sad over that. And that can last days, weeks, sometimes even months if it's really severe. But that's not depression. Depression is when you are malnourished. Living unnaturally, meaning that you don't have what you naturally need. Your body doesn't have it. Your body is you, obviously, just to be clear. And that's why it cannot really feel what it's supposed to, because it's not getting what it needs. Your life, what you sense with your senses, what your gut feels, is not what it's supposed to feel, and that's why there's the emptiness.

19:06 Everything is kind of suppressed, dead inside. That's depression. Depression is really just you living unnaturally. You start living naturally, you eat what you're naturally supposed to, you have a big family, You go out into the sun and so on, which I think she probably also avoids, the same as Brian Johnson. And right away everything comes back up and you right away realize how life is really supposed to be. It just all comes back up. the emptiness that you feel inside starts filling up, and your eyes open up, and you're so happy to be alive. I've heard this from tons of people, by the way.

[video] 19:56 I'm like, it's fine, I'm fine, everything's okay. My ability to act like everything's okay somehow convinced me that I am okay.

20:11 Yeah, she was lying to herself. That's what a lot of people do. I think most people today lie to themselves more than they lie to other people. Even when interacting with people in the comment sections of my videos, you can tell that really they just write these lies for themselves. They really want to believe this themselves. If somebody would write something about depression, that something else is causing it, and they just cannot get rid of it, they would really be lying to themselves more than to me or to anybody else. They would really just want to convince themselves, because for some reason some people may be afraid of eating raw meat, drinking blood, they have been told over and over again that you don't need to have children, it's fine to have cats and dogs, it's fine to use sunscreen or hide from the sun,

21:08 They really want to lie to themselves in the first place and believe that, because then they have to admit otherwise that they were lied to, that they were wrong their whole life. It's hard to admit that, even though you should actually be happy to realize that you were wrong, because now you've found out the truth.

[video] 21:29 A mind-blowing thing to just come to this realization now. My depression is something like treatment resistant, which is a scary category to fall into. For that chapter of my life where things were... With sunglasses.

21:47 Oh my God. And she just doesn't get it. The eyes are directly, physically, literally linked to the brain. And you use sunglasses. Come on, man. And she just doesn't get it.

[video] 22:00 We're light and easy. And I wasn't at friction with the world for that to be done in clothes. And I can't get myself back into a state where I feel like what is that?

22:12 Look, look, look great. Wait, why green leaves? Maybe that's some meat, even if that is meat. It's super burnt, overcooked, dead. It's just dead food. So she has at the very best some dead food there, some super overcooked dead meat. Maybe it's even tofu, who knows. With green leaves. What human being on earth eats green leaves? And who knows what some potatoes or something, some plants, just absolute garbage. And she doesn't understand why she's depressed.

22:55 Eating non-human food. Think about it. Think about it really now. Even if you're in complete denial about what I'm saying. Can you feel happy eating a species-inappropriate diet? Can you? Can a cow feel happy eating seeds, staying inside all day? Factory-farmed animals, that's what I'm referring to. Or a... Can a tiger feel happy eating green leaves and grass? Just think about it. Can a human being feel happy eating a carcinogenic overcooked dead meat or tofu with green leaves? It's impossible. Come on.

[video] 23:41 If it's full of possibility, for that to be closed forever in my life is a terrifying thought. I was just gonna text Brian and be like, oh my god, I feel so depressed. And I thought I'd share that with you guys. I feel very good. Yeah.

24:02 Yeah, you can just tell that there's no life force, no vitality inside of her. That's for the most part caused by food.

24:15 food is everything food is life either you consume life animals in their raw state or you consume leaves how do you expect to feel if you consume leaves from a bush just think about it it's just that simple okay i'm gonna go try and make myself feel better by showering and getting ready for the evening

[video] 24:45 All right. Bye. Good morning. It's day five. I'm at the end. Okay. To be honest, I woke up and I felt pretty good. Yeah, honestly, since Brian and Talmadge came and visited, I've been very chipper. So we'll see.

25:00 Yeah, of course. Human contact. You were not alone at last. Imagine if you had children, a family, children running up to you saying, Mommy, Mommy. and then you spend the whole day with them, that would already change a lot. Yeah, it's probably cool to be with Brian because you know him and his son, but it's not really your family. People nowadays try to connect to others because they want to, again, as I said before, imitate having a family, but you can never really trust people who are not part of your family.

[video] 25:40 Lost today, but I feel pretty good. I feel definitely light up. I just had my last treatment. Something shifted. It was subtle at first, like a weight I'd been carrying for years was finally lifting. How are you feeling? I felt amazing. Like, night and day difference. The feeling of depression having gone away is like...

26:05 Wait, so the first four days she was completely down, then the fifth day Brian comes back and she's healed all of a sudden or what?

26:25 What?

26:28 As if the last session on the fifth day healed her or something or what? Man, this is so stupid.

[video] 26:35 like wanting to stay up late, eat shitty food, like self-destruct in some way. Like my HIV has been steady this entire time since treatment. Like this is the last week versus there's all the other weeks. So I was really hopeful. And then two nights ago, I just had it crash, come crashing back down on me. And I was here in a day, and I was with Brian Talmadge, and I just was like, uh-oh, it's back. And I was really emotionally crushed by it. All of that positivity toward my depression went away.

[video] 27:23 People wanna know, am I better? And the funny thing is I think I am not a reliable person to answer that question. So I asked people around me and they were like, yeah, you're better. And I was like, you think that TMS worked? And they're like, yeah, like you're different. So day four, Brian and Talmadge came visit me and I feel like that marked the change of my overall mood being so much better. and then I've had like these drops since then where something bad will happen in life and I'll like dip deep into depression and I actually feel the weight of it and it's actually very helpful because I feel how different it is and then also last week I was PMSing for the entire week and I just felt like shit the entire time and I was thinking oh my god yeah also goes away if you eat raw meat if you eat naturally am I depressed again and then immediately got my period and I'm out of it and so now I feel like so much better and I think genuinely TMS worked which is mind-blowing. Is there anything you wish you knew before starting this journey or perhaps would have changed?

[video] 28:19 I don't think so. I think I was thinking like what if I had these insights sooner and what if I had done the treatment sooner but think I was so out of control like I was just scrambling to get by that there's not much I didn't feel like I was capable of yeah she also exercises by the way that also makes you depressed She looks completely depressed. You can just tell because of the eyes alone. The way she talks, even if she tries to put on a smile, the eyes say it all. Myself during that time period, I feel like I looked duller.

[video] 29:11 who is going through depression? I would say the quicker you can get through the denial phase, the quicker you'll be toward recovery. So I would say, like, if you can, maybe talking to your doctor, just saying, like, I've experienced these things, like, what do you think? Like, you've seen me. Ask the people around me. Of course, like, you don't want to over-diagnose and over-make things complicated, but, like, if you can distill things down to just, like, what is the true, raw facts and data, then, yeah, you're a step closer to feeling better. If you're struggling with feelings of depression, know that you're not alone. Support is there if you need it. Reach out to someone you trust for help.

29:48 All right. Her overall recommendations are if you feel depressed, go and see a doctor. I wouldn't say the doctors look healthy or happy, but whatever. If you want to take their advice, sure. And, um, Use some kind of modern technology to feel electric shocks and vibrations in your brain. That's what I got out of this video. She was eating her bowl of green leaves. She didn't even connect that to it. She didn't talk about diet at all. She didn't talk about anything that actually matters. As I explained already, you cannot achieve something natural by doing something unnatural. That's simply not possible. There's no examples of it. And happiness is innate.

30:49 It's inside of all of us. We are born with the potential to be happy. And we can be happy.

31:02 our whole life if we don't go against nature because once you go against nature you will feel pain and suffering that's how it is for every animal that's why animals follow their intuition instinct and they don't go against nature because they always know that once you go against nature you will feel bad modern humans believe that there's some kind of ways around nature They deep down know what they should be eating, that they should have a big family, that they should be reproducing, that they should go out into the sun and so on. But they believe that they can have artificial light inside of their homes to imitate the sun. They can imitate raw meat and blood.

31:56 They can imitate children with pets or by having contact with other people now and then, going to some kind of meetings. They imitate families. She believes that she can achieve something natural, happiness. by doing something unnatural because she was manipulated. It's the same reason Brian Johnson believes that he will achieve a long life by taking synthetic supplements full of toxins, by exercising, having a lot of stress, by eating an unnatural vegan diet. And so on. Everything that he does is unnatural and it can only lead to a short lifespan. Because a long lifespan comes from health. Health only comes from nature, living naturally.

32:52 Therefore, believing that you can achieve happiness or a long life by living unnaturally is actual insanity. Thanks for watching.
