0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts.

[video] 0:05 By now, I think everyone agrees that these are horrible for you. But what if everyone's wrong? This is the chemical makeup of one sugar-free monster. Most of them are harmless, like water.

0:16 harmless. As far as I can see, all of the ingredients are harmful. The reason you feel energized after you consume an energy drink, and really they should be called stress drinks, is partly because of the caffeine. That's true. But it's also because of the B vitamins. For example, I'm not going to go through the whole list, and that's because Those are created out of petroleum, coal tar. They use ammonia, acetone, hydrochloric acid, cyanide when they create these vitamins. And that's why you will feel stressed. You will never actually feel energized, obviously.

[video] 1:06 electrolytes or vitamins. But four stick out that have been linked to cancer, heart attacks and kidney disease. The first...

1:13 It's absolutely understandable once you understand how the ingredients are created. Most people will look at the ingredients and think, oh, vitamins, that's good. That's what is found in our foods, right? Wrong.

[video] 1:31 And most dangerous is actually caffeine.

1:33 One can has 160 million... Caffeine is toxic because it's made out of toxic seeds, but the laboratory-made toxic chemicals are actually even worse for you.

[video] 1:44 ...which sounds like a lot, until you realize this large coffee from Starbucks has over 400, the max recommended daily intake. You get more Ace K in this one cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, more citric acid in this one...

1:55 That may all be true, but as I said, it's not even the worst ingredient.

[video] 2:00 Again, that wouldn't actually be taurine, in the sense that it's not what is found in actual food, because it's

2:17 made in a laboratory. And once you understand how these chemicals are made, then you will understand what's actually going on and why these drinks make you energized, which again, just to be clear, means stressed alert because your body is being poisoned. It's poison drinks, stress drinks.

[video] 2:38 Nothing is dangerous until it's taken in the wrong amount. Even something as clean as water will kill you if you drink too much of it.

2:45 Wrong. Water has no LD50 value. No healthy substance has an LD50 value. Experiments have been done. You cannot overdose on a healthy substance. That has never been done.

3:01 Never. Only the poison makes the poison. Always. Only toxic substances have an LD50 value.

3:13 There is no safe dose of toxic chemicals. There is simply a dose which you can consume and you won't feel any noticeable side effects because the dose will not be high. That's it. But it will never actually feel good to consume these laboratory-made chemicals.

[video] 3:35 What kind of stupid logic is this? Let's just consume something that is toxic in high amounts, but I guess that in small amounts, it will be fine. Maybe it will damage my organs a little bit, but who cares?

[video] 4:00 by another 100 to create a massive safety buffer. And even then, when you look at the highest dose ingredient out of all these, besides caffeine, it's still even 40 times lower than that. And that doesn't mean these are harmless. Caffeine is the one thing that some people genuinely need to be mindful of. But other than that, none of these ingredients should scare you at the dose found in one energy drink. I don't want a job. I don't want to work. Why do people act like that's a crazy thing to say?

4:23 It's not crazy at all. It's human nature. It's every animal's nature.

[video] 4:29 I didn't even ask to be alive!

4:32 Okay, that's a bit over the top.

[video] 4:34 You know what's crazy? Let's say you send off 20 applications, like I did, and you get one interview. Now you have to sit at this bullshit table with these bullshit people and tell them, oh yes, if I was offered a better opportunity than this one, then I wouldn't take it because I'm loyal to this job that I haven't even started yet! And they know you're lying!

4:54 Is he on a jobseeker's allowance or what? Sounds like he's in it.

[video] 5:01 They know that every single person who walks through their doorway is giving a performance. But that's what they're judging, the performance, because we're all...

5:10 Yes, of course. Wait, what is he going to say? We are all performing?

[video] 5:15 Actors!

5:15 Actors, exactly. When you work, then you automatically act, and that's because they expect you to play a role. You are supposed to perform well in your job. And your job is to act as if you are somebody else. You cannot show your true self. You cannot be your natural self. And instead, they want you to act eight hours a day or sometimes even longer.

[video] 5:49 Playing a script we didn't write. And it's all bullshit. And then they ask, what drives you? Being homeless?

5:58 I remember when I worked in the UK, I didn't do the job properly. The manager called me to the back. And then I was standing there with three or four people. And they looked at me as if...

6:18 I'm their enemy. And then they asked me why I couldn't or didn't want to do the job properly. And I just said, is it the end of the world? Which I guess you're not supposed to do. And they were so offended by it that they fired me from that specific spot. I was never allowed to go back there.

[video] 6:46 You know what doesn't drive me? Waking up at 7am and thinking, oh yes, I can't wait to make spreadsheets and send emails.

7:01 Oh my god, a human being out in the sun. It cannot be true.

[video] 7:08 One of the most common questions that my skin cancer patients ask me is, I haven't tanned in more than a decade, so why am I getting skin cancer? The full name of UV is ultraviolet radiation. And like any form of radiation that causes DNA damage, once it happens... DNA damage?

7:21 Okay, I'm open to it. Please show me DNA, and then show me how the DNA gets damaged. I'll be waiting for an answer, which I will never get.

[video] 7:33 to you it can stay with you forever and only accumulates over time whether that uv damage is from indoor tanning chronic sun exposure or crazy things like this the results are more or less the same the only difference is dosage the best time to start skin cancer prevention is probably early childhood but the second best time is right now so use some protective measures like sun

7:50 What is he trying to say, that the sun somehow magically damages you sometimes through the window when you get the newspaper in the morning, which is why you should always cover up? What is he trying to say? That's the message that I'm getting out of this video. Green sun protective clothing. Exactly. Just protect yourself from the highest power in this reality, because that's what animals naturally do. When they see the sun, they hide and run away from it. Don't you see it? It's not as if they actually literally stare into the sun. Dogs even do that. No, no, no. They close their eyes. They always turn away from the sun. Come on. How removed from nature, from this reality can you be?

8:48 Your own patients told you that they got the so-called skin cancer, even though they didn't tan for 10 years. How is it possible then? You're not making any sense at all.

[video] 9:02 There are three things I would never do as a gut specialist, and the food industry is betting that you're just gonna keep doing them anyway. I'm Josh Deck, gut health specialist and bowel disease researcher with over a decade of experience, and this is my list. Number one, I'm not gonna be eating low-fat labeled foods. When they remove the fat, they gotta replace it with things like sugar, artificial sweeteners, and thickening agents to make it taste like real food. And so your blood sugar spikes and crashes from the added sugar.

9:22 Okay, that's a good recommendation. Don't eat fake low-fat foods.

[video] 9:30 Yes, very good point.

9:53 Everything that kills bacteria also kills your tissues. It harms you. It doesn't matter if the harm is very little. Nobody wants to be harmed in any way, naturally. Stay away from anything that's called an antibiotic, obviously, anyway, which just means anti-life. But if anything says that it will kill the bacteria, then you should stay away from that because it just means that it will kill living organisms.

[video] 10:30 time that you drink a glass and so over months and years this disrupts your microbiome and it weakens your digestive and immune function so just filter your water with a high quality carbon or reverse osmosis filter number three don't bother simply don't drink tap water at all I'm not using vegetable oils for cooking. Canola, soybean, corn oil, they're obviously...

10:51 Ideally drink other liquids such as blood, milk, fruit juices.

[video] 10:58 It is being heart healthy. When you heat them, they oxidize and create inflammatory compounds that damage your gut lining. Plus, the manufacturing process already does this in spades.

11:08 Very simple, common sense recommendations, but... For some people, this may be helpful. Obviously, oil pressed out of toxic seeds will not be good for you. There's nothing to argue about.

[video] 11:25 Nestle sold water contaminated with fecal bacteria and pesticides and marketed it as...

11:30 I wouldn't be worried about the bacteria part, but more so the fecal part, obviously.

11:46 A lot of people are into the Perrier water.

[video] 11:50 A billion dollars in fraud, and this guy tried to cover it up. European law is crystal clear. Natural mineral water has to be pure at the source. That means no filtering, no treatment, nothing. And it's supposed to come straight from underground springs and be so clean that you can drink it. But Nestle's water was not clean. Tests found E. coli, which is fecal bacteria, as well as banned pesticides linked to cancer and these forever chemicals. known as PFAs, at their Perrier, Battelle, Contracts, and APAR plants. So what did Nestle do? Well, they installed illegal filtrations.

12:18 I'm not surprised about any of this. I hardly ever drink water. It's really rare. Every few months, maybe a little bit if I don't have anything else. That's the only reason that I would do it. If I have anything else, which I almost always do, then I just don't drink it. Why should I? And when I do, I just feel more thirsty. It doesn't help anyway. systems.

[video] 12:47 That's UV lights, activated carbon filters, and microfiltration to clean the contaminated water, which would be a good thing, but they sold it as natural, so customers would still pay a premium. Well, eventually, Nestlé ratted themselves out and told the French government that they'd been breaking the law, and the Director General of Health, that's Jeremy Salomon, reviewed the evidence and sent a memo recommending that they immediately suspend authorization for all Nestlé water sites, even confirming virological risks, meaning you could get hepatitis A, norovirus or adenovirus in the water. Now, one hour after receiving the memo, the government held a secret meeting and overruled their own health director, giving Nestle permission to keep using the illegal filters. Now, Salomon later called it a kind of blackmail because Nestle refused to provide water sampling locations until the government approved their illegal methods. And in April 2024, Nestle had to destroy over 2 million bottles of Perrier after heavy rains revealed fecal contamination. So CEO Mark Schneider was earning nearly $14 million a year selling poo water, and the French government let him do it. Now, Nestle ended up paying roughly $2.5 million to settle fraud charges for this natural mineral water, which is only 0.0067% of the $3 billion.

13:41 It's interesting how these companies, the people who work for the companies, the companies don't exist, obviously, simply pay and then nothing happens to them. But if somebody else would sell fecal water to people, then they would get into a lot of trouble. But that's how it is in this system. It's the same with the police officers. They do something to somebody, they get fired for it. Somebody else does that, 10 years in prison.

[video] 14:13 In dollars they made, selling fake mineral water for 15 years. And consumer group Foodwatch called it ideal to bury the case. And Nestle still makes over $4 billion a year from its water division, selling Perrier-Vital and San Pellegrino in 150 countries. worldwide. So until we demand that regulators serve citizens instead of mega corporations, $2.5 million is a slap on the wrist, and it'll simply be the cost of doing business. And they will keep poisoning us with contaminated water at a premium price unless we say something. The average hunter-gatherer walked 9 to 15 kilometers per day and...

14:43 9 to 15 kilometers per day. That's a great imagination, which is all that it is. It's his fantasy. In reality, some days they probably didn't walk much at all, because if they didn't need to for their survival, then they didn't do it. You would do what you need to do to survive. Otherwise, you would of course not waste your energy. People today believe that people are overweight because they don't exert themselves enough. They don't experience enough stress. That's why he showed the image of the overweight man before. And now he's showing an image of a natural man, at least again. That's how he imagines a natural man. In reality, it's all about the food that you eat.

15:43 None of it has to do with the stress that you experience. Stress will always make you look worse.

15:57 Actually, people today for sure walk a lot more. When you go to work, to the metro station, and then back, of course, you already walk more than people used to. And of course, there could be days when you would exert yourself more. It just depends. Do you need to do it or not?

[video] 16:25 Yes, that is a big difference nowadays.

16:36 Your rhythm follows artificial lights. It's dark outside and you wake up with an alarm and go to work. And then there is lights already. But naturally, there are no lights, meaning that you wouldn't actually be able to do anything in the dark. But your office is lit up by these artificial lights. And that's why you can work at 7 a.m.

[video] 17:04 That's a very good point. I've talked about this before a few times.

17:28 It's the standard because that's what the media is promoting. The question is, why do they do that? Why do they promote bodybuilding, especially bodybuilding accompanied with drugs, to young men nowadays? It makes them infertile a lot of times.

17:52 What about such low body fat? low animal fat diets, what does it do to women? The same thing. It makes you infertile. It's possible that it will. It's not going to happen magically from one day to the other. But if you do it long enough, then that will be the result. And then you need to think about it. Who is promoting this and why do they do it? I think that I answered the second question.

[video] 18:25 Riddle me that one, please. Here's a few pictures of me at my absolute leanest, which was also the time of my life.

18:32 Oh, yes, exactly. Wait, what is she going to say now? That it's good? Because you will simply look really old. You will have dark eye circles. I see this when I review all of these women who go to the gym.

[video] 18:50 I received the most compliments about my body. Here's what was happening.

18:53 Yes, but from who? From other people who went to the gym? Some guys? Those guys never even get any attention from women. It's not surprising.

[video] 19:08 No. No.

[video] 19:19 Okay, I thought that she's promoting that kind of a physique, but it sounds like she's not. Yeah, the period is gone. That doesn't automatically 100% mean that you're infertile, but you're also not obviously actually fertile.

[video] 19:46 that i thought i needed to go to a specialist because i could not remember things that happened even a few hours ago there wasn't anything wrong i just needed a few carbs and as you can see by the tiny fingerprints on the mirror back here

19:58 She just needed a few carbs and that's it. And now she eats popcorn. Oh, okay. The solution was popcorn. Yes, exactly. That's great. You're a great role model for women. Just go to the gym, exert yourself, experience chronic stress. And if you lose your period, which probably won't happen, just eat some popcorn. Problem solved.

[video] 20:27 I don't have time for that. I need a body that is strong and capable to keep up with the people that I love.

20:32 Your body isn't... To keep up with the people that I love. What are you talking about? You won't be able to have children. I don't know who this is. Maybe she has children, but it can happen.

20:50 You would love your children, obviously. They wouldn't care about how strong you are, how lean you are, if your abs are showing.

[video] 21:00 Broken? It's a beauty standard for women, that is.

21:02 Her last message is, your body isn't broken. It's a beauty standard for women, that is. Exactly. You should look muscular, more like a man with low body fat. It's not at all as if women in nature have higher body fat than men. They don't have a feminine figure. No, you should be strong and independent. When you get dark eye circles, simply cover them up with makeup. Try to act as if you are.

21:40 healthy don't avoid stress don't eat healthy food so that you don't need makeup so that you don't need to cover up the way you look like simply exert yourself eat popcorn that's the missing key and then everything will be fine morning as a 31 year old female surgeon living alone nice

22:30 She goes and works out in the morning before work? When she's supposed to perform surgeries? Wow, okay.

22:44 Totally makes no sense. It doesn't make any sense to work out in the first place, obviously, but if anything, then do it after the surgeries.

23:02 She already looked exhausted when she woke up and then she still goes and stresses herself even more. What's up with people today?

23:22 Gotta wash off all the harmful bacteria.

23:35 zero joy no happiness in sight just misery that's all that i see all kind of sad the empty bed no husband children in sight just a little toy not even a dog or a cat not that it's any better than being alone in a way it's even worse

24:21 Okay, of course there is a cat, obviously. There just has to be.

24:40 That's it. And now she goes and does surgeries. All tired and worn out. Makes no sense.

[video] 24:49 There's a chemical known as dimethylate that was being used as a pesticide for fruit flies on berries in Australia. This is a known carcinogen. It's banned in...

25:01 I always tell you not to eat berries if they are farmed. Nothing wrong with wild berries, but who has access to that nowadays?

[video] 25:11 Yes, it sucks that in some countries these harmful chemicals are allowed, but then again,

25:28 When you look at what they put on the food and inside of the so-called food nowadays, especially all of the processed junk, then you will realize that there is a lot of harmful stuff inside of there. Sure, it would be good to get rid of this specifically, but in the end, the only solution is to eat natural food. the best kind of high quality animal foods. Because if you will be eating something else, then you will always have to worry about something harmful. Simply stay away from that as much as you can.

[video] 26:08 But no, it turns out we're just getting cancer instead, so that's good.

26:11 It seems like a lot of people nowadays are aware of the harmful chemicals which are found inside of most of these drinks and fake processed foods. But when it comes to the laboratory-made vitamins, then... Everybody is silent and that's because people are actually not aware of what's going on. They do not understand the source of these chemicals and they also do not understand the chemicals which they use when they process the source material. If they would understand it, then everybody would drop any of the drinks or foods which are fortified with vitamins.

27:08 But because almost nobody talks about this topic, people will instead talk about pesticides, which is good. But if you leave out all of the laboratory-made chemicals, which are seen as beneficial, then you won't actually see any benefits because you will still be consuming harmful chemicals made in laboratories. Thanks for watching.
