[video] 0:00 hi as requested i'm gonna be reviewing a video called eight ways to reverse your biological age peace and blessings welcome back to the channel once again where i help guide you along your wellness journey towards a more holistic and more natural way of not only living but also healing as well too all right natural i like it and in today's session we're going to talk about eight ways eight ways that you can actually reverse your biological age I know a lot of people think that I'm talking about Botox or maybe I'm talking about going to get a facelift.

0:33 That wouldn't make any sense. You do not reverse your biological age by looking younger, having the appearance of being younger. Who would think that?

[video] 0:47 Hormone therapy. I'm not talking about any of that kind of stuff. Everything done naturally. You can actually reverse your biological age. Now, we first need to distinguish between chronological age and biological age. Now, your chronological age, I can't do anything. I don't have the kind of divine power to do anything about your chronological age, okay? But if you want...

1:08 Your chronological age doesn't even matter. You're just following some man-made numbers. The man-made system of time, which doesn't even exist, it's all in your head. What does it matter? Nobody in nature thinks about how old somebody is. You just look at how old somebody looks like and that's it.

[video] 1:30 To age like Fan Yuan, both internally and externally,

1:36 Well, wine ferments and has a very strong toxic alcoholic taste. The older it gets. So I wouldn't want to age like any kind of wine or alcoholic beverage. That would mean that you would become more and more toxic and just horrible looking. It's the stupidest thing on earth.

[video] 1:58 And that's what I'm talking about today. And more specifically, when it comes to the biological age, what I'm talking about is having the ability to lower the age, the function, the optimization of your tissues, your cells, okay? So not only talking about regenerating and reversing the age inside internally, but what's beautiful about that is going to be an outer reflection, meaning reversing your biological age is going to make you look chronologically younger, okay? Now, the best example I have for that is me. This year I will be... 45. 45 years.

2:35 Oh, my God. Right on the doctor, however you say. Is he going to say that he looks younger or what? No. Oh, man, I'm good.

[video] 2:47 Young or old, depending on how you want to look at it. And I can tell you, at this age, I'm still playing basketball. Just played basketball this...

2:55 Okay, that's so cool, but you look 45. That's exactly what I thought, you look like a 45 year old guy.

[video] 3:02 Everybody I played against was less than half my age, okay? So young enough to be my children.

3:10 And I can tell you that... Well, basketball is just some guys throwing a ball into a hole. It's one of the stupidest things on earth. It's laughable.

[video] 3:22 None of them would have ever believed it, especially after we played. None of them would have ever believed I was my age. I often get people thinking I'm in my late 20s.

3:31 Yeah. Okay. And which dimension are you in your late twenties? Uh, I don't think that does he look different without a hat or something? I just don't see it whatsoever. And how twenties, maybe if you really try, you could look like you're in your late thirties somehow. I don't know what you would have to change about yourself.

[video] 3:56 And I'll tell you, I recently did a test to

4:00 No man, it's just a guy in his 40s. He can't even look like he's in his 30s. Maybe he's a bit delusional.

[video] 4:08 Test my biological age.

4:11 How do you test your biological age?

[video] 4:14 My biological age is 31.

4:17 Yeah, for sure. That's why you look like you're 45. Literally your age. Give some proof, evidence, anything for how you can actually be 31.

4:31 You just say that because somebody tests some kind of markers? That doesn't mean anything. The only way that you could be 31 is if you look like you're 31. And you look way too old to be 31, so that's it? It's just dumb.

[video] 4:47 Okay, my chronological age is 45. My biological age is 31.

4:52 No, you literally look like you're 45. That's why I perfectly guessed it. The only way that you could be 31 biologically is if you would look like you're 31. How do you not get it? So if somebody is 90 and they look like 90, but they measure his biological age at 50, then he's 50 biologically.

[video] 5:16 how does that make any sense man to get that down to 25 okay now why is that a goal for me okay it's not from the standpoint of vanity okay it's from the standpoint that i want to not only age gracefully but i want to age gracefully not only in how i look but how i function and how i perform as well too okay and for us to be able to do that on a cellular level we have to be

5:45 conversation today is for us to focus on what makes us useful internally because there's so many things that we do today that age us very quickly I mean there are I mean no stress a good diet and sunlight what you naturally need the less stress you have the less you will age that's really as simple as it is and the more stress you have the more you'll age millions of examples of this

[video] 6:15 What I'm telling you today, again, it is not just about vanity. This is about how you age gracefully, how you reverse your biological age, how you reverse your chronological age in terms of your appearance, all right? So number one, you have to reduce what are called AGEs, okay?

6:32 Advanced glycation end products. Yeah, it's not a bad suggestion.

[video] 6:38 Okay, and this isn't me trying to tell a joke even

[video] 6:44 AGEs or ages or whatever you want to call them, they are advanced glycation end products. How are they created? They're created in the body. When we consume refined sugar, unhealthy carbs.

6:57 Yeah, but also cooked food in general. The more you cook your food, the more of those you will have. That's why you should be eating raw food, ideally.

[video] 7:07 Healthy carbs or refined sugars, then combined with proteins and fat,

[video] 7:24 These are the things that are making you have bags under your eyes. These are the things that are causing you to have...

7:29 They will make you look worse. It will usually be only slightly visible, but he's right pretty much overall. But you will get bags under your eyes more so because of exhaustion, stress, more than AGEs.

[video] 7:44 ...have wrinkles, your skin to be all loose and not tight and elastic, okay? These are the things that are causing you to end up with dis-ease as well.

[video] 7:57 are actually very connected to AGE or advanced glycation products, okay? Not only that, they make the blood very clumpy and thick, which increases your risk of cardiovascular disease, strokes, and heart attacks, okay? And the best way to describe the overconsumption of sugar and animal-based products as

8:20 Oh wow, is he promoting a plant-based diet? How? How are AGs in general increased by animal products? Except if he means cooked, which most people consume. Then I would agree, but raw animal products? By that logic, you would already have them inside of you because you are made out of raw animal so-called products, as in raw animal flesh. So if you eat raw meat, raw eggs... What are you saying? That your AGEs will increase or what? That's not logical.

[video] 8:54 Ease in the body is diabetes. Diabetes is the perfect example. The person may actually gain weight in many cases, but if we were to do a body composition, we would notice that they gain weight, but they gain more fat and lost muscle in the process. Okay. So one of the best things that you could do, not only for your overall health, but to reverse your biological age is to build more muscle. Okay.

9:19 Because it makes no sense whatsoever. All of the people who build a lot of muscle die early because of the stress. You simply adapt your body to extreme stress, in this case the stress of pushing and pulling metal for no reason, in a death factory together with other slaves. And that's why you have the wrinkles, generally bad skin, you're always exhausted, you sleep 12 hours a day. It's not the life of a healthy human being who's gonna live a long life.

[video] 9:53 Muscle in and of itself is a metabolism machine. This is what all the sugar...

9:59 Muscle is a metabolism machine. What is this guy even saying? Metabolism machine. Your metabolism is essentially just your energy production. At the end of the day, that's what it is. So how can your muscle be a metabolism machine? This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. He's just throwing around some kind of terms. Anybody who knows what metabolism means knows that he has no clue what he's talking about.

[video] 10:28 it's just a nonsensical thing to say huh when you build muscle you use up your energy anyway that's why you're so lethargic when you go to the gym this process okay this is where the sugar is stored in the muscle okay so when you take it when you're when you have enough muscle to be able to process the sugar one and then secondarily to be able to store the sugar and then you have healthy tissues okay this is going to be very conducive for you

[video] 11:01 internal standpoint to control your metabolism as well too and so what you want to do

[video] 11:08 Training ratio to cardio.

11:10 Okay, so I see a lot of people who love to do none of this makes any sense When you go to a gym and lift and pull metal then you simply use up to sugar And then you need to eat a lot more and eating a lot of food the more you eat The faster you will age I will link some stuff about this also about exercise in the description of this video Of course, the less you eat, the less stress you have, the longer you will live.

11:42 He's saying the opposite of what you should be doing. You get what I'm saying?

[video] 11:47 No, it's extreme stress. Stay away from extreme stress if you want to live longer. Cardio is bad. Where does the term cardio comes from? It was invented because cardio

12:15 for your heart that's what it means is bad for you cardio causes cardiovascular disease that's the whole reason why it's called cardio this is that i see people all the time who run 10ks and Actually, there was a thing released. Oh yeah, here I found it. Too much exercise can kill you, especially if you're a white man. Whatever that means. Study finds 7.5 hours a week of fitness doubles your risk of heart disease.

12:49 And yeah, you can read this yourself. I can link it. Here is a statement by a cardiologist. High levels of exercise over time may cause stress on the arteries leading to higher coronary artery calcium. There's lots of statements and actual studies done about it. I will link all of that.

[video] 13:12 Marathons, half marathons, who have heart attacks. As a matter of fact...

13:18 Yes, it's very common and actually marathon used to be a city and the whole term marathon running comes from this guy who ran to marathon and then he died from a heart attack because he ran for so long. Seeing as humans are not designed to run, in general, whether it's long or short distances, we're just bad at it.

[video] 13:41 Guy who broke the four minute mile, Roger Bannister, died of a heart attack, okay? Was in great shape when he had the heart attack, okay? So it's just really, really important.

13:51 Yeah, but he wasn't actually in a great shape. That's what you've been brainwashed to believe. He was actually in a horrible shape because he was very malnourished, very low body fat. His body was trying to adapt to the constant stress. He just looked stressed, really aged, really horrible.

[video] 14:10 important to understand building muscle is not only critical to our overall health because it helps to control our metabolism but it's also very critical to helping to reverse and keep our age at a lower state number three you have to have a high antioxidant anti-inflammatory diet okay

14:30 Yeah, that's a diet high in raw animal foods. Then you get and can produce your own glutathione, testosterone. You need a high cholesterol diet, seeing as cholesterol is one of the most important antioxidants for humans or pretty much all animals.

[video] 14:49 Why is that important? Because most of everybody's diet today is highly inflammatory. And the more inflamed the body is, most...

14:57 Yes, as proven in studies also, I will link one of them. The more vegetables you eat, the more inflamed your body will be. Seeing as vegetables are generally toxic and poisonous, but besides that they are also full of artificial pesticides, herbicides and whatnot today.

[video] 15:15 Conditions. Most chronic diseases begin with inflammation.

15:20 well no sort of your body's response to the toxins for example is to create inflammation and actually this is really funny and contradictory what he's saying because he said in his second point that building muscle increases your longevity but building muscle the stress at the gym increases your inflammation like crazy the whole reason why your muscles pump up why you have the so-called pump they even sometimes become red swollen is because of inflammation so he's really strongly contradicting himself here okay most of them begin with inflammation so if you can have a diet that doesn't cause information that is actually anti-inflammatory and then you can add on

16:09 yes that would be raw animal organs blood fat fatty meat eggs yeah and maybe some fruits here and there a high concentration of antioxidants and oxidation is rust that's rusting that's aging so a diet

[video] 16:38 aging gracefully, essentially.

16:40 Yeah, and only raw animal fat can do that. You need a lot of healthy bone marrow also to create your own antioxidants, also white blood cells, everything.

[video] 16:52 What does a diet like that look like? That diet looks like a whole foods nutrition diet. That means that...

16:57 Okay, yes, whole foods nutrition, yeah.

[video] 16:59 There's nothing processed about it, okay? That means that there's only one ingredient.

17:05 for example berries high in antioxidants berries today I would not recommend except if you can get them wild and the antioxidants and berries are for the plants not for you humans or any animals but besides that they are sprayed a lot most people would buy them in a store and then you're getting insane amounts of pesticides an example would be dandelion leaves

[video] 17:30 actually flower leaves okay i'm completely lost this guy or it could be arugula okay in terms of like that tastes horrible because it's poisonous it goes in that way okay so that's usually important it also means implementing healthy fats because healthy fats have omega-3s omega-3s are

17:48 Yeah, the highest source of omega-3s you can get from brain.

[video] 17:52 Anti-inflammatory as well, too. And then exotic fruits. You guys have seen on the channel why I bring on Sarasota incense, which has been shown in many clinical trials to be anti-cancerous. Okay? The reason why it's anti-cancerous, antibacterial, antiviral.

18:07 Anything that's antibacterial and anti your cells is toxic. It just means that it kills your cells and anything living that it touches. Seeing as toxins don't choose what they kill, they just kill anything that they come in contact with.

[video] 18:22 because of this high antioxidant load, okay?

18:26 Yeah, exactly, because the antioxidants try to protect the plants. So if any plants or even fruits have antioxidants that kill your cells and bacteria, then stay away from that shit as far as you can.

[video] 18:40 So eating fruits that are actually high in antioxidants is very helpful as well too, so...

18:46 So yeah, just the opposite of the truth. Absolutely horrible. The worst advice ever for aging and in general for your health.

[video] 18:53 That's number three. Number four. Number four is adequate and high quality sleep.

18:59 Okay, I'll skip this one. I agree, of course.

[video] 19:02 Number five, periodic fasting is hugely important if you want to reverse your biological age. All right, here's...

19:09 Fasting is starvation. It's just another word for it so that you don't realize what you're doing to yourself. And it's extremely stressful. The more you starve, the more stressful it will be. And the older you will look, your wrinkles will actually get really deep if you starve.

[video] 19:27 Why fasting is so critical if you want to reverse your biological age?

19:32 Again, insanely contradictory because you said that you should reduce the stress.

[video] 19:37 There were about 17 hours, your body, 17 hours of fasting, your body goes into a state known as autophagy.

19:43 Yes, which is when you eat yourself and age like crazy. That's literally what autophagy means. Eating your own cells. All of them. Not just the damaged ones and then your body filters out the bad ones and repairs your body. Zero proof religious belief. Get the fuck out with this nonsense. During autophagy your body eats every cell in your body because it's trying to survive. You're getting energy from yourself because you're eating yourself. That's why you age so horribly.

20:17 Proof. Where's the proof for your religious beliefs? You all say that. There's no proof for this.

[video] 20:23 cells and organelles and components okay these old damaged cells okay could be your liver these old damaged cell could be part of your gut these old damaged cell could have damaged dna and that cell eventually could turn cancerous okay turned into a cancerous cell so whenever you go through this fasting period it goes into autophagy and starts cleaning out these cells these old

20:45 Yeah, just a completely religious belief. No, autophagy is horrible for you. One of the worst things that can happen to an animal's body. And starving is incredibly stressful.

[video] 20:56 Okay, so stem cells are hugely important, but we don't do things to actually stimulate stem cells.

21:02 What will stimulate the production of stem cells is damage, stress. And we do that a lot. Humans constantly today produce stem cells in response to the stress and damage.

[video] 21:16 Lifestyles today don't cause our body to produce stem cells, okay? So regular exercise.

21:22 Yeah, people exercise all the time today. That's why they produce so many stem cells. Because you damage your body. What?

[video] 21:30 Consistent exercise can stimulate stem cells.

21:32 Yeah, of course, because it's damage. Yeah, you just disproved your whole video.

[video] 21:38 Optimizing your vitamin D. Again, I always say this for people of color, melanated people, because 76% of melanated people have deficient vitamin D levels.

21:49 Yes, I've said this before also. Yep.

[video] 21:53 Okay? So if 76% have deficient vitamin D levels when it's time for the body to regenerate, guess what? If your vitamin D levels are low,

[video] 22:04 to make stem cells, usually important as well too. Pomegranate, okay?

22:08 Yeah, but that's different. Then you will be able to produce them better. But before you said, do something to produce them, as in stress yourself to produce them. Having adequate amounts of vitamins and so on is of course great in general for your health, Not only for your stem cells, that's all cool, but you shouldn't provoke your body to create them in response to damage, as in you shouldn't damage yourself on purpose.

[video] 22:35 Pomegranate helps to stimulate stem cells. Here's a few foods. And also cacao.

22:41 Yeah, because cacao is toxic. Exactly. Again, you're super contradictory. You debunk yourself and disprove your own points non-stop.

[video] 22:50 The cacao that has all the junk in it.

22:54 You need to eat food that does not provoke the production of stem cells. Because if it does, then you're damaging yourself. How do you not get it? If you eat, again, as I said before, animal organs, blood and so on, it does not provoke the production of stem cells. Whereas if you eat cacao, which comes from toxic seeds, or chocolate coffee and so on, then of course it will because you're consuming neurotoxins such as caffeine, theobromine, yeah you damage your cells especially the nerve coating the fat the saturated fat cholesterol and then your body produces stem cells in response to the toxicity of the seeds so if your body produces stem cells in response to the food that you're eating then never eat that kind of food come on

[video] 23:47 but get real cacao i think i did a video on here where i showed you guys the cacao ah this guy is so horrible oh my god this is almost worse than brian johnson almost number seven and this is a big one especially for the ladies i mean even for the fellas too because the fellas hide this very well stress management one of the ways if you want to age yourself prematurely okay stress

24:15 Yeah, exactly. And you promote a very stressful lifestyle. Toxic seeds, generally poisonous food and lots of exercise. One of the most stressful things you can do. Where do you think the word exercise comes from? It comes from exertion. Literally, that's the origin of the word. So when you exercise, you exert yourself. That's the whole meaning of it. Oh my God, you're so contradictory, it's insane.

[video] 24:46 A lot of people stress today is people being in other people's business.

24:51 Yeah, he's talking about mental stress, which can also be very bad, sometimes even worse. You have some horrible divorce that's going on, which drags on for years, some kind of dispute, something with the so-called law. It's all in your head, illusionary, of course, but because you believe in it, it can stress you. Some of the stuff can drag on for months or for years, as I said, and then you're almost every day stressed about it.

[video] 25:22 I'll tell you, let me give you a few examples. When somebody is acting out and let's say they're acting out towards me, that is none of my business. Okay.

25:34 I'm going to skip this because he's just going to talk about the way you behave in this society. Yeah, some of it may be important as far as stress goes, but exercise is going to age you and stress you way more. And he's just going to completely leave it out, I'm sure.

[video] 25:48 We don't focus on what we can control. Most importantly, focusing on what we can control and what can we control our response to life. We can't control life, but we can control our response.

26:00 Horrible, horrible recommendation because this also stresses you. It means that you control your feelings, emotions. If you don't want to be stressed mentally, so to speak, which is what he's talking about, then always let your emotions out. Kind of like in my videos, I just see something where I see that he's talking about stupid, ignorant stuff and I just say it straight up the way it is. This is how you don't stress yourself. If you do it like me, then there will be no stress because whenever you don't like something, you disagree with something, if you let it out right away, there is zero stress.

26:38 whereas if you keep it in and I would just act now oh this man is not saying very accurate things but it's okay I will hold myself back um rate and subscribe follow me on Instagram and Tick Tock most importantly so stress management is hugely important developing some stress management techniques This is all nonsense. You should never manage the responses. You should always just let them out. Then you have no stress. Stress is either physical stress or mental stress is when you keep it in and control it. Then you get really stressed and you're just eating yourself up inside, sort of like when you're fasting.

[video] 27:30 and coping mechanisms, but also implementing some techniques like meditation as well too, which has been shown.

27:37 Horrible. You should just let it all out. Yeah. Terrible guy.

[video] 27:41 To improve not only stress levels, but also reduce

27:45 Yeah, if you're meditating in the moment and you have no problems in your life, then obviously you have zero stress because you're just chilling. Why would you? It's like sitting under a tree. The sun is shining. Where's the stress? There's zero stress.

[video] 28:01 Aging as well, too. Adding in meditation. Hugely important. And then lastly, number eight. Okay, number eight. Number eight is eliminate ingredients.

28:12 load okay because but you just said before that we should be eating toxic vegetables literally poisonous plants and flowers leaves from flowers heavy metals there's also heavy metals inside of them more so because of the way they are farmed today and the soil but yeah acidity toxicity micro acidity what does he mean by this

[video] 28:41 Microplastics, pesticides.

28:44 Microplastics, yeah, but pesticides? If you eat berries from a store, you're always getting pesticides. It doesn't matter if they are organic, they still have them.

[video] 28:53 All of the food chemicals, all the chemicals that are in our soaps, our lotions, our hair conditioners.

28:59 Yeah, you don't need any of that. Wash your hair with eggs or clay or something.

[video] 29:04 All of these things are aging you. Your body is not only trying to figure out what to do with it,

29:09 how to get rid of it what it is but your body is also trying to figure out how do I navigate this whole entire existence okay this was one of the or maybe the most contradictory video I've ever seen absolutely insane how can you contradict yourself point after point really essentially you should be doing the opposite of what he said

29:40 Maybe not necessarily with all of the points, but pretty much five or six of them. And none of them were correct, really. Even the one about stress, instead of saying, avoid stress, straight up, why would you want stress? Stress feels bad. Nobody likes it. He says, manage your stress. And what it really meant is whenever anything happens to you, ignore it. try to repress it, and then meditate and try to relax. But if you feel bad because of what somebody did to you, for example, your natural body just screams, do it to them. That's all that you want. It's just a natural response of our body. If somebody calls you a name, all that you want to do is call them a name back. It's automatic because it's natural.

30:37 So his response would be, no, I will not stress myself. I will now go and meditate.

30:50 Oh, my chakras are activated. I can now feel the peace in my soul. And then I'll go and push and pull metal for one hour and completely stress myself. Veins popping out of the head, sweating, I'm inflamed, red face, pumped up muscles, just really insanely stressed. Fucking cells dying left and right millions at once a fucking such a contradictory guy Nothing that he said makes any sense Fuck this video. Thanks for watching
