0:00 Hey guys, some of you have been asking me to make a video about Dr. Jack Cruz. My plan for today was to review an interview, which he did, but then, coincidentally, PSLGodMindset released a video together with him, which is why I'm going to review that instead. It should be interesting.

[video] 0:24 Oh, hello, everybody. Today I have a very special guest, Dr. Jack Kruse.

0:30 He is special. I agree with that. He has a very special mind.

[video] 0:36 For those that don't know, Dr. Jack Kruse is a brilliant doctor. He calls him brilliant.

0:45 That's alarming.

[video] 0:46 The ideologies and ideas around lights, hacking your environment for better health, and his whole work is so amazing and interesting.

0:58 Better health? His work is really amazing, trust me, guys. Just listen to my depressive, low-energy tone. It's working. I simply didn't get enough sunlight today, even though I'm sitting directly in the sun. No offense towards PSL God mindset, it's just that if you want to promote an idea, then it should sound or look like it's working, and it sounds like the opposite. It's most likely caused by malnourishment or a damaged gut, I don't know what he eats, or what he used to eat. Oftentimes, it's a combination of the two, but whatever the case, it's very unconvincing.

[video] 1:49 I do suggest for anybody that does not know Dr. Jack Kruse is to go and look him up, watch all of his podcasts and materials. He has a forum and website. So, Dr. Jack Kruse, thank you for being part of this interview. No problem. All right, so the first questions will be about genetics. Genetics is a topic that fascinates me and my viewers.

2:12 His viewers, black pillars who always talk about genetics, genes, DNA, none of that has ever been observed. I'll make a separate video about the topic because it's a deep topic. What is fascinating about it?

[video] 2:34 to ask you about it. Dr. Jacques Rousse, you are a very intelligent man, you have a very high cognitive ability. Do you think that, for example, parents that want to have children, can they do things to make sure that their child will have at least average or above average cognitive ability?

2:51 Why is he asking him about it? What does he know about human biology development? Ajna's Wonder Planets actually work together with parents to make their children healthier, better developed. And because their skulls grew wider, bigger, their brains also grew. And that's why some of the children grew up to be essentially geniuses.

3:24 But does Jack Cruz know about it? Nothing.

[video] 3:28 Are there things they can do or is it purely genetics and there's nothing they can change about it? My answer to your question is there's no question that parents can do things, but it's not a genetic issue. It's an epigenetic issue. And what does that mean for this discussion that we're going to go down? Probably. It means that. The nuclear genome is a lens for light, and that light comes from the mitochondrial.

3:51 It starts off with completely religious beliefs, completely unscientific, can never be proven. Yeah, that's what you can expect from this video. I listened to some of his stuff 10 years ago. I even mentioned him in some of my videos, in the live streams more so. And two, three years after, Something changed. I actually do believe that he developed some kind of mental illness. I don't mean to offend the guy, but if you didn't notice it yet, you probably will during this video.

4:39 Genome.

[video] 4:40 That's the genome we need to be talking about. That's the genome that we haven't spent any time talking about. Since the Human Genome Project, in fact, I'm going to tell you since watching the Crick. Why? Because fundamentally, no one understands what Crick really said in 1999. That is light that controls everything in us. And when you talk about IQ, whether you want to believe IQ is a function of the brain, or as I believe, it's a function of light, water, and magnetism as it operates within the nervous system.

5:06 IQ is actually just a man-made test which cannot prove how intelligent or unintelligent you are, seeing as you would firstly have to be able to speak English or whatever kind of language to even do the test. You could be the most intelligent human being on earth who doesn't speak any language, and you pretty much wouldn't be able to do most of these tests today.

5:36 Do you understand why it makes no sense?

[video] 5:40 Because I believe IQ is fundamentally tied to how quantum coherent those things are in you. They are viable just like all epi... Quantum coherent?

5:53 Obviously nothing that he says makes any sense. A bunch of gibberish.

[video] 5:58 ...genetic things are, but anybody who spends their time thinking that it's the nuclear DNA or RNA, to be quite frank with you, I don't want to have...

6:07 Hasn't been observed, but go on.

[video] 6:09 ...a discussion with him because I think the science of epigenetics has already blown that idea out of the water. And I think Crick was far smarter than Watson was, and I think the fact that science canceled... No, man, you're the smartest one.

6:24 Come on. Give yourself some credit.

[video] 6:27 Watson has nothing to say about Crick or Rosalind Franklin. Leaves the door wide open for guys like me and Robert Becker. I think the ongoing battle right now with me is between me, Michael Levin, and some of the young quantum biologists.

6:44 Quantum biologists. What else is he going to talk about? Quantum mechanics, quantum chemistry, completely religious beliefs. Completely. Not 99%, but 100%. You can only believe in that, seeing as you cannot know it, it has nothing to do with knowledge, you cannot observe it, sense it in any way, it's completely unscientific. It's basically the opposite of science. Actually, really, it is. Quantum anything. And this guy basically bases everything on that. It's bad.

[video] 7:27 Push back, uh, about some of the work that's being done in their labs. Why? Because I don't think it goes far enough. And to answer your question, I think only way we answer it is we are going to have to find out what the effect of light is on IQ. And the one thing that we do know when you put the human brain in around natural light, it reacts much better. It makes more connections.

7:47 Okay. I can actually agree with that. Yeah.

7:52 Actually, when you sungaze, which is what you should be doing during sunrise, sunset, when it's comfortable, you should never stress your eyes, your whole body anyway, you should always listen to your intuition, then you can think better. And a lot of people actually have epiphanies when they do that. That's not wrong.

[video] 8:19 it appears to be wiser and smarter. So those metrics are tied to IQ. Now, is IQ the be all end all? No, but I have famously said, and I think you probably know this since you probably listened to a lot of my interviews, the Watson and Crick idea is that is neo-Darwinism where survival of the fittest is the option. I believe the science of epigenetics and your question pulls back the wizard. And this is why I say, I believe it's no longer survival of the fittest, I believe it's survival of the wisest.

8:52 What does any of this have to do with his question?

9:00 Did he forget the question or what? He's been talking for ages and he doesn't answer the actual question.

[video] 9:08 definitively parents can change it but guess what if you want to fix your children you have to fix your germ cells where your children come from your germ cells i can't i'm first and if you don't do that work you have no of creating wisdom in children which is truly the artificial intelligence that we all should be paying attention to Yeah, so the things that parents can do to fix their children could be basically living closer to nature and in sync with the cycles of nature, in sync with the temperature, with the light. Is this what you mean? Yeah, the three things that control the circadian mechanism in all life. It's not just us. The three domains of life, which are prokaryotes, archaea, and eukaryotes, all respond to the same thing. They just have more primitive or...

9:55 it makes sense that's why uh the most intelligent people come from places where it's sunny yeah exactly for sure good video so far life is complex but what drives the complexity is life cannot happen unless you have supreme control of the atomic molecular um

[video] 10:20 organization of atoms in in atoms have never been observed.

10:26 How can you base your beliefs on that?

[video] 10:31 crystals that are in cells?

10:33 Oh, the crystals that are in cells, even better. Oh my god, man. I actually need to explain something to you, just so you understand how ridiculous this is. Cells as such have never been observed in any animals. You have to extract juices from meat, for example, and then you would have to apply dyes and all kinds of chemicals to the juices for you then to see cells meaning that in the juices themselves you cannot see any cells you cannot see cells in any animals it's impossible unless you add chemicals to the juices and then even more importantly because he talks about mitochondria a lot

11:28 Mitochondria is simply a dot that has been observed in these cells and this dot only appears after the chemical treatment, not on its own. And the cells themselves are not visible anyway. As such, you understand, it could easily be an artifact, nobody knows what it is. And that's all that we can actually see. And not directly. But it gets even better. Let me show you something. This is an animation, as you can see. And all that you will ever see when it comes to mitochondria will be these kind of animations, sometimes 3D animations, to make it more fancy. Maybe more believable for a naive mind. And then what they will show you is that there's DNA inside.

12:27 Sure, yeah, has never been observed actually in real life. And you have a matrix. That's an inside joke, obviously, to make fun of the slaves because they believe that. ATP and so on. You got to understand this is based on nothing, nothing whatsoever. Well, you could say that it's based on the dot which appears after the chemical treatment of the cells, which are not even visible unless you do the chemical treatment. OK, but that's fine if you want to believe in that. But this. inside of the dot has never been observed. And people like Jack Cruz just believe it. Religiously. It's like talking about Jesus Christ. Whatever you want to. It's a delusion. And they just don't understand it because they never look into the science.

13:23 Because everything that they talk about is unscientific, it's religious, it's a belief, it's bullshit. Oh my fucking god, man. People are so gullible today, it's unbelievable.

13:42 Some people may say that it's based on a theory, but that's not true, because everybody who knows actual scientific terms knows that theory, the word, is based on what is observable, factual knowledge. you can actually sense it with some of your senses the word science comes from knowing by the way that's the origin of the word meaning that a theory has to be based on something that you know This is not a theory by any definition of the word. Then you may say it's a hypothesis. That's also not true because even a hypothesis still has to be based on something that you can know. Therefore this is really just a belief and essentially it is a religious belief because you have to blindly

14:40 believe it without knowing anything about it and this is what jack cruz is basing everything on and the psl god mindset called him brilliant and that's why i said it's alarming because um he doesn't understand anything unfortunately this is a very bad case and the jack cruz uh is suffering from something really bad.

[video] 15:08 You know, guys your age right now, 50% worldwide are infertile.

15:14 50% are infertile?

15:18 I don't believe that. A lot of people are. I agree with him if his point is that people are sick and cannot reproduce. Maybe at this point it's over 20%.

[video] 15:31 Most of my audience are younger people, but they never get this message. They are addicted to technology, chronically online, and they are never outside, and it's a big issue. Following up on the question about genetics, I would also like to ask you about bone structure. Do you think it is tied to genetics and nutrition or to something else? What's your opinion about...

15:52 Your bone structure is inherited. but not your bone development, which a lot of people confuse.

[video] 16:02 Bone structure, molecular illusions, and physical degeneration. You know, the people that built the pyramids, the Nubian people who were found buried next to the Great Sphinx, when their skulls were pulled up, the morphology of their skulls were perfect. The outer and inner cortex of their skulls were absolutely perfect. Then we can compare that to the Egyptian pharaohs who were the elite class.

16:21 They were eating grains. That's what people say. That's what all of the information says.

[video] 16:30 They have all the diseases that modern man has. And what did they do? They lived a life outside of nature, inside the temples.

16:39 They didn't live inside of the temples. What? Nobody claims that. What? And they even had this hole in the pyramids to get the sunlight. If you have researched it, then you know about it. But whatever the case, they were basically always outside. The only difference was the diet. Oh my God.

[video] 17:08 And when you actually see that, you begin to understand that the story of morphology also is the story that I brought to you about IQ, that it actually is the connection to nature, the connection and the quantum coherence that's required to make morphology

17:23 It's all cool to talk about nature, as long as you don't ignore what we are naturally supposed to eat. What does it matter if you get sunlight? It's important for your health, don't get me wrong. I promote sunlight more than anybody else, but a baby who's gonna be fed the formula and the baby who's gonna be fed the breast milk they are both gonna develop completely differently no matter how much sunlight one or the other gets it's gonna be of course the food that's gonna create a well-developed or an underdeveloped, malformed human being, bone-wise. And of course, there's all kinds of other problems that will arise. Skin issues and the health in general will be bad. My point is simply that the sun isn't going to change that. The breastfeeding is what's important.

[video] 18:21 I'm just trying to point out that you can go against nature in more ways than one. Yes, not being in the sun is really bad for you.

18:27 It really is.

18:39 but what does it have to do with your development, your bones? Come on.

[video] 18:47 I think it has a tremendous amount to do it. But do I also think that's modifiable by epigenetic factors? No question about it.

[video] 18:56 I started to believe that skull especially skull and the bone structure of the human beings are mainly may be modified and degenerated because of food after that i saw uh i don't believe that at all i can tell you where the

19:13 I don't believe that. He doesn't even know what the Pottinger cat study is, does he? They were outside in the sun, all of them, but they got different food. Cooked meat, raw meat. Pasteurized milk, raw milk. The development was completely different. What the fuck else do you need? Why do you talk to this guy, man? This guy is completely... yeah whatever and this is ridiculous idea started it started with western western price western april yeah remember he was uh a dentist it didn't start with him but he was one of the main people back in the day who actually really started talking about it at the end of the day we are just talking about human nature and that will always stay the same

[video] 20:01 you know, in the early 20th century. And, you know, people know that I used to be a dentist. I did a pretty famous talk to the Western A. Price Foundation.

20:09 Yes, because you're not really a doctor. Not that the doctor title means anything anyway, but it should be pointed out.

[video] 20:17 in Vermont in 2016 where I basically told them that if Weston A. Price was alive today and he read my work, he would be a mitochondriac and he wouldn't be following Sally Fallon's bullshit science that food controls these things. And one of the points that I made to them there is that

20:31 Sally Fallon simply adapted the work of Weston A. Price. Why would Weston A. Price follow Sally Fallon the other way around? Guys, not making any sense. Not really coherent sentences throughout the whole video.

[video] 20:48 The basis of the entire food web is photosynthesis. It's light. It's not what you think.

20:53 Yes, we know about your religious, unscientific beliefs. What does it matter? It's irrelevant.

[video] 21:02 And then I think the big thing that really stunned them all, I said, I want you to go pick up Western A. Price's book and look at every page. You know what you see? You see people that lived outside. They ate outside. They lived outside. There was no electric.

21:16 What do you mean? They were not outside all day long. People in Switzerland would get a sunburn if they would be in the sun all day long. Eskimos... pretty much never got any sunlight on their whole body, on the face of course they did, because of how cold it is where they live. Some of the widest faces you will see on this Earth, even right now, the very few people who actually still live like that, the guy that I showed in my black pill video, that kind of a face, I've never seen that in my whole life. Nobody has that kind of a face anymore. Are people not out in the sun? Many people still sunbathe all the time. Doesn't change anything, has nothing to do with it. And that proves it all. And then look at people in Africa. You have maybe seen photos of what I'm talking about.

22:14 Their faces are so narrow and there's people like that all over the earth. But I mention them because they are in the sun all day long, all the time. And their teeth are so overcrowded and crooked that they stick out of their mouths, out of the lips. They are like this, like all over the place. You've probably seen what I mean. Sun all day long. Eskimos, never sun in their whole life on the whole body again, just to be clear. Still, completely malformed, perfectly formed. Come on, come on.

[video] 22:53 Power grid in any of his pictures. But you want to know something?

22:56 It's just getting to a point where it's ridiculous because it's so wrong.

[video] 22:59 I think price didn't realize that he focused on the things that he understood and that's what modern humans do too That's why you have the belief you have that you believe that food can modify morphology. I'm not going to tell you that it's impossible I mean, let's face it. We all know that we can get cretinism in humans if they're missing, you know key things around the t3 Uh hormone, but we also know that t3 is predominantly generated. What's the kinetic prompt? It's sunlight It's not you know, the food that's in there religious belief cannot be proven

23:29 Just think about it. How would you possibly prove this, what he just said? You can't. You cannot observe it. There is no scientific method to measure it, to see it, to sense it anyway. Think about it. Just purely religious beliefs. And that's what people like him always talk about. They talk about their beliefs. That's all fine. Talk about your beliefs. Talk about your religious beliefs. Who cares? But don't talk about it as if you know it. And before this video, he should have actually made a statement. We are going to be talking about religious beliefs in this video. Please watch it, but be aware that none of this is scientific. We don't know any of this. We will simply share our beliefs, which we cannot prove.

24:23 He didn't do that because he doesn't get it himself.

[video] 24:26 And what determines that? The science? That's quantum mechanics.

24:32 But quantum mechanics is the opposite of science.

[video] 24:36 We're back at Schrodinger. We're back at Einstein.

24:39 Einstein, yeah. Einstein.

[video] 24:42 Notice that we're not back at the Krebs cycle. We're not back at the urea cycle. We're not back at the biochemistry book. Why? Because biochemistry is not a fundamental science. Physics is.

24:53 Yeah, physics, it depends on how you define physics, but not quantum mechanics.

25:03 How can that be scientific if you cannot observe it in any way at all? If it's purely, and again, I don't mean 99%, I mean 100%, only based on beliefs. And basically only religious beliefs. You have to completely... Blindly believe it you have to read a paper a book whatever and just believe that because you cannot prove it in any way You can never touch, see, hear, smell anything when it comes to that topic. It's the very, very opposite of science because science, in case you don't know, is all about testing something and being able to repeat that. That's science. You have to know it. It has to be in front of you. And you can do experiments, repeat them, and you will come to the same conclusion because it's scientific. This is the very, very opposite of that. You can never sense it in any way.

26:02 All that you can do is read about it and believe it. Oh my god, man. This is one of the worst videos that I've ever reviewed.

26:12 If we want to get to the truth, we have to... We have to read simply and blindly believe.

[video] 26:20 Same as you do, and look first principle, look at the source.

26:26 Actually, I started to really get interested with your work when I... By the way, Jack Rose is not wrong that biochemistry, for the most part, is also not really scientific nowadays.

[video] 26:39 How would you know what they ate their whole life? If somebody would be eating some garbage when you go and meet them once, what would that exactly prove about how they lived?

[video] 27:07 Yeah, try eating lentils and bread.

27:13 We'll see how long you will live. Try... Actually, don't try it, of course. It's super dangerous, but I'm obviously being sarcastic. If you would try living off of lentils and bread, then...

27:27 That's it. Get as much sunlight as you want. It's impossible. It's never gonna work.

[video] 27:33 All the thing that the carnivore guys tell you is bad for you, but yeah. Why can people in Africa get away with it? Exactly.

27:44 But you can see people who try to live off grains because they have no other food and how they look like and compare them to the ones who eat meat. And you will see the difference in development, health, lifespan. They all get sunlight. Why do they not all look the same? Ah, this makes no sense.

[video] 28:09 My eureka moment with Weston A. Price wasn't that big. I mean, I looked through the book just like you did, and instead of reading all his beliefs in the words, I kept looking at the pictures and I'm like, what do I see here that's different than the modern world today? Everybody was outside. Everybody was, you know, breaking bread and eating things. And, you know, your comment as, you know, a kid that knows a lot about Africa, you're like, yeah, we eat shit over here. But guess what? We don't suffer from poor longevity. We have super centenarians here.

28:38 What? But they do. What are you talking about? Yes, there's people who live to over the age of 100 everywhere, really. You can then argue if there is more in Africa, North Africa, Europe, Asia or whatever. That's a different topic. It's not the point. How can you possibly say that it's the light that actually affects the longevity the most when you can see that it's only the food?

29:16 Nothing, nothing that he said in this video made any sense at all.

[video] 29:22 So then you have to ask yourself the question, if you know that you have super centenarians that eat light shit,

29:29 Zero examples, literally zero. Everybody who has lived to over 120, 130, 140 and so on, they all ate super good food. I'm gonna make a separate video about this actually. There's, for example, Emma who lived to 117. She ate raw meat, raw eggs every day of her life.

[video] 29:54 Then is food really the driver? Was Weston A. Price really telling you the truth? And then when you answer that question for yourself, the next question I need you to look at, what was the original first principle idea? It's light. It comes back to light. It always does. And then you have to say, okay, well, how does light do this? That to me, if you want to know the truth, That is the coolest question that science needs to study, but they don't. Physics tends to study it when it turns to stars, but we don't study it when it comes to mitochondria.

30:25 Yeah, because you cannot study something which is just a dot. How can you study a dot?

[video] 30:32 That is the reason why, going back to your first question, I have such a huge problem with my government spending so much money in the NIH... on nuclear DNA. Why? Because to get to the light story, you have to understand the mitochondria. You have to understand it's 37 genes.

30:50 You have to understand the 11- Yeah, 37 genes, yeah, in mitochondria. Some dot genes have never been observed, but yeah, yeah, 37. Oh my God, man.

[video] 31:02 that form the inner mitochondrial.

31:03 This is what you call a book smart guy. Let's be real here. He only reads. His beliefs are all unscientific. He knows nothing. And he just reads all the time. 37 genes in mitochondria. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Has no idea what he's talking about.

[video] 31:22 Membrane, that's the story of where bio photons come from. And why did nature build it this way? It's very simple.

31:31 Nature didn't build that. You're imagining it, okay? It's all imaginary. It's delusional.

[video] 31:37 We were anoxic. For the first two domains of life, we had no oxygen, okay?

31:42 That's the reason why we have... Just to be clear, that was before fish turned into humans, right? I'm just trying to understand, Mr. Doctor Science...

[video] 31:55 anaerobic bacteria because remember bacteria and archaea were the first two domains we don't come until 650 million years ago

32:03 Oh, oh, oh, right. Yes, of course. Yeah. Great, man. And you know that, right? You didn't just read that in your Bible, in the religious books that you read. No, no, no. We know that, right? Oh, I love it.

[video] 32:26 OK. And we came because the first two domains joined together in endosymbiosis. OK. So when you think about two domains that can't handle oxygen, but they spent 2.4 billion years.

32:39 Yeah, 2.4 billion years. Or was it 2.3? I'm not really sure if I agree. I think it was 2.3, maybe.

32:50 Yeah, because I can prove that. Because I'm not religious at all. I mean, what the fuck is going on in this video, man? I think that I've never seen something like this before.

[video] 33:02 And maybe the most important part of the story?

33:05 begins in the 2.4 billion years before photosynthesis, before mitochondrial respiration, because how can you hope to... Yeah, it's 2.4 billion years before the dots which are visible and most likely artifacts after the chemical treatment of cells which are not even visible unless you chemically treat them. Yeah, this is scientific.

[video] 33:34 understand photosynthesis or mitochondrial respiration if you don't know what came before it.

33:40 And you know. Yeah, this is knowledge, what he's sharing. It's not religious blind beliefs, which cannot be proven. No, no. Of course, 2.4 billion years ago. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

33:56 Yeah, you have to think about what came before because that's... Yeah, you have to think about it because you can know it. Let's think about it. 2.4, does it make sense? I don't think so. I think 3 trillion years ago. That makes more sense. Let's really think about it. The origin story of mammals and human beings.

[video] 34:21 You got it.

34:21 And see, that's the reason why the origin story is, of course, that fish turned into humans. Yeah, they just hopped out of the water one day and thought, hey, why don't we breathe outside of the water? Why not on land? And then they started breathing. developed legs and arms, and we turned into humans.

[video] 34:43 I brought the question to you. I'm not trying to be an asshole with you. I'm trying to be provocative so that you and your audience think about what I said about the Alpha Conception moment. Because we know that we're eukaryotes, and we also know the way bacteria and archaea...

34:59 The way he uses the words know, science also, has nothing to do with it. It's not knowledge, it's beliefs. And again, believe whatever you want. Just don't call it anything else. Because all that he's talking about are beliefs.

[video] 35:14 Divide is radically different than we do it, but you have to understand, when you understand where we come from, you begin to ask these questions because they're all first principle based questions. And what does first principle really mean? Do I need to have a randomized control trial prove to you what I said? No. Why? Because we already know what exists. So for example, people that will listen to this, they'll be, they may be shocked to say, I didn't know that mitochondria make light. I had no idea.

35:39 Okay, great. Prove it. Come on. How are you going to prove that? How does a dot make light? Where's the light? Prove it. Come on.

[video] 35:49 Now that it makes light, then you say to yourself, okay.

35:53 Yeah, but how do we know it? We have to believe you. How do you know it? You believe it. So you're sharing your religious beliefs with his audience and they should believe you? Why? Why would I believe you that a dot... which appears after you chemically treat juices from meat or whatever, is going to emit some kind of light. Give an argument. Where is this light? Prove it.

[video] 36:19 And this is axiomatically true, and it's been proven since 1927.

36:23 Yeah, how? How? Come on.

[video] 36:26 But yet, you don't know anything about it.

36:28 Which you also don't, because you're talking absolute nonsense.

[video] 36:32 Once you figure that out, then you go, okay, so what does it do? Let's think about this. What does it do? Well, that's the question right now that should have been asked for the last 120 years. But you know who buried that? Rockefeller medicine, centralized medicine.

36:46 I don't want you to know that because- That's interesting because these are the people who actually push all of this. These are the people who are going against science, who make people believe all of this unscientific, ridiculous garbage. Actually, we can end the video here because this is really ironic.

[video] 37:08 They want you to believe, take the drug, not use nature.

37:13 Yeah, but because of what you believe. Because none of it is based on knowledge. You just believe.

[video] 37:21 They want you not to explain what you found in your people in Northern Africa. They can eat shit on a shingle, but yeah.

37:29 But they can't. There's no examples of it. Zero recorded cases.

[video] 37:35 You can still live longer than most people in the Western world.

37:41 Stress is what determines how long you're going to live. Food comes right after it, but that's what determines aging. Still, of course, if you eat lentils and bread, you're not going to live a long life, obviously, seeing as you would die from disease, malnourishment.

[video] 38:02 not everybody that does this the fact that anybody lives that long yeah but nobody does that's the thing that means there's something about these people that is and here's the crazy thing we have the same effect

38:15 Yeah, because they eat meat all over Africa, unlike the Europeans, of course. All of them eat meat. There is no veganism, no plant-based diets. There's not even vegetarianism. Maybe some small groups, some little cults may do vegetarianism or something, some religious people, but... 99.99% of people from Africa know how important eating meat is. And lots of them eat raw meat also and drink raw milk. That's it? Come on. Jack Cruz also says that cold exposure releases light in your cells. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've heard something along those lines. Again, a completely religious belief, but people who are naive and gullible believe that if you would ask him to prove it, he couldn't.

39:12 And PSL God mindset didn't ask him any questions. A simple question that he could have asked would be How? How do you know that? Can you prove it? He couldn't, he can't, because it's completely religious, completely unscientific. Actually, really, this whole interview was the opposite of what science and knowledge is about. It was really bad. As I said, you can talk about your religious beliefs, whatever kind of beliefs, there's nothing wrong with believing something. Humans in nature also believe if they see a dangerous animal, then they may believe that the animal is going to come back eventually. That's a belief. Nothing wrong with that.

40:04 The problem is that you talk about topics which are completely religious, but then use the words such as know and science implying that you know that. You don't know any of that, you believe it because you read the beliefs and opinions of other people. You simply read texts, you looked at man-made symbols, you got some meaning out of the symbols because you speak the language, and then you believe that, you absorb information. Absorbing information has nothing to do with intelligence, knowledge or science, you just blindly believe. And that's what Jack Cruz is doing and promoting, only beliefs. The most ironic part is that he clearly consumes garbage. You can see that he is overweight and he doesn't look healthy. Why doesn't the sunlight fix it? But the actual ironic part is that

41:04 It's very likely the seeds that he's consuming that actually caused his mental illness. Thanks for watching.
