[video] 0:00 What's up guys as requested I'm going to review a video called I'm struggling to find the reason worth living for by Dylan McKnight I utterly and completely hate my life and I just have no clear desire to continue living at this point if I'm being honest I go to sleep every night sounds like very severe depression I sleep eight to nine hours And yet I wake up exhausted

0:25 It's probably because you work out so much. From what it seems like, I have no idea who this guy is, but that's a pretty typical sign of over-exercising.

[video] 0:35 I'm just tired. I'm just tired. The first thing I do when I wake up is I try to go back to sleep because I hate that moment where I get- Yeah, because you damage your body so much that it's in a constant repair mode.

0:48 And if you don't eat your natural food, as in raw meat, then you're gonna be struggling.

[video] 0:51 out of bed and I'm forced to face the reality that is my life. Whenever I do finally get out of bed, usually sometime afternoon, I immediately reach for my phone. My day starts with my phone and ends with my phone. Out of the 15 hours of the day that I'm awake, 12 of those hours are spent watching TikTok, scrolling Instagram reels, or somehow interacting.

1:11 It's also a very typical sign of low testosterone, and as we know, obviously, by ourselves already, exercise working out lowers testosterone significantly, as also proven in studies, and this actually does cause depression.

[video] 1:24 With this rectangle I'm holding in my hand here, in the remaining three hours of my day, I dedicate to going to the gym, which is the absolute high-

1:32 Three hours. So you have no energy once you wake up and you need to sleep even more because of the working out. And then you have no energy throughout the whole day. And then you still go to the gym. And then you wonder why you feel the way you feel. Wow. Crazy generation.

[video] 1:47 I light up my day every day. Like, I'm not exaggerating. My life is shit. But my life wasn't always this pathetic. In fact, several...

1:55 He also has terrible dark eye circles and under eye bags. Again, a typical sign of exercising too much.

2:13 Money doesn't exist. It's irrelevant. It doesn't make anybody happy. It cannot.

[video] 2:18 Exciting content that my audience loved and I was truly passionate about. It's funny, heartbreak always seems to be the catalyst for a new path. But somewhere along this path of self-improvement, I made a crucial mistake. Like many young men in this generation, I've had an addiction to pornography. So naturally, during this recent phase of self-improvement and motivation, I decided that I wanted to completely discard that from my life. Although this is a good thing, right? Naturally. It came with some consequences. I learned that removing an addiction from your life can have some serious blowback if you're not careful. When you remove any addiction from your life, you create this void because there's now an absence of pleasure that once...

2:58 Yes, that's because you're generally depressed and if you quit one addiction, you're simply gonna latch on to the next one. That's how it is with addicts. If somebody stops watching Prawn, then they will simply start going to the gym more, for example.

[video] 3:12 existed that your brain was experiencing regularly the brain will become aware of this void it will recognize the missing pleasure or the missing dopamine it was once getting from that addiction and it will naturally want to find something to take its place so in my case i stopped watching I developed a crippling addiction to my phone and my life has truly never been worse. Each new day, it feels like I'm telling myself, okay, let's put the phone aside today and focus on some important things that I need to do, but I can't actually do it because of this.

3:42 Yeah, you stopped watching that stuff and now you're on your phone all of the time watching TikTok and whatever. That's exactly what I meant. Whereas If you ate raw meat, drank blood, and actually focused on eating raw animal organs, then your biochemical state would be perfect. Then you would feel happy every day and even euphoric a lot of times. And you would never think about what to do in everyday life if you had children, which you would at your age. I think that he's in his early or mid-20s, which means that naturally he should already have over five children. Of course he feels like his life has no purpose, because it doesn't.

[video] 4:18 My confidence is just at an all-time low because I'm making these promises to myself and I'm not going through with them. This is the weakest version of myself I have ever seen. We reached 450,000 subscribers.

4:31 It actually really is because you also do bodybuilding, which means that you really care what people think about you. It's an anti-masculine behavior. It's basically a feminine behavior, I guess you could say, which means that Your life revolves around the way people see you, which is unthinkable to an actual man. Real men don't care what people think about them whatsoever.

[video] 5:01 That's interesting that he realizes that for the wrong reasons, probably, but still. You should never think about ending your life.

[video] 5:31 feelings, real emotions.

[video] 5:35 I figure the first step to getting out of any rut is probably to make a schedule.

[video] 5:41 Thank God for staples. And thanks to these moron-friendly aisle markers, even as a meathead fitness YouTuber, I was able to locate the planners in a fair amount of time. I couldn't figure out why I was paying $33 for a notebook, but I did it anyways. I took my time to plan out what I felt would be an ideal day for me. A day that was not only productive, but also fulfilling, meaningful, and challenged me at least a little.

[video] 6:00 You're probably wondering why I woke up at 10 a.m. and not 6 or 7 a.m. And it's because when you're trying to get out of a rut in your life, it's best not to make too drastic of changes too fast. You have to be humble enough.

6:12 Sleep is incredibly important. It's good that you sleep long.

[video] 6:16 To set the bar properly low. I'm used to waking up after...

6:21 If you would wake up sooner, as in not when you naturally want to, then you would feel incredibly tired and stressed throughout the day, which is going to make you even more depressed.

[video] 6:31 After 12 p.m. So waking up at 6 a.m., it would not be realistic and it would not be sustainable. So I went ahead and I... Yeah, you would feel terrible. Summarize today's goals that I had written down in my planner and I put them on this whiteboard. Now check this out. Every time I complete something on this list that gets me closer to having the successful day that I'm striving for, I get to mark it with a...

6:53 Workout, ice bath, learn the flip. None of this is natural. It has absolutely no meaning. You're always gonna feel like your life is empty if that's what you try to do in everyday life. That's exactly your problem. This board is your problem in life.

[video] 7:16 Read a book.

7:17 Why would you read a book? Sure, there's some useful books out there, but in general, it's not at all something that's in any way gonna really make your life better. It's not gonna make you happier. You can learn something from it about food, for example, which you don't really need to. We all understand what we are supposed to eat. But if you want to teach classes or something, if that's your job, yeah, I could kind of understand. But for you, somebody who's so depressed, reading a book is not going to help at all. You're just going to be reading man-made letters from a man-made book, and you will read man-made opinions and beliefs. All that a book can share are man-made beliefs, just somebody's opinions. This list should look completely different. The most basic thing should be stop working out immediately, sleep as long as you want to, start eating raw meat, drinking blood, and especially eating raw animal organs to regain your life energy,

8:14 and to actually feel biochemically happy again because his biochemistry is completely wrong, his gut is probably completely messed up from all of the garbage that bodybuilders consume nowadays. Go out into the sunlight as much as possible and find a girl who has never been with anybody before and right away create a family with her.

[video] 8:31 Today was not to use my phone within the first hour of waking up. To avoid the temptation, I charged my phone downstairs overnight and used an alarm clock instead to wake up. I know, it's crazy. Alarm clocks still exist in 2023. All right, off to a good start. Now it's time to go work out.

8:47 Alarm clocks make no sense. It's for slaves. It's for a slave to wake up and go to work or to uni. That's about it. It's stupid to interrupt your sleep.

[video] 8:57 They are maxing how much man-made metal they can lift while laying on a bench

9:19 really great natural achievements, really manly stuff. That's gonna make you happy.

[video] 9:26 They're super excited about it, huge deal for the company. So we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna make a commercial for them. My uncle really wants to be in one of my YouTube videos, so I told him if he did this commercial for me, then I put his bench PR in this video. Gorilla mind gives me the strength of a gorilla.

[video] 9:43 It's gonna smash it, come on. Get up, get up. Yeah!

9:51 Oh my god, the definition of slavery.

[video] 9:53 Alright, you guys are at 30 now. 31 seconds.

10:05 He's moaning, he's suffering so badly, but then again he wakes up the next day and wonders why he feels so bad. You do something that feels bad, you're literally expressing with your body, your mouth, how bad you feel, but then you still don't realize why you feel bad overall, even though you do what makes you feel bad. How can you be so disconnected from nature and your body?

[video] 10:32 Last 15.

[video] 10:46 I actually had a good time and I'm glad I went but my abs were so sore by the end of it that I don't think I want to go back. On our way back from the gym we picked up some ice as I would need it for my first big challenge of the day.

11:04 Again, he's going to do something which is going to make him suffer. But I get it. Once you're suffering, your life feels like it's all about suffering. So you just want to suffer even more and more. It's sort of like a vicious cycle. You can't get out of it.

[video] 11:21 I'm not doing this ice bath for any health benefits or anything.

11:25 That's good, because there are no health benefits. It's only detrimental for your health. It stresses and ages your body, it lowers your testosterone, it causes dementia, as we can see also Wim Hof is a good example.

[video] 11:37 It's essentially a confidence boost. I've been weak for so long.

11:44 Why do you do that then? I don't get it. Why would you make yourself even weaker by damaging your body even more with an ice bath if you already feel weak? And why do you do all of this empty and meaningless stuff if you're depressed, which is gonna make you even more depressed? Why are you destroying yourself? That's the main question here because that's all that he's doing in this video.

[video] 12:07 Just a prisoner to my phone and a prisoner to... the weakness of my own mind. All in all, I think this will be a good reminder to myself that I am capable of doing hard things. It's truly difficult.

12:20 Your life is already hard. That's the problem. You are already weak. That's why most people nowadays are weak and depressed. They don't live a comfortable life. Most people nowadays torture themselves by working, which is slavery, or they go to the gym. Usually they combine that they work and then they go to the gym, which is double slavery. And then they still wonder, why do I feel bad if what I do all day long makes me feel bad? If you do something that's bad for you, how can it not make you If you do something in everyday life which produces sounds of suffering that come out of your mouth, then just stop doing that.

[video] 12:56 I do like how sort of real he's trying to be. He isn't really, but I can appreciate that.

13:20 The camera also. It's all about just making the video and filming himself. Dude, your body is already red. It's incredibly stressed. You're making your body weaker and more depressed right now.

13:39 You're suffering! You slave! Stop it!

13:49 I set my goal for four to five. And then again, he wakes up the next day wondering why he feels so bad.

[video] 13:53 Five minutes, and to be honest, I was a bit doubtful that I could stay in that long. I ended up staying in for 15 minutes.

[video] 14:06 Cool.

[video] 14:10 Congratulations, Dylan. That was awesome. 15 minutes.

14:16 Wow, and they even endorse it. What a horrible family.

[video] 14:22 With my newfound confidence, everything from here on out should be peaches and cream. My last big challenge of the day is arguably going to be the hardest. I want to land a tre flip. A tre flip is a skateboard trick in which the board performs both a 360 and a kickflip in one motion. I genuinely do not believe that I can do this. I skateboarded every single day.

14:41 Yeah, cool, but it's also completely meaningless. It gives you nothing naturally. Again, you're gonna stay empty.

[video] 14:47 from ages 15 to 19. And despite all my efforts, I could never land a tray flip. So what makes me think that I can do it today after not skateboarding for the past four years? Well, like I said, I don't. And that is what makes it a good goal. But when today is all said and done and I'm laying in my cozy bed, I'd rather say that I failed than I never tried. I think if we just try, just initiate, just start, then I believe that's half the battle. And the other half is found within the trying itself.

15:16 Imagine him, instead of skateboarding by himself, teaching his little son or daughter how to skateboard or do something else, not that that's something that you would do naturally, you would teach them how to hunt or simply play with them, but just imagine the smile that he would have on his face It's in no way comparable. Of course he's miserable now. His youngest child would be maybe close to 10 years old. I don't know how old exactly he is, but if you would start having children at the age that you would do it in nature, I know that nowadays that's not the case, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't change how nature works and how your life should be naturally. That's all that anybody wants.

16:13 This is really sad to watch because he actually believes that he will feel better at the end of the day because he achieved these man-made things which he himself thought of or more so saw in the media. Of course, he only learned how to skateboard because he saw that in the media and the only reason he does ice baths is because of Wim Hof or some other idiot, some alcoholic with dementia.

16:48 That's really pathetic.

[video] 16:51 I did it. I actually landed a treflip.

16:55 As a day full of all kinds... Does the W stand for wimp?

[video] 16:58 ...of different emotions slowly came to an end. I had just one more physical task to complete. I've been mowing lawns since I was five years old. My dad was a Marine for over 30 years and he would...

17:11 Okay, that explains a lot because Marines, soldiers, obviously in general, are the biggest slaves on Earth. They are the slaves of the government. They are ready to die for something that doesn't even exist. Countries obviously don't exist. its man-made borders with man-made cultures and so on. It explains why he's trying to be so disciplined, why he goes against his buddies' needs and senses. That's how soldiers are, that's probably what he learned.

[video] 17:34 Occasionally do long deployments, which some of them lasted over a year. So during those times, we all pitched in around the house a little bit more. So I'm...

17:42 It's really bad to grow up without a father.

[video] 17:44 Pretty damn good at mowing the lawn. And I actually tend to really enjoy the process. I find it to be quite therapeutic. It allows me to just kind of turn my brain off and just...

17:54 It's actually one of the better things that he did simply because it's not really stressful.

[video] 17:59 I just realized that I have this office chair that I bought like several weeks ago that I'm yet to set up just because I've been that lazy. Well, if I'm going to be doing mostly computer work for the rest of the night, I might as well assemble this chair.

18:14 Again, something that has absolutely no natural meaning. Completely empty.

[video] 18:18 I haven't opened it to you yet.

[video] 18:25 It goes back. It's not that.

18:27 Doing something unnatural is never in a million years gonna make you feel good or as if you did something that is going to fulfill your life. It's not fulfilling naturally because of how unnatural it is.

18:49 Of course it feels like nothing, because it is nothing. What would have actually made him feel good today is if he hunted an animal and drank the blood, ate the organs, or if his girlfriend would have told him that she's pregnant.

[video] 19:01 Depression comes from not doing the things that we know we need to do to further the trajectory of our lives. It's not a coincidence that there's more depression than ever before, and we're living in the most- Yes, because humans nowadays live the most unnatural lives.

19:18 Nature automatically makes you happy and, as I said, even euphoric. Whereas if you live an unnatural life, eat unnatural food, have unnatural activities, no children and so on, then you feel miserable automatically. That's how it is. You can't escape from nature. It doesn't matter if you live in some man-made house or a man-made city, whatever. Your natural needs never go away.

[video] 19:40 distracted times this world has ever seen life has never been easier yet everybody seems to be so unhappy and this is because without

19:51 Life has never been as hard as it is now. Life is only easy when you live naturally. Your life is super hard. That's why it makes you so weak and depressed.

[video] 20:01 Without suffering, there could be no happiness. I'm not saying that.

20:05 Did he say without suffering there could be no happiness? The reason you're so unhappy is because you're suffering. The more you suffer, the weaker and more depressed you get. Oh, my God. It's just... Oh, my God.

[video] 20:18 To cure your depression, you need to learn how to tray flip or that you need to take ball-shrinking ice baths. But what I am saying is that if you find yourself in a very unhappy state, the first thing you need to look at is how much time you're spending on this little rectangle here. Because this thing...

20:36 It has an influence. It's not as if it's the number one thing.

[video] 20:40 This thing will ruin your life. Okay, so you're about to I don't disagree with that 250 pounds on the bench for us 250 pounds on the bench my best

20:57 And so what does it mean? He's only creating more stress for the body and he's reducing his lifespan, which means that his dad is not gonna be around as long as he naturally should be. Humans live to at least 150 years in nature. Obviously if you've been a marine and went through all of the stress and now on top of that you work out, you're obviously gonna die prematurely.

[video] 21:20 The thing is that you're supposed to see many generations of your blood grow up naturally, but I don't even feel like his dad is gonna see his grandchildren.

21:46 He's probably around 60, which means that he had Dylan when he was in his 30s. And it doesn't seem like Dylan is going to have children anytime soon, most likely. Which is, of course, sad for his father, because you should see the children of his children and so on. if you would actually live as long as you're naturally supposed to and you would have children at the age you're naturally supposed to. And this also makes you feel a lot worse in life. Of course, if you consume the natural food that you're supposed to, you're gonna feel happy, but life is never gonna be the same if you don't have the amount of children you're supposed to have and also at the age you're supposed to have them, your life is simply going to turn out a lot different than it's supposed to be. And there's no way that he would be taking ice baths because he's really just projecting his own suffering, that's what he's radiating, absolute suffering onto everybody else. He won't be working out.

22:42 He wouldn't generally do anything that makes him suffer if he would actually be happy and he would have everything that he needs in his life and he would be eating naturally and so on. If he generally would be living naturally, a human being who's living naturally is happy. And if you're happy, you don't want to suffer in any way at all because you want to live a happy, healthy and comfortable life. That's what makes you strong. Whereas if you're unhappy, you want to suffer all of the time because you are already suffering and you already feel so weak, so it just brings more and more suffering. And that's exactly what you saw in this video. A slave who's living an unnatural life, his life feels like it's all about suffering, which is why he wants to suffer more and more, when in reality all that he needs to do is start living naturally and then he's gonna be happy. Thanks for watching.
