0:00 What's up everybody? Last year I made a video of eating a one-year-old egg. It's the same package. It's two years and two months old. I've got one egg left.

0:16 It's hard inside. Wow. I have no idea what to expect.

0:25 Okay, this is gonna be interesting.

0:30 Oh my.

0:36 Wow, okay.

0:40 Oh boy. Okay, so this is what happens when you leave a raw egg for... Okay, wow. Last year it was completely liquid. It's completely hard inside. It's like candy or something.

1:01 Okay, here we go. Wow. I can't even eat it anymore. Okay.

1:13 I gotta chew it.

1:19 Completely hard and dry.

1:22 But all can happen in one year.

1:31 Taste is like... Okay, it's a mess here anyway.

1:39 Not much of a taste. Kinda... Kinda like last year, just a bit worse. There's like a worse aftertaste to it.

1:56 Not really bad though.

1:59 Not a significant taste overall. Hmm, pretty nice.

2:09 Strong egg yolk-y, cheesy sort of flavor. Okay, the aftertaste that was there at the start I don't taste anymore. Now it just tastes kind of good all of a sudden.

2:34 I don't know if it's worth fermenting an egg for two years to eat this, but maybe. By the way, since then I found out that you should crack, but not really crack, the eggshell. Hit it one against each other so there's no visible crack, but that way air can get in and it ferments better quicker and definitely different. I don't think that that would ever happen to an egg after two years. This is just super weird.

3:14 I mostly do these videos for fun and because people always think that you would get food poisoning from eating old rotten food even though of course really It's just a natural process of fermentation. No toxins, poisons come from it. That's why you can't get food poisoning from it. Except if the food was already poisonous.

3:36 And if anything then the fermentation would help. It wouldn't make it worse.

3:47 It was super hard. Like eating wax almost.

3:54 I would imagine.

4:16 Now, I won't say it's worth waiting for this. I think the one-year-old, in that sense, was better. It was still liquid like an egg.

4:30 Nobody could even recognize this as an egg anymore.

4:35 If I gave them, they would think it's like waxy, sodium-rich candy with cheese or something weird like that, like a hard cheese, basically. That's the closest that I could describe it.

5:01 yeah interesting all right thanks for watching
