4:26 It has a pretty mild taste, whereas veal liver has a pretty strong taste. Or I just got used to eating liver, maybe. And the smell is stronger though. Every liver of every animal tastes different. I quite like this. Maybe it's my favorite liver of any animal. Then I also ate the lung already.

5:00 Half of it, that is. This is the lung. It's very fluffy. It's like marshmallow or something. I'm not gonna eat it right now because I'm eating something else and I don't want to mix it. This is one of the kidneys, it's really quite small compared to what I've ate. But that's because it was a smaller goatee-goatee. So, never ate raw goat kidney. Let's go.
