0:00 What's up guys? I'm going to review an intuitive what I eat in a day video by eco-friend Lia. She's an intentional minimalist.

[video] 0:10 Hello everybody and welcome to today's video. This video is going to be a full day of eating a what I eat in a day video and I'm just gonna share what I eat. It's pretty unspectacular. I will just have some of our homemade bread for breakfast.

0:28 There you go. She's already following her natural intuition. Bread, which you can find everywhere in nature. It's our natural diet.

[video] 0:37 And for lunch, it's gonna be leftovers, I think. And for dinner, I have no idea yet. I think the best description of how I eat and what I eat would maybe be intuitive eating. So I just eat whatever I want to eat. I eat whenever I'm hungry. I do not have any rules for the number of things I eat. I do not restrict my diets, for example, in not eating gluten or something like that. I do try to limit my animal products as much as possible.

1:05 I'm not strictly vegan, but... That's incredibly contradicting, because all humans crave animal foods. So if you restrict them, you restrict your natural diet.

[video] 1:15 I would say I'm maybe something, maybe 80%, 90%. So I just try, whenever I have a better option, whenever I have... That's exactly how you look like.

1:25 You look incredibly weak and drained.

[video] 1:27 I have another product that I like too. I would not eat a dairy or product. And I never buy meat, so the only time I would maybe eat meat is when I'm somewhere else. Yeah, that's what you need to know, I think. And now I'll show you what I eat for my breakfast.

1:47 This whole minimalism thing is self-destruction. Also, why cut your hair off as a woman? There's so many underlying problems here.

[video] 2:01 This is vegan butter. If you were wondering, I found that.

2:08 Vegan butter is essentially plastic. There's usually vegetable oils, which are basically the number one cause of heart disease. It's incredibly unhealthy, terrible for the environment. Why do you do it? I don't get it.

[video] 2:21 I'm pretty happy with that, so I'm happy to not use a dairy one.

2:26 Why? There's no explanation.

2:39 This is incredibly sad, it's pathetic, really, and all that you're eating are a bunch of carbs, which are just sugar, which are going to destroy your health anyway, if that's all that you eat, without any minerals, because you're getting anti-nutrients.

2:57 It's a joke, but it's not really funny, because it's just too sad. This is a recipe for anemia.

[video] 3:08 This here is a vegan eggplant spread and these things are actually pretty common in Germany. There are like a ton of different like vegan spreads out of vegetables. This is beetroot and that's also why it has this color. And there's just, there are a ton of other options of like bread spreads like this.

3:26 If you eat like this, all of the chronic illness is going to follow because all that you're eating are empty carbs, fiber, and the spreads have literally no nutrients. It basically means that you only eat for taste, and it's not as if that even tastes good compared to our natural diet anyway, but that's the closest thing that you can get to something that you can actually swallow.

3:52 Of course, again, she's using some red stuff, as most of the vegans or plant-based people do.

[video] 4:00 And then tomato with salt and pepper on top, and a piece of vegan feta cheese. And that is delicious.

4:08 At this point, you're just mentally ill and completely in denial because if you use vegan feta, it means that you actually want cheese. You're completely going against your body, completely against your intuition. This is not intuitive eating in any way at all, by any definition. And as I said, you use the red stuff because you crave meat, animal foods.

4:31 It's funny that the people who completely go against their intuition actually call it intuitive eating. Because they know how incredibly wrong they are.

[video] 4:39 Never forget salt.

4:45 Yeah, of course, because you're craving minerals because all that you consume are anti-nutrients. So you just starve and that's how you look like.

[video] 4:59 So now I'm done, I'm not hungry anymore, and that is where I will start to eat.

5:05 That's all nonsense. You're very hungry still because all that you ate are fiber carbs with salt, so nothing. But you're full now because you're full of fiber, which will come out the same way it went in afterwards. It's...

[video] 5:20 I still have a piece of bread here, but I'm just gonna... Like, put it back with the rest of the dough... Bread is the most unappetizing food on earth.

5:29 It looks like nothing. It doesn't look like food.

[video] 5:31 ...dried bread. I try to really make sure that nothing goes to waste. It still sometimes happens that something goes bad. And I'm always feeling a bit, like, sad about that. But as far as possible, I really try to use everything up. Only buy what I need. Your brain damage. And make sure things don't go bad when I forget them. So eating for me is about health, of course. It's about nutritioning my body. It's about giving my body the power it needs to carry me through the day and do whatever I want to do from it. But food for me is also something that should be delicious. I really like cooking and eating, and so I make sure that I enjoy the food I'm eating. Of course, it could maybe be healthier, but I do also try to... Blöde cool.

6:29 This reminds me of Heal Your Living.

[video] 6:30 Okay, that's once again, just like the bread, pasta is just fiber and carbohydrates with anti-nutrients, and then you've got a bunch of fiber from the vegetables, and that's mostly indigestible.

[video] 6:56 Eating leftovers is just a decision that we made to eliminate some of the cooking. Like that, we usually just cook one time per day in the evening, and we cook enough so that we have enough for the next lunch. And especially with meals like that, I of course won't warm it up because it's a salad, but with other things, it really depends. Sometimes I warm it up, sometimes I don't. But with this, I will just, um, yeah, put a portion of the salad into my plate and eat it as my lunch. So now I'm gonna enjoy my salad, and I'll see you whenever I make dinner.

7:21 She can't possibly show this and say that she eats for the nutrition, because it's the least nutritious meal you could possibly imagine, essentially. Especially because she replaced the cheese, which she actually wants, with fake cheese. It makes no sense at all.

[video] 7:41 The good thing about salads, they usually get better, I think. And so I'm always looking forward to eating salads the next day.

7:49 You're gonna be really, really sick. Probably pretty soon.

[video] 7:53 I have to add another thing. I wanted to talk about what I drink. And usually, I think, 99% of the time, I just drink water. And I don't always drink enough of it. So it's definitely a goal of mine to drink more water. Water is a solvent.

8:06 It doesn't actually hydrate you.

[video] 8:08 Another mistake. A gallon or several liters of water. But at least one to two liters would be good. It's healthy. Yeah, it's good for my body. And I just drink tap water because tap water is... It's like highly controlled here in Germany. So I drink tap water all day long and every few weeks, maybe. That's really dumb. I drink a cup of tea when I'm somewhere, when somebody insists offering me something else than water, I take, yeah, a cup of tea. I don't drink tap water if I really like it. And alcohol maybe once a month. And then it's like one drink. But yeah, exactly, that's what I think. So, water it is.

8:45 She looks really cold. I think that if I would touch her hand, it would be ice cold.

[video] 8:51 For dinner tonight, I'm going to cook falafel. I'm chopping up some onion. I also use some zucchini, as well as two eggplants that we all... all the things I think we got from our vegetable box that we get delivered each week. So we don't always know what kind of...

9:04 The reason these people use all of these different vegetables is because they're trying to create some kind of savory foods. which are essentially just imitations of animal foods, but all that it is is dead fiber, and of course she cooks it because she wouldn't eat it raw, because then she would have to throw up essentially, because it's just super unappetizing, the fiber is so hard, nobody wants to eat it because it's not our natural diet, and it couldn't even be because the vegetables are man-made anyway.

[video] 9:30 Vegetables we will get, but we just make something out of whatever we have. And then I started like cooking, frying them in our frying pan, but I think I did not add enough oil, or I was just too concentrated on filming, but they all kind of stick to the bottom of the pan. So they definitely, all of these vegetables now look pretty ugly. Let me assure you they taste better than they look. But they definitely also do not taste, they are not like the best. Added a few other like spices together in our blender. And let me tell you, that's usually my boyfriend's job because he's way better at blending all of these things. It's a struggle. Our blender is not strong enough for that. Poor guy, though. And then it's pretty simple. I use quite a bit of oil to fry.

10:17 But look at that stuff. Don't you ever think, hmm, why did I create this kind of stuff out of vegetables which look completely different in its natural state? Why do I create something that reminds me of all the animal foods that I used to eat? Why... There's just no thinking involved here.

[video] 10:35 I think carbs are important for nutrition. Now there, I think nutrition is a complicated subject and everybody has to figure out what works for them.

10:43 But it's done since we only have one natural diet.

[video] 10:46 Usually we really try to balance different carbs and in today's video you could see that all of our carbs were wheat based. So the red I think was dinkle. I don't know how to call that in English. So it was not just wheat flour but for lunch we definitely had like wheat noodles in our pasta salad and for dinner these wraps are also like in space then we're kind of done we can just assemble our wraps and put everything in that we like.

11:09 How is this not an animal food imitation? This would be something you buy at a Turkish store, basically. The vegetable stuff is absolutely supposed to imitate animal food, some kind of meat, whatever. And why do you put the salad leaves on there? It's again just empty fiber with nothing.

[video] 11:28 We had some lettuce, some tomatoes, some cucumbers. Probably just because she's brainwashed to think that it's good for you. And then it's our delicious um dinner so the table is cleaned up again but the mess is over there so no the messes inside of you is going to come out it's going to be horrible and messy today but that was what i eat in a day let me know if you have any questions

11:51 Okay, I do have a question. Why do you hate yourself? Because it's incredibly clear that you're destroying your life overall and your health, of course, which must come from some kind of trauma. There's no other explanation for it. You gotta look deep into yourself and think why you're living this lifestyle. Why do you deprive yourself from health? Why do you not follow your intuition? Because it's completely clear that you don't. It's really sad to look at it. Only other people who are depressed and miserable, and that's exactly how you look like, watch this and think, oh yeah, this is the right way to live. This is how I will become truly happy and so on. You guys bathe in your own misery and delusions and you are a pain to be around in real life. Thanks for watching.
