0:00 Hey, as requested, I'm gonna review some videos by Eddie Abue.

[video] 0:03 Yes, exactly. He's informed.

0:18 That's why it also sticks to your intestines eventually after eating that garbage for decades and you can't absorb nutrients properly anymore.

[video] 0:34 I'm going to let you introduce yourself, sir. I'm Eddie Abu. Yeah, he is.

0:37 Oh, it's pronounced Abu. Oh, okay. I guess it makes more sense.

[video] 0:42 So we thought we'd bring you some this morning for you to rate.

0:45 Not taste them.

[video] 0:46 For you to rate out of ten and then to guess who they belong to. One is mine, one is Robert's, and one is the average listener of Capital Action Breakfast. Let's go. So, Eddie, what do you think about this? You know, minus zero, that's not bad. Minus that . This bagel's not good. So we have some eggs. Well, an egg, fried egg. Yeah. Some bacon. Bacon, yeah. Sausage. Sausage's not bad. Sometimes they put in it, but you can get good sausage. Why do you say the bagel's not good? Bagel's just gluten. Wheat is not.

1:08 Yeah, it's just seed powder which was turned into slime and then baked into this form. It's the worst garbage on Earth. It was made for the slaves thousands of years ago. And people still eat that. That just says everything about how we live today.

[video] 1:28 Food now these days. And then wheat, full stop. If you want wheat, get ancestral wheat. The wheat that we got now, because of yield, they actually genetically modified it. It's been hybridised so that... Because it used to grow wheat that high.

1:45 Man, what does it matter? You're under a magic spell if you look at this and you actually see that as food Just open up your eyes actually really and look at what you're looking at right now. I Do you think that you would walk through nature, see this, whatever state it's in, and actually think, oh, look, that's food. Does that look like food? Think about it for once in your life. You look at that and you right away see, poisonous, bad for me, inedible. Those are your thoughts. so when you eat your grain sludge which is made out of tons of these seeds they just make them into a powder and then you eat it with some kind of drugs salt sugar whatever added into it then you're not even tasting how it really tastes

2:39 eggs maybe they if you're lucky add to it they used to back in the day but it's impossible to make this into a healthy food because it's not even food in the first place now people are completely blind they look at it and think oh yeah that's not food man how is this food in any way it needs to blow and the farmers didn't like it so the wheat it's about that long to yield more when's the last time you had a bagel yesterday

[video] 3:07 This morning. Have you seen how bagel is so... It's like gluten, because it contains something called gluten. It's a Latin word for gluten. It's not good for your gut. All right, out of time, Eddie. Without the bagel, I give this about a six. I give it about...

3:26 A two or a three? Because you're still going to be ruining your health even if there are some cooked eggs and muscle meat in there, which I think I saw. But muscle meat at the end of the day is also for the slaves. Yeah, it's better than any plant out there, but it's also not optimal. And then when it's cooked, it's even worse. It may be a three at most.

[video] 3:52 Number two, please. We have some overnight oats, some seeds and a banana. What are we thinking?

3:58 Seeds, yeah. Banana, lovely. I was gonna say something, but I won't.

[video] 4:05 Okay, but not the oats. Why? This is when the brainwashing started. They started telling us that oats are a very good food. You know, they lower cholesterol and all that. It was all bulls. At least you feed it to animals. It's no human food, I know. Once you get your head around it, bulls, your body treats this bulls just like it treats sugar. This is just bulls. Eat oats, insulin level goes up. And then that's when you start getting tired. So don't f***ing eat oats.

4:27 Nice, okay. I like it.

[video] 4:30 But I thought oats when you combine it with a banana is good energy. That's what you've been told. Very much so.

4:35 What do you mean good energy? Yeah, it's just sugar with some minerals, potassium, whatever. Yeah, whatever. Yes, just some minerals. What does it matter? You get minerals out of just about anything anyway, except if the food is completely fake.

4:50 You're just eating sugar in the morning if you do that. You need to eat meat and eggs, something, even if you eat cooked food.

[video] 4:59 Nah, man, come on. One is good. He takes it back, but...

5:23 That is like, okay, well, the thing about the banana is that it's not even juicy, watery, so it doesn't even really hydrate you. There's very little water in there. If you take some kind of mango, orange or something, even though it's also man-made fruits, nowadays cultivated, then still at least you're somewhat hydrated from them. But just oats and a banana is kind of like a one, basically. It's like a two because it's not like absolute candy and just cornflakes. If it was only the oats themselves are one or zero, just the lowest that you can possibly give it because it's seeds. So it's nothing. It's not human food. A banana obviously today is fake, but still, I guess that you could give it like a...

6:17 Depends.

6:20 Depends, yeah. Maybe like a three, four, I don't know. But yeah, oh, sweet banana is like a tool.

[video] 6:26 Not even with the little pumpkin seeds in there. Eat proper food with less seeds. All right, get rid of that then, shall we? Breakfast number three. We have some fruit, some granola, and yogurt.

6:35 Always some kind of seeds, just with anything. That says everything, really, when you think about it. You look at any meal in the slavery today, and it always has seeds. They just always label them something else, call them something else, they put them in a different package. Then you have a whole shelf of cornflakes, puffy, whatever, I don't even know what you call them, with... a chocolate flavoring, and the chocolate flavoring is also made out of seeds. Chocolate is made out of seeds. Coffee is made out of seeds. They give that to children to get them addicted to the caffeine, theobromine, everything, the toxins. It's the same thing essentially, really. My point is simply that when you think about it, the fact that people eat grains, some kind of seeds with everything, and they drink seed water,

7:33 Just shows you right away what's going on here that it's all done on purpose Yep, it is true

7:58 That's it.

8:01 You shouldn't consume super much fructose, and also at specific times of the day, also when you want to, whatever, just when you want to, but not just all the time throughout the day. I'll give this a 6.

[video] 8:19 If you add that to it, it comes down to a three.

8:22 Exactly. All right. I like this guy. I already reviewed a video of his almost a year ago. I didn't agree with him that much in that video, but this one's good.

[video] 8:34 What plant does this f***ing grow from? What animal does this come from? Don't do it.

8:41 Yeah, exactly. Okay. I'm starting to like this guy. Exactly. It's completely unnatural. What is that garbage? Nobody thinks about it. They just look at it. There's tons of sugar and whatever added to it and they just eat it. Oh, yeah. Well, it tastes good. Yeah. Because you're tasting the fucking sugar.

[video] 8:57 I don't eat animals. Stop eating animals. We're human beings. We're supposed to eat animals. Look, I don't do that. I don't believe in that vegetarian soul. Lentils, chickpeas. Trying to get protein from lentils is like getting water from...

9:12 Well, he's right. It's not bioavailable. The biological value of lentils is pretty low. I think that you can maybe digest like 30% at most when you eat lentils.

[video] 9:27 Your body can absorb it properly. So it's something called bioavailability. That's how much of the protein.

[video] 9:43 Your body can actually absorb and use lentils. It's like talking about a f***ing Skoda and a Lamborghini. We're supposed to eat meat. Your body knows how to break down meat, animal protein, and use it to build muscle. So all meat, red meat as well. Can they tell us red meat and we should be eating it? OK, now, listen to this, right? So, our ancestors ate red meat for years. All of a sudden, we've been told, it's OK, stop eating red meat. It's this, right? And then you go, no, no, no. And then we are saying that Google is stupid. You know, they said, stop eating red meat, but make something nice.

[video] 10:21 We've been brainwashed, and I think now people are waking up. Grapes are tiny. This looks like a pineapple. It's not a grape. They've been advertised, because human beings just want sugar. Want sugar all the time, so that's why. So where do you go for the natural source? How do we get to the real source of it? It depends on what you're trying to achieve. Your body's so clever. All we need to do is put the right stuff in there. And you just put the right stuff, and you'll be laughing.

10:48 It's also not a good recommendation because some people do need food right away when they wake up.

11:01 Usually if you're very well nourished and if you do not have a lot of stress in your life then probably not, not meat right away but Some people do. Saying that you should religiously simply not eat until 12 or as he does until 4, I think he said it's not going to work for a lot of people. Just eat exactly whenever you want to, whenever that is. Don't feel like you need to eat in the morning, but also don't feel like you shouldn't eat. Just exactly do what you want to do.

[video] 11:35 Just hear what I mean. That's one box.

[video] 11:40 I don't know what the point of the avocado or the salt is, especially in Britain.

[video] 12:02 have some meat, have some cheese, just keep it for about two or three days. You find your energy will go through the roof. You find you start thinking more coherently. Coconut milk. It's not normal milk. Yeah. Organic banana. Gluten-free oats. And seeds.

[video] 12:24 Can I get a high rating now, please? No, no, it's the same. I think you can be even lower down. What? They're calling you saying organic oats. No, don't do that. You don't get up in the morning and get on the sugar. This is all sugar. Your body treats that. Maybe the seeds are not too bad, right? Your body treats it. You might as well just chew the seeds.

12:47 It's really crazy that humans have been brainwashed to just chew on seeds today. Really crazy. When you think about What humans actually use to eat just to contrast.

[video] 13:00 Very shocking, because we will take our lead from Shayna. Honestly, I'm the influencer of Black History Day. She's the influencer when it comes to everything healthy. Actually, you better stop. Because you're the winner. You're the winner. How? Robert Bruce has won this? Just take the roll. And that's brilliant. Simple. Simple. You know what I mean? You don't have to complicate things too much. No, no, no. Don't do too much. Anyway, I'm going to laugh very hard now. Because you're going to be showing off all week. All of this Chia and Chia and Sia. We can't go wrong.

13:34 Alright, that was it for the proper British people and now we will look at what he eats in a day.

[video] 13:40 Let me tell you the diet I keep to stay healthy in my 60s. I was a professional bodybuilder for years. And before that, I was also a qualified nurse. I trained as a nurse as a student. When I qualified, I was in charge of the ward and the patients who were sick. When they came in, we gave them cereal, cornflakes and all of that. I knew that was good enough food for them, but there was nothing I could do. Obviously, I wasn't the one calling the shots. When I became a bodybuilder, my goal was to make my way to the Miss Olympia stage. When I did that and I retired, I bought my own gym. I started training.

[video] 14:11 called team savage which is very successful i created so many british champions but then i pulled out of bodybuilding as well because i realized that it just changed we had all these young individuals coming in they call themselves online coaches they're advising young people to eat things like cereal protein bars and all these powdered proteins they're not good for you. At the beginning of my bodybuilding career, I learned nutrition. I learned about eating single ingredient foods. The best way to build muscle is to repair your body to build the muscle by giving your body the right nutrients. And the right nutrients, they didn't mean macronutrients, the carbs and the fats and the proteins. They also meant the micronutrients.

14:42 Yeah, it's very interesting because back in the day people still used to talk about it, whereas nowadays nobody talks about micronutrients anymore. Actually, I don't think that I've ever seen any of the bodybuilders, and I've reviewed many, who talked about any kind of vitamins or minerals in the foods. They just say carbs, fat, protein, eat tons of carbs and protein, maybe some fat here and there. It's laughable.

[video] 15:09 the vitamins and minerals we used to chew desiccated liver sorry vitamins tablets we used to eat liver and we see a lot of eggs we see a lot of red meat because we're told that was the best food for building muscle which is the truth then slowly i learned that at the beginning and then i trained as a professional bodybuilder

15:26 Yeah. And the difference is also that a lot of guys are on some kind of performance enhancing drugs today, which is why they can build muscle or at least pump themselves up, even though they eat corn flakes and oats and whatever.

[video] 15:40 Who was doing six meals a day, eating high carbs, low fat protein, lean protein. That works also. I built the muscle, but I had joint pain. I had so many things that were wrong with me. And when I finished bodybuilding, I realized that what I learned at the beginning of my bodybuilding career, that's the best way to eat. When I I finished bodybuilding, had knee pain, had peripheral neuropathy, had sleep apnea, had panic attacks, and I had anxiety. Doctor wanted to prescribe antidepressants. I said no. Doctor said I may have to have knee surgery. And I put it down to the fact that I was lifting very heavy and there was something wrong with my knees, my elbows, and my wrists. But it turns out that's not what it was. I decided to change my diet. back to what I learned at the beginning of my bodybuilding career, where I took all the carbs out of my diet. The diet I learned at the beginning of my bodybuilding career was taught to me by a man called Johnny Fuller. I subsequently found out that I learned it from a man called Vince Gironda. Vince Gironda was advocating lots of eggs, and that's what I did at the beginning of my bodybuilding career.

16:32 Wait, didn't he recommend drinking raw eggs and even eating some raw meat? Or am I confusing him with somebody? I thought so.

[video] 16:40 Now my diet is predominantly high fat and high protein. I ate vegetables for a while until about two or three months ago when I took all of them out. Now my diet is practically carnivore. You may ask why. Some people think it's extreme. I personally believe that that's the food we're supposed to eat as human beings. I was trying to fix myself. I fixed my sleep apnea.

16:58 Okay, I gotta say overall, I actually like this guy. Yeah, what he says is...

17:08 Straight up, the truth. For the most part, obviously I don't agree with the cooking and everything. Whatever, that's a different topic.

[video] 17:15 Straight away, I fixed my panic attacks, anxiety. I fixed the depression. I started feeling good. Whenever I say that someone says, oh, you stopped taking the steroids. I stopped taking the steroids a long time ago. I still had the same symptoms. It wasn't the steroids. It was when I changed my diet, changed my diet completely. So now my diet is completely accountable. Like I said, I started off by eating vegetables as well. It is very low carb, actually no carb at all. High fat. I ate avocados. I ate olives. I ate nuts. I ate cheese, I ate bacon, I ate all of that. And then I ate animal protein. Lots of eggs, lots of red meat, lots of mince, lots of steak, lots of chicken. I ate all of that. And then slowly I started taking my vegetables out. Initially restricted it to three plants where I was eating avocado, olives and nuts. Then I took all of that out as well. Because that's the diet that makes me feel the best. If you've got something wrong with you, instead of thinking, oh, it's all about medication. I'm not telling you not to take medication. Please, let's get that right. I'm saying, instead of always taking medication, find out what is wrong. Because your doctor is trained to give you medicine to heal your symptoms.

[video] 18:15 When it comes to the root cause of why you've got the problem, that's your responsibility. You have to deal with that yourself.

18:21 Yeah, exactly. High blood pressure oftentimes is simply because there's not a lot of space in your arteries anymore and that's the case for most people today and that's why the blood pressure increases because it's harder to pump the blood and your body is trying to free up the arteries but because you keep eating the same garbage You keep creating more plaque until it's too late. And lowering the blood pressure when your body is actually increasing the blood pressure on purpose. Your body does that, by the way. It's not as if somebody magically out there is regulating your blood pressure. Your body literally does it by itself. It's dangerous because then you're blocking what your own body is doing. You understand why? You can't mess with the symptoms. The symptoms are there because of... the overall problem that you have. That's just one example. He's right.

19:18 You should change your lifestyle, your diet for the most part, and then you can get rid of it.

[video] 19:25 If you have to address that yourself, it's possible that your doctor might point you in the direction, but right now there's so much information out there. Please look for it.

19:32 As I said, he's a pretty likeable guy. I didn't fully agree with his last video that I reviewed, but since then his diet changed. The way he talks about what we are supposed to eat naturally, although we don't cook food in nature, but it's a different topic, is very accessible. It appeals to people. The way he puts it and the way he talks about seeds when they showed him the granola and he just pushes it away as if it's not food is perfect. That's pretty much the way I do it, except that if I would have been there, I would have just hit it off the table straight up. Just get the shit away from me because I don't even want to be close to that. But people do the opposite. They actually put it.

20:22 in their mouths into their body which is crazy because they don't think about where it comes from that's why i said you look at the weed for example you actually look at those small seeds you realize how it would be in nature and then you think you would pick those small seeds take a rock and then what cook it there is no fire in nature make it into slime you would think of that no you would never of course It was done to enslave us, to make us weak, to degenerate us. As I've said before a million times, bread used to mean meat. That's the origin of the word. Bread was the flesh of the animals. And then they changed it, and now bread is this seed slime, grain sludge. Just slime.

21:18 And the people who make their own bread, they also don't realize it. Even though they have slime in front of them, they make these forms out of the slime, then they bake it. But because there's a lot of additives, they eat it and think that it's food. And more so because they put meat, eggs and whatever on top of it or in between. Whatever the case, they always try to actually cover up what they are eating because... Nobody wants to eat some slime made out of seeds. And nobody wants to eat the seeds in their natural state, even though the state they are in today isn't even natural anyway. They are cultivated, as he said also. Anyway, my point is simply that the way he talks about... meat, eggs, that you should be eating protein and fat and that you should avoid all of this garbage, fake food, is really good. I really like seeing that, as I said, that's why he's a likeable guy. You just watch him and

22:17 You just understand that he pretty much knows what he's talking about. It would be cool if he would realize that humans in nature don't even cook their food, that they just hunt an animal, butcher it, and they just drink the blood, eat the organs raw, and then if they do eat the muscle meat, they... do it because there is no other food left usually they focus on the organs a big animal such as a buffalo has such large organs the liver the heart that you can feed your whole family just with the organs alone for a whole week depending on how big your family is of course but uh i'm pretty sure that where he comes from originally people also ate raw meat obviously everybody used to eat but um in some places more recently than others. It's, of course, what we naturally always say to humans because it's what we are naturally supposed to eat. Anyway, good guy. Thanks for watching.
