Everybody Hates to Exercise

0:00 Hi everyone, I'm making this video because there's still people who comment on my videos saying that they enjoy exercising. They like it, of course. These people are more so lying to themselves than to me, for obvious reasons. But still, I felt obliged to create this video to prove once and for all that everybody hates it.

[video] 0:23 we will firstly look at the clip from nick fuentes he will talk about exercise it's important to show it and then afterwards i'll show you what i really mean i mean i guess it's going well my weight is going down and now i got to integrate the working out the working out part is the part i'm putting off i could do not eating i could refrain from things but working out i think about working out and i just go like this you know i think

0:46 Yes. And that's because working out is exercise. It's exerting. And that means stress. And all humans hate anything that's stressful because stress means your cells die. They also sometimes mutate to try to adapt to the stress, but it's not good for your cells. Let's just put it that way. There's some, of course, adrenaline, cortisol, which is released in response to it. It's a whole topic of its own as to what happens in the body. I've talked about that extensively in other videos. That's not the point of this video. It's simply about your nature, your biology, because you know that it's bad for you because you actually know everything that's bad for you. It's just that you were brainwashed not to think about it anymore or more so not to feel. how you really feel.

1:43 You just ignore the way you feel when you do something, whether it's good or bad for you. Most of the time today, people are talked into believing that what's good for them is actually bad for them and that what's bad for you, which is exercise in this case, is actually good for you.

[video] 2:00 I think about getting on the bike or working out and I'm just like, I want to watch TV.

2:05 It's not as if watching TV is something that we would be naturally doing, obviously, seeing as there is no TV in nature, but he just wants to chill. The equivalent to that in nature would be laying back and listening to the stories of the elders about how they hunted down this huge buffalo or 20 at once, something like that. You just want to chill and relax. That's it. That's normal. That's human nature. Because humans in nature, most of the day, lay and just chill and just enjoy life.

[video] 2:40 Yeah, exactly.

2:43 Because everybody hates it. Because, as I will show you after this clip, nobody likes it. That's it. You can argue that some things that you do are kind of neutral, but it's never exercise because exercise is always stressful seeing as it exerts you. And nobody likes it. There's just no recorded cases of it, as I will show you.

[video] 3:06 So I don't want to move.

3:09 I know people are like, but you have what he really means is that he doesn't want to run or lift weights, of course, not actually move. Everybody wants to move. Even this is movement. Nobody just wants to literally lay except if you're really sick, of course, if you have a high fever.

[video] 3:28 I'm like, I know, but I just don't want to. I wish I was just a brain in a vat. I wish that my brain was in the robot. I don't want to work out.

3:35 actually you do feel like this when you do exercise because you're so exhausted then that you just don't want to do anything really because you're exhausted you have no energy so that's understandable after working out while being in this routine you do kind of feel like this you just want to lay all the time because you're so exhausted

[video] 3:58 I just start to think about it and just like, oh, you know, like I got to put on a workout clothes, like workout shorts and shirt and get a gay ass water bottle. And OK, here I go and do pushups and stuff. And it's too chalant. Working out is so chalant. I'm nonchalant. You know, I'm I'm always nonchalant. Working out is so chalant. Get in your gear, get in the car, drive to the gym and the whole gym is like, I don't want to do it, but I'm going to look, I'm going to have to, okay. I'm going to do it, but I really don't want, I'm not going to be happy about it. You can, I'll go to the gym, but I'm not going to be happy about it.

4:31 Yeah, and that's exactly the mentality of most people. People want to build muscle, so to speak. Not that you really can. You adapt your body to lifting metal. You don't actually build anything, seeing as it, for the most part, disappears again if you stop, depending on your diet. If you eat raw meat, maybe you can keep even most of it, but you for sure don't actually build it as such biologically.

[video] 4:55 Okay, I'm not going to be... I'm not going to get addicted to going to the gym. I'm not going to like...

5:00 Yeah, that's impossible. You can kind of get addicted to the endorphins because you hate exercising so much. And the feeling after you stop is really nice because you hate it so much. But people also go to the gym to lose weight besides the so-called muscle building. But again, you will obviously never enjoy it. That's kind of the thing. It's interesting with exercise because. Because you hate it so much. you actually really enjoy being done with it which somehow delusionally I don't know how makes you believe that you like going to the gym that's how delusional these people are because uh obviously you will never see anybody who's enjoying themselves at the gym but uh you could see people smiling once they leave yeah actually

5:59 Back when I went to the gym, I saw that quite a lot. It's also dark inside, horrible music. Then you go outside, there's sunlight and you're done. And that's kind of what people associate with going to the gym. When they are done. Because you were fine before you went into the gym and then you're fine after. You hate the in-between, but you somehow don't realize it. It's some really severe brainwashing.

[video] 6:29 I'm not gonna be in love with it. I'm not gonna say, oh, but once you get into it, I'm gonna hate it. I'm always gonna hate it, and I'm always gonna not wanna do it. So you can make me go to the gym. You can't make me like it. You can't make me get excited.

6:41 This is funny. I just wanted to show this clip because it's just so correct. And really, he's speaking from everybody's soul, so to speak. Because in reality, even the people who tell you that they like it, this is what they really think about it. to go to the gym once you get into it you get addicted to it you love how it feels you always feel better yeah but nobody loves how it feels you've never seen any recorded cases of that just nobody you go no you don't you never do you feel like tired yeah exactly nobody likes doing any kind of exercise nobody likes the feeling after yeah in the moment when you're done like i said You feel this kind of high. It's not really a high, but I guess to a slave it feels like it. But it's very short-lived. And really you just feel tired, lethargic, with low libido, low testosterone afterwards.

[video] 7:37 Come into terms with the fact that I'm getting older and fatter and it's not easy to get.

7:41 Just start eating naturally and you're not going to get fat, overweight. There's no need to exercise.

[video] 7:48 Give up your youthfulness, but we all have to do it.

7:51 No, the more you exercise, the more you will lose your youthfulness.

[video] 7:55 I have to transform. I have to get a crazy physique so that I don't get mugged. I don't know if I care enough, you know what I mean? Like, being mugged, if I just never go outside, I can mostly avoid that. Honestly, the only reason I want to get juiced up is for the...

8:08 Since when did people start believing that being mugged means how much muscle you have or something, whatever he's saying? That's strange. OK, we're just quickly going to go over three of the most popular ways of exercising, at least the ones which are being pushed by the so-called mainstream. Firstly, we have jogging, running. People are brainwashed to do it nowadays. Just look at their faces, the face expressions.

8:43 Even though he's filming a video, it's just impossible to fake it. You just hate doing it. Basically, it looks like the opposite of what you would be doing when you enjoy something. And that's it. It's just as simple as that.

[video] 8:59 So you get to practice your fueling strategy. You get to wear...

9:03 Yeah, you know this because I'm sure that you have seen guys jogging outside, girls. Do you ever see any joy? Anything that even resembles joy? Of course not, because they hate it and that's just how it is. Then we have this clip here.

[video] 9:23 This kind of guy again is a great example.

9:30 yeah this is the typical guy outside who runs it's way worse if you run marathons then you're just really looks like you're dying which you are basically because you're killing tons of cells just take any jogger runner marathon runner you want you're never gonna see even a glimpse of joy okay so that's done that's it then we have a Jeffy doing some squats typical gym workouts

[video] 9:59 Literally exactly what you would imagine as the opposite of joy.

10:10 Literally not enjoying it. If you look at yourself in the mirror or on your phone, you film yourself and you think that you enjoy it, congratulations. You are delusional. You have been very, very severely brainwashed. I'm not talking about anything else here. You can argue about why you do it. You want to build muscle, whatever. That's not the point here. It's that you hate doing it. That's it. That's the only thing that this video is about. Because if I would tell you right now,

10:44 prove to me that you let's not even say you somebody else did something prove to me that she enjoys it all that you would do is show me a photo here look at when she was sunbathing together with her family playing look how she enjoyed it you would just show a photo and you would say wow yeah they really enjoyed the day they were happy that's it and you know that And when you don't get it, you don't want to get it simply because you're in very deep denial.

[video] 11:16 Okay, after squats, we're moving on to three sets of eight to 10 reps on the barbell Romanian deadlift. Just a quick technique recap here. You want to lift the barbell off the rack, take two or three steps back.

11:25 Yeah, okay. Besides him hating doing it, it's also just dumb and pointless. Whatever, he's obsessed with it. So that's weightlifting. I could click on any video I want. I'm not going to do it. When it comes to weightlifting, they are all the same. Everybody hates doing it. And this is the society that we live in. People doing what they hate all the time. Not all the time, but... unfortunately sometimes for hours in a day most people even hate their jobs at least they somewhat dislike it and then we have calisthenics which are also kind of pushed at the bottom so let's take a closer look at the first layer aka level one at the bottom of the layer you're an absolute beginner

12:14 when you do some stuff like yoga sometimes it's just kind of neutral because it's not really exerting really what you dislike doing is uh when you get to push-ups pull-ups and so on or even the more extreme stuff like balancing yourself on a pole okay i found the perfect example of what i mean you see how he wrinkles his forehead this is also how you create wrinkles besides also of course drying out your body with coffee tea even lots of water Not eating enough animal fat and so on that's a different topic but also when you simply make these face expressions When you strain your face when you exert yourself when there's stress You also create these wrinkles There's also lots of stuff that you do in your everyday life, which is just kind of neutral. And then there's also happy moments, of course.

13:11 But that doesn't create these wrinkles. It's exercise, especially weightlifting. which does because you're doing something that you hate and your face expression shows that and the more you do that the more you will have that kind of uh face the face of somebody stressed so you should clearly understand that the more you exercise the more you will create those kind of wrinkles which will really just be a sign of how much you have aged your body because really it's just your body showing to others that you've been doing something that you hate that's it yeah the jittering also during the exercises

14:06 the high blood pressure the red faces all the strain and the stress and the exertion that's it this is pure aging and wrinkle maxing

14:26 And for what at the end of the day to be able to pull yourself up on the bar, which you will never need to do in your entire life. You will sit there super wrinkly in your fifties. You probably won't even be able to do it at that anyway. And then you will just look back thinking, okay, so I look now and I am actually biologically 20, 30 years older. And for what? Cause I pulled myself up on a bar when I was in my twenties thirties. achieving what? Nothing. You pulled yourself up on a bar. What was the point? Well, nothing. The point was this, which was nothing.

15:05 There is nothing that you're doing. None of these levels mean anything because it's all nothing. It's unfulfilling. It's not going to make you happy, not even joyful. Nothing. This is depression, basically. It's depression and aging. It's shit. Even though this should be absolute common sense, it just isn't today. Seeing as I still get comments of people saying, I enjoy it. I like going to the gym. But you still can't find any photos or videos of yourself ever enjoying it. That's denial. You're maybe even being delusional. You've been manipulated. You've been brainwashed. Your mind doesn't work clearly. You, for whatever reason, cannot admit it to yourself. Maybe because you've been going to the gym for 10 years and it's just hard to admit that you've been wrong this whole time, that you never liked it. I get that, but then you're weak.

16:05 You have to be able to admit it.

16:08 If you understand that you hate it, you understand that you're aging yourself, reducing your lifespan, that's your thing. I don't give a fuck if somebody goes to the gym. That's not my point. I only made this video because there are people who come to my videos which I make about exercise and say that they enjoy it. Enjoy means to have joy in what you're doing. there's no recorded cases of anybody having joy when they exert themselves because when you exert yourself you feel stress and when you feel stress it's the opposite of joy so when you say that you feel joy when you're stressed you're being very very delusional this is not even really funny I'm not making fun of you this is very concerning because It's like saying, I have ice cubes in my hand and they feel hot. You understand? You're very delusional.

17:07 You're not living in this reality because you're saying the opposite of what you actually feel. You really need to do some self-reflection in general because when you believe that hot is cold, then they have severely messed with your mind. Thanks for watching.
