0:00 Hey guys, I'm going to review a video from 12 years ago by the channel The Fruitarian. The video is called Exercise as if your life depends on it. The reason I'm going to review this is because the video is so delusional about exercise that it's really worth seeing.

[video] 0:24 I want to talk about the importance of exercise. Exercise is something that I can tell you is almost a greater importance in my mind than my diet. I would give up eating to exercise. Exercise is...

0:39 That's of course super funny because you wouldn't be able to exercise if you wouldn't eat. It doesn't make any sense. And of course he's so delusional that he only ate fruit at the time. That was 12 years ago, as I said. Now he doesn't post any videos anymore, so we can assume that he is not on a fruitarian diet and that he doesn't exercise every day, obviously. You couldn't exercise every day for 12 years. You would die after three to four years.

[video] 1:05 Absolutely the most important thing that I do each day.

1:09 The most important thing he does, even though it's the unhealthiest thing he does. And he has this text here. Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up and knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Yes, that's technically true. The gazelle has to outrun a predator to survive. The difference is, and you don't understand this because you're so delusional and a lot of people don't. is that the gazelle naturally runs. A gazelle doesn't need to train to run. It has four legs and it was created to run and to be able to outrun predators. There's no training whatsoever required. They are super fast. naturally. A human being is incredibly slow naturally. Every four-legged animal that can run will outrun us so easily. They will always catch us. We are not at all runners by any means.

2:00 I know that there's some documentary out there from this one African tribe that supposedly slowly jogs after animals for hours, but there was just a show. It's a fictional film. That's not reality. No humans in nature have actually ever been reported to slowly run after an animal until it cannot run anymore because of exhaustion. It's a fantasy film.

[video] 2:26 You must exercise. If you don't move your body, I don't care what your diet is.

2:31 If you're fru- Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up and knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve. Exactly. And every lion can naturally run fast. They don't need to train at all. At all. They just do that. And the human being will never be able to run as fast as any of them. And that's because you're not naturally created to run.

[video] 2:52 and you're doing it for 10 years, you're not going to experience peak health unless you exercise. Dr. Graham told me something that I find

3:01 Dr. Graham is one of the fruitarian people. He learned it from him, obviously, because when you believe in something like a fruitarian diet, then you believe in a lot of nonsense. And of course, he will probably not mention any actual supposed health benefits of exercising in general, let alone exercising every day. And Dr. Graham could, of course, also not mention anything because it's a religious belief, just like the diet.

[video] 3:27 What's through my mind every day when I wake up? And that is...

3:32 It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up, you would better be running. Why? Humans' nature don't run basically at all, except if you're running away from a predator, and like I said, 99% of the time you're going to fail. Humans in general don't use their legs for running a lot. It's incredibly rare that you would. You would of course walk and move in general, but you would never try to outrun or to run after an animal, seeing as it's impossible for you to succeed. Even if you would delusionally believe that humans could run away from a predator, for example, then why would you age your body and destroy your health to imitate this dangerous situation which you would only experience if you would live in the wild anyway? It's incredibly stupid to destroy your health, your body, your joints, just to imitate a dangerous situation which no natural human being wants to be in.

4:29 You're imitating something that nobody wants to experience. If that's not stupidity, then what is?

[video] 4:35 Exercise as if your life depends on it. That is something that I repeat to myself over and over again in the literal sense. If you don't exercise every day, you will not experience peak health. Now, exercise doesn't need to be, you need to go and run a marathon every morning, like I do most days.

4:56 He runs a marathon almost every morning? Jesus, no wonder he had incredibly bad dark eye circles. Years later, you can see that in his... so-called future videos. And moving your body aerobically, exercising, really just means anything that you do which will raise your heart rate, as in damage your heart and decrease your lifespan and possibly cause a heart attack. What fits your busy schedule better, exercising one hour a day or being dead 24 hours a day? It's as if not exercising is being dead. Is that what they are saying? Because exercise is basically life and that's what we are supposed to do? No. Exercise is man-made. Humans never exercised up until really 100 years ago and really in the last three to four decades, it actually became popular to the point where people actually started going to the gym, competing a lot and so on.

5:55 Sure, there were Olympics before that, like I said, a hundred years ago also, but hardly anybody ever competed, especially women. Nowadays, Everybody believes that exercise is healthy, just like they believe that vegetables are healthy and so on. It's incredibly deep brainwash. People need to understand that exercise is when you exert your body for no reason. As in, you believe that exercise is healthy because you were brainwashed, you decrease your lifespan, age your body, destroy your joints, just overall destroy your health. Walking, moving your body, even swimming and hunting for the most part, doesn't exert you, it doesn't even raise your heart rate, which means that it doesn't age your body. And that's because we were naturally created to do that. If an animal is naturally created to do something, it doesn't damage their bodies in any way. A lion or a gazelle can run without exerting themselves. And that's because they naturally have the muscles, the four legs to do that. A gorilla is built the way it's built.

6:55 They are very huge compared to humans. They don't exert themselves at all by lifting something very heavy, whereas a human needs to use a lot of drugs to look even a little bit close to how a gorilla looks like, and they die in their 40s because it's so unnatural to do that.

[video] 7:13 It doesn't mean that you need to be in the gym for six hours lifting weights, but it does mean that you need to move your body in some aerobic capacity for at least 30 minutes each day.

7:26 Why? Where is the explanation? Give some kind of reasoning, come on.

[video] 7:29 I find that to be the bare minimum and that's my minimum each day. I must move aerobically for at least 30 minutes every day no matter what. Just like you must sleep every day, just like you must drink water every day, just like you must eat. Every day, just like you should expose yourself to natural sunlight every day, you must exercise every day for peak health.

7:53 Where's the reasoning? Where's the proof? Where's the points? Where's the arguments? Give something. You haven't given anything yet. You simply say, exercise, it's healthy. Okay, that doesn't convince me.

[video] 8:04 Not exercising, you're not going to enjoy a mental state. You're not going to enjoy physical strength and inner peace.

8:14 I wonder what he means by physical strength because he's actually very weak. He's kind of hiding his body right now, but you can see it in other videos. And that's typical with people who run marathons. They look incredibly weak. Their bodies usually look worn out and even emaciated.

[video] 8:29 This is absolutely the most critical component to my health. It's my passion. It gives me everything I need in life. It gives me clarity on every level. A lot of people are obsessed with one thing, either they just want low stress or they just want, you know, clean diet or organic food. And they just want, you know, or they just want exercise. You got to have a balance. But boy, exercise has got to be right up there. It's like the top number one, number two, number three thing. You got to do it every day.

8:53 Every human wants to have a low stress life. Naturally, every animal does. But for some animals, running is a low-stress activity, which means that you gotta do what's natural for your body. Whatever isn't stressful. And what he's doing is incredibly stressful. We are not supposed to run marathons. That's why marathon runners get heart attacks in their 40s.

[video] 9:18 Neglect almost everything else to exercise. Exercise as if your life depends on it. Make a commitment to your health.

9:26 To get rich, never risk your health, for it is the truth that health is the wealth of wealth. But that's what you're doing, Jesus.

[video] 9:36 Health into yourself that you're going to exercise every day no matter what. I've been in airports at midnight.

9:42 That's incredibly contradictory because if you exercise no matter what, that means that you ignore your senses. That's the same you gotta do as a fruitarian. You gotta ignore your senses and eat what you don't want to eat. You crave meat every day, but you have to ignore your senses and eat fruit instead. The same way you hate exercising, It is very stressful, but you gotta ignore it. You gotta ignore that you want a low-stress life and you gotta exercise instead. That's what you call a brainwashed slave.

[video] 10:12 Literally like a hamster, a rat.

10:34 Takes me about 16 seconds to get around, and uh... Not that that's what a rat or a hamster would do naturally, that's what they do when they are in a cage, when they are slaves.

[video] 10:46 I've been gonna do it for at least 27 minutes. I know I'm running at least 8.30 per mile pace.

10:55 The hardest thing about exercise is to start doing it. Why would it be hard if it's something that we are naturally supposed to do? If it's good for us, if it's healthy, everything that is healthy for an animal is easy to do. Incredibly easy. Everything that's healthy, you really gotta realize this, everything that's hard to do is unhealthy. Every time there's no exceptions to this whatsoever. Really get it inside of your head. Once you're doing exercise regularly, the hardest thing is to stop it. That only happens if you're so addicted to it and so brainwashed that you believe that it's healthy. That's why you run in a circle in a man-made building. You don't actually enjoy it. So it is not actually hard to stop it. You would love to stop it, but it's because you're so severely brainwashed and depressed that you keep going.

[video] 11:41 Probably faster. And... To date, this is the most extreme situation I've run under to keep my streak going. I'm getting on a plane in about 10 minutes. The gate's going to close, and I'm going to be on a plane for 20 hours going to Sri Lanka. So I've got to get into my streak, and this is the best thing I've got. I've got to exercise, man.

[video] 12:05 So people think I'm a little bit nuts, but while everyone's downstairs eating junk, I'm trying to keep my health. So I've got some crazy stories about keeping my exercise routine going, and it's something I'm real proud of. In fact, they might die, guys. You've got to exercise. I run, and I do push-ups. It takes me five minutes to do 50 push-ups a day. Keeps my whole upper body looking good. Do a lot of running. And always outside. I don't run on treadmills, guys. Exercise is a spiritual experience. It's something you've got to do. Get out in nature, move your butt.

12:33 He ends the video with the quote, hell is when you meet a person you could have been, with two people running in the water in sunlight, all happy, I suppose, even though marathon runners, which is what he used to do 12 years ago, quite often end up in wheelchairs. If not in a wheelchair, then very severely injured. And if not that, then they die of a heart attack in their 40s or 50s anyway. Very, very few survive marathon running, seeing as it's so incredibly unnatural. And if it's unnatural, then it's bad for you. Everything that's unnatural is unhealthy. And if it's unhealthy, and so extremely unhealthy, then of course you're not going to live a long life. everything that's stressful for the body decreases your lifespan.

13:20 And what he does, running in a circle for no reason, and then running marathons, just because he had a 20-hour flight, even though he could actually use the time to recover, to rest at last, but no, he runs before that, is of course gonna decrease your lifespan extremely. And that's probably why this guy doesn't post any videos anymore. He probably doesn't eat a fruitarian diet anymore. Obviously after 12 years he would be dead. Hopefully he isn't. And obviously you can't run marathons for 12 years. Maybe he is in a wheelchair now, I hope not. Maybe that's why he doesn't post videos. He doesn't want to post a video sitting in his wheelchair saying that exercise is good for you. You never see fruitarians, raw vegans or people who promote exercise to that extreme level 12 years later. still making videos saying, yes, it was really the best decision of my life, I'm still healthy, here I am.

14:16 No, there's just some videos that he made over the years where you could see that he is super emaciated, he has incredibly bad dark eye circles. That's about it. He is the proof that it did not work out. He got extremely ill from this extremely unnatural, unhealthy lifestyle. Thanks for watching.
