[video] 0:00 Try to walk around the block and see if they're gonna follow me or... Alright, you ready?
0:21 Yep, I'm ready, brother. Okay, cool. Introduce yourself.
[video] 0:27 Well, my name is Gio DeLeo. And I go by Gio DeLeo on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
0:38 All right. So when did you find out about veganism and how, why?
[video] 0:46 I first found out about veganism, I think, for most people, just like... Anybody who experiences any type of situation, family vendettas, things that occur, whether that's a death, somebody getting sick, that's typically when you go exploring and you try to search for yourself a little more. And that happened to me back around in 2013 when my mother passed away. I found veganism. I wanted to become a better me. And I started, you know, looking at different nutritional regimens to kind of better me as an athlete, as a performer.
[video] 1:37 And I started with, you know, learning about Dr. Sebi, Laila Africa. And, you know, they kind of just inspired me to follow a vegan diet.
1:50 All right.
1:56 So how long were you vegan?
[video] 1:59 I was vegan for about five and a half, somewhere between five and a half to six years. Oh, wow.
[video] 2:10 Yeah. Pretty much through my 20s, 26. So all my 20s were pretty much, well, maybe 20, 21.
[video] 2:24 We're all vegan. I just recently let go of veganism.
2:29 Right. Talk about your first year. How did you feel?
[video] 2:39 My first year as a vegan, of course, I felt really good. You know, it's always a good thing to get rid of all the crappy foods from your diet. It's always... good to get rid of fast food and processed carbohydrates, the candy, the soda pops, and these foods. So I felt good because I removed them from my diet. Yeah, I felt really good.
3:11 Yeah. And then did anything change later on?
[video] 3:17 Yeah. It became difficult to... to recover as an athlete. But as a vegan, I just thought that it would be best if I just stayed strong in the diet and what I believed in and try to just figure out a different regimen. So what I found was myself constantly changing my regimen And then even having a lot of cheat meals on the weekends to kind of – I was pretty strict at the time eating grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
[video] 4:07 But then on the weekend, I would go ahead and have me go to a vegan restaurant and probably have me some potato fries and some type of vegan hamburger. soy burger.
[video] 4:22 So, yeah, I was constantly trying to make up for the deficiencies, but at the time, I didn't see them as deficiencies. I just thought that I needed to stay disciplined, you know. That's what they're teaching, you know, vegans teach that. They teach that you need to stick to the protocol, stick to the regimen, have some discipline, and for crying out loud, have some self-respect. I mean, you're going to go kill an animal, you know. I mean, you're going to contribute to the suffering of animals so you can be a blood-sucking zombie because that's how they come off. And you don't want to be that weirdo that's sucking blood when you're a vegan, but that's what your body is craving.
[video] 5:10 I would say after that year, after the first year, I began to have dreams about meat. Now, keep in mind, I went five and a half years, but after the first year, I was having dreams about meat and blood and steak. And it's not until you finally learn about the body and what works in the body and how it works and then hear other people's stories. about like, now I'm just finally five years in, it's like, let me listen to other ex-vegans. But at the two year mark, or at the one and a half year mark, I had these dreams, and my body was telling me what to eat, and then at the time, you will look into your vegan bible, which is other vegans, you know, your vegan disciples, and say, hey, what do I do? And they say, nah, you gotta mono-meal it, brother. That's what you gotta do.
[video] 6:12 And I'm like, holy shit, food combining is amazing. You can't mix fruits and vegetables and meat. I knew I was doing something wrong, so you become the problem. I thought that I was the problem. Right. And so that's how I constantly kept looking at it. So, yeah, I mean, that's really been my experience from, I would say, from year – one to two was the dreams years three to four. I was, I was really trying to push for my times as a competitive runner, because I mean, I run under five minute miles and I'm shooting for, you know, four 15 times in my mile. And I just couldn't do it. I'm running hard. Um, and I,
[video] 7:10 And I can just really speed past that because three and four was just a matter of me trying to run and be a competitive runner.
[video] 7:21 And then I found myself where I am today, which was four to five, years four and five, I finally started doing some more research. So it's not until I educated myself and looked at all –
[video] 7:41 all aspects, all sources, instead of having tunnel vision and only seeing a vegan diet, a plant-based diet, as the healthiest diet for man. And so what I began to do is I looked at other ex-vegans. I looked at Biology 101. I looked at just different... sources of a better understanding of human beings and how we've been eating for centuries and then I learned that the healthiest diet for human beings would have to be meat from animals because animals have a unique way of concentrating minerals vitamins and minerals that humans cannot otherwise do and it seems to me that The circle of life is a part of that.
[video] 8:38 So we can't really eat the grass, but the animals that can eat the grass can synthesize it for us, and then we can essentially rob the bank because they get all the nutrients from it, and then we get the nutrients from them. Exactly.
8:57 So what was it that made you stop?
[video] 9:03 You know, what it was is I started to feel very malnourished. And I started to, if you look at all the symptoms, and some of those symptoms being, you'll see this, you'll get a weird pulse in your neck indicating probably hyperthyroidism. And you will get...
[video] 9:32 This hypoglycemic look, you look hypoglycemic. You have a belly, but you have little arms. Your arms are little. Or if you're a guy, you have skinny legs. That's not healthy. You will see you're just very flabby up top. So I started looking at all the holistic symptoms, and I had them all. And I said, wow, I'm extremely malnourished, and I've been suffering, and my body had went into a survival mode. I was gaining weight, and I ate so clean, and I ran. At the end of veganism, I was running. I said, look, I'm going to give this thing one more shot. The last eight months or six months, I was –
[video] 10:25 And I think that was the worst. That was the worst. All right. I was running. I would wake up, and I would have me. Matter of fact, I wouldn't have anything because you're taught to intermittent fasting. It works good for you. No, not so much, man. What I experienced was...
[video] 10:50 Extremely low levels of energy. And I was out trying to run 10 to 15 to 20 miles a day to maintain a decent physique. And it really, really hurt my ability to recover physically. And I said, yo, it has to be my diet. It has to be because I'm doing everything right. I'm sitting in, you know, magnesium sulfate baths. I'm resting. I'm kicking my feet up. I'm not on my feet all day. I'm just running. And then I got my feet elevated. It must be the foods I'm eating. And then I just put two and two together. I said, wow, the richest people...
[video] 11:38 in the world, if you take a look at athletes, Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor, the people at the top of their craft, they are not eating a vegan diet. LeBron James and Kobe Bryant are not vegans. And I'm saying to myself, wow, what makes me think little old me, has figured it out with the little money and resources that I have, and they have all those resources, and they want to provide for their family and be the best for their family, why aren't they vegan? And then it just clicked. Because it's not the best diet as far as human performance. It's not. It causes...
[video] 12:27 It causes you, to say the least, it causes you to be a carnivore and you don't really realize it because you don't understand that your body starts to eat at itself. And once the body starts to eat at itself, that's when you begin to see how malnourished you really are. I tell people all the time, if you start to see things going away on your body, it's because you're malnourished.
12:55 Right.
12:57 Did you have any vegan friends or such?
[video] 13:04 I didn't, I didn't, but I had vegans on my Facebook and I had a lot of them. But as far as like, uh, people that were close to me, my best friend actually, uh, um, who's a, uh, professional, uh, amateur professional fighter. He's, uh, he's UFC. He, I actually got him to go more vegetarian. And that was pretty motivating, but yeah, he was the only one around me. But I had a lot of people on Facebook.
13:38 Did you tell other people to go vegan?
[video] 13:41 Oh, man, I told a lot of people I vegan coach, man. That's what as a personal trainer, I'm also a certified personal trainer through ACE. And I told so many people to go vegan. And then like even people that I wasn't coaching that I just gave advice, like I can be like running with a running crew. And they're just like, oh, you know, I'm 23, 24, 25, 26 years old. And they're asking me for advice to how they can look like me. And I'm like, well, I'm vegan. So you want to look like this, you have to eat more fruits and vegetables. And that's mainly it. I remember this one particular woman, she was asking me, she was so fatigued and She couldn't get anything done. Clearly, I know now that her hormones were imbalanced and that she probably just needed a good steak and some vegetable juice.
[video] 14:36 She probably had low electrolytes, magnesium, calcium. And potassium levels are probably imbalanced. But what did I tell her? I said, no, you have to eat more fruit. She says, I am eating fruit. I said, no, you're eating GMO fruits. And little did I know, I said, look, you're getting watermelons, you said, but are you getting the ones with the seeds? And she goes, no. Now, that's good advice. I told her to get the ones with seeds. But what I failed to realize that if you look at a wild watermelon and how it really looks, you would have to realize that this thing right here is a hybrid.
[video] 15:16 So I'm telling her, eat hybrid fruits. This is how you get more energy.
[video] 15:23 So I had so many people. So to say the least, man, I – I recommend it to so many people, the vegan diet, that are people that are still vegans to this day that think I've gone off my rocker.
[video] 15:42 They pretty much stayed vegan, and I pretty much had to make an apology, man, to the people on Facebook that I ever recommended to the vegan diet. I said, I got it all wrong. The vegan diet is not the best diet for men.
16:00 Right.
16:02 Did you ever cheat or maybe not on purpose?
[video] 16:09 I, I, um, I got a story. It was a friend, um, in, in, um, Oh, Oh, old city. I used to live in and I was at his house and I was vegan, vegan. And, um, but this is like my first two, three months vegan. And it's funny because I heard a story about a guy who, you know, who they say, I think Natasha Campbell tells the story. She talks about a man who was vegan for a little bit and then he just he bought a chicken and he just ate the whole thing on the corner. Yeah. I kind of essentially did the same thing at my friend's house. After like the first month or two or three, I was at his house all day. And I know I ate a couple crackers because, you know, that's vegan, you know.
[video] 17:07 And he said, hey, man, we're going to cook, you know. I know you don't eat this stuff, but, you know, we're going to cook. I'm going to have some chicken parmesan or something, some type of pasta dish with chicken and stuff in it. And I had some of that and I only took a little bit and so what I thought was I'll just eat a little bit of this get me through a day you know and I'll just uh clean my system out and I'll be good and continue with my diet no I probably ate half that dish myself so That was essentially like my only severe cheat to where I had an excessive amount of chicken and I didn't even realize actually until now, until this conversation, you know, that my body really, really, really wanted saturated fats.
18:02 Right. Did you take any pills such as B12?
[video] 18:08 Yes. You know what? I took a liquid form of B12.
[video] 18:17 I didn't take it right away because I wasn't really informed that I needed a B12 because, you know, you have guys that tell you that you don't need B12, B12. It's not just a vegan problem, but people that eat animals. And then I did learn that B12 does have the tendency of being able to be sustained in the body for long periods of time, so it doesn't really go away. You can live on B12 for like two years, they say. So I was under that illusion, and I concluded that I didn't need B12 right away in the first couple years. But then after that, I took a pill. um, um, methylcobalamin, cyanocobalamin, uh, form of B12.
19:05 Right. Okay.
19:07 So what did you learn from Dr. Sebi? Do you want to talk about him?
[video] 19:13 Um, what I learned from, um, people like Dr. Sebi is, uh, I personally, I got to the opportunity, uh, to talk with the brother and, you know, he, what it pretty much boils down to is the man had a health awakening to his own, to his own health journey. And he decided that he would help other people by giving them, um, nutrients or giving them a supplement that they may, be depleted in. He started doing his research and he's been very beneficial to the people in his community and the people that he's helped cured.
[video] 20:10 But anybody, I've realized and I think everybody should come to the realization that you heal yourself and your body heals itself. You just have to understand how to feed the cells. And I think there's plenty of people I think if people that follow Dr. Sebi and they also follow, you know, agenists, Vonderplanets, and they also follow the ketogenic protocol from anybody who teaches the ketogenic protocol, could have been healed from these particular malnourishments because people that are doing the ketogenic protocol, They understand that there are certain deficiencies that you're going to have based on the environment and environmental pollutions and things like that. So it would behoove you to get more potassium in your diet, which people are lacking. They don't get enough of.
[video] 21:09 So what Dr. Sebi would do is he would give these people – he would give them –
[video] 21:20 bladder wax he will give them plant based minerals that they that will help clean out the toxins because they had poor diets when they could have just eliminated the toxins and then the body would have cleansed itself naturally but people need a replacement for this and so and so I'm not going to go to McDonald's instead I'm just going to take this Dr. Sebi Green Food Plus, you know, and I want to be very clear. I'm not dissing Dr. Sebi, but I'm just saying that if we educate ourselves more, we will find the answer within ourselves.
22:02 Okay, yeah.
22:07 Anything else you want to add?
[video] 22:10 Yeah, you know, my experience as a vegan... is been the absolute worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. The things that change when you are a vegan, you've become not just alienated and losing friends and thinking that you are now better, you adopt this. This type of thinking that you are better, it's a type of thinking that's equivalent to people that believe that they're going to go to heaven. And so they condemn everybody else and think that they're going to go to hell. You get so high on your high horse. So, you know, that I was infected by that. Let me walk this way. I was infected by that.
[video] 23:07 But not only that, I found myself health wise.
[video] 23:15 I finally was diagnosed. This is some of the horrible things about veganism. I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as a vegan. As a vegan. So... What I've learned is that being vegan is a high – in order to be a vegan, you have to essentially eat a high-carbohydrate diet. Rather, that's refined or from whole fruits. What happens is I've learned that the body is unable to hold so much blood glucose at one time. And if you eat a whole watermelon, if you eat 20 oranges, if you eat seven bananas, what's going to happen is, yeah, you're going to get some nutrients, but you're sacrificing also your pancreas. And so what I did as a vegan is I sacrificed my pancreas and my liver's ability to be able to function properly because of the overload.
[video] 24:13 Because keep in mind, as a vegan, if you're not eating and you're not – I should say if you're not mindful of your meal timings, when your brain, when you understand the brain, when your brain is ready to eat again, it will take from your body, period. It's not going to wait and say, oh, you know what? Gio is he's busy at work right now. and he's not going to be able to eat for the next two or three hours. There's no fasting when you're a vegan. That's one of the downfalls to being vegan. It's like you think that you can fast when you actually can't because the brain is addicted to sugar like crack, and that's the fuel source that your brain is running off. It's the rocket fuel for your brain, and your brain constantly wants that.
[video] 25:10 So in order to, just like with drugs, you would have to do more and increase the dosage every single time. And what you'll find in every vegan experience is that you constantly change up your regimen to try to fix your body. You will take all these herbs. And you have a counter of herbs. Oh, that's another thing I had. I had a counter of herbs, just everything that you can name. I had, you know, cayenne peppers and bladderwax and sea moss and all these herbs. Herbs like slippery almond, clove, because, I mean, that was my medicine.
[video] 26:03 Why did I need so much medicine if I wasn't getting fed through the food that I was eating? That should have been the sign. I shouldn't need all these herbs like that because these herbs are indigenous to a certain geographical location. So nobody in primal times was getting shipped UPS herbs. So you can't tell me that that's the best way for humans to live. Now, granted, I will say that these herbs... do have the tendency of manipulating, manipulating a, like if you're used to eating ice cream before you go to bed and you switch it up and you drink an herbal tea, right?
[video] 26:57 Your body will eliminate toxins because you are not eating toxins and it now has time to eliminate those toxins. And so what I found is, Majority of my vegan experience has been predicated on me eliminating things that are harmful to my body, such as what I call now non-human foods. And now I've realized that... Okay, well, let me learn a little bit more about these fruits and vegetables and see if all the compounds in these fruits and vegetables that I was eating are healthy. And what I found is that it's not. I found that there are bioactive compounds in vegetables, also in fruit, that are extreme. Of course, we already know to keep it basic about fruit, it's the sugar.
[video] 27:55 And know, I just want to repeat, know that the fucking fiber in fruit does not slow down how quickly it gets to the blood. It has very little effect. The important part is, what is it balanced with? If you eat a lot of fruit and you eat no animal flesh at all, then your body, your brain has the ability to want to latch on to the glucose molecules which it is breaking down to and it wants to get it as quickly as possible. It does not give a shit about how quickly
[video] 28:39 Or how slowly that it gets it up there. It says, oh, you know what? I'm just going to take my time and grab the nutrients from that very slowly so I don't fuck you up. No, it will fuck you up. So I'm sorry to say it will mess you up. That's why your body has no regulation system for carbohydrates. What happens is you just... you just end up flattening a system, and you're just driving on that flat tire. And what happens is that what that ends up being is diabetes. It produces diabetes because there's no symptom. There's no leptin receptor to be able to say stop eating the carbohydrates. You'll get full essentially because you – um, you put, you put a lot of stuff in your colon. All right.
[video] 29:35 You put a lot of stuff in your mouth and no systems don't, you can't just keep eating. You're, you're not, you're not a, you know, uh, you're not a cow. So eventually, you know, your body says, okay, dude, slow it down. You filled up the belly enough. And, and plus you can't really, um, you can't really eat that much anyways, when you're eating, um, a lot of, uh, water, high water, uh, concentrated fruits, which is the end result of a vegan diet. And I will say to any vegan, if you are at the end, which is fruitarianism, if you are a fruitarian, you are at the end of veganism. I promise you that eventually... That it's coming. That you will finally wake up and realize that saturated fat is needed from the body. And veganism is a diet that is very low in a saturated fat.
[video] 30:31 And that it would behoove you to actually figure out how your gallbladder works. Once you understand how your gallbladder works, then you will finally understand that you need the gallbladder unless you're under the illusion that the gallbladder is an organ that is not really needed. And that's what Western... Western education and medicine, they teach you that the gallbladder is just an extra system. But if you believe that, then, hey, you know, you can pretty chuck up your health as a loss because you really don't understand biology. You don't understand how your systems function. And then when you understand your gallbladder, then you understand that your liver actually sends that substance called bile, that's coming from the liver.
[video] 31:28 So there's a whole process in how your body metabolizes proteins from animals.
[video] 31:39 This is the best foods for human beings because not only have we been eating it for generations and for the whole humanity, since the beginning of times, if there ever was a beginning, whatever you believe. But we've been eating this diet as far as your recent years, thousands of years. It is important that you figure out what we've been eating. And what you'll find is that we ate a little bit of meat and a little bit of grains. So you can either do two things. You can either conclude that based on certain studies that grains are the cause of bad health, or you can say that meat is. Now, what you will find in that research is grains in those times were incredibly different
[video] 32:38 from the grains that we have now that we are buying in stores. But you will also see that like the grains from the Egyptians and we have monuments that show malnourishment. And so you can look and see these people were fat, were malnourished, had heart disease, you know, and That's as far as I will go on that because I don't know all the conditions that they had, but I'm just trying to give people a little history lesson. If somebody wants to go back and say that in Africa, we were eating a particular way, yeah, we were. We were eating...
[video] 33:20 straight animal flesh, raw, fresh animal flesh and we were extremely hydrated and we were the people that were the most talented as far as people that lived in Africa as far as being able to capture animals with a I would say unique technique. We had this incredible bond with animals that was that other people wondered, hey, people that came from other countries, how do you do that? How do you sneak up on that animal and get within 15 feet? When I get within 15 feet and I try to shoot it with an arrow, as soon as it sees me, it runs. How do you have the ability to sustain yourself? And this goes back to people in the United States where I stay in North America.
[video] 34:21 find themselves trying to figure out what the people historically were eating that makes them good, which makes them talented athletes. They do that today.
[video] 34:38 They have people that go back to Africa and they will say, what makes these Kenyans incredible at running? These Kenyans are not eating a vegan diet. They're eating animal flesh, mole pharaoh. You know, these people that promote a vegetarian lifestyle are not eating vegetarian. They're eating what they call a banting diet. I believe I'm pronouncing that right. Am I pronouncing that right? Possibly. I'm not sure what you mean. Banting diet, essentially what it is, it's high-fat animals. It's raw milk, raw cheese. I mean, it's a lot of dairy and a lot of animal flesh and fish. Pescatarian?
35:30 Yeah, if you mean fish and dairy and eggs, yeah.
[video] 35:35 Yeah, so they have this type of pescatarian but more saturated fat. It's a high in a saturated fat diet. And I want people to know that because if you're talking about, you know, performance, being able to have systems to be able to have a lot of energy, which is if anybody knows anything about Kenyans in there. They're running in their credentials and running. If you want that type of energy, then I would just recommend that you eat those type of foods that they eat, which is the raw dairy, which is the raw milk, you know, the cheese, the eggs, those type of things. And oh, yeah, pig has been a staple. historically in almost every, every, every people such as, you know, there are people that they proclaim to have a meatless diet, like the Okinawans.
[video] 36:36 I'm here to tell people that the Okinawans did not have a meatless diet. Like I believe fish is meat, but That's the truth, man. I just want everybody to realize that the vegan diet is not all rainbows. You will find yourself very malnourished. You will find yourself, oh, you know what? How can I leave this out, guys? This is so important.
[video] 37:01 In my vegan experience, I found that... my testosterone was going down. So my testosterone was depleting as I was getting more vegan, as I got more strict vegan. Notice when you are crossing over into vegetarian, I mean into vegan, you're probably at your healthiest, which is why I love the video that you have showing the vegans before they decided to be vegan for so many years. So you're going to find yourself being more healthy. But what you have to keep in mind, or at least what the vegan diet did for me, was my testosterone levels got low. Really, really low.
[video] 38:00 And I didn't really crave... My sexual appetite depreciated, I should say that. And being young, you don't really have any indicator that tells you that you're fucking up your sex hormones. So...
[video] 38:18 So I didn't know, but what I found out is that I was with this chick, and, you know, I noticed that if I have any type of alcohol or I smoked marijuana, that I became imbalanced quickly, very quickly. Now, I'm already imbalanced on this vegan diet, but I didn't know at the time, but I've become –
[video] 38:46 way off balance by ingesting these chemicals and what I learned is by not being vegan is that I had problems with erectile dysfunction being a vegan now somebody's going to say well I don't have those problems as a vegan now but I want you to focus on something very very important which is you have to really get feedback from the women that you are having relationships with, because if you don't challenge yourself or ask those by asking those women, you know, then you'll never know because men, we think that we're the best at sex. So we don't never say, you know, our shit is bad.
[video] 39:40 So, but what I found is my experiences got better in some of the women that that I was intimate with would say, Hey, since you've been eating the meat, you would have been great. And then I'm thinking to myself, why didn't you just tell me this shit when I was vegan and said, Hey man, your sex sucks. So, so that's one thing I want people to really understand is that you have no, you have no real measurement. You should probably go look at your, um, your estrogen levels, your testosterone levels, and see if they're dipping, and see if estrogen is increasing. I'm pretty sure, I'm pretty sure that that's the case, that estrogen is gonna go up, and that testosterone is gonna go down.
[video] 40:32 And if that is not the case, you will find yourselves getting, a vegan diet is full of toxins. And what you're going to do as a vegan is you're going to say, okay, you know, I'm not going to go out with my friends. I'm still going to go out with my friends. I'm going to go out to these buffets, and I'm just going to eat some salad. Okay, so now you're eating non-organic salad that has glyphosate, that has fossil fuels, that just has animal shit and manure all in it. And not only that, but it's mixed with chemicals. So there you go. There's your vegan diet right there. It's, it's incredibly insane how vegans will tell, they will, talk about not eating animals, but then they will go to the local fast food joint and eat some McDonald's fries and say, these are potatoes. Those are not potatoes.
[video] 41:32 Those are canola oil and margarine potatoes that have a lot of salt. that is not even recognizable to nature. That salt cannot go into the ground and produce anything. It doesn't, it's not a mineral anymore. So now you have all that junk in your system. You have a diet Coke in your system because you're watching your calories because you're a vegan. So you're more health conscious. And so you make horrible food choices. You go to vegan restaurants, you make vegan ice creams, you get, You're going to have a lot of coconut ice cream and a whole bunch of other bullshit. Now, if you're going to do that, just don't even waste your time. You either do the vegan diet and experience this malnourishment very quickly, but if you wait... five years, like, Gio, you're going to end up with problems.
[video] 42:30 Problems that can seriously hurt you, have effects on your sexual hormones, have an effect on your recovery, your brain. I think I've experienced, not think, I did experience, I'm sorry, I'm still new to my shame of being a vegan, but no, guys, I did experience, I did experience a lot of brain fog,
[video] 42:58 And I became borderline autistic. My my face was very inflamed. All right. And I'm going to show a matter of fact, I'll just send some images. that's okay I will send images of how I looked as a vegan running 20 and 30 miles a day and very consistent with with my workout regimens and how I put on weight the people need to see that that is very important because you will find remember what I said guys going back to the brain in the brain is It does not care what measurements you're on. All it wants to do is be nourished. So if you eat a diet that does not nourish you, you will not have physical, spiritual gains. You will not see...
[video] 43:59 This type of bubbly muscle. When you don't have this bubbly, when your muscle doesn't look full of fat, then your body is eating at the active muscles. It tends to eat at the most active muscles, which if you're a woman, you tend to use your arms a lot. Or you like to walk a lot. And so if you do that, and you have little legs, but you're big up top, and you have this type of muffin top, It's because you're malnourished, all right? It's very important we understand that because most people are not grabbing holistic books on realizing what – if you have –
[video] 44:42 a type of acne bump here, which indicates liver. You know, when you have orange skin and you have baggy eyes, baggy eyes are the kidneys, and your ability to, skin changing colors for other people, that's, you know, vitamin A is definitely being poorly converted as a vegan, there's just so many different things that you have to be aware of. But I say the biggest thing is this, looking at those eyes. The eyes are the most, I say the most important. Because what I found in every vegan in my research is if you look at their eyes, they have
[video] 45:34 kidneys are suffering. The reason why the kidneys are suffering is because people tend to drink a lot of liquid when they're doing the vegan diet right. They love to push that water, and it's always in bottles, which is equivalent, I don't know if you know, it's equivalent to a bottle, a plastic bottle of water equivalent to a um what you call it pregnancy pills that they take you know what are they called I get what you mean yeah Yeah, so they're that bad for the body, man. They're that bad. They mess up your hormones.
[video] 46:23 So if you're vegan and you're drinking from plastic bottles of water, from the crystal glaciers, plastic bottle of water, you are getting all type of BPA, GPA, and CPA. I made up the last two. But, guys, there's a lot of things that we don't even know goes into those plastics. That are killing you. But what about the ones that have BPA free? Those are trash too. But you get what you can wherever you're at. But all I'm saying is that we have to look into the water intake as well. In my experience, being vegan. Like I said, as it relates to the kidneys, you will find your kidneys are, like, constantly trying to filter so it can, like, hold on to nutrients, but you keep flushing the nutrients because you're a fruitarian, because you want to drink high amounts of water. So what happens is you end up just depleting all of the nutrients that you even put in your body.
[video] 47:22 So now you have a problem. So if you're vegan and you see these black – or sad bags under the eyes, you are malnourished. And my solution would be very simple. It's not complicated. It's no secret. It's be one with nature, eat nature's food, which is animals. Um, and get your sleep, get back on your circadian time clock and, um, When you do that, you will find your health will get better. And don't, I repeat, don't be fooled by the fruits and the vegetables that are being pushed on us. They are not the healthiest as far as pound for pound or ounce for ounce. That is a lot of delusion.
[video] 48:23 They are alluding that broccoli has more protein than animal. This is crazy stuff. It is absolutely not true. It's crazy for you to think that broccoli is more beneficial than some grass-fed liver, beef liver, grass-fed chicken liver, animals that are eating their natural diet from organs. It's crazy. If you have a I guarantee you this, and this is something that I would recommend someone try. If you eat a little bit of beef liver and you try a little bit of broccoli, let's see which one sustains life and which one causes malnourishment. Because I believe that if meat is healthy, you can be able to eat just meat. Right. Right. And you should be able to sustain yourself. Yeah.
[video] 49:22 Should try that. Or if broccoli was healthy, then eat just broccoli. And I guarantee you, you won't do that for five days. And if you're doing that for five days, I don't know what to say to you, man. That's ridiculous. But you will find yourself having problems and complications very quickly. And the benefits, I have to talk about the benefits. I'll close with the benefits. The benefits so far being is finally eating animals. My sleep has been amazing. I could never sleep really, really good as a vegan. But my sleep has been amazing. My recovery, I went from sleeping, you know, six, seven, eight hours and still feeling like crap to now. So now I can sleep five hours and feel good, feel really good, y'all. And so I love that.
[video] 50:22 And it's not going to happen right away. There's definitely some things that you have to learn. Definitely check me out on my Facebook page, and I'll definitely teach more about that. But we're not going to just leave you guys out there, you know, to the reasons why you should eat more animal flesh without educating you on why we do it, because it's beneficial for cancers, because it's beneficial for all diseases. And I do mean all diseases. All diseases can be cured. but they're only cured through balancing of hormones. And hormones are essential by being fed nutrients like cholesterol. Cholesterol is an antioxidant. It is very beneficial. It is the best, probably the king of minerals.
[video] 51:18 So you don't need a pill form of cayenne pepper as a vegan. just eat you some animal flesh and you will get your zinc, your magnesium, your potassium. You will find all these minerals in a small amount of meat than you will find in a large amount of vegetables. And I don't know why you would want to, if you look at the studies on calorie restriction. Now, I'm not a big fan. Let me just throw it out there. I'm not a big fan of any studies, all right? But I take them into consideration because these studies have an agenda. I can show you studies on meat being good funded by the meat industry, but I can also show you studies funded by vegans and vegetarians about meat being bad. So there's really no fight there.
[video] 52:14 We can show both sides, but what I want you to be concerned with is calorie restriction in this particular study shows that the more you jam in your body, the quicker you cause problems in your body. That's done by, number one, being carbohydrates. So the quicker you shove carbohydrates in your body, your systems become, they become stiff. All right. And and you get this type of jitteriness and vegans like that jitteriness with their high ass. I'm sorry. I got to say it. They like it because they say they're so high. And it's like, no, you are. You're literally addicted to the chemicals. You need to stop it. You know, you like that tingly feeling, you know, and that's like.
[video] 53:10 That's like, it's a diabetic symptom. That's all that is. It's a diabetic symptom. And it's just like, you want to keep feeling that way, you're going to develop this type of shakiness. And really, that's a sign that you need to eat meat, to say the least. But anyways, in this study, it shows that if you eat less calories...
[video] 53:40 There's this type of longevity factor with eating less. They show it with animals. They show it with human beings. And I encourage anybody to look into these studies. But guess what? If you eat 1,000 –
[video] 53:55 uh, calories of, you know, uh, grass fed beef liver, any organs of an animal, you will find yourself with less calories at the end of the day. So if you're into calorie restriction, which I don't recommend, I think calorie restriction is not good. I think you should eat, eat and eat because if you don't eat, your body will eat itself. Would you say that's correct brother? Yeah. So I recommend eat, but the only way you're going to be able to, to, sustain yourself on a regimen like that is by eating foods that satiate you. And the only foods that satiate you are foods that have a wide range of vitamins and minerals. And broccoli does not have a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It doesn't have selenium.
[video] 54:50 It has very small amounts of all the nutrients that someone can say that broccoli has. It has very small amounts to the point that really they're not effective at all. And it's like you had them. at all. So essentially what it is, is it's a fiber. A fiber. And what you'll learn is that fiber is not needed. Potassium is, which is why you should eat the vegetables, cruciferous vegetables in particular, because they help with estrogen levels in the body. And vegans that don't eat a lot of these cruciferous vegetables are going to struggle more quickly. You know, and that's really it, man. I want people to just understand, bottom line is the vegan diet is the most malnourished diet that you can ever be on. Wait, I take that back.
[video] 55:45 A fruitarian diet, which is an advanced form of vegan diet, according to vegans, is the worst type of diet you can be on because it shoves, it shoves...
[video] 56:01 Carbohydrates into the body and in the body again has no No ability to be able to slow down This this its effect on how fast it hits the bloodstream which over time causes Advanced glycation end product and you're familiar with that, right?
[video] 56:28 So if you look at The many other videos that I encourage you to take a look at, like the epitome of malnourished vegans.
56:41 What is it? Yeah, the epitome of malnourishment.
[video] 56:45 Yes. It is a fruitarian diet and a vegan diet. I'm going to close with that, guys.
56:53 By the way, I didn't want to interrupt you before, but I'll link two articles where they explain what the Okinawans actually ate. because it's a high animal fat diet. And vegans don't get that no people choose to eat a lot of plants in nature. There's never been such people. Everybody chooses to eat animal fat. And they believe that Okinawans somehow chose to eat a lot of plants, and nobody does that. That's a joke.
[video] 57:23 No, no one's going to eat. No, bro, if you got a fucking goat at your disposal, which we know produces milk, and even if you're religious and you don't kill the animal and you let it die and then you eat the animal, they're not going to let that go to waste. We're talking about people that don't have grocery stores. We're living off the land. You honestly think that those people are just trying to go over to trees and wait for avocados to grow? Uh-huh, yeah. No, no, no, bro. They're going to they're going to eat what is what we know is a diet full of animal products. And the only reason why we have these. Problems with animals today and being able to digest things like milk, and this is, in my opinion, and based off of people I've worked with and the research that I've done,
[video] 58:22 It seems to be environmental pollutions that are affecting our body systems. And when our systems are stressed, who would have thought that shit won't work? Anybody will know that when your body is stressed, it shuts off your digestive system, your immune system, your respiratory system, and your respiratory system. So with those things not being able to function optimally, and you're stressed at a meal or you're eating on the go, what happens is it has an effect on systems like your gallbladder, your stomach acid, and now you have low stomach acid. So now when you eat meat, you're like, I can't digest the meat. I knew the meat was bad. And it's just like, no, it's not the meat. Like, stop it. Like, I want you to get your stomach acid levels up and then come talk to me. You know what I'm saying?
[video] 59:19 Tell me how you feel once you have cleansed that liver, once you have cleansed that gallbladder. Is your stool floating? You know what I'm saying? Do you see the excess bacterias? Are you having a normal bowel movement? And if you're not, I know so many vegans that are constipated that are friends of mine that I know online, and they're always talking about how constipated they are. And I'm like, it's because you're not getting the nutrients that help contract the colon. If you got the nutrients that you needed. And I was also, I'm just going to say that I was also one that experienced this constipation. But I experienced it before a vegan diet through eating the high carbohydrates, refined sugars, candy, and stuff like that from a standard American diet. And then I went vegan. It cleaned up a lot.
[video] 1:00:18 Um, but then I experienced it again. So, and what happens is you stay stuck there and you start to have this normal bowel movement, which you're crediting to the vegan diet. But the normal bowel movement is just coming from your body, you know, figuring out a way to deal with your bullshit. And it's saying, okay, obviously I can't keep this in. I'm going to have to push it out. But what it does do is it gives you a sign. It gives you a sign. And that's how the bowel movement looks. If it's an improper bowel movement, that will be the sign indicating that you are malnourished. And I think it's one of the best indicators of malnourishment is stool. But it's subjective because there's a lot that comes into that. Some people believe that if the stool is floating,
[video] 1:01:14 then it's because that your ability to absorb fat is suffering, so you can't absorb fat. And other people say, well, it's floating because you're eating a lot of high fiber. Doesn't paint the whole picture, but it's definitely something to look at. But I definitely don't think that people should stop eating animal products since they don't do well with them. I would just say try to... But, man, I would just recommend Agnes, man, because there's not another goat like him. Because fermenting and trying to, like, heat up things and making them more digestible, like vegetables, is the best possible thing you can do. But giving them up completely only pushes you back into high carbohydrates.
[video] 1:02:14 And high carbohydrates cause this disease in the body. Again, you're not able to regulate that blood. You have a 40, 50 gram carbohydrate meal and you're having three, four meals a day. You got 200 grams of carbohydrates from. quinoa and its crappy profiles, people, what's wrong with my quinoa? It's quinoa, man. There's nothing good with it, man. It's a fucking grain that has protein, man. Yeah, it has protein. According to who? See, something in nature, it will indicate to you whether it has the right
[video] 1:03:04 racial and complete, what we now call complete proteins, which quinoa, by the way, isn't a complete protein. They label it as a complete protein, which is false. It's missing components. And you can just do your research on quinoa and why it's a horrible grain. And remember what I said, historically, you will find that we were eating grains and meat. But grains were relatively new. They weren't at the beginning. They are relatively new. And this is not something our bodies, everything that I'm saying has to do with adaptations and gene polymorphisms. And you will find your genes are able to deal with your bullshit for a long time. So if you want to be vegan for five years like I was, you will find that your body is going to compensate. But it's like, okay, you want to be vegan for five years?
[video] 1:04:02 I'm going to take from your eye cells, your foot cells, your brain cells. Your hair is going to fall out. I'm going to cause some type of issue to get you to realize it's like the microbes and bacteria and everything that's living in you is saying, we don't like that. We don't like that. Please. Feed yourself properly. And so this has to do with, like, everything in your body, in nature, being in semiosis with your biology. So these microbes and these parasites that we're calling them, good bacteria and bad bacteria that consumes us, are beneficial, right? The HDL and LDL beneficial, you know, there's nothing bad.
[video] 1:04:56 Your body only has intelligent responses that is very necessary when it's at a state of trauma. when you get scared, they say the fight or flight response is signaled. Why? Because what happens is it gives you the ability to run away from that prey. And you can, in the, in the modern times, you'll get that same response by driving and almost getting into a car accident by being in a bad relationship, um, by being at work and being stressed. Of course your systems are not going to be able to digest something that requires energy. You cannot be unhealthy and eat regular – not regular, I'm sorry. You cannot be – see, that's the trickery.
[video] 1:05:55 I was going to say and drink regular milk. But you know that's a trick, though, because it's pasteurized. So it's like – You're doomed anyway. You're going to get the pastor milk, and you're going to have a problem with it because they've taken out the enzymes. So now you have to go on this journey to try to find raw milk, which I encourage somebody to do that and try the raw milk. And if you don't do good with the raw milk, combine the raw milk with something. Figure out what works. It's very different for everybody. You will find that... you're able to adapt by having some milk and some meat with it. You can do better with cheese if you eat your cheese with some cruciferous vegetables. But you still need those things because what I learned in my new experiences as being a natural being, one that's one with nature is,
[video] 1:06:56 Once I realized, oh, man, my gallbladder is having some difficulties, so I'm going to eat now. And this is what vegans do. And this is really what they do, man. They tend to eat things that metabolize in the mouth.
[video] 1:07:13 So they don't have a hard time down here in digestion. But those systems have to be paid. They are like human beings. They don't want to do work for free. So essentially, you're not even giving the systems what it needs, and you're saying work for free. And eventually, it says, I'm not a slave. I'm going to rebel. Right. So the best advice would be don't eat things that metabolize in the mouth and are easier to break down through these systems because all those things are just high-carbohydrate foods. That's it. A sucker is not hard because it breaks down in the mouth. If you leave a sucker, a candy in your mouth, it will dissolve in your mouth. Meat, not so much. You can chew it a lot.
[video] 1:08:11 Then the small particles end up going down into the esophagus, hitting the stomach acid, to which it further breaks down. But... Who would have thought if you don't have the low pH in the stomach from one to three, your ability to metabolize animal proteins and animal fats are going to suffer. And you don't cure it. by eating more carbs, because then the carbs affect the pancreas, which affect the thyroid, which stresses the body, and you don't know stress, because some people don't think they're stressed. That's why I try to paint a picture of what stress looks like.
[video] 1:08:59 If you stomp your toe, if you hit your elbow, if you trip and almost fall, if you're embarrassed about a situation, there's so many things that indicate stress to your body that are In ancient times, we wouldn't give a damn. If we fell, we just fell. We wouldn't care about whose shoes. If you're embarrassed, if your kid's embarrassed because they don't have the good quality tennis shoes, then now their systems are suffering as a result. But these are new age problems. Would you agree with me on that, brother? Sure. Sure. So if you have no way of indicating that you are stressing and you think that you're having this peaceful life such as, you know, I hate to say the name, and you can cut this out of the video if you like, but vegan gains is a clear example of malnourishment.
[video] 1:09:58 The man has problems with the brain because he needs to just go eat some dairy. It's very simple. You can't. You can't say that the vegan diet is the best diet for human beings and then have all these health problems and then go get a blood injection from B12 and then have all the symptoms that indicate that you're not getting enough vitamin D. Well, vitamin D is from the sun, and you can get that by going outside, and you can even get it through mushrooms and a bunch of bologna. It's a bunch of bologna because... You have to understand your body does not want you to have a supplement. It's just that simple. It wants you to eat what it's always had. You are your mother and father. What did they eat? You are your mother's parents as well, so you are your grandparents. What did they eat?
[video] 1:10:57 Were they vegan, vegetarian? And then what health problems did they have? Majority of our people, majority of us grew up on a standard American diet. And a standard American diet will make you sick. You get rid of all the toxins, you get rid of the problems. You get rid of the grains, you get rid of the problems. Obviously, I'm one that shows that if you go back from ancient times, from meat, to grains, which one caused more of a problem, because I'm not gonna throw in processed refined sugar because that wasn't there. So it just had to be meat, which is from the beginning, grains showing up being a relatively new phenomenon. And then with grains, what has come?
[video] 1:11:50 And then if you eat a diet full of grains or starch, right, or gluten, because these things have gluten and you have sensitivities, and if there's such thing as gluten sensitivities, bro, I'm confused. If there's such thing as gluten sensitivities and grains that can be indicated by the body, I've never heard anybody have a meat sensitivity. I've never heard that. Like, Meat sensitivities are not happening. Now, it's very rare, so I'm not going to say it's not happening. Some people can't have meat, but it's not you. It's not you watching this video. It's very small, and they have a gene polymorphism that is a saturated fat. Are you familiar with that one to where they can't do good with saturated fat?
1:12:47 Possibly. There's also a tick bite that can make you allergic to beef, supposedly.
[video] 1:12:56 A tick bite? Supposedly. Huh. Interesting. That's something to think about, but it's... It's not happening. It's not happening. And the reason why I think that it's definitely possible that you can have this gene and you can have that tick bite as well that affects beef. But here's the problem that I want people to recognize. You're, ah, man, I hate to say it like this, but you're fucked anyway. If you cannot eat saturated fat from animals, you're fucked. You're fucked because if you have this gene polymorphism, it is equivalent to this gene polymorphism that is within mice or rats or whatever that have that yellow fur. I don't remember the name, but you guys can look this up.
[video] 1:13:51 And what happens is this diet that they were eating that makes them more –
[video] 1:14:01 prone to cancer, diabetes, and all these type of metabolic disarrangements, pretty much they came out the womb affected. So now eating those type of processed foods, which is what you're going to do if you have this gene polymorphism that makes you so you can't eat saturated fats. So what do you eat? You eat high carbohydrates. But guess what? High carbohydrates affect your pancreas. So you're doomed from the start. So now your life expectancy was damaged at the mitochondria and at the gut flora in your mother. So now it would behoove you to try to change through epigenetics by trying to figure out how to process these meats. And I'm going to tell you, man, I've never seen
[video] 1:14:49 a more better protocol than agenist Vonderplanet being able to adopt this fermented meat to help digestion. And I don't think that, and no, it's not that I don't think. They are not using this regimen in hospitals. They are not using this to cure cancer. But based on the sincere studies of agenists, we've concluded that If you eat foods that are fermented, your body knows exactly what to do. It almost goes through the system like it was meant. Am I right about that, bro? Right. Instead of taking this harder digestive process, it's almost like saying, man, I've been waiting for that.
[video] 1:15:45 You know, and I would just start off and encourage anyone to start off the same way I'm going to start off, which is with raw eggs. You just, you know, hydrate on some raw eggs, cool down on the water a little bit because the system, one thing I need people to understand is the system, when you're sick, it doesn't do good with water. I've noticed that from experience. I noticed, and I've been doing some studies on myself based on my work, before meals, and I notice when I don't have water that my body and my stomach acid levels are optimal. It has the ability to break down my foods without any problems at all, any gas or any bloating. When you drink water, you know, you're working out and you have a bottle of water because they say drink eight glasses of water a day to stay hydrated, and then you go eat. Cause that's what people do.
[video] 1:16:43 They go work out, they go to the gym, they kill that bottle of water cause they feel like they did a good workout and then they go home and within 15, 20, 30 minutes or even an hour they're eating when they already had raised the pH from three to five. And now their stomach acid is not, it's not low enough, you know, at a pH to be able to digest meat. So I guess I'm pretty much saying like it, It boils down to this. You're the problem. Meat is not the problem. And if you want to help yourself, the best possible diet is not veganism. And this is coming from an ex-vegan. For five, six years, I was doing that vegan diet. And I finally realized, I've come to my senses that
[video] 1:17:35 If you want to be nourished and you want to live long and you want to be strong and you want to be vibrant and you have any disease, then you want to consider more of a ketogenic protocol and figure out the benefits of a ketogenic protocol. But I want people to focus more on saturated fats, mono and poly saturated fats that are in animals in its raw state. I encourage everybody to study that and not be so domesticated that you can't even look into it. As a vegan, as an ex-vegan, if I can do it, I think what happens is if you can't even fathom the thought of even studying something, I think you have, I think the worst disease is being closed-minded.
[video] 1:18:32 That's the worst possible disease that you can have, is being closed-minded to the point where you don't even consider, you know, the possibility of healing in raw meat. And what you will find in your research through seeing Dr. Agnes Vonderplanet on the doctors, one thing that I want people to listen to very carefully, he challenged doctors on everything. on chemistry and having a laboratory experiment, closed experiment case done on people that eat raw meats versus people that eat the way that they recommend. They did not accept that challenge. They just tried to make him look like a quack. But they did not refute him in that statement. And keep in mind, we're the
[video] 1:19:32 He had his own case studies that he funded and that he was really sincerely trying to get out to people so they can see. And you will find that Arjunas was a very sincere man who really was, he was gifted in the sense of being able to, the male person,
[video] 1:20:01 Yeah, but he was gifted in being able to really have the brains to be able to go into these scientific experiments and try to indicate from all aspects and all spectrums, trying to figure out why is it that if we put this pig in this – secluded space indoors and we trap it and we keep it clean and we wash it, why is it that it's not healthy as the pig that is out eating the grass in nature? Is it because of the sunlight, you know? And in our medicine, in Western medicine and Western train of thought period, what they tend to do is be very aggressive in making a decision before they've looked at all aspects. They would just say, oh, you know what, it's because the pig is bad.
[video] 1:21:02 What? So you didn't even take into consideration that the pig was not out in nature? You're not even going to take that into consideration? That the pig was not eating its natural diet? No, well, we fed the pig its natural diet. You know, we fed the pig its natural diet in the secluded area, and it should be healthy. Okay, did it get sunned? Do you realize that oxygen, like, there's people that believe in being breatharians because that you actually do get something that we are not aware of through just breathing air, being outside. Try to be inside. It's like they're so dumb that they don't realize. They read so many books and have everybody else's brain but their own, you know. People want to tell you that they're doctors and that they're, Certify this and certify that.
[video] 1:21:56 But really, bro, it's like do your excuse me, do your own studies is what I'm trying to say. Do your own studies as we do. That's what we do on a daily basis. We listen to a lot of people and figure out, you know, what works. you know, and again, as a man that has figured out what works, there's plenty of other people that are doing the, the ketogenic, uh, thing that I would, I would just, you know, recommend some, you know, simple people. They, you know, Stephanie keto person and, and all these other people that are recommending, uh, Chris Kruger does a phenomenal job in, um, breaking down the, the, uh, ketogenic diet. And, uh, And I would say that when you talk about the best of sincerity people, and I've talked to these people, by the way, guys. I've talked to, you know, Stephanie. I've talked to Chris.
[video] 1:22:55 I've talked to Dr. Sabie. I've talked to a lot of vegans. And everybody's getting paid. Everybody's getting paid, and everybody has an agenda. you don't have an agenda. That is crazy. Like your, your, your focus is on, uh, it's, it's really healing people and trying to help them so that they are not suffering with this, this type of depression that we all suffer from. It's interesting because it's like, you will think that, well, you're, you're, you're, you're hitting 20,000 subscribers, you know, you will think that you're going to be benefiting in some type of way for doing a documentary that helps thousands of people and you get nothing from it. You know what I'm saying?
[video] 1:23:44 So Vonder planet was also the one who put his own hundreds of thousands of dollars into research, you know, and, and, and the reason why I brought you up, bro, is I definitely want to toot your horn. And however you decide to cut up this video, but you've got to get this part in because it's important, is that you have no way of trying to get people to eat more meat or eat a particular way so you can sell them something. You are not selling anything. You are simply trying to bring to the attention of the people that were once so-called primitive in the dark ages of people, you are trying to say, hey, those people were healthy. Those people understand living. Those people, you can say what you want. You can say that they died at 45 years of age because they had this problem and this problem.
[video] 1:24:43 According to you, some human being that hasn't seen these people and those people existed in the 200 BC, and you want to make a claim. That's all they are. Their claim is speculation. I appreciate you for bringing to the attention of the people that it's speculation, what they're saying about these people, and it's better for us to live a life with family, friends, in a community, eating animals together, and figuring out different remedies for people that may have came across some type of poison by being around what? Plants. Being around plants. You never hear about these poisons from meat. No one ever bumped up against a cow and got cow poison. But you can walk into a bush and get poison ivy. You know what I'm saying?
[video] 1:25:40 So it's just a documentary to basically inform people that Former vegans like myself have suffered, and to review those things is erectile dysfunction, hair loss, when my body is eating at, I forget what it's called, when my body is eating at itself. It's a form of, what is it called? Oh, man.
1:26:15 Caterpillar steak.
[video] 1:26:17 A catabolic state. There you go. So I was at a catabolic state, and I suffered from semi-autism. I say semi. To be clear on that is I had all these brain fogs, and I tend to repeat myself a lot, and I had inflammation in the face, high inflammation that you guys are going to see in this video that he's going to put up as he cuts this video. And relationships, anger, my relationships suffered. I didn't do well with them because I felt, honestly, I was imbalancing my emotions. My emotions were imbalanced because your hormones become imbalanced. on a high carbohydrate diet.
[video] 1:27:11 I was more sensitive and I didn't have the, the, the sense of man, which is, you know, we're men are straight shooters. Like we never, we're never really tipsy turning. We don't, we don't do that. You know, we're straight shooters. We want something or we don't, you know, and I was kind of, I was, you know, I wasn't as strong and in depth and as masculine as I should have been at the time. So it affected my relationships. It affected, my train of thought, my ability to be able to comprehend. Vegan diet does that. It affects my, oh, the biggest thing that in harm that a vegan diet has caused is fungus. I have, as I'm looking right now at my toenails, I have built up so much fungus in my toes, in my toenails. that it's ridiculous. And I'm going to also send those pictures as well, brother.
[video] 1:28:10 I put this out there because I need, if people don't see, and I, oh, it's gotten better, by the way. I will say that it's gotten better because I eat a nourished diet now. My diet is, it's all, you know, it's all beef liver. It's all organs from animals. And it's maybe chicken once a week, but it's definitely not lean animals. It's high-fat animals. And I've tried some fermented cheese and stuff like that. Just a very small item. I try to throw it back in my diet. But you have to nourish the body again to be able to clean out these systems because you can go get your toes and nails done all you want. But that bacteria comes from within, and then it expresses itself on the outside like acne. You know what I'm saying? Like any type of skin disease or eczema or something like that.
[video] 1:29:08 That's from the inside expressing itself on the outside. So I'll conclude, if you don't have any more questions, that if you don't like your body, you definitely should change your mind. If you don't like how you feel, you definitely have to change your mindset. If you don't like how your life is like right now and you're on a vegan diet, I definitely encourage you to look at as many videos or information opposite to what you've normally learned. And this right here is really going to be the awakening process for most people once you realize that there's other information on both sides of the table.
1:29:55 Yeah, this was interesting, man.
[video] 1:30:00 Yeah, man. It's... Man, bro. I don't want people to experience this, bro. It's absolutely... It's absolutely breathtaking, man. Like, the amount of people that spit ignorance, man. One guy told me, man, he said... What did he say? He said fat causes type 2 diabetes. And I said, scientifically tell me How? How does it cause type 2 diabetes? Just tell me how. You know, he couldn't tell me. He couldn't tell me. So what I tell people now, it sounds good, but can you tell me how? So at face value, it sounds good. The biggest thing I want people to realize, and I did a video on this on my Facebook page, is I said, anytime a vegan is talking about raising frequency, He's just trying to give you some religion or she's just trying to give you some type of religion to hold on to.
[video] 1:30:57 It's like they're trying to give you heaven again. They're trying to sell it to you in another form. Don't be fooled. Don't be fooled by that crap. Because, you know, everybody's religion, they have the promised land. And people say that in veganism, they're now saying this. They say if you don't upgrade your body by eating fruits and vegetables in the next life, you're going to have a problem. What? This is fear monger, man. It's crazy. They're trying to, like, shame people into eating this way. Like, why must we shame people? You know, there's an agenda here. And I tell people this. They need to know this.
[video] 1:31:46 What do slave owners want or people that are bosses? If I was a boss, what would be the best diet to keep people docile and weak?
[video] 1:32:02 It would have to be grains and everything that is a vegan diet. It would have to be grains, vegetables, and fruits because I know I can keep them living, but they won't be strong and that they will be so imbalanced that I can just whip them back into shape. They might say it's them because that's what the vegan diet does. It makes you say, maybe it's me. Maybe it's just I'm not disciplined, so I want to eat these poor foods. No, you're just malnourished. You should probably eat that poor food, whatever it is. It's probably a Snickers bar. Or something, but guess what it has in it? It has milk. It has milk. So your body is not craving the snicker bars. It wants animal fat. That's what it wants. It's not craving the Reese's, any type of candy that you want. It might be that you want magnesium. It might be that you want potassium.
[video] 1:33:00 And once you get these things from animals...
[video] 1:33:06 you no longer have those same cravings. You no longer eat a damn snicker bars. And by the way, if any vegans are trying to sustain themselves by just eating plant-based, which if you're going to eat a plant-based diet, I don't understand why fruits are involved because they come off plants. I don't get that one. I think that I think that If you're going to say that plants are the best diet for human beings, then I think you should be able to eat plants while they're sprouting, while they have matured. But the ovaries of the plant, which is the fruit that produces more life, why are you eating those? Because I know that vegans don't like the argument of – what do they call it –
[video] 1:34:05 what do we call the living things, sentiments, not that, but sentience. Yeah, there you go. Sentience, if it produces life, then it would have to be one that wants to live. And if it wants to live, It doesn't want you to consume it. If I want to live, I wouldn't want a bear to consume me right now, right? Because that means if I didn't have children, which is my form of life to continue, you know, then I would be fucked. The bear would just, will take away, and that's what essentially is happening. with the monocrop thing. So also I would throw in that the vegan diet is the worst diet on the environment.
[video] 1:35:06 The absolute worst diet for the environment because of the crops and the agricultural practices on making everything, this whole grass right here has to be wheat. And then going acres further, and then eventually over time, depreciating the soil here, and the only way that you can put that back in is with animals. But if you don't have that, and if you don't have that natural flow of nature, then you'll have to use chemicals, which you will find in America and across the world, they are using chemicals to feed those plants. And so how natural is that? It's not very natural at all. So if you have a diet that is based on plant power, then you have a diet that is drenched in chemicals. So you're a GMO bean. That's what you essentially are.
[video] 1:36:06 You're a genetically modified being. You're addicted to serve your master. You're a slave to society. You believe in these new constructs. You believe in this new trained age of thought because you're trained like a horse given some sugar to run around the track. You have – you are – You are tunnel vision in life because you only pick from options that are given from you, and you don't make your own decisions. So they say you can be a cop, a fireman, or a doctor. You can't be a superhero because a superhero doesn't get paid. And you have to get paid in this field that we set up right here. And if you're going to eat, you have to eat from this particular food group. We even have a pyramid. But now we know in these times that pyramids are schemes, that pyramids, I don't care who you are. I don't care.
[video] 1:37:04 I would even refer to the so-called African people that created the pyramids. Bravo. That's a great thing. We have not duplicated that. But we have to begin to address these schemes, these pyramid schemes. And veganism is the biggest pyramid scheme. Do you think you can jump on Craigslist or any of these apps on the phones or what is it, BinkCoin or whatever, and all these things that you see on Facebook and Instagram on how to flip your money? No, that's not the biggest scheme. The biggest scheme is the vegetarian lifestyle because you – will get so many benefits from cutting out things and being more spiritual and conducting yourself more positively as you should because you should respect yourself. But then you will find your health suffering very quickly, and I don't want to see people's health suffer. So just eat foods that your body understands.
[video] 1:38:03 And there's not a food that we've been more adapted to unless someone can share another food. Or maybe you can share another food that people's body understands has adapted to that is better than me.
1:38:15 By the way, what you said about diabetes, in Germany it's called Zucca, which means sugar, but people still don't get it.
1:38:24 Zucca.
[video] 1:38:25 Zucca, yeah. Did I say it right? Yeah. It's sugar. Everybody knows that. No, no, no, no, no, no. Hey, out here in the African-American community, look, trying to say African-Americans, No, I'm going to tell you, look, I'm going to be real, bro. In our homes, niggas know that diabetes is called sugar. It's the sugar. People be like, yeah. You know, grandma walk around and be like, yeah, baby, my sugar high. Yeah, I got the sugar. You know, people be like, oh, you got the sugar? People know. People, if you're talking like that, then you know, meaning you have too much sugar in the blood. Mm-hmm. Get that shit out. And the body does not know how to regulate it when it's influx, when it's too much. It only knows how to deal with a certain amount.
1:39:22 You're back. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry about that. No problem.
[video] 1:39:28 Once you go over a certain amount, then your body crashes. It knows exactly what to do. You have one carbohydrate. Okay, insulin. Two carbohydrates. two insulins, three insulins. And then once you go to about six, seven, eight, nine, 10, all in one meal, and it's not dense with water, so you're like, you go and you eat a ton of vegetables. Your body still breaks that down into glucose, period. You know, you can't refute that. Vegetables are not listed as saturated fats. They're not. They're listed as carbohydrates. That's what they boil down to in the bloodstreams. So, but if you have water with it, like a cucumber, we know cucumbers are very, very high in water. So what that does, it dilutes.
[video] 1:40:24 It definitely does dilute it because that's very simple mathematics. If you have apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and you put it in water, 40 ounce cup of water you're going to dilute it as opposed to taking a spoon you know you dilute it but what you got to understand is the simple chemistry is that when you have an influx of sugar you are going to be sugar dominant and when you're sugar dominant the body does not know how to relate because it is a substance that is damaging to
[video] 1:41:06 proteomes proteins and when they attach themselves to proteins sugar attach itself to proteins rendering them useless and there's plenty of vegans that can uh testify to this type of talk that i'm saying if you don't understand it if you've looked at the the strong vegan uh man documentary of that guy you you seen that video bro no or do you mean the guy who eats once a day
1:41:35 All right.
[video] 1:41:37 No, he even talks about, see, what I want people to do is I want them to link this stuff into this blasphemous type of talk, man. It's crazy. Because the man says that sugar is the enemy. He says it in his video. He says that when sugars attach themselves, they make muscle deteriorate. It's really bad. And when you have... muscle deterioration you will find that the people with the most disease have less good muscle tissue healthy muscle tissue and i would even say that people that are on a standard american diet have better muscle tissue than vegans of course that is a fact so when you when you go put them on the table
[video] 1:42:29 And you're looking at the healthy tissue on a vegan versus someone on a standard American diet, ten times out of ten, you will find, not nine times out of ten, ten times out of ten, because you have some... People are going to say, what about the vegan man, the one meal a day guy? First of all, I'm not... One guy fucking climbs Mount Kilimanjaro on a vegan diet, but then a hundred million climb Mount Kilimanjaro... on a non-vegan diet, why the hell would you think I'm going to go vegan? Why wouldn't it just make sense to you that there's a million people, a hundred millions of people that did it and that traveled through life non-vegan, you know, and then you want to be the fucking rare person to try to do it and put your body through all that suffering?
[video] 1:43:22 So you can just produce a ton of glucose in the blood, and if a ton of glucose in the bloodstream is not type 2 diabetes, then correct me if I'm wrong. If there's a regulator that prevents... the cells, from that being able to get into the cells and not being a bloodstream, let me know. Because as far as I know, insulin is the one that drives it into the cells. Am I right about that, bro?
1:43:53 More or less, yeah. So if insulin drives it into the cell, but insulin becomes resistance because there's a such thing as insulin resistance, am I right? Yeah.
[video] 1:44:06 insulin becomes resistant when and how when there isn't too much sugar in the blood how do you get too much sugar in the blood I don't know a fruit smoothie I don't know pounds of vegetables in one day I don't know maybe 8 pounds of vegetables in one day or in one meal like people that believe in plant power not saying that plants are not beneficial But understand that there are bioactive compounds that we have not concluded as a society on how it actually affects human beings. But we are now understanding.
[video] 1:44:49 that there are intolerances histamine of like effects in allergy allergenic like effects um through uh vegetables that can harm you because plants don't have teeth they don't have the ability to get up and run plants have been here if we have been here for Let's just say, I'm going to use the analogy, if we've been here for 24 hours. No, no, no, no. Yeah. If the world, like, in a 24-hour circle, we have only been here, plants have been here forever, and we have only been here for one second. For one second. And plants have been here. All right? So understand that plants had to build up some type of defense because plants came before us.
[video] 1:45:47 You see, in order to produce something, there has to be something that comes before it. There has to be some type of thing to be fertilized. You can't just... Women don't just have children. They have to be fertilized. So, in order for things to come out of something, things must have been injected. I use the word injected because what better analogy than a sexual analogy? So... We are really just like the babies of, if you want to go into cosmetology and understanding the stars and the moon alignment, we are just an accumulation of all things that nature is, and the only way that we will survive is eating
[video] 1:46:47 from nature. I don't know what better way to put it than if you are, I believe we are the compounds, minerals, and vitamins that are in plants. We are the compounds and minerals that are in meat. But we also are the fucking, you know what has those same compounds, bro? A fucking tire. A fucking pole. You know, like, they have the same minerals. But if you eat a pole, you will have also some type of contaminants. So it'll be best that you get it from what, in its purest form. We should go for the organs, because the organs have this ability that we don't quite understand yet. But from experimentation, you'll find that there's an easy digestion, and there's a healing process.
[video] 1:47:45 to in a connection to each particular organ and you will find that you are are are more like the pig in the digestional way and the digestive tract way you will find that you are more like the ape as far as you know the physical capabilities and having fingers and and so there's so many um It's so much DNA that makes you closely related to them. And then there's also things that make you closely related to a cow. So not saying that we are the animals, but saying that we are an animal in ourselves. If we could have so many similarities to all these things, we would have to be an animal to be able to... Animals and plants are totally different.
[video] 1:48:41 So if you're more like the plant, which is what vegans tend to think, if you're more like the plant, then I would say you have the strength of the plant, which is pretty strong if you look at it in nature. But on face value, the plant does not have the same abilities like a human being or like an animal. So if you want to be a vegetable, and not do anything, then eat plants. Because you'll find yourself on your death bed and then wishing that, and then hoping that someone threw you a steak in bed because you're so malnourished. And you only achieve this malnourishment by purposely trying to not eat meat. Your body's going to give you a signal.
[video] 1:49:36 when it gives you a signal bro you just gotta take it man i think that's the best thing to tell people man i think they need to know that when you once you have that dream about pizza you know It's not the pizza that's important. I'm not saying, yo, go eat the pizza. If you want to eat the pizza, bro, go eat the pizza. If that's where you want to start, but you really want to focus in on what pizza really is. It's the cheese. I never hear anybody say, I want the bread on pizza. It's the cheese. Where does the cheese come from? It comes from the cow. Go get you some raw milk, man. But if you want the pizza to start, don't let anybody shame you. Go get the pizza. And then as you're eating the pizza, research raw milk and how to get raw milk that is unpasteurized.
[video] 1:50:30 And making sure that just because it says non-pasteur, I would recommend you getting it directly from the dairy farmer. Wouldn't you? Because... You can get, like, stuff from stores that have those labels, like raw cashews. You know about raw cashews. They're not raw.
1:50:55 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, you can't eat no raw cashew. It's not going to happen.
[video] 1:51:03 So I just, I would encourage anyone that, you know, that has this type of thought in their brain after being vegan for two weeks, three weeks, save yourself.
[video] 1:51:16 Save yourself while you still can because if you continue to damage your body at an alarming rate by purposely trying to get meat out your diet, you are the problem, not the meat. You're the one that's telling your body that what it's been eating for a long time. And if you are spiritual people or you believe in spirituality, then you believe that you've been here before. Then your body has an adaptation to eating a certain way. And we don't understand it all quite yet. But what we do understand is when you've been... When you've been eating something a certain way, your body has the ability to adapt to it. And so then you just ask yourself, have we been eating Snickers bars? Look at the back of a Snickers and you see how long they've been in business. No, we haven't been eating Snickers bars. Look at the back of that grain product for you.
[video] 1:52:14 Where the hell are we getting it from and see how long they've been in business. And then go into the historical origins of grains and figure out when did we start eating grains. Now, figure out when animals were here. Well, it seems like animals were here quite a long time and way before processed refined sugars, way before a green banana, I mean, way before a yellow banana and all these other fruits, all these other foods. I believe that fruits have been here for quite a while. Would you agree with that? Sure.
1:52:55 there's no argument there man plants produce fruits and fruits that but would you also agree that the fruits that we buy from the store are cultivated and that they do not in no way shape or form resemble foods from nature yeah
[video] 1:53:23 So when it doesn't even resemble something, you know when it doesn't resemble, it doesn't even have the same look. Like, they can't even make it look the same. That tells you how modified it really is. Because, you know, when something's affected on the outside, it's really affected on the inside, huh? Right. The chemicals that they use... The process. Well, it's not a huge process. It's just, you know, it's a matter of gene pooling from the watermelon. And it's 22, man, bro, it's a bunch of trash, bro. Because if you have to abstract something from a plant, then... It's a chemical-induced process. It's in no way, shape, or form natural. You need a machine to do it.
[video] 1:54:21 In order to produce a seedless watermelon or even a seeded watermelon, to look... and have so much flesh because people think a seeded watermelon is good now in the healthy community uh in order for it to have so much flesh and so less seeds now because remember this seeded watermelon it's got like 80 seeds man but if you go look at a wild watermelon holy you might see like 80 seeds and And like, you know, one half of it, you know what I mean? It's not enough. It's not enough evidence that shows us that these seeded fruits that... are not from nature is good for us. So it's not enough evidence that shows GMO fruits have any benefit.
[video] 1:55:20 Cultivated fruits, if you don't understand what I mean by GMO, cultivated fruits by man have any benefit. And that's all fruits. That's strawberries, that's raspberries, that's blueberries. That's not saying that these foods are bad. I'm simply saying that man's hand has been on it. And when man gets to it, he has shown time and time again that he's not good at helping. He only hurts us. And the best mother, the best nurturer for us is nature and eating from nature. And the only foods that nature produce... is plants and plants want to live. Humans and humans want to live. Animals and animals want to live. So what does that mean? Humans will fight for their life.
[video] 1:56:19 Animals will fight for their life.
[video] 1:56:23 And I don't know if anybody's told them, but plants will fight for their life. You consume these plants And you eat nothing but these plants, you will die. I strongly believe that because these compounds, it's almost like plants.
[video] 1:56:44 They say, we want you to keep eating us. Because we already know what will eventually happen if enough of us get in your body.
[video] 1:56:59 That's a scary thought because... If plants are predicated on trying to get one to consume, which they really don't want you to because that's why they have these compounds, you know, plants don't want to be eaten. We know that now. So do your research because plants attack. Plants attack. Plants are vicious. They're cruel. There's my Nick. What up, bro?
1:57:34 You can continue if you want about plants.
[video] 1:57:39 Yo, so there's this illusion that people believe that plants have no ability to affect the body. This is absolutely not true. Like I said before, plants are... If I wanted to throw out a word that shows... Actually, I have to plug up here too. If I had to throw out a word that breaks down plants, it's really, it's really a collective compound that we really don't understand quite yet. Some people do, people that are studying these things, but from what I know, they attack us slowly. because that's the only way they can.
[video] 1:58:34 So we think that they're defenseless, and they just, they are, they're intelligent. And anything, everything that is part of nature has an intelligent design, humans, plants, and animals. So if you think plants are not intelligent because you don't see a brain, that you're going to be a victim, and they're going to get you. If you don't understand that plants have a physical, chemical, and the ability to...
[video] 1:59:20 hired insects as a defense that shows an intelligence to want to sustain itself and if you want to kill something that wants to sustain itself I don't think that means that you're vegan I think that kind of just slaughters the vegan argument things that want to live and you're eating it kind of hurts the whole vegan claim So that's how I feel about the plants. But really, I want to talk about the crossover on the vegan diet. It's so painful because people just eat so horrible. They eat all these bad foods because they think that it's vegan. I did it too.
[video] 2:00:20 I'd go to a friend's house and I would eat bread, crackers, whatever was vegan. Whatever's the vegan option at your friend's house. And it's harmful, man. Because you're not getting any nutrients from crackers. I mean, it's not rocket science. Crackers, man. What nutrient do they... And then there's oatmeal. Oh, my God. This little thin paper... of a food that people say, I get so many benefits from oatmeal. What do you think about oatmeal, man?
2:00:58 Absolute garbage. But it's high in fiber. Right. Which isn't a nutrient. Is fiber an essential nutrient? I'm lost here. Fiber is never an essential nutrient, is it? No, it's not a nutrient at all. It's not. So, I'm trying to figure out why we need it. But we don't.
[video] 2:01:21 And people are being duped by people that have these coats on and they sit at a round table and they try to figure out how we can dupe the people again. And someone says, let's tell them to drink. Actually, let me make this, let me be more correct with this analogy.
[video] 2:01:49 People that are in power, that own big businesses that make money off the people, say, I will give you, Mr. Scientist, a billion dollars or a million dollars if you bring to the attention of other scientists and sell this in this discussion. If you sell that people need more water in their diet, Because if you don't have water, then things will stop working. I think that's reasonable, the scientist says. And he takes that in, and he now tells people that we've got to drink eight glasses of water a day. Now, the problem with this is that that big rich person was the person that owned Coca-Cola, all these other vegan products, and blah, blah, blah. And you'll find...
[video] 2:02:47 that the people that are funding the soda are also funding the water. Look it up. They got stock in the bottle of water companies. So it's a gimmick what they're trying to do here with the people. And if you go into veganism like I did under the realization of of seeing yourself improving in health, consciously trying to make an effort.
[video] 2:03:25 Veganism is an act of religious... It's an act of religious... When you just reiterate what other people say and you really don't take into consideration is it the best thing for your health. Somebody said that you don't need animals in your diet and you can get more protein from vegetables and you just start stating that without doing your research. then you are doing yourself a disservice because you are not very serious about the health of yourself. And I'm convinced that vegans, being a former vegan, I know that vegans care more about the animals than they care about themselves.
[video] 2:04:23 They care more about the animals than they care about themselves. They will sacrifice themselves because it is a part of the circle of life, whether you realize it or not. for one to live one must die so what the what the vegans are doing is they're sacrificing themselves for the animals and i'm just saying if you want to look up and be yourself eat the animal because um
[video] 2:04:56 Because the animals don't give a fuck about you. I'm just going to say it like that. The animals definitely don't give a fuck about you. The animals are trying to live. And so if you got to die, they'll kill you. But if we want to let the animals not be harmed and not take any food from the animals, you know what's crazy? Speaking of that, animals actually want you. If you care for the animals and you be around the animals, they want to take care of you. You notice that, bro. Sure. You know, like, I'm by the dog. I'm sitting there by the dog, and he's like, you know, he's like, man, dude. You know, and if you're, like, hurting or something, like, your dog would come up to you. It would give you its damn domesticated-ass kibbles and bits if it would heal you. They want to help you. They want to. A cow would want you to drink its milk. Contrary to popular belief, it would want to heal you.
[video] 2:05:56 It is a part of nature just like we are. The only thing that does not do that is plants. Plants do not do that in the terms of if you eat a lot of it, you will find yourself coming up with this type of allergic reaction. So my advice on that would probably be to have small amounts. and rotate your plants i don't know how you eat your plants but i like to rotate them because i know one particular gang because plants are like gangs i don't care what no one says man they're like gangs and if they load if you load up on one particular plant you will build up an intolerance for it it will start to hurt you yeah oh so you agree with that i was just
2:06:51 Yeah, of course, because when I was vegan, I ate a lot of avocados and I'm allergic to them ever since.
2:06:59 Oh man, I was eating a lot of avocados and I don't know if I have any effect to them right now. I know I still love them.
[video] 2:07:08 I know I eat about... No, they're a good source of potassium, man. So, you know, I don't want to eat a bunch of vegetables, you know, so I'd rather eat that high-fat avocado, you know? Sure.
2:07:20 Would you say that the avocado is also a hybrid?
2:07:28 The natural one has a thicker seed. That's all that I've seen and has very little fruit flesh in comparison.
2:07:42 It's not that different.
2:07:45 There's not a big difference.
[video] 2:07:50 But one thing that we have to take into consideration is how many avocados will we be eating and how frequently uh was this was this avocado tree be up able to produce right did we have like a ton of them and we just sit around and eat avocados um but i'm not saying avocados is bad because i definitely think that avocados is a healthier source uh to get um potassium the reason why i say it's a healthier source is because if you eat a ton of um vegetables from one particular plant again those plants have those type of compounds that will affect you over time and again you'll build up an intolerance for it and if you don't want that to happen it would be best in
[video] 2:08:44 to to rotate it so an avocado um a day is probably not the healthiest thing to do i actually do an avocado a day but um that's again only because i combine that with a juicing and it's something about juicing and i'm sure that you can um testify to this it's something about juicing that really kind of helps with those uh those uh bio compounds it kind of neutralizes them in a sense by juicing versus eating the vegetables uh cooked or whole or raw sure would you think there's something being done to the the juicing i don't know exactly um but there's definitely something going on there to where the goals um i want to say uh this is just theoretically speaking an opinion um that
[video] 2:09:39 The cellulose is somehow nullified and the body is able to get a fuller range of those nutrients.
2:09:51 Yeah, of course, because that's what juicing does. You get the juice and not the fiber. That's the whole point. Right. And the fiber is the cellulose.
2:10:09 And, you know, I got this thing that I tell people all the time. I say, well, which one of you guys can digest cellulose?
[video] 2:10:21 So if you can't digest cellulose, then you're not a plant, so you don't need plant power. What you need is things that power your body, things that you're made of. And you're not going to pull out a plant from your body. I mean... unless you open up your rectum and you'll find fermentation of those plants still in there by eating those plants and that's just a fact but the best thing to do is to juice the vegetables and vegans still haven't accomplished that yet because for some reason they're still eating them raw and they say you get the best benefit of eating them raw
[video] 2:11:08 as if they can digest like the cow does and making these crazy yet intense comparisons to a silverback gorilla or something like some type of ape and it's just like um do you not understand their biology the fact that you can still repeat this stuff like there were there was cute vegan sayings at first But if you're vegan and you're still, like, saying, letting people get the teeth chart to fool you, like, the teeth chart, really? That's what I got on my page, on my Facebook page, man, Gio DeLeo, showing people herbivores with teeth that are big, sharp, like carnivores. Stop the bull. Teeth don't tell the truth.
2:12:18 The connection is bad right now.
2:12:24 The connection is sort of lost. Can you hear me fine?
2:12:32 No. Okay, now it's back. It was gone.
[video] 2:12:44 about the teeth about the teeth yeah so that is a pseudoscience claim about the teeth because I can also give you one animals that have eyes in front of their face like human beings tend to be more intelligent alright they tend to strategize they tend to hunt so if I show you a dog if I show you a fox you'll see if I show you a human eyes are like this but if I show you a bunny eyes on the side you know
[video] 2:13:38 show you a squirrel you got the eyes on the side if i show you just any um being with the animal with the eyes on the side you're going to see less intelligence in less ability for um This animal to function in a team, to be able to have team-like strategies. So it's a pseudo-science. And all animals that have eyes in front of the head, I mean, like this, that can look forward and not eyes on the side, I can't name one that is an herbivore.
[video] 2:14:29 I can't name one. Because somebody's going to say, well, the gorilla, they have eyes like us. They have a nose like us.
[video] 2:14:41 Okay, so then it boils down to biology again. What happens when the gorilla eats the plants? Well, the plants end up being fermented in the stomach. Okay. Now let's try you, since you're making a comparison. What happens when humans eat the plants? Well, the plants ferment in the stomach wrong. They don't ferment in the stomach. They are not broken down in the stomach. They're not in a raw state.
[video] 2:15:20 But the gorilla can eat it raw. So what's the difference? Biology.
[video] 2:15:27 The gorilla does its fermentation in the gut. We do ours in the, what was it?
2:15:33 The large intestine. Yeah. In the large intestine.
[video] 2:15:40 So, and then we have the, doesn't it kind of leach the minerals from there?
2:15:50 it's like kind of like a equivalent to what the cows do like there are ruminants correlations like it's intestines right it ferments except that our large intestines too small to do anything much yeah so that that's pretty much the breakdown of like those those type of claims and okay
[video] 2:16:18 and i heard him early on and i never made the connection i just don't want people to make the mistake man and um not realizing that we are not we don't have the same biology as those those animals but we are uh we are animals and for somebody who's been eating a non-vegan diet since uh about three months now i think and um i feel i feel great um Um, my, my lips are also, you know, another thing that, um, they used to be, in my skin, they used to be ashy a lot. And, uh, you know, this isn't a, this isn't a problem that you would have.
[video] 2:17:02 But, oh, snap. Yeah, but for us, but for us, man, um, we get ashy, and, um, and I just want the people to know that they haven't really, you know, realized it. this dryness is the fat deficiency and um i would tell people to drink water as a medium and i understand because water dries things out and if you want to if you want to solve this ashenness and dandruff in the hair you need to moisturize and um
[video] 2:17:41 and electrolytes that almost the only way to do that is through nutrients and water in these bottled waters do not have um the nutrients that your body needs to be able to take that in and um the cells that do allow in just wash away there's no benefit and so just be aware of all these those human claims and i'll finish with parasite being one of the biggest un-studied things, and the people that study parasites realize that parasites have a beneficial place in the body, and are more conductive in the body than outside of it. Alright, I got a call, so I'm going to have to get that one.
[video] 2:18:40 it is in the best interest of parasites to be one with you instead of living on their own, and it is in your best interest to be one with parasites instead of living without these microbes that help you, that come out really benefiting you of the the poor food choices that you make they thrive right but if you don't keep these things at bay parasites are good but if you don't keep them at bay on the surface then they can tend to overtake systems causing a malfunction not because they're bad because you're doing stupid stuff and that's
[video] 2:19:38 I'm getting text messages and stuff. You're doing stupid stuff, allowing them to get crazy. And much like anything that lives, it can get a little crazy. And if you have candida, I encourage you to clean that up because you're not going to be able to eat meat. If you have a gallbladder, you're not going to be able to heal that. You're not going to be able to eat meat unless you heal that. If you have leaky gut, you gotta seal that. If you have high levels of estrogen, you gotta heal that. So, you can do one of two things. You can either adopt a vegan diet and eat foods that are easier to digest, or you can heal your systems
[video] 2:20:36 And function how your body naturally functions, all right? It's going to take time, though. It's going to take work. You know what they say, guys. Nothing good comes easy. So if you want to be healthy and you want to live strong and be strong forever, then you have to. heal these parts in your body, you have to heal these organs. If not, they will continue to damage as a result of the vegan diet because you don't want to heal them. So they don't get paid. Nutrients pay these organs and these systems in which the body then gives back and work through enzymes. When the enzymes are coming then that's your body appreciating. But if you don't have these enzymes, you're gonna have problems. That's it.
2:21:35 Okay. Thanks, bro. Yeah, you're welcome, man. In the meantime, I'm just gonna be, you know, on this healing journey, trying to heal myself of the diseases that I've caused through being a vegan. Yeah. And
[video] 2:21:55 we can do some type of seminar and lecture information to be able to, what it eventually boils down to is we gotta make a living. So if you're coming, I prefer you to come in a setting to where we can charge a couple dollars and have more of an organized scientific analytical discussion on veganism and on dietary regiments
2:22:26 historical evidence, stuff like that.
[video] 2:22:30 So continue to go hard, bro. Continue to go hard because I'm definitely about to hit this on the head to where I say, oh, there's definitely some type of connection. We don't really understand
[video] 2:22:45 you know I want to understand I want to be able to point exactly to you know you know these word games that they're playing and the thing the trickery about it is bro it's just word game it's just bullshit it's a bunch of bullshit that's really it's almost not even worth it but I'm going to endure it because people want to know and it's a good way to make money by just doing something that I'm going to naturally do anyway which is be healthy and take care of my body you know So, it's, but it's bullshit to be able to tell, to have, to understand and pronounce a particular name of a particular cell that they're now calling, right? Because we can't pronounce all this bullshit. You know, it's, it's this and that.
2:23:28 Is that, is that weed right there? What? What are you, what are you, what are you smoking? No, nothing. Oh, what does it say, what?
2:23:43 Oh, yeah. I made a video about it. Why? Do you smoke it? No, I don't.
[video] 2:23:52 You?
2:23:53 No. I've never tried it because I know some people get problems with it. Schizophrenia and stuff. I would tell vegans this. I would say that if you're vegan, it would be best to drink your own pee. And if you're not drinking your own pee, you're not vegan. The reason why... The reason why is because...
[video] 2:24:13 Your pee, first of all, it's not coming from anybody but you. You're making your own pee. And vegans are all about what the body... They'll sit there and tell you all day. Vegan gans will say, oh, well, that's not a sensory nutrient. The body makes that. Okay, your body makes pee, too. So just drink that, too. And another thing, people don't understand... What is it? That... Just because your body can produce something doesn't mean that it's going to produce it.
