[video] 0:00 yo guys do you remember raw bliss the severely malnourished raw vegan from my pyramid series if you don't let me remind you i'm just detoxing a lot right now still after one month i'm kind of sick of my hair falling out and uh having acne all the time you know it's gonna be worth it in the end this is austin from raw bliss and i'm gonna show you guys how to open a coconut look at that
0:25 Look, I'm so skinny. Please don't worry. A lot of people were really concerned about his health back then. People really thought that he would die.
[video] 0:33 I'm eating a lot of food these days. I've got access to avocados and coconut meat now and eating them in abundance.
0:42 He actually believed that eating avocados and coconut meat is going to make you gain weight, fat, muscle, something.
0:56 Yeah, this was the most famous clip. It's really painful.
[video] 1:02 Start my day off at the park grounds here.
[video] 1:07 And I just felt it like right after I ate it.
1:11 It's really painful to watch this, especially when you look at the elbows. He was really completely delusional, living in a different dimension almost.
[video] 1:21 It goes straight to my brain. It's brain food, it really is. It's brain food. So creamy, so buttery.
1:29 Oh, and he was craving cream and butter so much, but because of his delusional state, he didn't realize it. This is his channel. He had durians, still has, as the banner, and that's because fruitarians eat a lot of durians, seeing as it has a lot of fat. But durians, when you consume too many of them, can actually be even deadly. You create a lot of liver enzymes to detox from it, that's why it has such a strong smell. It's probably alright to eat them now and then, but fruitarians overconsume them.
2:01 That was him back then, and then he made a video called Eating Raw Liver, which obviously caught my attention. And we'll look at what he eats now. Morning, everyone.
[video] 2:15 Started my day with a little bit of watermelon after a bike ride. Woke up really early, like 5 o'clock, got really good sleep last night.
2:23 What I noticed right away is that he doesn't have this slurred speech anymore. He can actually properly talk. He just couldn't form any coherent sentences. He was talking like this.
[video] 2:36 Today, we have some brains.
2:41 Wow! Oh my God, man. From a star fruitarian to eating brain. That's crazy. It's so awesome. Actually, let me get something. Alright, got some stuff to show you. I eat brain almost every day. Cow brain and goat brain for the most part.
3:02 It's one of the most delicious foods on Earth. As far as fatty foods go, there's nothing that tastes better than brain. I just can't think of anything.
3:14 It's an absolute delicacy. A lot of the high-end restaurants actually serve brain, not raw. Raw is of course ideal. And what I also wanted to show you, raw eggs, brain and mango mixed together. You can also use other fruits, you can use it as a sauce over your meat. There's all kinds of recipes that you can create if you're only now getting into raw meat. I can understand why eating a brain, just eating it like that from the beginning may be strange, seeing as we grow up as slaves and have no connection to nature and what we are naturally supposed to eat. Of course, later on it won't be a problem, but that's how you can get more used to the raw texture, sort of, and for sure to the taste, even though it's covered up a little bit maybe with the eggs.
4:07 and fruits but um you can just see it as a sort of yogurt really it really is kind of similar to a mango yogurt believe it or not which are a delicacy here in vietnam they're actually very hard to find you got to wake up like early get to the market That's funny, I also wake up every weekend with an alarm, like an absolute slave, just to go and get free brains, which lasts me for the whole week. And then I go to bed, of course, right away again, but it's worth it. It is actually very quickly sold out. Yep.
[video] 4:44 Before they sell out of the brains, because they're like... Oh my god, they're so good. So I just cook these really quick.
4:53 Yes, it looks a little bit cooked, but it's basically raw for the most part. And it's no surprise that his speech has gotten so much better, seeing as he eats actual brain. Really, there's no other food that could have healed him. You can eat a lot of animal fat, it's going to heal you quite well, but brain is ideal for your brain. If you have any issues, especially with your speech, then brain is going to be the best food for that, by far.
[video] 5:27 It's like butter.
5:29 He loves it. It is like butter. I would say it's more like cream cheese. That's the best comparison. And a lot of people also say that it tastes like eggs. It's like eggs with cream cheese. It's just amazing. I can't get enough of it.
[video] 5:44 It's like 80% fat.
5:51 There's a lot of omega-3s, more than in any fish. People always say, use fish oil, whatever, that stuff is toxic anyway, or eat raw fish, that's of course better. If you can get fatty fish, which is very hard, most of the fish that you get when you eat sushi, sashimi, is very lean, or toxic farm salmon, which has fat, but the fat is toxic. Whereas brain has these fats in abundance.
[video] 6:18 I know this might be like... weird to people who have never had brains.
6:24 But like... Who cares? Brain was slaves.
[video] 6:27 Here in Vietnam, it's a pretty common thing.
6:31 Cool. Very cool. The Vietnamese know what's up. They also eat dogs. The Vietnamese drink blood, like actual raw blood. I've seen this in many videos. There's also videos of a guy slaughtering dogs and drinking the blood. He does his job and he just drinks blood all day long. Actually, it may literally be the best job on Earth. I'm not even kidding. Is there a better job than drinking blood all day long? I can't think of it. I would show you the clip, but it wouldn't be allowed on YouTube. They're so freaking good, I swear.
[video] 7:06 And then I have some...
7:08 Cool, man. I'm really proud of you, seriously. This is just awesome to see.
[video] 7:14 Coagulated pig's blood as well.
7:18 Fuck yeah! What the fuck? Awesome! This guy is just awesome.
[video] 7:27 Which pretty much just tastes like pork. But it's very good for getting your iron levels up.
7:34 Ain't it? I don't see it.
[video] 7:37 I got three eggs. Yeah, pretty. Perfectly cooked.
7:41 Pretty good color. Yeah. Runny yolk.
[video] 7:46 And then I just have some pork mince.
7:49 Man, look at this guy. Seriously, he was craving animal fat like crazy, eating those fruits, thinking about butter and cream while he was almost dead, really. That's how he looked like. And now he's eating brains, eggs, blood. Such a crazy transformation.
[video] 8:07 Like, light cheese are coming in. I saw the first rambutans today. I almost bought the rambutans, but they weren't, like, super ripe, so I don't really... mess with ramen stands that are like greenish, like sour. No, thanks. Um, I also got these bananas. These are my favorite non-law bananas also called like ice cream bananas because they taste like ice cream. They don't taste like banana at all. It's like, you know, like the banana flavoring stuff, like it's not even close. It's like ice cream.
8:30 Hmm. Interesting. I've never heard of that. It's cool. He eats a lot of organs now, all kinds of meat, blood, but it's not as if he went 100% animal foods. No, he also eats fruits like he used to. He still goes to Southeast Asia, I guess for that reason, maybe. I don't know why, but he always used to be in Southeast Asia or India.
[video] 8:52 But yeah, these cost like less than a dollar. I'd say like 80 cents. Then I got 10 eggs. for a little less than a dollar. Check this out. My friend connected me to a Russian baker here in Vung Tau. And...
9:04 The Russians and their bread. No matter where they are, they just can't get rid of the bread.
[video] 9:10 I got this fresh baked sourdough this morning. It only costs like $3.
9:15 I gotta say bread will never look like food to me. It looks insanely unappetizing, but considering that he eats brains, blood, it wouldn't even impact his health very much. That's how good the rest of his diet is.
[video] 9:28 I was really excited about the sourdough bread, so I had a few slices with some butter and it was just amazing.
9:36 bread with butter. At least he eats butter. That makes it a lot better.
[video] 9:41 These long beans are crazy too. So I got some like a pork burger, pork hamburger going on. A couple of eggies, soft. And I got the bread here with some egg yolk and butter.
[video] 10:00 Just soften.
10:01 Man, this guy is eating like he's been starving, which he has been for years now. He just needs all of these nutrients now. It's just really nice to see.
[video] 10:12 $60,000 for that loaf. $3. That's gonna last me at least 3 days.
[video] 10:22 So good.
10:23 A little mustard on it. Yeah, damn, Russian bread. Oysters.
[video] 10:29 Such a...
10:30 Oh wow, I love oysters. It's one of my favorite foods. Oysters, brain, liver. There's really not much more that you need as a human being. Yes, it's a real superfood. Not like goji berries or all the garbage. He knows it now.
[video] 10:49 concentrations of zinc that you can get in any food.
10:53 Very high in minerals in general, yes. It's going to make you very horny.
[video] 11:00 Also B12, it's like 300% of your daily value of B12. Omega-3s, protein, like there's a lot of stuff in oysters that are like amazing.
11:13 B12 is also very important for your brain to function properly, which is why he had so many issues.
[video] 11:18 Probably one of the best foods that you can eat. Like, hands down. Every time I eat them, I can feel like my teeth get coated. Like, it just feels like it's healthy.
11:33 You know it, it's your intuition.
[video] 11:35 So it probably is, you know?
11:38 Exactly. If you feel like it is, then it is because your body is telling you that it is. It's that simple.
[video] 11:43 Jimber Womby says, my man, you made it. I'm so proud of you getting out of that. I spent years sickly in that same mindset and the change is real. Looking way healthier. Keep it up, man. Thank you very much. Yeah, it's interesting like when you live inside of a box and then you... Like something forces you outside the box. Like it's not just going to happen spontaneously. Something forces you outside the box. And then all of a sudden, you realize you've been in a box. You can't tell someone that lives in a box that they're in a box.
12:19 This is a very interesting topic, I've touched on it already in the past. He's talking about a biochemical state. People would call it a mental state, but that's what it really is. For example, I can make a million videos telling you to eat raw meat, mostly organs, but you're not gonna understand why. There's tons of people right now watching this video literally listening to me, Maybe eating the carnivore diet of mostly cooked muscle meat. Some may be even vegetarian or just eating whatever. And they just don't know. They just listen to me and they don't get it. And if I tell them to eat that, they will say, wow, I feel good. I feel fine. Just leave me alone. And then some people, for whatever reason, they just get out of this box.
13:10 They maybe coincidentally try raw liver and then they wake up and they understand what's going on. Whoa, where has this been my whole life? Why do I feel this way? Wait, wait, wait. I'm feeling the way a natural human being is supposed to feel. Wow, this is amazing! Why didn't I eat like that before? Why didn't I eat like this my whole life? And then you start realizing what's going on. And when you're a raw vegan, your brain is completely fucked up. You can't think clearly whatsoever. You're in a box which is almost impossible to get out of, except if you're starving to death. But he was basically starving to death, I don't know how. He actually decided to start eating brains, liver and all of that.
14:00 But I'm sure that if not now, then soon he will realize how you're actually supposed to feel once you really heal yourself and then you just know. And there's just no way to convince people... Well, there is, because I have convinced people to eat raw meat and especially organs, but... For some people, it just never clicks, they just can't get out of this so-called box, that's what he calls it, which is really just this biochemical state. I can tell you over and over again that the way you feel now is not the way you're naturally supposed to feel, but only you can have this drive and motivation to actually step out of this so-called box. And once you do, then you know!
14:45 you feel euphoric every day you realize that that's the way you're naturally supposed to feel as a human being and then there's no way of going back anymore because you wouldn't want to like they don't they don't know it it's craziness anyways It actually literally is craziness as in it is a mental illness because when you are not in your natural biochemical state, which is also the state your brain is in, then you are mentally ill. That's why I made a video many years ago called your mental ill if you don't eat raw meat and I really meant it and I always will because If you don't eat mostly animal organs, not only some muscle meat, that's not gonna do it, then you're not gonna be in this biochemical state, and then you're never gonna feel the way you're naturally supposed to feel.
15:36 And this guy went from being a fruitarian, almost dying, to eating even raw organs now, and he's getting it now. And it's just so awesome to see it, because this kind of a transition is huge.
[video] 15:50 A Raphael fruit flick. It says you look a million times better.
15:55 You do look a million times better. You talk a million times better also. Your brain is actually functioning at last. It's just an amazing transformation.
[video] 16:04 Thank you.
[video] 16:07 I was raw vegan. Oh, Luciana. I was raw vegan for six years. I fasted for 21 days with Lauren Lockman. I thought the only explanation for me not feeling totally well in raw vegan diet... was because I hadn't completely detoxed what I believed I could only... Oh my God, man, the fruitarians with their detox.
16:26 They actually really blindly believe, because of their state, that they are detoxing non-stop and that there's toxins inside of them because of the toxic animal protein or whatever. Which is partly true in the sense that the cooked meat actually has toxic byproducts, but it wouldn't actually make you feel that bad, obviously. They feel worse and worse and they believe they need to detox more and more, which is why they start fasting, which is literally starving. ...they do through fasting.
[video] 16:59 Turns out I didn't feel any benefit after fasting. I still wasn't feeling satiated, still B12 deficient, still not being able to gain weight, still craving cooked food. All those things I was told by Lauren that it would get better after fasting. Not only I didn't see any benefits in my...
17:16 He got his money, that's all that he wanted.
[video] 17:18 ...myself, but neither in all the other people fasting there and long-term vegans. So I finally came to the conclusion that the raw vegan diet wasn't the perfect diet. I started eating meat again and I felt exactly like you. Nourished, calm, grounded, and I achieved a healthy weight. Now I realize the emotional reasons behind my choice. I was lost in an emotional pain when I started this path. I'm happy for you and I hope you heal from everything you need. Thanks for sharing. Wow, that's an amazing story. Yeah, we have to realize that some people are in this social media, what they share on social media, they're in this and they share, cater to a specific crowd because it's profit driven. Now, I don't know if you've looked into water fasting at a particular retreat or a particular location with a particular person, but it costs quite a fair penny.
18:03 Yes, it costs a lot to starve yourself. It's so insane.
[video] 18:09 Remember, I don't want to talk about anybody doing their thing, whatever. But, you know, people do things to perpetuate the profit incentive in which... their niche, you know, the niche that they have. Just saying, just saying that's a thing that people do.
18:29 I don't know why he doesn't want to mention anybody. There's more of them, but Loren Lockman is known for it. He's not only a scammer, he actually, actually people have died during the retreat or right after? I know that there's been death cases for sure. People, of course, obviously also get very sick because they starve. There's been many people who have record themselves while being there. They look so insanely sick, deadly sick.
[video] 18:58 I don't know if he does it or what.
19:02 Even though I haven't done any ex-vegan interviews in years now, I would like to do an ex-vegan interview with this guy. It would be interesting to hear about his experience because he was raw vegan for so long. He met a lot of raw vegans also. I'm sure that his story is very interesting and it's also important for people to hear it because there's still people now, not so many, who become raw vegans, fruitarians. which is the worst kind of veganism by far, because it's literal starvation. How anybody can do it for months, let alone years, is beyond me. From what I've heard, all of them cheat in one way or another. The ones who do it for a few months may not cheat, especially if they have a lot of Body fat. I know that Rob Liss started eating insects at some point. I'm not sure if he realized why he was doing that, maybe it was a subconscious craving.
19:57 If their girlfriend is pregnant, which is rare, then they start drinking the milk of their girlfriend, the baby's milk. They talked themselves into believing that it's vegan somehow, animal milk. Some even started drinking blood. Yes, this is actually true. They somehow talked themselves into believing that as long as there's consent, It's all right and still vegan somehow. It's super delusional, but as you can tell, the whole community is incredibly delusional and actually mentally ill. I may use the term mentally ill a lot, but the community is seriously mentally ill, as in concerningly to the point where they really need a lot of interventions. These people are so incredibly lost. Thanks for watching.
