0:00 welcome to another kitchen video I just got back from the gym I don't recommend doing it but that's what I do for fun it's 7 a.m. I'll show you what I eat throughout the whole day because quite a few of you have been asking me so let's do this firstly we have a glass of 350 milliliters of raw milk from a farm
0:27 The glass is almost full, so you can do the calculations. Then we've got some fertile eggs, as you can see both the male and the female are on the package, unlike most of the eggs you can buy nowadays. They do cost more, €3.29 for these six eggs, but supposedly they have testosterone in them from the male, but don't vote me on that. I usually just put them in this glass, free, in the morning,
0:56 Just like that.
1:01 It's a refreshing drink.
1:15 And then we have got some liver of course.
1:19 This may be 300 grams. Approximately, doesn't matter. It's wheat liver, which is what I like most taste-wise.
1:35 Here we go. I eat the liver first and then just drink milk with it.
2:00 It's really nice.
2:15 Okidoki.
2:21 Now, the eggs I also mix with the milk. I mix the milk in between.
2:33 just because I feel like it's the best way to go I usually eat it slower and enjoy it more and I listen to music and do stuff this is just for this video
3:06 somebody who doesn't work out could eat this and probably maybe once more in a day maybe not even that because it's so nutritious and satisfying the liver the king of nutrients and then raw milk anyway and the eggs it's just an overload
3:36 For me, it's a bit different because I do so much all the time. Depends on the lifestyle. It's 1.30 p.m.
3:47 I always take the meat in a bowl with me. This is beef entrecote. Then I've got some French raw butter. Legal.
4:00 Oui, oui. And the milk.
4:23 It's the best combination.
4:31 So good.
4:43 This right here. Nutrition.
4:52 I'm done. I ate probably 200 to 300 grams, I'm guessing. Now I'm gonna eat some eggs and then I'm done.
5:16 Crow.
5:20 What's up? So this was three eggs again, as in the morning. Here I am back home, it's 7 p.m. Dark clouds, gonna start raining for sure. Milk once again, the same amount. It adds up to one liter a day.
5:43 Three eggs again. Got the same entrecote I ate before with the butter. but I've got another thing these are scallops very tasty I do recommend them but they are expensive right now the price is lower that's why I got them ate some yesterday now I've got four left definitely gonna enjoy that I wouldn't know how to describe the taste
6:20 I suppose fishy in some way but not really it's just so great I'm not gonna show you again how I eat the whole thing but I would just like to say if people ate this way even a few times a week there would be no disease at all
6:50 It is raining. This is eight months old meat.
7:02 I usually eat it in the evening when I do. I don't necessarily eat it every day.
7:28 Same old taste. In the last five months or so it hasn't changed the taste.
7:43 I focus on eating natural and raw foods, the ones which are easiest to digest and these you don't even feel in the body because they are almost fully digested. Like magic, if you compare it to how most of us eat when you switch the diets, you wouldn't even believe how you will feel. The most nutritious foods, obviously. Something along the lines of what Ajna's Wonder Planets taught, except that I don't eat any plants. So you could call it a raw primal paleo diet or something. Doesn't matter what you call it. It's just nature. Read the book We Want to Live.
