0:00 Hey guys, a bodybuilder called Genly recently passed away at the age of 22. He was from Brazil. Apparently he was pretty popular in South America. I had never heard of him. we are going to look at one of the latest videos that he released before he died. And then we will also see what other people have to say about all of this.

[video] 0:27 On the hack squat machine, you have to do 25 repetitions with the maximum weight you guys lift. Crazy. So you have to squat, do as many as you can. Breathe to let your legs come back a little. Continue again. Rest. So what does that determine? Oxygenation. And oxygenation with incorrect breathing causes your stomach to block out. Then you vomit and feel sick. Eh, now you vomit because you're incredibly good. I've seen people vomit doing it constantly. So it's not because of that, okay? But that's good. I'm here to take it. So let's go, man. I'm already nervous.

0:59 The guy on the left, the older guy, most likely inspires the younger guys at the gym. He teaches them how to become bigger or how to create the illusion of being bigger, seeing as all that you do at the gym is simply try to maintain an unnatural physique, which is why you go to the gym three to five times a week. You simply try to maintain the unnatural muscle mass.

1:39 That guy is obviously on a lot of drugs, that's clear. And to maintain the unnatural physique, which is achieved by using the drugs, you of course also need to keep taking them. It's the same thing. You need to keep doing it. And once you feel like you're becoming smaller, if you take a break, you hop on it right away again, whether it's the gym going or the substances.

[video] 2:16 Let's do our pre-workout here now.

[video] 2:19 This is just a random video, they are taking some kind of pills, I assume

2:40 Who knows what those pills are, what the substances are made out of, the source of the substances. Most of these people have no idea.

[video] 2:52 B-complex.

3:01 B-complex, sure. Even if it is actually that, then in reality it's of course made out of petroleum, coal. That's the source of these pills. Most people have no idea. And then they use acetone, hydrochloric acid, hexane, and so on. The list is very long when they create these chemical substances, the pills. Very toxic, in other words.

[video] 3:35 Yeah, again, omega-3.

3:45 Also, do you believe that these guys have any idea that the testosterone steroids that they take are made out of yams and soy? Of course not. They believe that they are taking testosterone. Oh, it's what's found in my body. Wrong. It's not even in any way related to it. They simply create these toxic substances which will kill you, but they experimented on them for so long that they found the right substances which will make your muscles grow a lot, which is a sign of disease. Very big muscles are just a sign of sickness and disease. That's why all of the bodybuilders look so sick. That's why the pus is coming out of everywhere.

4:41 It just looks like they have tumors everywhere, which is really very close to the truth. You are injecting or swallowing laboratory-made toxic substances made out of soy and yams, and you are brainwashed to believe that it's testosterone. Something that's found in your body. Absolute bullshit. It has nothing to do with it.

[video] 5:05 Give me a dag. It's here. Give me another one of this shit. You can take this shit. It's nothing. This is supplementation. That's it.

5:22 Most people start bodybuilding because they feel weak, too small, not wide enough. Maybe they feel like they are not good looking. Some men feel like they are too short and so on. It all usually stems from

5:45 a lack of confidence, feeling inadequate among other men, which is why the gyms are so full nowadays. And they keep creating more and more of these buildings full of metal that you can then go and push and pull. And the guy wears glasses and you can imagine what he experienced in school. Usually the stories are very similar.

6:43 The thing is that the bones never lie. You can never really cover up the bones, with muscles or whatever. The guy on the right generally looks bigger, but when you compare the hands, then you can see that the guys on the left have much smaller hands, meaning that they didn't eat proper food while developing, and this can drive men to want to look bigger. The hands are just... an indicator, it doesn't really mean anything. As such, I'm just pointing it out because it's easy for humans to notice that it's easy to prove my point. But when you know what you're looking at, then you can see

7:36 how the development of their bodies really differs when you compare the two on the left to the guy on the right and of course on top of that the guy is on tons of drugs also but purely bone wise we can already see a difference a big difference i'm gonna start here perfect i'll probably keep visualizing using my brain during the workout okay

[video] 8:05 and why the guy on the right started working out is also pretty obvious yeah because i also have to understand the multi-joint exercises of the complex ones will be more difficult so i don't want to wear the guys out i want to take advantage of their strength today especially regardless of whether i'm pulling them together or not i need to push them i need to deliver performance for them so let's start here

8:28 They talk about performance, pushing their limits. That's what they always say. Just pushing something, pushing the metal, pushing something in your mind, meaning that you're going against your intuition.

[video] 8:42 Let's put the 25 minus rate machine. So it fits? Damn, dude, it's screwed. You've already called more than 25. Five.

[video] 8:52 How many to start? Let's start with one. Let's go slow. Let's warm up. Damn, how many? All of them suffer from body dysmorphia. They all want to achieve bodies which

9:14 No women are attracted to, no man finds them intimidating because they are so slow, they cannot actually fight or survive naturally. There's just no actual use for this kind of a body in this reality, but they don't get it because they spend all of these hours at the gym. They are surrounded by people who think just like them, or who are brainwashed just like them.

9:51 This video is over one hour long. All that they do is simply push and pull metal. Why would you click on the video and watch it? Now we are going to look at the video that was released by his friend after he died.

[video] 10:05 Without even knowing what I'm going to say, to be honest, I'm not really sure what I'm going to talk about. Man, I just woke up, it hasn't sunk in. At all yet. At all yet. I think it gets worse every day. At all yet. Guys... Gunnar started this, right? Because it's no coincidence that I'm here in Sao Paulo because of him. He called me to be his training partner, to lead his workouts, to motivate him in his preparation.

[video] 10:40 I knew how important this was to him, you know? This preparation, this competition, it's like... It's crazy to think about, you know? Because...

10:51 I guess that what he's saying is that he was preparing for some kind of contest. Maybe he worked out a lot. He was very stressed. Apparently, it was something with his heart. That's what it says right now online. I don't think I've ever met anyone, guys. Which is very common, by the way. Most of the bodybuilders, especially the pro bodybuilders, die because of hard complications.

[video] 11:23 I was passionate about bodybuilding as a gunner, guys. It was something that motivated me, you know. With every single training session we did, man, I would take that. Insanity of his. His intensity as motivation. It sounds like he's saying that he admired his motivation, the drive, but where did this drive come from? Why do people do this nowadays? Why did

12:12 Nobody workout back in the day. Why were there no gyms? Why did people not focus on looking bigger, wider? It's because when a man is well developed, then he never thinks about it. But if you feel too weak and too small, then you will obsess over the gym and also all of the substances, meaning that this drive came from trauma, insecurities, most likely. I'm just speculating, but from what I can see, it seems pretty clear.

[video] 12:54 Anyone like that, and I know how important this was to him, I know how important competing was to him, and it hurts me like hell man to know that the kid won't be able to compete anymore yeah we'll finish this thing he started i feel a bit obligated guys really to finish this thing for him climbing the ranks because of everything i've said you know having been his training partner you know how important that was to him he's imagining some kind of ranks which don't exist

13:29 Bodybuilders, just like most people, live in their own imagination, in their fantasy world, where there's some kind of ranks, where you become better, where you win contests. None of that exists.

[video] 13:46 I feel a bit obligated. So that's why I decided I'm gonna try some ranks out. It's gonna be a short preparation, but it has a much bigger purpose. So I believe it will be easy. Even though it's in short, I believe it's gonna be pretty easy, guys. Because the purpose behind this competition is much bigger.

[video] 14:06 I'm not here to challenge anyone. I'm not here to challenge Doodoo. I just want to go up there, do this preparation, and go up for him. Guys, finish this thing he started and that he called me.

14:17 This means that he didn't learn anything from his death. Your friend worked out like crazy. He used all kinds of laboratory-made toxic drugs, and that's why he died. And instead of learning, that this is all wrong, bodybuilding in itself, even without the drugs, because it's also very stressful. Instead, you make a video saying that you will continue in his footsteps, essentially. That's crazy. How can you come to that conclusion? The video that he should have made is that this was all wrong. I'm done with bodybuilding. My friend died. But now he does the opposite. And this will kill even more people, possibly people around him that he knows.

[video] 15:11 To be a part of. To help him, you know. But that's it, guys. Today the preparation for the championship begins. I'm gonna do my cardio now.

15:23 And I'll do my refs. It's a championship that doesn't even exist. It's all in your mind.

[video] 15:31 But that's it, guys.

15:35 What I mean is that you focus on this championship in your mind, seeing as it doesn't exist, but you physically, in this reality, destroy your body because of these ideas, meaning that it's simply some fantasies that you are striving for. It's very important to understand this because You're actually really destroying your whole body simply because of some ideas.

[video] 16:15 We have to keep our heads held high, right, guys? Let's do this shit for the gang, guys. I have a very strong motivation for this championship, guys. That's it. I just wanted to share this idea with you to let you know this. I wanted to let you know here on YouTube. I feel closer here. He talks about God and his family but at the same time he's pushing what

17:00 killed his friend. He's still pushing all of these ideas. Makes no sense. It's really a tragedy, guys. He says that it's a tragedy, but at the same time, he will keep doing all of that. Imagine that your friend died in a car crash. You were doing car races. And after his death, you make a video saying, I will do the best car race ever. He dreamt about this dream. car race with 10 cars and I will work and achieve this goal. We will do it. It makes no sense at all. And the video is called, I will finish what you started. Why? Why would you? I don't get it. Why would you not snap out of it? What else will snap you out of it?

17:59 I would think that if your best friend, or maybe not best friend, I don't know what their relations were, dies, then you would think that you would learn from it. If from anything, then from that. But he doesn't. And nobody does. We will look at what some other people have to say about this, including Greg Duchette.

[video] 18:19 Coach Greg and terrible news in the fitness industry today as Gabriel Ganly from Brazil.

18:26 He also looked pretty old for 22.

[video] 18:31 Zil, a 23-year-old bodybuilder, has passed away.

18:41 And I'm sorry to report that... And it's funny how it says IFBB Pro in the intro of Greg the Shit's videos. It seems like lately he has been talking against using drugs, trans, steroids, whatever. But at the same time, he has that in the intro, which makes it seem as if he's proud of it. He's kind of promoting it. But to become, and it's all in your mind, obviously, an IFBB pro, you need to use all kinds of drugs. You need to destroy your health.

[video] 19:21 It's been speculated that it's due to using performance-enhancing drugs, namely insulin. Now, this has not been 100% confirmed, but if so, this is a terrible tragedy. And even if it is, it's always a terrible tragedy. But to make...

19:35 Yes, but none of you learn anything from it. What do you do? You go to a building and push and pull metal for no reason. You stress your heart. You... Pull your heart apart, essentially. You stretch it out. Slowly but surely, that's what you do at a gym. If you run outside, if you do cardio.

[video] 19:57 Matters worse, this man was a natural bodybuilder less than a year ago. And so in...

20:05 Right, but that's an oxymoron because there's no such thing as a natural bodybuilder. Seeing as bodybuilding is an unnatural activity, it goes against your nature, you don't want to do it, you hate it. It's a bullshit term.

[video] 20:24 Under one year, he essentially ruined his life. He didn't need to do this. He has 1.7 million followers. Had an incredible physique while being natural. I'm looking at this kid, many of the comments saying, there's no way that you're natural. You couldn't have achieved this natural. He looked amazing. But since that time, he literally blew up. He was huge.

20:45 You can see photos meeting with the- And he right away looked a lot older also. That's what the drugs do to you.

[video] 20:53 Likes of Nick Walker posing with celebrities like Ramon Dino, also from Brazil. And so every young person is thinking, it won't happen to me. Eric English. I had made a video about him a while ago. Hmm.

21:15 You can also see why he started working out, right? Obviously, very likely grew up eating corn flakes with pasteurized milk or almond milk nowadays. a very narrow build purely caused by the wrong food. And guys like this will, of course, hop on drugs, go to the gym to try to somehow look bigger, to create the illusion that You grew up differently, basically.

[video] 21:54 You'll record a video on Eric English, who's 16. Is anyone stopping him? How obvious is it that Eric English is abusing steroids? Now, is Eric English using insulin? I don't know. It's certainly possible. I remember one time I was in Good Life, a franchise gym, and there were a group of teenagers, they were around 15 or 16 years of age, and they were talking about how many chocolate bars they had to eat after using insulin. They were 15 or 16 years of age and using insulin.

22:19 Yes, all of this is very popular nowadays. And you, Greg, are one of the reasons for it. How do you not understand that when you push going to the gym, doing cardio, lifting metal for no reason, just to destroy your health, then you're part of the problem? Why do you make this video as if you are different? What the fuck is wrong with this guy? He has been making these videos for years. Lately it seems like he realized that using the drugs is wrong, but somehow he cannot realize that going to the gym and this whole fitness community is wrong in itself. It's all problematic.

[video] 23:07 Now, insulin is one of the most dangerous drugs in the world.

23:11 As far as bodybuilding goes, if you wanna see something that- Yes, but you promote and even sell toxic supplements yourself, all of which are made in laboratories. You sell petroleum derived substances, all of which taste horrible bitter because they are toxic, poisonous. How are you really better? The guy is full of shit. He always has been.

[video] 23:38 It can end you like that. I'm talking about in a matter of minutes. That is it. Testosterone, Tren, Anivar, D-ball, the list goes on. Those things usually take months and or typically years.

23:50 Okay, and at the same time, you promote creatine, right? It's made out of petroleum, limestone, and coal. You're actually promoting... eating, ingesting powdered up petroleum, limestone and coal. And those substances are treated with acetone, hydrochloric acid, hexane, methanol, ethanol, all kinds of very toxic substances, strong acids. That's why they taste so horrible. But have you seen Greg say anything against that? No, because he sells that shit. Because not only is he not better than any of these people who promote bodybuilding and using drugs, really, he's very much part of the problem. He promotes big pharma.

24:50 He promotes going to the gym. He is the one who's indirectly killing all of these people. Why the fuck does he make a video as if he's some angel? He is the devil.

[video] 25:02 I don't care how many hate messages I get. I don't care how many people think that I'm jealous or envious or that I don't actually regret taking steroids. I see that all the time. Oh, you would do it again. If you could live your life over, you would abuse steroids it again. No, I'm lucky I'm alive right now. I'm one of the fortunate ones. I abused steroids for over 10 years. And so I am...

25:21 That's all true, but you promote a lifestyle which revolves around pushing and pulling metal for no reason. And your goal is then to push and pull even more metal. You look at the symbols and you want the symbols to go up, so to speak, in your mind. And then you imagine... You believe that you will feel fulfilled eventually if you can push and pull enough metal, but it's bullshit because it's all unnatural. Most of it is imaginary. You are living in your own fantasy world. Just like all of the other bodybuilders, Greg Duchette is no different. I see no difference at all, except that he's against... those kind of drugs. But the other laboratory-made toxic poisonous substances he still promotes and even sells.

26:21 And going to the gym and lifting metal is also very stressful for the heart and can also cause very severe heart problems. But again, does he understand that? Will he ever talk about that? No, his videos are useless.

[video] 26:36 I'm trying to stop you, you the viewer.

26:40 You're not fucking stopping anybody.

[video] 26:44 Perhaps you're a teenager, perhaps you're in your 20s, perhaps you've already hopped on. It isn't too late to stop. You don't need to keep going.

26:52 You still promote going to the gym. What do you think is going to happen when they go to a gym? They feel small, narrow, and then they see guys who have huge tumor-like muscles. They will want to look like them. If you generally promote this lifestyle, then you basically are promoting steroids,

27:14 Most of these guys will get pushed into it.

[video] 27:17 It makes no sense that they say rest in peace while at the same time promoting and doing exactly the same.

27:44 Why would you go and say rest in peace? It's kind of disrespectful also, because at the same time,

27:59 You will indirectly kill lots of other young guys.

[video] 28:02 Absurd pressure. This sickening competition and a culture that turned going to the gym into a spiritual battle. As if sacrificing your own health was a sign of merit or greatness. There is no honor in destroying your own body. Gyms should be synonymous with health, balance, and quality.

28:21 And that's the thing. It isn't whether you use drugs or not. Going to the gym is all about destroying your health, your body.

[video] 28:30 It's body destruction.

28:30 People created all kinds of videos about him, most of which are in Portuguese and Spanish.

28:57 Actually, Greg Deshet's video is the only one that I found, which is in English. The other ones are thankfully auto-dubbed for the most part, which is why we can get an idea of what they are saying. It's obviously not perfectly translated.

[video] 29:14 He's only 22 years old, with a huge future ahead of him, a huge communication ability to win over new audiences, to bring in the kids who are lost, to bring in the kids who are out on the...

29:26 Exactly, the kids who are lost But instead of helping them, you essentially send them down to hell.

[video] 29:36 ...world to bring in the kids who don't have parents, who don't have a good upbringing, to bring them into the gym, to promote bodybuilding, to foster that desire to train, that desire to motivate. Gannite is the most amazing person I've ever had. If you watched some of my previous videos, I always joked I want the number one spot for the kids. Right, but nobody has this desire naturally. That's the point. You need to motivate and push yourself and all of the young and lost guys because it all goes against your nature.

[video] 30:22 Fellas, I trained in the morning, right? I said, guys, regardless of what you did yesterday, regardless of what you're going to do tonight, you have to be in a gym environment. Weight training saves, it heals, it protects. So...

30:33 It saves, heals and protects. Give one example. Give me one benefit of exercising in general. You won't be able to because there's no benefits at all. To say that it heals and saves is completely insane when there's not even one benefit to any of it.

[video] 30:56 For this moment, I can only imagine a mother burying her son because whenever my mother was alive, my biggest fear was that one day I would die.

31:03 Yes, and many more sons will die because you guys keep promoting all of this still.

[video] 31:10 And my mother would still be alive. I don't know how his mother is. I don't know what the situation is like, but it's very sad and very car. I can't even speak, Fel. So may God be embracing him right now. And may he especially be within the heart of Ganli's dear mother.

31:26 As we can see, none of them learned anything from his death. Not even the friend who appeared in his video. Thousands more of them could and probably will die. And they will still simply go on the posts about their death They will leave a comment saying, rest in peace, while still promoting the same ideas that killed all of them. And that's because they don't realize that working out in itself is the problem. Yes, the drugs make it even way worse. But you're promoting a lifestyle which is all about going against your nature. You hate doing all of it. You hate pushing and pulling the metal. You know that it's meaningless.

32:15 You know that you're simply destroying your health and aging your body, but you still promote it simply because some other guys brainwashed you to do all of that. And then later on, when you become an influencer yourself, you simply repeat all of these ideas. not even realizing what they are actually doing to your body. I'm thankful that I never got that deeply into working out. I never got into any of these laboratory made substances such as creatine. I never even used the protein powder, but lots of guys out there believe that it's normal to use all of this. Do they understand that they are taking

33:05 powdered up petroleum, limestone, and coal.

33:11 Do they understand that all of that was treated with very toxic acidic substances, which is why those powders taste so horrible, which is why a lot of them are bitter? Do they understand that it means that the supplements are toxic? No, they don't, because nobody's informing them. Then Greg Duchette comes along and talks about all of this as if he is the hero. You're promoting the same shit? The trend twins say that they don't promote trend, but they have a channel called the trend twins. And you're watching guys who look like they are using trend, but no, they are not promoting that. How fucking delusional can you be? Unless you will realize that working out is the problem, nothing is going to change. You are pushing a lifestyle, which is all about going against your nature, doing what you hate.

34:08 lifting metal for no reason, sweating, stressing your whole body if you do whole body workouts. How is any of that beneficial? None of it is. And then you expect these guys to realize that they shouldn't use drugs. If you push a lifestyle, which is all about changing the way you look like, then that's what you need to expect. These young and impressionable guys go to a gym. They look in the mirror. Then they see other guys who have been working out for five years, maybe. Maybe they are already using some kind of drugs. And then... What are they supposed to do? Just ignore that? No. If you tell people that going to the gym is fine, then they will experience all of that and eventually they will start using something.

35:05 Even if it's only creatine, peptides, all of those are laboratory-made toxic substances. Of course, there's way worse substances out there, but promoting... less damaging substances isn't better, is it? Of course not. But these guys who talk against the drugs probably believe that they are some kind of heroes. You're just like everybody else. Nothing will change just because you say that you shouldn't use performance. enhancing drugs. You're promoting the same lifestyle which will destroy your life and also the lives of the people around you. How many more of your friends do you want to see dead? When is it going to end? Thanks for watching.
