0:00 hey guys today i'm gonna be doing a different kind of video i am gonna be responding to a reaction of my review of the 14 year old bodybuilder he made a response to my response basically I wasn't going to do this because it's a 40 minute video and I generally thought that there is no point to it. But some of you commented saying that I should do it. One of you even gave me a list of timestamps which I should respond to. That's what I'm going to be doing. I'm not going to be watching the whole video. Before we start the video, let me make something clear. Some of you, presumably the subscribers of this guy, commented on my video asking me why I'm making a video about a 14-year-old. You don't understand my perspective.

0:51 For me, it's the same as walking down the street and seeing a 10-year-old doing drugs or something harmful to himself. Of course, I'm gonna do something about it in this case. I see a video of a 14-year-old harming himself and that's why I make a review of the video. It doesn't matter if he's 14, 24, 64. It's a human being.

1:19 doing harm to himself. In this case, he is stunting his growth. He looks very exhausted and not healthy whatsoever. I see that. And of course, I make a response to it because he's a bodybuilder. He is destroying his body. He's not a child anymore.

1:41 He's at least somewhat conscious of what he's doing. He's not four years old. And even if he was, the videos are of course created for the viewers in the first place. even if he was younger i would still be warning the people who watch my review of his video and there's been a lot of guys and some girls also although it's usually not girls who go to the gym who commented on my videos which i made against going to the gym and all of them said that they feel so much better because they stopped going to the gym their libido is higher because their testosterone is higher at last they are not using it up in the gym

2:31 They are not as exhausted anymore, they don't sleep for 10 hours or nap during the day, their dark eye circles are going away, the dark pigments under the eyes, the eye bags also. Of course this motivates me to make more videos like it and if I see a 14 year old doing that to himself, of course I will do it.

[video] 2:56 So welcome back to a new YouTube video in today's video. It's a little bit of a different one.

3:02 And you can see he does have dark eye circles. They are not very bad, but they will get a lot worse because of the exhaustion, because he's exposed to extreme stress and he is exposed to it because he was manipulated by social media and as I said, possibly his father.

3:23 Yeah, it's bad. It's not normal to look this exhausted as a 14 year old or in general at any age anyway. It's just even more alarming because he started so young.

[video] 3:36 We're going to be going over a video that I've had made on me. So I was like looking, I was on YouTube the other day. And I saw I was getting tagged in loads of things in the comments and this person called gold Oh, is that how it actually works?

3:53 I just tagged people for fun.

[video] 3:56 Oh nice On YouTube there's nearly a hundred thousand subscribers.

4:02 Yeah Can you believe it? the title of this video is 14 year old bodybuilder is about to ruin his whole life at george lifts that is the name of the title so that's what we're going to be watching today that is what this video is going to be about so let's get straight into it and see what he thinks all right it's me and how does he um do that does he use a green screen or are those new editing programs the so-called ai that good that they do it they just kind of understand the shape and then they cut you out automatically. I don't know. Would be interesting to know. Even if it's a butter and margarine mix, which means guaranteed atherosclerosis in the future, and seeing as you have a lot of stress from the working out already, which can cause heart failure or a heart attack anyway, then combining that with seed oils is...

5:03 just guaranteed problems for your arteries can be a stroke also really there's not even much of a way around it especially when you start this young so for about a minute into the video i don't really get why he's saying i'm gonna have heart failure and a stroke from the stresses in the gym and the types of food so i don't really get that bit but Right, that's okay. What I mean is that firstly, the plaque which has been found in the arteries, it's mostly made out of these seed oils. People actually commented about what you're using there. Apparently, it's a rape seed oil and butter mix. So seed oil and butter mix.

5:49 And this is what eventually causes the plaque in the arteries, the blockage. It's one of the things, but the most important part of it. And because when you have a lot of stress, which you do in the gym obviously, it's stressful, you don't like doing it, you produce a lot of adrenaline, cortisol, your body is trying to deal with the stress, there's a lot of inflammation. And this also of course builds up the plaque slowly, very slowly, but it does. It generally causes oxidative damage, oxidative stress, as they say, in the whole body. And there's more to it. The heart also slowly stretches out because it's pumping more blood and trying to adapt to the stress.

6:48 So the cardiac output increases. It's not a black and white topic. It's a deeper topic, but that's what I was talking about. He also eats some grain sludge, that's kind of common nowadays in Britain, innit? It's old soy. He doesn't even respond to it or what? I don't even think that he understands what I mean by grain sludge, but whatever.

7:15 One month in the year, you can do that. Oh my god, man, I'm just imagining what he thinks. I'm just thinking what he thinks of the accent. in the uk in it i'm not even joking that's uh how long it's uh warm enough then you gotta go back inside sometime in the middle of june and july in today's video we're gonna be going over a full day in the life Okay, he's smiling, laughing. I guess that it's not that bad.

[video] 7:44 Everything I eat in a day. To be honest, I know he's saying you can only eat one day in the month outside. Actually, for the last few days, we've been outside in the garden. It's been really nice. It's boiling outside. That was like 25 degrees.

7:57 it's absolutely boiling but yeah just because it's summer the days were a little bit nicer so I've been sitting in the garden for my breakfast it's crazy that 14 year olds actually he started when he was 13 at least the channel maybe even before that get brainwashed to do bodybuilding today which is actually body destruction of course if this guy continues he's gonna look 30 when he's 20 maybe even older and that's without any PEDs

[video] 8:23 at 11 year old. I started making videos just before my 13th birthday, so that's probably where he got that from. Everything I eat today, starting off with five eggs.

8:33 The bodybuilders back in the day used to eat raw eggs. David Beckham, the football player, he also drank a lot of raw eggs. He understood that it's important for him. That's why he developed so well.

[video] 8:45 To be honest, yeah, I don't fancy raw eggs. I like scrambled eggs. That's what I enjoy eating. So, you know,

8:52 well that's understandable because that's what you grew up eating and that's what your body knows as food it's not really so much that you don't fancy raw eggs is that you were never exposed to that what i mean is that if you would have grown up eating raw eggs then you would fancy raw eggs that's just how it works That's the thing with eating raw animal foods. It's something that you need to start eating and then your body gets used to it and believes that that's where it can get the nutrition from and then you switch over to that. It's just what your body is used to. So that's it. And when you combine that with the fear-mongering about eating raw meat, raw eggs today, of course, it makes sense that people are put off by the thought of eating that.

[video] 9:39 I think there's that much difference if you drink them raw.

9:42 Well, there is a difference in digestion and also in the nutrient profile. Same as it is with anything cooked. Cooking just destroys. drink them raw than if you just have them scrambled i don't think it's that much different anyway so i just do it the way i like to um the way i prefer if you know what i mean corn flakes oh my god uh corn flakes even have micro plastics inside of them but besides that there's also glyphosate which makes you infertile it's total garbage infertile corn flakes okay um

[video] 10:20 I don't know a lot of things about the body because, you know, I'm a 14-year-old. I do know basic things, and I also know a lot of other 14-year-olds. I know a lot of other 14-year-olds eat cornflakes, and I know a lot of other 14-year-olds have eaten cornflakes in the past. I'm sure they've been able to have children in the future.

10:36 Yes, some of them can, some can't. It depends on how long you eat it, what else you eat. That glyphosate makes you infertile is not a secret. You can just look it up. There's been studies done about it. It's very clear. But if you'd only be eating cornflakes and nothing else that has any kind of pesticides, herbicides, then it wouldn't affect you that much. When you do it for 30 years, you're in your 30s and you eat other kind of junk, then of course it's going to affect you. Yeah, the quality of your seed and also women suffer from it the same way, just in a different way, but it also makes them infertile. That is something for sure to watch out for. Same with the microplastics. They end up all over your body. You don't see what I see, and most people don't even, even at my age, when I look at what you're eating.

11:33 Because what I see is just a bowl full of non-food items. Maybe the milk, I guess, is pasteurized, but whatever. Okay, that's real food technically. Although you shouldn't be drinking milk really past your toddler ages, although during puberty raw milk would actually be good for your growth. Okay, that's a different topic, whatever. But my point is simply that I see processed...

12:01 leftover waste products, which they put sugar over and other additives and then they feed it to the slave population. It's to feed the masses. But naturally, humans hunt down animals and we eat them raw, believe it or not.

12:21 And then we eat some fruits and honey also. when i compare that to what you're eating i know that it's not food i can just see that but to your sense that's real food that was actually my main point i just talk about everything that's inside to make people think about what they are eating really they should just look at it they see some little flakes it doesn't look like food whatsoever and then they should stop eating it that's what you grew up eating i grew up eating the same garbage by the way so I know exactly where you're coming from, but a lot of people nowadays are getting into eating what they are naturally supposed to, and then their life completely changes. All that you need to do is really just try it.

13:10 then you will get it. Right now, you just don't get what I'm talking about. Once you would do it, you would get it. So I don't know where he's got that bit from, but yeah, I'm just gonna keep listening to what he's saying. How can you eat that? It's complete poison. It's a complete waste product. It's actually a waste product that was processed into food for the slaves. To be honest, I didn't know slaves ate cornflakes. Yeah, exactly. Of course. Think about it. What would slaves eat? What did all of the prisoners in history eat? What do prisoners today eat? Do they get tons of meat, good food? No, they get seeds. This is a sort of seed product, a mixture.

14:00 Yeah, it's a waste product processed with sugar to make it basically look like food. That's why it's also super cheap. Yeah, this is something that people don't think about. And when you're 14, especially, you probably don't think about it.

[video] 14:16 But also, if it's not food, then what is it? That's what I'd like to know. Let me know in the comments if cornflakes aren't food. Let me know what it is.

14:26 Right, corn flakes are, as I said, a waste product from the production of corn. It's these also huge GMO monocrops which are not sustainable anyway. They are sprayed to death. They are very cheap to make. They have basically no nutrients except for carbohydrates, and carbohydrates are sugar in the body. So you're consuming sugar with glyphosate, microplastics, all kinds of other additives which are really harmful. You can just look at the additives when you're eating cornflakes. it was generally made actually to that's a different topic already it's a bit deeper but when you look at the Kellogg's family and where all of this originates from it was made to make younger guys not interested in reproduction and when they ate Kellogg's and didn't eat meat

15:26 basically a kind of vegetarian diet back in the day a plant-based then they were better at following the rules they were better at their religion and that's why they were fed corn flakes instead of meat any kind of animal foods because they were weaker and more docile basically that's the very origin of corn flakes from the Kellogg's family Really horrible, and it's even worse because he starts so young. This is the age when he should be growing and developing. I am growing and developing.

[video] 16:03 I'm growing and developing, like, my body. I'm trying to gain muscle. When me and my coach talk, me and Eddie...

16:10 Right... Eddie? Who is Eddie? Not Eddie Hall, right? No way.

16:18 No. Just some coach, I guess. Whatever. It's not as if the coach understands everything about human biology anyway. My point is simply that your hormones that you produce during puberty should be used for your bones in the first place. Of course, your whole body grows overall, even your muscles. But what you're doing is you're training your muscles. You use up the hormones, testosterone, for example, for the muscles to grow instead of what you should be using the hormones for. And that's why it will in the end result in a not as developed body. That doesn't mean that you're not going to be growing at all in height or also in width.

[video] 17:01 We just speak about just training now and trying to use all of my natural testosterone that I'm getting at the moment and trying to use that to build as much muscle as I can.

17:14 right but that's exactly the problem because think about it have humans ever done that in history no this is a very new experiment on the youth since the early 2000s it got popular but especially in the last 10 years especially because of social media but all of the guys out there with a big skull big hands all the tall people they never went to the gym nothing So you are now focusing on building something which people never used to focus on. You're trying to build muscle, which you won't be able to maintain in the end anyway. In the end, at the very most, in some decades, you will realize that

17:59 building the muscle was pointless you're just gonna go back more or less to your natural state anyway once you will stop and you will end up with the underdeveloped bones that's all that you will really get out of it in puberty you need to focus on not stressing yourself eating the highest quality food and developing to the best man you possibly can You're not necessarily doing the opposite of that, but you're doing something that's very far away from that. You're eating pretty bad food and you're focusing on growing muscles.

18:35 using the testosterone to increase the vocal cord length so that his voice is deeper and all the other parts of the body and instead he's using the testosterone to grow his muscles meaning that everything else isn't gonna grow as well I think my voice is pretty deep already especially for a 14 year old I think I'm also quite tall I'm like five nine and a half and the diet is also not really Yeah, but whatever your height is going to be, it's not going to be what you could have reached. That's the point. I have tons of guys commenting that they started eating the way I recommend them to eat and they grew really, really a lot. Some people have gotten some really amazing results and that's by simply eating properly and not working out, not stressing yourself.

[video] 19:31 Lee Priest he actually competed in bodybuilding at 13 year old so he actually competed younger than me but yeah he seemed pretty good I know he's not like really tall I know he's five foot four but he was still an amazing bodybuilder and uh yeah he looked absolutely amazing and like

19:47 I don't know who that is, but the thing is that yes, maybe he was a good bodybuilder in the sense that he was great at building and maintaining the muscle. Why did he do it in the first place? If this is some guy who used to do it also when he was older, I don't know who that is. It could have been because of insecurities for obvious reasons. But whatever the case, eventually you're going to want to reproduce. That's not something that you're thinking about right now. I get that. I assume. But you will. And then you will want girls to find you attractive. Girls are not going to find muscles attractive. It doesn't matter how old you will be. Let's say that when you're 20, you will focus on it. Girls are gonna look at how tall you are, how good-looking you are and how healthy you look like. They don't want guys who are... also unhealthy looking. You can get away with it if you're very attractive.

20:47 It's possible that after some years, when it's maybe even a bit too late, you will realize what's really important, what this life is really about, at least partly. And it's for sure not bodybuilding, muscle building or anything like that.

[video] 21:08 you know huge role model looks class um so yeah kind of disagree with what you're saying there what bloody out it's a blue sky

21:21 That's one or two days in the whole year. I'm not even kidding. That's like winning the lottery almost. Crazy. We got lucky. It's the first video that is set in Britain, which I'm reviewing, that doesn't have a grey sky.

[video] 21:36 In summertime, the sun comes out and it is sunny, so yeah.

21:41 Yeah, I'm kind of overreacting on purpose, but as I said, I used to live in the UK. Sometimes you just go weeks without any sunlight whatsoever.

[video] 21:52 Maybe not one or two days in the year, maybe like a few weeks, but you know, it's still quite rare for English weather for the sun to be out and it to be very warm in the morning.

22:03 I'm glad to see that he's kind of enjoying the video, what I'm saying. He finds it funny. Maybe he's not going to be obese. To actually be obese, usually you need to hop on some PEDs.

[video] 22:13 Okay, so you need to be on performing enhancing drugs to be obese. Bodybuilders aren't obese, especially the ones who take steroids. Even in the off-season, there's people like Urs Kolsinski. He is absolutely shredded in the off-season.

22:31 don't think that he understood what i meant maybe what i mean is that purely because of their weight if you calculate the bmi they are obese usually at the very least overweight that's all that i'm saying because um as far as the definition of obesity goes it doesn't mention fat It simply mentions that you have too much mass and that's why they have trouble walking, breathing the same way as somebody who has too much fat. For your heart, how much it needs to pump, how much stress it experiences because of the obesity, there's no difference whether you have more muscle or fat. It's possible that you need to pump even more blood if you have too much muscle. Yeah, but what kind of a show? Why do you want to impress some random people? Why do you need attention? It's not about attention and it's not about impressing people.

[video] 23:31 Bodybuilding is like a sport that you do yourself and I feel like just the full prep in general is an amazing experience. If you wanted to do a show, I'd 100%...

23:43 This I really have to disagree with for many reasons. For one thing, you never do it for yourself. That's impossible. That's like saying that girls put on makeup for themselves. There's some that say that. They are obviously lying to themselves. Most people understand that for some reason a lot of people deny that you don't do bodybuilding for yourself or that you generally go to the gym for yourself. That's impossible because you hate doing it. A simple test that you can do for yourself is imagine if you could have the body that you want in your head, which is not really what you want, but you've been manipulated to want that kind of a body, those big muscles, which are unnatural. They don't even look good, but whatever. Yeah, that's your thing. Would you, if you could choose, simply have those muscles magically? Or would you want to go and suffer in the gym? Do you want to work out?

24:43 If you can just choose, you gotta go to the gym today. You can... now choose you're tired you don't feel like it you never do of course but some days you really don't feel like it if you can now choose as they do in severance you have a severed mind you have somebody else that goes in the gym And does the workout, and then when you come out, you are you again. Basically, you don't even feel what just happened in the gym. Of course, you feel it afterwards, but you get what I'm saying. My point is simply, if you could have the body that you want, would you actually want to work out to get it? No, because you don't do the working out for yourself, seeing as you don't like it. Now, if you say that you... want this body for yourself, that's also a lie, because of course the body,

25:37 you only create because of what people will say in response to seeing your body. Typically, that's gonna be girls in your imagination, maybe not for you now specifically, but typically that's why guys work out, same with girls. They want to impress the other gender, but even if not, whoever you want to impress, typically you want them to look at your body because This is the point. You hate doing it, so you definitely don't go to the gym for yourself, seeing as you would rather not do it. And secondly, you only create this body also so that other people look at you and give you the attention, the validation or whatever it is.

26:19 but if you would be the last human being on earth this is what you have to ask yourself would you go to the gym literally you're the last human being on earth right now do you now go to the gym no you go to the gym because you want people at the gym to look at you you want people outside to look at you especially girls and you want people on social media to look at you that's why you show off your gains if you didn't care about the attention you wouldn't actually be showing off your body in the video Right? You watch Will Tennyson or whoever you looked up there, I forgot the name, because you were impressed by their bodies, you look at them and these people created those bodies so that other people look at them. It's all about attention from other people. It's always about that. This is something that I really want him to understand because I think that once you understand it,

27:15 A lot of people may actually quit doing it, especially when they understand that it's unhealthy. When you combine understanding that you only do it for other people, that you don't even like doing it and that it's even bad for you, it's very hard to start actually going to the gym in the first place or if you're doing it already, to actually continue going to the gym. Yeah, I wish that he would understand this at least. Hopefully he will still wake up. Yeah, you can tell that he has eye bags at the age of 14, which is actually insane and really alarming.

[video] 27:51 It's like if you wake up, no matter what age you are, you'll have bags under your eyes.

27:57 That's not true. It's true for most people today, yeah. You're right, but not when you're healthy. I don't have them when I wake up or anytime throughout the day. It can happen if you're exposed to a lot of heat, humidity especially. That's a normal human reaction then. Maybe it's the case for him because British people are not used to the heat and maybe it's really warm already, but it doesn't really seem like it. He's just walking in the shade. It's not as if some tropical place there.

28:41 I don't think that that's it in his case.

28:45 I think that it's really just the stress and the exhaustion in his everyday life.

[video] 28:50 Especially if you're tired, you know what I mean? And I feel like most teenagers are tired when they're...

28:54 Right, but it's just a normal to be tired always. I get that it's the norm today, but it's not as such actually normal. Waking up and going to school quite early. Rice has arsenic. That's horrible. And again, this is a complete waste product. Look at the packaging. Look at how cheap it is.

[video] 29:14 Same as the cornflakes. A lot of children have Rice Krispies. There's nothing wrong with Rice Krispies.

29:19 Yeah, but most children today are sick and also underdeveloped. They... grow up and then the adult version is an underdeveloped version of who they were supposed to be. This is what he grew up eating and this is what he believes is real food. Yeah, I understand that. As I said, I grew up the same way. Not with this kind of stuff specifically, thankfully, but not really also that much better food.

[video] 29:55 I like them, often they taste really good, and it's a good way of getting macadamia.

29:59 Right, it's just that the taste is artificial, that's the thing. What they do is they put artificial sugar, nowadays even artificial sweeteners, and then you eat it because that's what you actually taste. You don't actually like the Rice Krispies themselves. Nobody likes rice or any kind of seeds, people only eat them when they cover up the taste. And then you gotta think about what you can eat, which you actually like the taste of, without covering it up. And that would of course always in the end be animal foods, fruits and honey. Everything else doesn't taste good in its natural form. Oh my god, the sign there, results, not excuses.

[video] 30:46 just pushing people to do something that they hate I didn't say in this video that I hate going to the gym

30:54 That doesn't matter. How would you be able to tell if you gave a present? Let's say you had a brother, whatever. It doesn't matter who it is. And you would want to see if they liked the present or if they enjoy what you gave them. You would look at their face expression, right? How else do you tell if somebody likes or dislikes something? It's literally how we do it. It's how all animals do it. It's the feelings expressed... through emotions that's what we see on the face we see that you hate doing it you don't only dislike it there's actually a lot of suffering that we can see when you do it this is the point that i was trying to make before this is something that a lot of them don't want to realize. They all know it. They all know that they don't want to go to the gym. They all know that they don't like doing any of that. But admitting that makes you realize that you're doing something that you hate.

31:53 And then your whole world can collapse because you realize that it was all a lie. That's why it's hard for people to admit that they hate working out.

[video] 32:04 I speak to a lot of people in the gym that I train at. They go every day. They enjoy it.

32:10 Where's the joy? Enjoy has the word joy in it. You're supposed to show joy when you're doing it. Show me somebody who shows joy when they are working out. You show joy when you're with your children, eating natural food, in the sunlight, doing what you want to do. Once you do what you don't want to do, These are the kind of face expressions that you will see. And to be fair, I think a lot of people just don't even know what joy feels like. Same as I said before, when you don't know what happiness feels like, it can get really confusing in this life. And that's when you come to these conclusions that you enjoy suffering.

[video] 32:54 Going to the gym. Yeah. Everyone who I speak to in the gym likes to go because they have similar goals to me. Competing, maybe they do powerlifting, maybe they do like a high rocks or something, but they're still all in the gym and they all really enjoy doing fitness related things. It's like someone else, I know he goes to the gym, but he also plays cricket and stuff.

33:15 What I really recommend you to do is maybe put in some music and blend out the sound and then just... lean against the wall or sit down and really just meditate and just chill out and actually look at the face expressions of the people who tell you that they enjoy working out. Just sit there And then just look at what their face actually truly says. You will see the sweat running down the face, meaning stress. The veins popping out, the red face, the inflammation, the increased heartbeat.

34:03 And then look at the mouth, the eyes, the muscles being contracted in the face, the wrinkles being created, and just look at how somebody looks like when they do a deadlift, for example. He mentioned powerlifting or squats or anything. And then tell me that they enjoy it. Once you actually admit to yourself what's going on, you won't be able to say that they enjoy it.

[video] 34:31 Oh God, I hate these.

[video] 34:36 But yeah, no one said that they don't like going to the gym here.

34:40 Yeah, of course they won't say it, obviously. It's understandable. He hates doing it.

[video] 34:48 If I hated doing it, I wouldn't make content about it. I wouldn't go to the gym.

34:53 Yeah, you would say so, right? You would assume so. It would kind of make sense. Why do I make content about it? Why do I do it at all? why do people eat broccoli and make videos about how healthy it is and how they like the taste but then show a recipe with tons of cheese on top of it because they hate it why do they make the videos because they are manipulated they are misinformed or they listen to too much disinformation They are eating green poisonous flowers full of sulforaphane, which is toxic, poisonous. It makes it taste like you're eating the worst food on Earth. It's not even food anyway, it's a flower. And they still make videos about it. Why? I mean, I can give you tons of examples. The point is that people all the time make videos and lie to themselves that they like doing something. That's what's going on today. Five, six times a week. Yeah. It's a weird one.

35:53 Yeah, but again, if you could have the gains without doing it, would you do it? Or would you choose to magically have the gains? Do you actually literally enjoy pushing and pulling the metal? Because of the brainwashing and the pressure from the family? No pressure from my family at all.

[video] 36:13 Both my parents know I love going to the gym.

36:17 yeah there's no pressure no okay then uh that's how it is i was just assuming that maybe because the father from what it seems like goes to the gym there's some pressure maybe there really isn't maybe there's also pressure which he's not really aware of which he doesn't consciously think about some expectations and maybe there's nothing yeah or like

[video] 36:45 Stress.

36:45 I don't know. Well, there's stress anyway. The whole gym is just full of stress. It's people stressing all the time. That's what's going on in a gym, right? There's nothing else really going on there. But because of the brainwashing and the pressure from the family, he does it. Nobody on earth wants to do it, let alone some 14-year-old guy.

[video] 37:06 From saying that, I'm guessing this guy doesn't train. I guess he doesn't go to the gym.

37:11 I used to for 10 years. I never liked it. I even made videos when I was going saying that it's unhealthy. I did it. I started going because I was pretty skinny and for the same reasons as anybody else, essentially just insecure, wanting to look bigger. I, of course, later realized that there's no point anyway. Yeah, you do it and then you stop, which you will eventually anyway. And then your body goes more or less back to its natural state. You do keep a lot, sometimes most of the muscle, especially if you eat raw meat, but you for sure lose a significant amount. And that's because your body is not trying to adapt itself to this unnatural, stressful lifestyle. That's all the bodybuilding is about anyway. You just try to adapt to pushing and pulling metal.

[video] 38:00 But yeah. I think that's a pretty bold statement to say everyone in the world doesn't like to go through the gym.

38:08 Yeah, this is something that he will realize later on. Maybe in some years. Some people never realize it. I think that he will. He seems to be aware enough. It just seems like he's open enough to the point where he will get it eventually. That it's very simple to tell what people like and dislike and everybody dislikes going to the gym.

[video] 38:30 Because I'm sure there's a few people who... Like going, it's the best part of the day. Hyprotein is one of the most used supplement websites in the world, if not the. So yeah, it can't be that bad if lots and lots of people buy from it.

38:50 Yeah, that's an interesting thought, but you can't really appeal to popular opinions and beliefs and simply say that it's good because of that. Sometimes it may be true, but nowadays in the system that we live in, it's not going to be... Again, with broccoli, for example, most people would say that it's healthy, even though it's one of the unhealthiest foods on Earth. That's just one example. It's a popular opinion, which is wrong. There's a lot of mainstream opinions, which are wrong. And just because people buy from the MyProtein website doesn't really mean anything. It's the same people who go to a gym, hate doing it, but say that they enjoy doing it. Yeah. Do any of them actually know how this so-called protein powder is made? No, they don't even think about it.

39:45 They just see their favorite social media people advertising it, giving them a discount code, and then they go and buy it. That it's full of poisons, microplastics, that it's a waste product in the first place. Whey protein, for example, complete waste product. they just didn't know what to do with the way so then they made a protein powder out of it do any of them understand it less than one percent i mean if you do why do you buy it once you do you stop buying it you start eating meat even if you want to go to the gym you eat real food because it's way better that's why it's white by the way it's bleached also

[video] 40:29 Creatine is super poisonous. Creatine is the most researched sports supplement

40:36 and uh it's very good for you yeah he should watch my video about pulse aldino in case you haven't seen it in the video i broke down exactly how create creatine it's not even creatine by the way how it's created the procedure it goes through and why it's actually a toxin because it actually has an ld50 value you can actually overdose on it and die you would need to eat very large amounts but point being it's toxic whereas real food has not been proven to be toxic. It's, in short, made out of petroleum, in case you don't want to watch the video. It's completely fake, has nothing to do with meat, doesn't come from meat, it's not real creatine, it's completely fake. Yep, that's the thing. And even if you want to believe that it's real, for whatever reason, the procedure is still toxic. So it's toxic anyway.

[video] 41:32 I can see where some of his points are coming from. do disagree with a lot of the things he said um just in general um but yeah when i saw that someone had made a video on me i thought it was really cool so thank you um gotus oh wow okay yeah yeah you seem uh like a good guy for filming this video um i did enjoy watching it all the way through i hope you enjoyed this video as well um but yeah Remember, you can always subscribe to him and subscribe to me. But yeah, make sure to like, comment and subscribe and I'll see you in a bit.

42:10 I also quickly checked out the top comments on the video. People are telling him for example that

42:19 People think that I'm hating, which some people sometimes say because they don't understand my message or because they're not used to somebody just saying what they think, which in their mind is somehow hating. Thankfully, at least George didn't think that from what it seems like he understands. more or less my perspective not really but he understands my intentions i should say he's simply trying to save this kid's health right he's not a kid anymore chasing some physique had a really good physique actually it will be bad for my health if i continue to try to go bodybuilder mode and use stuff well yeah if you start using stuff then especially anyway Quit working out, eat raw meat. Yeah, of course.

43:17 There's something slightly uncomfortable about the tone. 90% is correct. But you have to not acknowledge it and try to be a contrarian to appeal to your subscribers. Yeah, yeah.

43:34 Koz is correct, but you probably won't realize he was trying to help you until you're in your mid-20s and so on. Yeah, maybe it's my subscribers. I don't know who was commenting on there. I assume a lot of my subscribers, maybe also random people understood that I'm not trying to hate on him or whatever. I don't even know how you could come to this conclusion anyway. This was not me saying, you are wrong, I'm right, my diet is better, blah, blah, blah. That's not my intention ever anyway. Not with the original video and not with this video. I simply see somebody going down the wrong path from my experience. I did it myself also, and I've seen many people suffer. And as I said, I know that a lot of people stopped doing it. and they feel just so much better.

44:28 You kind of even forget how your life used to be before the gym because you're so focused on these goals, on this physique that you forget how you actually felt. How overall, besides the physique, you felt actually super good before. You just kind of ignore it, try to talk yourself into believing that you like doing it and then

44:53 You end up where you are. That's where he's at right now. Unfortunately, at a young age and he said that he started when he was 11 already. That's pretty hardcore. Who knows how long he will continue. Well, he seems like a cool guy. I guess that because I have almost 100k subs, he felt kind of honored or something like that, that I made a video about him. That's kind of interesting. But whatever the case, really, I just wish the guy all the best. Just because I use the word slave or something doesn't mean anything. I talk about my own life, how I'm enslaved, how I live in captivity and everything. I talk about everybody like that because this is the system that we live in. That he won't understand right now. He will understand it later in his life. And I'm not saying this because he's 14 and he doesn't understand anything. As I said, he's not a child anymore.

45:52 He can understand a lot. There's people who start eating naturally even. at a pretty young age nowadays. You can understand a lot. At 14, I was pretty conscious of what was going on. I was just misinformed and led down the wrong path when I was 14 myself. I wish that I somehow was exposed to somebody who was talking about the topics that I talk about right now. My whole life would have been so much better if I started living like this. Ideally, if I was born like this with different parents or parents who are more informed, I should say, or at least if I learned it before I hit puberty, that would have done me a lot of good.

46:39 Yeah, that's all that's going on here. Nobody is out there trying to harm you or anything. People are trying to prevent you from being harmed. There's no ill intentions behind anything that I say. I just talk in a very open way which people are not used to as i said i get that i say everything that i think and feel in the videos and that's very direct which people you know like and dislike typically it's not really an in-between a lot of people really like that that's the way i talk and a lot of people are really offended and say that i'm hating because of the way i talk I think that when you actually watch my videos and really start thinking about what I'm saying, you will realize that my overall intention is to make people happy and healthy. Thanks for watching.
