0:00 What's up? I'm going to review a what I eat in a day video by Fit with Cambry.
[video] 0:05 It's early morning at 7 a.m. I'm drinking coconut water which has great potassium. Hey Scoop, what are you doing?
0:12 Yeah, coconut water is good for hydration.
[video] 0:14 What are you climbing? Yes.
[video] 0:20 Climb. I did not feel like getting out of that today. Whatsoever. like absolutely wanted to stay in bed all day but I did that yesterday so two days in a row it's not good for me he's a protection dog so he's trained to attack that's it she doesn't even say why it's as if that's her normal life not being able to get out of bed okay let's just move on so this would be like my pre-workout I normally always do a fruit and coconut water or glowing greens in the morning before we head on our
1:01 Her voice sounds weird, as if she's already exhausted, something like that.
1:12 Why do you go workout now if you hardly even got out of bed? How much against your body's instinct do you want to go?
[video] 1:22 Yes, good boy. Free go potty. Some days getting out of the house to get to a workout is the hardest thing for me to do. Yesterday...
1:31 Her face seems a tiny bit emaciated, maybe? Maybe it's just the face structure, I'm not sure. It could be because she probably works out a lot.
[video] 1:38 I felt like I needed to rest. Whoa, my ponytail is going crazy right there. But I'm feeling so much better already just being out of the house. Sometimes you just need that discipline to get you through the days you don't feel like doing it because it can be the best thing for you.
1:49 No, those days you should be resting. And in general, as a woman, you should be resting more than doing anything, really. You're out there with your dog, which is just pathetic in itself.
[video] 2:01 This is the neighborhood I live in. There's a lot of hills, which is great because I get a nice booty burn. Go sleep. Go sleep a few hours.
2:11 You look like you need it.
[video] 2:11 I'm a gringa, as they like to call me here. And I fry like a little French fry. in the sun of Ecuador, we're so close to the equator, we are on the equator.
2:23 Why do you need sunscreen if there's no sun even outside from what it looks like?
2:31 Not that you need it in general. Everybody should be getting sun anyway. Even if you're a ginger, as they say, you should be getting at least 10-20 minutes of sun easily, you can do it.
[video] 2:46 Comma? Yeah, gracias. That's Andy.
2:50 She has a lot of makeup on, plus there's definitely a filter also because her face looks way too smooth.
[video] 2:54 I had to learn, which has been healthy, to get ready for myself. You know, I'm not going anywhere. I stay in my house a lot. I'm filming a reel for my Instagram page, Cambry Schroeder. I have two pages, Cambry Schroeder with Cambry, about some of my favorite foods and snacks that I've been enjoying in Ecuador. So I'm gonna show you guys what I'm having for like a mid-morning snack. I'm gonna finish that. I have sliced coconut, healthy fats. I made two of those.
3:21 These are called... Why is it healthy fats? It doesn't have any fat soluble vitamins. Really the only healthy fats are the ones that do. A, D, K2. No plant has them anyway.
[video] 3:31 Chochos. They are a high protein, high fiber, very low starch bean.
3:39 I think they have them in America I've never heard of them but any bean cannot be good for you I've never heard of them before until I came here but
3:51 No, people eat them and that's the reason they also used to eat them is because they were starving. In general, people used to start eating seeds because of starvation, famine. If anybody still does that, that's because they don't have enough money to buy meat. People in Ecuador are not stupid as the foreigners are.
[video] 4:10 I like eating things that are fun to eat.
[video] 4:17 I don't know if that makes sense to anyone, but I like things- It's as if she's grasping for air.
4:23 It's what I said before, there's definitely something wrong there. She's starving herself. Well, she is starving herself. She's only consuming seeds and some fruit. It's starvation.
[video] 4:35 I have a little bit of a process to it. So for example, these, you have to bite the tip off, and then you... Oh. Comes out the little bean. It's a fun little snack process.
[video] 4:50 This is a lot more fun than just eating a chip. I might be crazy. It's fun. This ganadiya, you scoop out.
[video] 5:00 You see?
5:02 I've had this fruit before. It's nice, but it's just a little sugar snack. It's not really food.
[video] 5:09 The seeds are crunchy but soft. I don't know how that works. I have half of a guava left, so I'm just going to eat this. So tropical and rich. Her lips look anemic. Midday snack complete. I'm going to have lunch at Alfonso's parents' house today. So I'm going to show you guys what I'm eating when I'm there, but I'm not going to talk a lot just because I always film...
5:38 Oh, now I see why she's using the filter. She has really bad dark eye circles, actually. It's just very well covered up, but... Yeah, you can see it. Imagine it without a filter and without the makeup.
[video] 5:51 I'm just talking in front of people while I'm filming. I feel like a complete loser. We're on our way to Alfonso's parents' house. It's a long drive. How long is the drive? 10 seconds? We're here.
6:07 Popcorn is horrible for your digestion, basically indigestible.
6:16 Alright, at least she's not plant-based or anything like that, it seems. Well, she is plant-based, but you know what I mean, she eats some animal foods. A little bit anyway. She's still starving herself though overall. It doesn't really even help if she eats a little.
[video] 6:30 I just finished lunch. I want to explain to you why I ate what I ate and how I managed the situation. So we started with popcorn, which is a carb.
6:38 She has a very pretty eye color.
[video] 6:40 I want to make sure I'm getting in all the food groups. I'm just consciously aware of my hunger signals while I'm eating. And then I'm getting in all the main food groups. Those are my two focuses while I'm eating. I want to make sure I'm getting in all the nutrients that I need and that I'm not overeating or undereating. So I'm really aware of my hunger cues. had a bunch of popcorn which was my carb then the ceviche came with the shrimp and it was lemon juice and tomatoes and onions and that was my protein and some veggies so after that i was good then a second place it's nice that you ate some animal protein although really you should be getting animal fat also quite a lot of it and of course that's all it really shrimp has just some protein it's pretty lean it came and i was like okay i'm
7:19 Plus it's usually far and garbage.
[video] 7:21 But I did realize I was missing a little bit of fiber and starch in my meal, so I ate the yucca fries. Those four things were yucca. I didn't eat any of the rice or chicken because I didn't need it. I didn't feel like I had any hunger at all, so I was perfectly content after the yucca fries. Dinner is skirt steak, rice, and a vegetable medley that has mushroom, spinach, tomatoes, onions. And then we have a passion fruit juice. homemade with just passion fruit and water.
7:49 It's nice that she has access to all of these juices, the coconut water and all this stuff.
[video] 7:53 I have salad, and I eat as much of this as I feel after if I'm full or not.
7:58 I don't know what a skirt steak is, it looks very dry and really almost burnt, as if there's no nutrients left in there. It's almost pointless probably to even eat it.
[video] 8:08 ...from this, but you can never have enough veggies. The more variety in your meals, the better. I finished the first plate.
8:16 Not really.
[video] 8:18 Now I'm eating salad and drinking my little juice.
8:26 She's so weird. I don't know. She has some kind of eating disorder. Why also eat all of that salad? Why eat green leaves that have no nutritional value at all? It's just really strange. Really strange meals.
[video] 8:38 Dinner, I always crave something a little sweet. So having a little juice like this is great and passion fruit. The seeds in it are high in potassium and magnesium, which helps you sleep better. So it's a great alternative to drinking soda at night.
8:49 It is a great alternative, yeah. The stuff that you drink is pretty okay-ish, especially if you work out, it's alright to consume those kind of juices, but you probably just crave the sweet stuff because you eat salt and stuff.
[video] 9:05 I'm going to take two debloat pills because I want to show you truthfully what my full day of eating looks like, and debloat pills are crucial for me, for my digestion. The bottle is just so cute.
9:15 It's great that she's honest about this, I don't think that a lot of YouTubers would actually show it, but hey, you just ate a big salad, which is mostly indigestible, which is why you get bloating. That's why you need to take these debloat pills. any kind of seeds that you eat are very hard on your digestion. You gotta understand that seeds are completely inedible and the plant really doesn't want you to eat its seeds. It's like you're eating the plant's babies. You definitely don't want to chew them open and get all the toxins inside of them, which will cause problems with your digestion, obviously. And also all of these plants themselves don't want to be eaten. The fruit, that's arguable. If you leave out the skin and seeds, technically you could say yes, it wants to be eaten. The way you could solve all of these problems would be by simply stopping eating any of this indigestible stuff altogether. It's very simple.
10:12 It's an illness, which is why she needs medication.
[video] 10:14 Chocolate before bed is bad for your sleep. Anyway, she definitely suffers from some kind of eating disorder.
10:27 She eats too little in general, I would say, considering that she works out. Also, for sure, it's too little. I get that it's interesting to eat all of this exotic fruit in Ecuador, which you wouldn't be getting wherever you're from, I don't know, but you shouldn't base your whole diet on it. It's just sugar and fiber, essentially. You mentioned the potassium also all of the time, and yes, you can get quite some potassium from fruit, but you can also get it from animal foods just as easily. There's nothing special in fruit that we need necessarily. If you work out, I can understand why you eat more of it and why you also consume those fruit juices. But if that's what it's all based on, then you're definitely not getting enough, because all that you eat otherwise are some indigestible seeds, which you're really getting nothing out of, except for bloating, and the very, very overcooked meat, and some shrimp for some protein, but you're not getting the most essential part, which is animal fat.
11:27 And that's really something that you should be adding a lot of to your diet. Thanks for watching.
