0:00 Hey hey! I'm going to review what good eatings eats Nade.
[video] 0:04 Hi everyone! I hope you're doing well. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Malin and for those of you... One of the unhealthiest vegans I've ever seen.
0:13 Super anemic looking, the sunken dark circle eyes. She looks fragile, as if she used her last energy to make this video.
[video] 0:23 If you do, welcome back, it's nice to see you again. Today I'm gonna film a what I ate in a day, and this one I'm focusing in a little bit on hair health. But what I realized when I started reading up on what your body needs for hair health is that everything in your body is connected. What you need to have healthy hair is also what you need to have to have a healthy functioning body, really. Everything in us is connected. And yeah, so with that said, I also wanna say I'm not a health professional, And if you are looking to change anything in your diet or supplementation, then you should of course see a health professional about that. This is a video for entertainment, for fun, for us to connect. So I just wanted you to know that. With all of this said, what I did find out that your body needs for healthy hair is that you need to cover your protein requirements.
1:14 She really looks like a corpse. I'm not even joking.
[video] 1:18 Your vitamin and mineral needs. And yeah, like I said, these are things that you need to be healthy overall. But they are specifically the things that I found out that your hair wants. And talking about minerals a little bit. They're so delusional. Something that stood out to me as a need was iron. And it's something that stood out to me because personally, I'm low on iron. And I have been low on iron.
1:42 Good plant sources of iron are whole grains, legumes. Ah, dark leafy greens. Okay, firstly your body needs hemi iron. No plants have hemi iron, so that's already done. Now the plant iron you're not gonna get from whole grains, for example. Because they have anti-nutrients that bind to the minerals. Dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
2:10 At the end she put seeds. Nuts, legumes, grains, those are all seeds already. You just named seeds and leaves. And some dried fruit which is dried sugar essentially.
[video] 2:24 for basically ever ever since i had my first test maybe drink blood eat some spleen you're gonna have tons of iron you're not gonna look like that and it's something that i keep supplementing now as well horrible advice it's actually quite common for women to be low on iron and it doesn't know it's not have anything to do doesn't exist in nature and need for iron and not everyone absorbs it well so yeah if you eat plants you can't absorb it at all Although, while I'm saying this, it's also something that is not good to supplement if you already have enough of it. It can actually have the opposite effect and give you bad health, if you can say that. So, it's always good to... Now that's from supplements, that's been proven, you're lying. ...before you start supplementing with iron. But it's something that I do. I take a multivitamin that's made for vegans and I don't take it every day. I take it maybe every other every third day because I don't think personally that I need to take it every day.
3:24 She says you can't get B12 from a vegan diet and that's why she takes multivitamin. Okay, a vegan multivitamin is a joke. It doesn't have any vitamins anyway because it's all synthetic and toxic. But for example, in a vegan multivitamin, they would put beta carotene as vitamin A, which it obviously isn't. Vitamin A is also only found in animal foods. It's incredibly ignorant and dangerous to tell vegans that all they are missing is B12.
[video] 3:51 It's incredibly toxic.
4:12 Iron supplements. It's just iron. It's not absorbable. It's gonna ruin your body. Well, vitamin D is an animal hormone. No, you don't.
[video] 4:29 Except if you cheat in winter. What I will do in this video and throughout this day is to focus on eating a variety of plant foods, making sure I'm getting the nutrients I need while still making delicious food because that's what I'm all about. I like to eat as long as it's delicious. Why not? Who cares about the nutrients? And hopefully this will be helpful to some of you, but if it isn't, I'm hoping you'll enjoy it anyway. Thank you to functional gaming for sponsoring this video
[video] 5:04 So for breakfast, I'm gonna have something I really enjoy and that's toast. But to make this even better, I'm going to make a smashed avocado and chickpea spread or smash, I guess. It's kind of hard to look at her. It's just sad. Basically, I just mash up some chickpeas and I make sure that some of them are still whole.
[video] 5:28 And then I also mix in some avocado, some nutritional yeast. And nutritional yeast is really good for some B vitamins, and it's also actually very rich in protein. So it's something I like to eat almost on a daily basis. And mine is also fortified with vitamin B12, which is really important for vegans. And I'm also gonna incorporate some chopped up fresh parsley, but you could use any kind of herb that you have, that you like, or leave it out as well. And then I'm just gonna squeeze in some lime juice, but you could also use lemon juice. And I'm also gonna season with some salt and pepper. And this I'm just smashing together until it's a nice chunky texture.
5:56 This is so incredibly common. Avocado, nutritional yeast, maybe some chickpeas that you should use because you want to imitate this texture of something savory, meat-ish, any kind of animal food because you want fat for one thing that's super obvious. But avocado just has plant oils, none of the fat soluble vitamins, which you would get from animal foods. That's what your body is craving. Your body doesn't just crave plant oils. Never. When it craves fat, then it wants animal fat, because it wants those vitamins, the minerals and everything. And of course, cholesterol, saturated animal fat, which you're probably afraid of.
[video] 6:40 And it's ready to put on my toast. I also want to say that you could totally incorporate some tahini into this smash. Yeah, let's just call it a smash. All I see is mental illness. It also adds to the healthy fast that you're already getting from the avocado, of course. And I'm having it with some sliced up tomatoes. I'm putting that on there as well.
7:03 Of course, some red to properly imitate the meat. It's sour. You want meat? Hello. What else is that?
[video] 7:12 These melons are not from Sweden though, but they're from another country.
7:16 They're not from Sweden? The melons?
[video] 7:18 What? So I'm really enjoying that. This is a honeydew melon and it's really sweet. and yeah this concludes my breakfast it's uh good for my protein intake as i'm combining those chickpeas with the whole grains in my toast i'm getting good fats from the avocado i've got a little bit of vegetables in there and fruits for vitamins and minerals wow
7:43 the definition of brainwash. This is exactly how they want you to think. You're getting the vitamins from fruits and vegetables. Hello, what vitamins? Vitamin C or what? What are you getting exactly? There's nothing. And then of course the fats from oils. Hey, is your body made out of saturated animal fat, your cells? Are they made out of cholesterol or some plant oils? Do you look like you're made out of oils? Is that healthy for you? Is that healthy fat? Why do you not think? And then of course, seeds have the protein. Okay, yeah. Gluten is counted as a protein, of course. And yes, all grains have gluten, contrary to popular belief. And then of course,
8:30 you've got fiber a hard shell you can't even digest them okay if you grind them up you get a little bit but the biological value of seeds is so little you get nothing out of it the actual amino acids i'd say it's a pretty good start to the day and yeah let's eat it fake enthusiasm anybody can see through it
[video] 9:08 For a little snack, I'm gonna have some plant yogurt. I'm using an oat-based yogurt. Dairy cravings. Again, fat cravings, essentially. This is one of my favorite summer fruits, and I think we should take advantage now that we can eat them, basically. and on top of this i'm going to sprinkle some milled flaxseed or linseed it can be called as well and this is something that's really good to have on a daily basis it's got a good amount of omega-3 in it so that's really important for it doesn't but okay it's not something you find in a lot of vegan foods so this is something i like to eat yeah pretty much every day and it's a yummy snack too so you're pretty dumb too you can't digest them It's lunchtime and I'm going to make a lunch salad. And some of you might think that salads sound boring, but I'm actually a lover of salads, I will admit it.
[video] 10:04 And I especially like them now in the summer where you can get local ingredients that are really full of flavor and Yeah, I like to switch it up a little bit but today I'm just going to use whatever veggies I have in the fridge. What I do like to think about though is to incorporate vegetables from different colors or of different colors to make sure that I get a lot of different nutrients. And two colors that I think of especially is orange and is green because this makes sure that we get a lot of good nutrients into our vegan diet. So in this one I'm going to incorporate broccoli and green leaves and carrots. Name anything! What are you talking about? some herby lentils that I'm cooking from a recipe by Janae, who runs Sweet Potato Soul here on YouTube. It's also a blog and she has lots of good recipes, so I'll link her channel. I'm also gonna have some seeds on top. And lentils are actually a really good source of different minerals and protein as well. And the seeds are great for healthy fats and also for minerals and protein. And yeah, of course, vegetables are good for us.
[video] 11:03 We all know that, full of vitamins and minerals.
11:06 as well so yeah let's make the salad we all know it i like how she says that as if that's something that our senses tell us that's what knowing is you eat that and your senses tell you please spit it out
11:30 Yeah, yeah, of course, put some stuff on it. Who wants to eat it raw, let alone unseasoned? Yeah, yeah, salt, pepper, oil, yeah, yeah, okay.
11:43 Anything to cover up the taste. Let's roast them, yeah. Let's make them unrecognizable.
11:52 Nice pyramid tattoo.
11:57 You've been marked.
12:01 Fun video.
12:05 She uses tahini because she's craving fat once again. Of course, again, she's gonna get some oils. Useless.
12:17 All of the stuff that she mixes together shows how deficient she is in minerals and vitamins. She's trying to create something to satisfy her cravings, but nothing is ever gonna work.
12:36 Until she gets too sick and realizes how unnatural it is to be vegan.
12:45 I go grab some meat and eat it. That's it. End of preparing food. This looks like torture to me. It's not fun or anything.
12:56 Yeah, yeah, of course. A lot of seasoning, sauces.
13:04 Wow. So much fiber. All of that stuff also has to come out. It's gonna ruin her gut. Slowly but surely.
[video] 13:16 Dinner time has come and I'm going to make a delicious rice salad with an even more delicious miso and lemon dressing. It's savory and tangy all at once. And with this, I'm going to make some smoked tofu steaks, I guess. And yeah. That's about it. It's yummy. It's easy. I think you could, but because I'm using brown rice, it takes a little bit longer. And yeah. Why brown? More anti-nutrients? Whole grains. As if you didn't get enough. A lot of white rice and pasta. So I'm excited to get back into eating more whole grains. And one of the reasons is that it has more nutrients in it. It has got more minerals and more fiber. So yeah. Oh yeah. That's what we're doing.
14:02 Because fiber is a nutrient. It's not just what's indigestible, right?
14:10 Can you make it any more obvious that you want a steak? Oh man. This is one of the worst.
14:28 Onions are extremely toxic.
14:34 Also toxic. Every ingredient is toxic.
14:42 Oh wow, she's gonna eat the onions raw. Hardcore. Proper antibiotic gut destruction. And then sauerkraut on top. Makes no sense at all.
15:00 This is so illogical.
15:09 She's really trying for a vegan. She's following the guidelines, but she just doesn't understand that she's been misled. Steak cravings, even though that looks like some kind of burnt bread, carcinogenic actually also. But she said herself that those are so-called tofu steaks. All that she's been eating all day long have been animal food cravings. Every vegan who watches this and doesn't realize it is as delusional as her. Your brain is being eaten, you're starving.
16:00 What's some nut butter or what is it?
16:05 Fat cravings again? Of course, peanut butter.
16:11 Yeah, yeah.
16:14 Yeah.
16:18 When you crave salt, you're mineral deficient. You're not gonna get it from salt, obviously. It's just a bunch of sodium.
16:33 You're extremely nutrient deficient. Hello, what are you doing?
16:41 It's so obvious, it's crazy.
[video] 16:43 It's totally insane to watch this. But she doesn't see it. Yeah, great.
16:59 You're craving animal foods, it's super obvious, all that you want is meat, and that's all that you need. Essentially, you wouldn't be making recipes all day long if you just ate some meat. Raw meat, not cooked meat. If you do it well done, then yeah, of course it's not appetizing and who really wants to eat it? Most people don't try eating raw meat so they don't understand, but if you would put a proper raw steak even, doesn't have to be organ meats in front of her she would crave it so much she would go crazy and she would eat it and she would feel so good she wouldn't try all of these food combinations all day long it must be so exhausting always thinking I need something what is it where can I get it oh yeah it must be dates with salt which is a rock crystallized with some peanut butter. Yeah, for sure.
17:57 That's where I will get the nutrients from that I've been lacking all of the time. How do you not understand that these cravings are never going to stop if you don't start eating animal foods Then you can be happy. It's super clear that you're incredibly depressed. You're putting up a show for the video, obviously, but hello. It's clear as day. You probably don't even have the motivation to go outside. You just lay all day long. Thanks for watching.
