0:00 Yo yo, I'm going to review the latest What I Eat In A Day video by Heal Your Living, vegan extreme minimalist.

[video] 0:08 Hello friends, this is Yoong. Today I'm sharing an update of my 80-20 raw vegan diet. Now I'm incorporating more cooked food and I'm eating Korean food to align with my roots and cultural background.

0:24 Korean food is based on raw meat and live animals.

[video] 0:27 This is based on the teachings of medical medium. Completely against veganism. Most of you already know that I'm very flexible. So I don't guilt trap anybody for cheating, for having cravings, or being imperfect throughout the practice. I also don't believe that my diet is the best diet for everyone. So I don't force anyone to be plant-based. I'm open to all lifestyle choices, even if it's different from my own. It's sort of like she's admitting that she's cheating. My day starts off with a cup of lemon water to flush out my system. This gives me the right energy boost to get me started. I don't consume caffeinated beverages, mostly because it worsens my anxiety symptoms. And after that, I drink organic celery juice on an empty stomach. And I've been doing this for almost a year. After learning about the celery juice...

1:28 Restore hydrochloric acid? Where's the proof for that? What? Removes pathogens? Restore the liver's bile production? Proof? Disperses fat cells inside the liver?

1:43 This is clearly just another girl who wants to cleanse and detox her body from all the pathogens, parasites and animal protein. Also, what about the lemon? How is that gonna help? It's going to destroy your gut microbiome in the long run.

[video] 2:04 And as I mentioned in my previous video, it helped me reduce my stomach bloating, my eczema, the forehead bumps that I had on my skin, most of my dark circles, and it gives me more energy throughout the day.

2:20 Yeah. You seem like you have a lot of energy. The bloating is from fiber. The only reason you don't get it is because you juice now and starve yourself.

[video] 2:29 It can be too strong in the beginning, so I suggest starting with about 16 ounces and adding more in the future. This is what I usually take when I travel, so I'll probably add this to my packed bag for my upcoming trip. I'm surprised if you can carry it.

2:54 Alright, for one thing I can understand how this video may seem like. It's this innocent girl with the melom music in the background, but she's starving herself and she's promoting it to other people. What's in the smoothie? Kale? Extremely toxic. Frozen mangoes? Frozen sugar? Free bananas, sugar and fiber. Water. Why? Dates. More sugar. Two tablespoons of wheat grass powder. Extremely toxic. Extremely.

[video] 3:29 This means no fatty food like avocado, nut butter or cooking oil. But if I feel like adding a bit of nut milk, I sometimes do that once in a while and I don't really mind. Her lips are pale blue.

3:48 What the fu- Okay, zinc, that's a typical pro- What the hell? That's a typical problem for vegans. They usually get an imbalance because of the other minerals in plants and they get the anti-nutrients anyway, which don't let them absorb any of the zinc that is found. And it's very little in plants. Liquid B12. Not absorbable, it's not even real B12, forget it.

4:17 Mineral health. All that it shows is that you're deficient? You're promoting big pharma? What is this?

[video] 4:25 Okay, there it is. CBD oil. Turmeric, super toxic. Adrenal support. Oh my god!

[video] 4:38 The B12 supplements are the only ones that I take on a daily basis. So this one is from Vimergy and I received this as a free gift after I asked to try it out. I've been taking it sublingually or adding it to my water and it's very convenient. it's important for me to add nourishing food and supplements but it's also crucial to what nourishing food that no longer contributes to my well-being and some of them include caffeine as i mentioned before gluten inflammatory oil like canola oil corn oil or grapeseed oil and also soy msg and any

5:28 Okay, how is MSG in the same list as animal products, something that humans have been eating forever? It's what gives us the most health. And your Korean ancestors eat a lot of raw meat. They used to and they still do, not so much anymore. But there are still restaurants that serve live animals, octopus and whatnot. And she puts soy, gluten and everything with animal products as if that's the problem. That's typical brainwashing of today, you vegans. Animal products are what give absolute vitality and health.

[video] 6:04 Damn. I snack at least once a day to keep my blood sugar level balanced. And in the past, I used to feel sweaty and was dizzy. For a Korean, she looks really pale. And when I worked for long hours without properly hydrating myself. And now, since I'm people-consistent... It looks toxic. Oh, it's tea. It is toxic. I'm able to avoid crashing or avoid feeling... Why would you drink something that's black? or sometimes I eat Korean food. And this keeps me hydrated and I can avoid overeating when I eat fruits. For me, I no longer seek a one-size-fits-all solution for my health, which I believe only treats what's on the surface level. And I believe that food... Is this the nourishing food? And it's a lot of fruit.

6:57 It's absolute starvation.

[video] 6:58 So it's important for me to approach my health in a holistic and gentle way. And I used to think that just going vegan would solve all my problems. A vegan diet doesn't really mean that I am healthy and wholesome. So I incorporate other practices like exercise.

7:19 This is like a diary of somebody slowly killing themselves.

[video] 7:23 Whoa, that's a lot of vegetables.

7:50 Yeah, we've seen this before, a vegan excluding gluten, soy, and so on, thinking that that's the problem. The problem is that you're not eating the animal foods. It's super simple, try it and you will see, eat some raw meat. You will feel 100 times better, guaranteed.

[video] 8:08 It's always the same. I can't tell if that's a girl or a guy. I think it's good to be gentle throughout the process. I would love for you to read Anthony Williams' book, Medical Medium, also any of Louise Hay's books. I recommend We Want to Live by Ashina's Wonder Planet. No, I don't think so.

8:47 It's as if the video has this mask portraying it the way she does, but underneath it, it's absolute malnutrition. That's what she's really promoting, and you just gotta have the eyes to see through it. In it, fam. Anyway. She didn't get over 50 nutrients. It was mostly fruit and supplements. The supplements don't work. This has been proven. They are toxic. This minimalist way of living, the way she does it, simply shows that she has no life force. There's no spark in her eyes. Nothing. Thanks for watching.
