0:00 Hey guys, I'm going to review a full day of eating by a seal's woeweed.
0:13 I'm not sure if he's implying that 200 grams of protein a day is a lot, because that's only around 1 kilogram of meat in a day, which is pretty much the minimum that most men should be eating, except if he's incredibly short, for example.
[video] 0:34 protein and how I eat 200 grams daily and how it's completely changed my life. And I'll be taking you all through three different recipes throughout my full day of eating today on what I include in my diet every single day to effortlessly eat 200 grams of protein a day. If you enjoyed this video and you find it helpful whatsoever, you want to see more daily diets like this, just make sure you smash the like button on this YouTube video right now. But I don't want to waste your time, so let's get back to the kitchen and get started with
[video] 1:00 I'll be showing you guys an epic protein pancake recipe. This recipe has a total of 60 grams of protein, super delicious and filling. I've been making it forever and it's never failed me, so check it out. What you're gonna need is oatmeal, impact whey protein powder, I mean any protein powder you specifically wanna use, but I'm specifically using this.
1:17 Okay, firstly the meal is never in a million years gonna have 61 grams of protein because he's using oatmeal for one thing and the protein in oatmeal is pretty much indigestible. The biological value is very low for all seeds anyway. As for the protein powder, whey is obviously a waste product which they sell to the slaves because they can't do anything with it. Fancy packaging but nothing inside. People get very bad digestive issues after using it for some years. And most protein powders have been found to have a lot of toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, and so on.
[video] 1:51 I'll keep it linked in the description box down below. You can get 45% off your order with discount code AseelVIP at checkout. Look guys, I don't know why anybody does not shop at MyProtein without my discount code. I mean, it is the most... Not everybody is stupid. Seriously, come to my house right now.
2:08 I just terrible promoting advertising.
[video] 2:10 Use that protein powder along with some egg whites, Greek yogurt, and sugar-free...
2:15 Really stupid to only use egg whites and what is it anyway? Of course you should be eating the yolks only if anything then of course only that.
[video] 2:22 Maple flavored syrup. So this has three grams of carbs per serving.
2:32 my friends this is definitely going to become your go-to favorite so this is going to be meal number one aka my pre-workout meal we have the epic protein pancake recipe listen up guys 80 grams of oatmeal it's like kids who grow up eating pancakes absolute garbage and then they become bodybuilders or whatever he's supposed to be and then they eat protein pancakes like you can't snap out of eating absolute garbage with 184 grams of
[video] 2:57 egg whites, then around 60 grams of Greek yogurt. Cook it on each side until all the pancakes are thoroughly cooked through, which takes like no more than five minutes, and bam, you got yourself 60 grams of protein.
3:08 Okay, this meal definitely has something over 40 grams of protein. 61, absolutely impossible. He has no idea what he's talking about. Just ridiculous, laughable.
[video] 3:17 Okay, you can't order pancakes at IHOP for 60 grams of protein, my friend, and these are actually gonna keep you full. Pancakes are gonna eat you all day long.
3:25 You're not going to be feeling full or satiated if you eat protein-based meals all day long. You need a lot of fat for that.
[video] 3:33 Let's go ahead and give this a try. Watch out. You're going to become so addicted to this. And the best thing about this is that you can use as much syrup as you want. I mean, try not to go too crazy, but I mean, there's three grams of carbs in the syrup. It's not going to be affecting the shreds. Oh, what's going on? You're still there? I'm going to enjoy this, then I'll see you all at the gym for an epic burger.
3:55 To be fair, he has a good physique, but then again, he's relatively young and most people who do workouts and all of this, they can eat pretty much garbage for the most part, but then when they hit their late 30s, early 40s, they start experiencing all of the problems. Most of them don't even work out until that age because they are already too exhausted to continue, but the ones who do... are not actually healthy at that point anymore. You shouldn't focus on eating some man-made diet, which will work in the moment, but instead focus on long-term health.
4:35 The slow-mo.
4:42 Can you see how huge blow that he's got this from the pancakes, I guess if that's the same day he filmed it That kind of says everything
[video] 4:53 So I'm back from the gym and it is time to prepare meal number two, aka the post-workout meal. So I have to cook up some chicken breast because I have none left. I'm going to make some epic wraps that I want to show you all I've been doing lately. They've been keeping me super full. And again, it's extremely high in protein. A large part as to why I eat very high protein, like 200 grams daily, is because I train my ass off in the gym. I train super hard and my muscles need the protein to repair and recover. I'll be honest with you all, a lot of people don't train hard enough in the gym. Y'all are slacking with your workouts, or at least like the majority of people I see. And I go to a pretty hardcore gym here in Alcalá. So if you guys do need the right training program, I'm here for you. Check out my complete body transformation program. Link to the first thing in the description box down below. I'll create you a routine where you're going to be training hard enough and eating enough protein so you're recovering from it and actually building muscle. But anyways, I'm going to go ahead and cook this up. This channel is funny.
5:38 I like it. It's a good comedy channel.
5:45 Yeah, of course, lean chicken breast, and then you cook it, you're left with basically no micronutrients.
5:56 Cooked lean chicken breast, it's absolutely dry and really just so unappetizing.
[video] 6:07 All right, friends and family, sitting down to meal number two, a.k.a. my post.
6:10 This guy has some fat phobia. We'll see how much protein he says is in this.
[video] 6:15 Workout meal. Look, family and friends, all I want to do is help you master the art of dieting so your life is so satisfying and fulfilling when it comes to food.
6:24 Well, no, you want clients and money from what it seems.
[video] 6:26 This is my biggest meal of the day. Typically, post-workout is my biggest because A, I'm just most hungry, and B, I'm really trying to feed my muscles. So there's 86 grams of protein in this. 86 grams of protein from the tortilla you're not gonna get anything but considering that the rest is from cheese and chicken it's not really that much off compared to the first meal this meal alone look at how much food this is but anyways guys we have two gluten-free tortillas we have chicken breasts distributed between both we got some shredded lettuce diced tomatoes avocado and some fat-free cheese to bump up the protein as well that keeps the That's low. Then we have a banana on the side because who doesn't like nice, long banana, right? Anyways, we have...
7:02 This is a very unsustainable diet.
[video] 7:05 Mustard and reduced sugar ketchup are some of the... He's more afraid of fat than durian right there. ...and don't want to use up your calories today, just like that sugar-free syrup that I showed you all earlier from the number one. So this is really going to flavor up the meal. Honestly, I like it by itself as well because there's so much flavor with the vegetables and the cheese and the chicken, but let's go ahead and give this a try. There's so much going on. I love it. This is so filling, so satisfying. Anyone...
7:27 I really don't understand why he adds the fruit and the vegetables to it just for the taste, just to create a tortilla, is that it? If you're all about working out, counting the nutrients and so on, then I would think that it would be just completely pointless to eat them.
[video] 7:43 I cannot think of a better way to end off my day than a stir fry. I didn't mean to make that wrong. And also, to be honest, this is my go-to meal to end off my day when I have food left over in the fridge. It's just so easy to make, guys. Literally less than five minutes when I don't want to spend time in the kitchen. I mean, it's literally just white rice. We got a little bit of chicken thighs left over, some lean ground beef, along with stir fry vegetables prepared in bulk as well. So just a huge tip here with any kind of diet you follow, make sure you have recipes that can be prepared from food already cooked in bulk in your fridge. But anyway, guys, super simple meal that's very filling. Let's get down to the details. So the total macros and calories in my whole day of eating consisted of 2,402 calories coming from 262 grams of carbs, 58 grams of fat, and 201 grams of protein. So just to conclude how I got shredded, eating 200 grams of protein a day, eating a high-protein diet keeps me full every day and doesn't allow me to overeat when I am dieting. So no matter my fitness goal, this stays consistent. Try eating more protein if you have an issue with appetite control. But with that being said, don't...
8:37 You should eat fat if you have the tissue.
[video] 8:39 Look guys, I'm more motivated than ever to help you feel good about yourself and get more fit and become healthy and happy. Look, I'm a type 1 diabetic. I can feel the way I do, look the way I do. Then what the hell is stopping you?
8:50 Okay, so it's a type 1 diabetic who's gonna teach you how to be healthy. So it's not all about eating protein and gaining muscles. It's also about being healthy, but the meals that he showed are incredibly unhealthy for the most part, especially the last one. Why would you eat rice? Okay, out of all the seeds, it's actually the best one. Rice is terrible for the gut. It has no micronutrients. Why would you add that to any of your meals? He also added a lot of garbage vegetables and fruit, which again, were completely pointless. It has nothing to do with becoming more healthy. And then he also said that he got around 200 grams of protein. The first meal, he probably got less than 40 grams after the actual digestion. The second one, let's say more, because it was mostly animal-based, between 60 and 70. And the last one, maybe around 40-50 again. He got around 130-140 grams of protein maximum in this day of eating.
9:48 He can't even calculate the protein in his food. He doesn't understand what the biological value of food is, how much protein you can actually get out of them, how many amino acids. He doesn't understand anything about digestion. He really overall doesn't understand... much about health at all. If you want to get shredded, lose all of your body fat in your 20s, early 30s, then this is probably going to work, but for long-term health, not at all. All human beings should be eating raw meat, that's our natural food, and you would be way more muscular, way more healthy, you would be muscular and strong, In your 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, whatever, it's just gonna keep going and going because your testosterone is always going to be as high as it should be. It's not going to go down. With this kind of diet, your testosterone is absolutely going to plummet when you're gonna reach the age of...
10:42 probably mid-40s, latest in your 50s, and that's how it is for all of these so-called bodybuilders, all of the ones who eat low-fat diets. None of this works long-term. Absolutely not. Thanks for watching.
