0:00 Hi everyone! I'm gonna be reviewing a video called Best Foods to Balance Hormones Naturally for Women of All Ages by Healthy Emmy.

[video] 0:11 In today's video, myself, a nutritionist, and my assistant are going to be telling you the best foods for balancing your hormones at all stages.

0:18 Great! A woman with a cat is going to explain to us how to be hormonally healthy. That makes a lot of sense.

[video] 0:26 ...of the life cycle.

0:32 If you're new here, hey, I'm Healthy Emi, I'm a nutrition- Healthy Emi doesn't look very healthy. I also remember her from the past. She has a lot of makeup on in every video. A channel which is about health should not be ran by somebody who uses makeup, seeing as they should be healthy, their skin should be healthy.

[video] 0:56 Not ready for kids in your 20s? What does she mean by that?

[video] 1:22 Don't worry, I've got you covered. I'm gonna be telling you how the foods in today's video are going to help you depending on where you are in the life cycle. Food number one is soy.

1:29 I know that soy is contra... Yeah, totally, yeah. Non-GMO soybeans are best. Okay, yeah. What difference does it make? Okay, it does make a difference. What? Oh my god, man. Oh my god.

2:08 so delusional, so removed from reality. In Japan, everybody eats an animal-based diet and they eat a lot of raw meat. Yes, nowadays, there's some movements, even some vegan movements, which are around, but it's rare. People do eat quite a lot of rice, but overall their actual calories come from meat and fat for the most part. And again, a lot of it is raw. And I really need to point that out because that makes a huge difference. And that's what actually makes you hormonally healthy. When you consume raw animal fat, which they get from their raw beef, chicken, fish, and everything that they eat, they eat even raw organs, liver, heart, you name it. And she says that the Japanese eat a plant-based diet. Yeah, they also eat some soy products, some tofu here and there, but it's a small part of the meal.

3:09 You just need to literally, even on YouTube, search a Japanese meal and you will see it. And why does she lie to her viewers?

[video] 3:19 a large amount of soy. So I'm holding up tofu, but if I'm being completely honest with you, the best source for you to get the soy isoflavones that are in foods like tofu, soy-based foods, is actually from soy beans. So I'm gonna put my tofu down and tell you where you can get soy beans, because you're probably not gonna find them at the grocery store.

3:34 But why would you get soybeans, these phytoestrogens bind to the cell receptors of real estrogen in the woman's body and then you can't use real estrogen anymore. This has been scientifically proven. That's a fact. Why did she recommend this? What's wrong with you? Man.

[video] 3:58 Oh my god, what?

4:23 You can't use it. It's not real estrogen. It's like an anti-nutrient. It messes with your biology. It's exactly what you should never consume as a woman. Stay away from soy.

4:44 What does that mean, it helps you balance them out? It's just some kind of religious sentence. Balances out what exactly? How? There's just zero explanations.

[video] 4:56 in the body, estrogen dominance, then consuming soy foods can also help because it's going to allow the body to release the estrogen that it doesn't need to hold on to and balance out those levels of estrogen. Studies show that consuming a half of a cup of soybeans daily will dramatically reduce hot flashes, mood swings, all the symptoms that are associated with I wonder what kind of study she means. What you would need to do, if anything anyway, and you should eat naturally anyway, is just consume a lot of animal fat, ovaries, for example, good for estrogen. Even raw milk would be all right.

5:47 It's just her being vegan. That's why she promotes this. That's what this video is about. Because she can't think of anything else. Why would you promote consuming phytoestrogens, plant estrogens, the fake estrogens, which are supposed to harm you as an animal? If you would actually want women to be healthy, especially hormonally, you would of course not recommend it. You would recommend them to eat a lot of animal fat and organs so that they can produce the hormones themselves and that's how they could actually be healthy. And they would also not enter menopause At the age of 50, which is the norm today, it used to happen later, but that's because people used to be way healthier, again, especially hormonally.

[video] 6:38 ...sort of a food that I would like to share with you is beetroot powder. Beetroot powder is particularly beneficial when women of childbearing age before heading into menopause are dealing with the energy levels that are associated with PMS. During PMS, you might feel more...

6:52 It does increase the blood circulation, that's true, but that's only because it's toxic to the body. That's what oftentimes happens. A lot of drugs also increase your blood circulation. Does it mean that we should be taking drugs? It's just... Fallacious logic.

[video] 7:10 Slow and fatigued and heavy. And beetroot powder is a great thing to use during this time. First off, it can help with reducing fatigue and improving your energy levels because it's going to increase oxygen within the blood. It's also going to improve your blood circulation, which can help you with preventing things like headaches during PMS and also with helping alleviate cramps. Now, beware, this does have a strong flavor, but it has a beautiful color. So keep that in mind. You can make an herbal tea with

7:35 A strong flavor means that it's bad for you. That's what she said, watch out.

[video] 7:39 You can make a little beetroot latte, mix it in with some warm milk and a little bit of maple syrup. And if you like beets, you're going to like this. But I will just have you be aware that it really does have a strong beet smell and flavor to it.

7:49 This can be also helpful for women that are going... Yeah, but if it was good for you and if it would taste good, which it would if it was good for you, then why do you consume that? Why do you recommend that?

8:03 Again, she's just stuck in her plant-based cult. That's why she's recommending all of these powders and soy beans and all kinds of garbage because she can't actually tell you what you're really supposed to consume.

[video] 8:18 into perimenopause and menopause and the energy changes that come with that. Also for my ladies that are in perimenopause that have more unpredictable cycles, your energy levels are going to be all over the place. And this can be helpful with giving you a little bit of energy when you're dealing with all those fluctuations with your hormones, also the headaches that come with it. This can be helpful in having some regulation with your energy and with blood circulation. You could also, if you're making hummus, add a little bit to the hummus. The hummus is going to be a gorgeous color if you add some into your hummus.

8:45 Yeah, because it's gonna be red, which would indicate that it's food, naturally, because you want to eat raw meat and blood. What else?

[video] 8:56 And that would be a great snack for PMS to take your hummus, put in a little bit of this, have it with some carrots or some celery to get that nice crunchiness. It's a perfect substitute for the salty snacks that you might want to go for during that time. Next food is flax.

9:10 You want so-called salty snacks because you're mineral deficient and you want savory food? It's sodium because you want brown meat and blood again.

[video] 9:21 Now bonus points for you if you know what I'm about to say about these flax seeds. I...

9:25 Yeah, again, phytoestrogens or what? What is this stupid video?

[video] 9:33 When lignans enter the body, they're going to boost your estrogen levels. If your estrogen is too low, that's gonna be for my ladies that are of childbearing age that are having absent or irregular menstrual cycle. And for my ladies that are in the menopause, postmenopause, when your estrogen has dropped, the flax seeds are going to help with boosting your estrogen levels. If you have low estrogen levels, you're dealing with things like vaginal dryness, low libido, irregular or absent cycles. So flax seeds are very helpful with that. Now, for my ladies that have too much estrogen, if you're estrogen dominant, flax seeds are also going to be helpful. The lignans are also going to do the job of helping balance out your estrogen levels, but there's a bonus here that these are going to help with moving stool through the system, and that is where we excrete excess estrogen. So flax seeds are an absolute power.

10:15 They help you by moving stool. I guess that she means the fiber, which there's no proof for, obviously.

10:24 That, that...

10:27 That's how, by eliminating the estrogen through the stool. And if your estrogen is too low, then it's gonna help you increase it how? with the phytoestrogens?

[video] 10:42 They help my ladies that have too much estrogen and my ladies that don't have enough estrogen. On the topic of hormones, did you know- It doesn't make any sense.

10:50 You can't just assume that consuming some kind of seed, which should never be consumed by humans, is gonna somehow help you with your animal hormones. It's just so illogical and a cult-like belief.

[video] 11:07 It's an animal hormone, yeah. What's new about that? Even if you would go into the sun, you can't get any vitamin D because of all the makeup.

[video] 11:30 Wait, what? That's super dumb.

11:34 What do you mean? You need to be in the sun to keep your skin healthy. But of course, she believes the opposite. Yeah, whatever.

11:52 You're making zero sense. Obviously you need to be in the sun to keep your skin healthy. And that's how you get vitamin D also, besides food, which you can't, because you're vegan. You get it from animal fat and organs, which you don't consume. That means that you're not getting any at all. No sun, no animal fat.

[video] 12:10 Make sure to supplement with vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is going to be the best at raising those vitamin D. There is no vitamin D3 for vegans.

12:20 It's fake. How can you get an animal hormone? Where? Levels.

[video] 12:26 But unfortunately, most of the ones that you're going to find on the market are gross. Same with B12. Another thing that you have to supplement on a plant-based diet, the ones that you're going to... Yeah, there's over 15 micronutrients missing in plants.

12:39 Yeah, D3, B12. Two versions of B6, A, K2, and so on.

[video] 12:47 Find on the market are nasty, so I made one that is no sugar, no oil, no GMOs, no gross stuff. This is essential to making sure that you have enough energy to regulating your mood. A symptom of low vitamin D is low mood, seasonal affective disorder, as we know, when we aren't getting enough vitamin D.

13:03 Seasonal affective disorder is a stupid term for it because really it's just you not eating a lot of animal fat and organs in winter, which you naturally would. That's all that it means. And seeing as most people don't do that, they have this seasonal affective disorder, which is just you not eating naturally during winter when you don't get any sunlight. There's nothing really mysterious about it.

[video] 13:29 This is linked to low mood, low energy, depression. Gotta make sure that you're getting enough vitamin D and then vitamin B12. You absolutely have to make sure that you are supplementing on a plant-based diet. And if you're watching this video and you have dealt with things like fatigue and low mood and low energy, anemia, which is something a lot of women deal with, these are all linked.

13:46 Yeah, because women especially eat very little meat today. Around 100 years ago, doctors recommended eating raw liver or in some places lightly cooked liver to women if they had anemia. And now she's standing there with her pills, pushing her plant-based diet.

[video] 14:12 to low vitamin B12 as well. So make sure that you're supplementing with these.

14:16 Again, lots of B12 in liver. Why would you take pills? Why? Why wouldn't you just eat food?

[video] 14:26 Back to the video. Next up are my cruciferous veggies. If you have thyroid issues, then actually cruciferous veggies can irritate those. So beware. To my ladies that have thyroid issues, cruciferous veggies might be something that you wanna watch out for.

14:38 It can interfere with if you're- They reduce inflammation. In which dimension do they do that? Increase bowel movement. Yeah, you have a lot of indigestible fiber. in your bowels and you will go to the toilet more often because it's indigestible. That's not a good thing. You should avoid that.

[video] 15:00 Taking medication, it can interfere...

15:01 Wait, I didn't even read the top. Contains sulforaphane, which helps eliminate excess estrogen. Wow, that's interesting. Sulforaphane, if you know my videos, then you understand that it's very toxic, deadly. It's a really deadly poison. That's why it smells also so deadly. Like you just want to run away when you're around it. If you cut open broccoli or when you cook broccoli, the super horrible smell by cooking the flour, that's sulforaphane and other toxins also. But that's really the potent horrible smell. And if it kills estrogen, or eliminates, whatever she means by that, then it probably just means that it kills anything that's made out of cholesterol in this case, seeing as estrogen and testosterone also, all of those hormones are made from cholesterol, that's a precursor. It probably just means that it touches the estrogen and kills it, that's it.

16:00 So that's really bad. And she writes it as if it's a benefit.

[video] 16:05 the uptake of the medication, but if you don't have thyroid issues, cruciferous vegetables are wonderful for my ladies that have estrogen dominance. If you have too much estrogen, so if you have very heavy periods, if you have very large breasts, very large hips, then you're likely estrogen dominant.

16:21 Oh yeah, for sure, women complain about having too large breasts and hips. Actually, to be fair, I think some women are brainwashed enough to complain about it nowadays. It's strange.

[video] 16:34 These cruciferous veggies contain sulforaphane, which is going to help with a limit.

16:38 I was just saying that most women would rather want bigger breasts and hips, obviously.

[video] 16:44 Needing excess estrogen. Also, they have tons of fiber, which again is going to help move stool along, which is where we excrete excess estrogen. So if you are estrogen dominant, a high fiber diet is going to be best for you. Cruciferous vegetables are my broccoli, my Brussels sprouts, my cauliflower, my bok choy, my kale.

17:01 She's not wrong. If you consume all of that, you will have lower estrogen levels, which is very bad for you. The more hormones you produce, the healthier your body is. It's a great indication that you're healthy. If you as a man have a lot of testosterone or you as a woman have a lot of estrogen, there's also progesterone and so on. It's not that simple, but obviously men should not be dominated by estrogen.

[video] 17:31 Avocado is going to be great for my ladies that are of childbearing age that want to regulate cycles, especially if you're...

17:37 It's a good source of healthy fat, which it isn't. It's mostly monounsaturated oils, some poly. And then she says that fat equals building block of estrogen. That's true if it's saturated animal fat, not monounsaturated avocado oils. Are you joking? This video is so stupid. Helps increase estrogen in low estrogen females. How? When? Where's the proof? What do you mean? Supports healthy body fat levels for women that are overweight. No, you need to eat a lot of animal fat for that again.

[video] 18:13 On a plant-based diet, fat is an estrogen factory. So in order for us to have adequate levels of estrogen, we need to have adequate body fat and if we don't have enough...

18:21 It can't be made from avocado oils!

[video] 18:25 body fat, we need to be making sure that we're eating enough healthy fats so that you have enough body fat so that you can produce estrogen and have a body that is ready to have a baby.

18:33 So I know that there... You're not gonna have a baby, and if you will, then for sure not a healthy baby on a plant-based diet. It's impossible. There's not even one recorded case of a healthy baby on a plant-based or vegan diet.

[video] 18:48 There's a lot of rhetoric in the plant-based world about fats and how we should include them and how much and whether we should or shouldn't. And the complete elimination of fats for women of childbearing age is a terrible idea.

18:57 So you want to make... Yeah, but oh my God, that's what you're promoting with a vegan diet. Oh my God.

19:09 A vegan diet doesn't have any actual fat. You need a lot of actual fatty meat, liver, brain, brain is the best of course, bone marrow, blood also, to actually have enough fat to produce hormones, the cholesterol also, as I said before. How are avocados gonna help a woman to produce any estrogen and all the other hormones? Have you seen a man on a vegan diet? The testosterone is in the minus levels. It's just, it's so low. Oh my God.

[video] 19:52 Sure that you are having healthy fats. Avocado is a great source of healthy fats because there are nutrients and vitamins and minerals.

20:02 If you would want women to be healthy, as I said before, then you would promote eating animal fat. Why do you say all of this? Just because you're vegan, you're pushing your own avocados, whatever kind of vegan foods, instead of pushing what actually helps women.

[video] 20:20 So much that comes along with it. You get the healthy fat, but you get all this other great stuff too. You get vitamin E. You're getting so many things that your body loves. It is a great...

20:31 I love it. You get so many nutrients, blah, blah, blah. Vitamin E. And then she just moves on. She knows that there's nothing else in there. And that's a plant version of vitamin E anyway. There's different kinds of vitamin E.

[video] 20:49 What a horrible video.

20:56 Yeah, if you're pregnant, you can just eat a plant-based diet and eat avocados. This is her biggest problem. She has never been pregnant, as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong. That's why she has the cat, right? She doesn't know that you cannot pull off a vegan diet when you're pregnant. I've never actually heard of anybody who did that. Even the most hardcore vegans, if they do become pregnant, which is rare anyway, then they quit because the cravings for meat, especially raw meat, sushi, even if they've never really had liver, they just crave liver blood. are so strong that it's just impossible to continue eating even a plant-based diet. They just need to start consuming tons of eggs and meat and just all the time. Because your body is creating another human being made out of cholesterol, that's what the cells are made out of. And the meat, the fat,

21:56 You can't create another human being with your own body inside of you while eating avocados and flax seeds and so on. Because there's nothing there, there's no building blocks. How can you create a baby out of avocados? And literally, biologically, how does that make sense to you? And that's why you crave animal foods like crazy.

[video] 22:18 Your stomach, not as you get older, I'm so used to saying that phrase, as you progress in your pregnancy, the room that your body has for a stomach is getting smaller and smaller.

22:29 All of your organs are going... What are you even talking about anyway? You don't have children. You don't know anything about it, man.

[video] 22:37 Like this, because there's a huge baby in there, your stomach is smaller. So you're going to need foods that are a little bit more calorically dense. Avocado.

22:45 Yeah, but you also need foods that are micronutrient dense and plants don't have over 15 micronutrients. A lot of the B vitamins and especially the fat soluble vitamins. How are you going to be satiated on a vegan diet when you're pregnant?

[video] 23:05 It's a great source of calories. You can blend it into a smoothie. You can blend it into a dressing and get in enough calories to support a healthy pregnancy.

23:13 Yeah, so monounsaturated oils, a bit of poly, and then what? Super little protein and almost no carbohydrates.

23:25 The human body is mostly made out of saturated fat when it comes to fat. Then mono... And very, very little poly. I think that it's like 2 or 3%. Very little.

[video] 23:37 This is just a typical vegan who's obsessed with being slim. As you could see at the end, she doesn't have any experience with being pregnant,

24:01 having all of these animal food cravings, yet she goes and says to women that you should be eating avocados From what it seems like she was implying, even if you want to get pregnant, if you want to be hormonally healthy, which really just means fertile anyway, and if you also want to create a healthy baby and have a healthy pregnancy with as little pain as possible, which is never going to happen on a vegan diet, it's going to be incredibly painful, it can even be very dangerous. actually deadly because it does happen if you actually try to pull off a pregnancy during a vegan diet, it's very dangerous for the baby anyway, but I'm also talking about the woman herself and that's because your hips will be very narrow, the contractions will be absolute hell

24:59 And that's because women in general today have babies very late. And then when you combine that with a deficient diet, it's just an absolute disaster. They almost always need to go to the hospital to have the baby instead of simply being there with your husband, your family and having the child at home in a good environment where you're at peace. Now instead you're pumped full of drugs or whatever. I'm not even gonna talk about what happens in the hospital. The point is simply that you're probably gonna end up in the hospital if you try to pull off a pregnancy on a vegan diet. And as I said, you're probably never gonna get pregnant in the first place anyway.

25:39 It's just really a woman who's removed from nature. That's the main problem here. She doesn't understand when you're supposed to get pregnant, how you're supposed to get pregnant, what you're supposed to eat during pregnancies. And that's because she has no experience herself, as I said. She doesn't even have any experience probably with women who went through this, because otherwise she would know that the cravings for animal foods are insane when you're pregnant. She doesn't understand any of that. She probably doesn't even understand why women crave pickled cucumbers when they are pregnant. That's because they are so mineral deficient that all that their bodies know and signal them to eat are these cucumbers with salt, which obviously have nothing. But that's because their bodies are so desperate for these micronutrients especially, and all that she talks about are calories, macronutrients.

26:39 And again, you're just getting some monounsaturated oils anyway, the avocados are not gonna help. You think that a pregnant woman can sit there and eat avocados when she's creating a baby inside of herself? And what's wrong with you that you recommend something like this? It's so dangerous. Imagine you brainwash somebody strongly enough that she will actually sit there and eat avocados and rice cakes with some salt because she's so mineral deficient and vitamin deficient and she will think that she's actually getting enough and in reality she needs to eat a lot of brain, tons of fatty meat, All the organs that you can imagine. Even a hundred years ago, everybody knew that the most important food for a pregnant woman is liver. Even all of the doctors recommended it. Now, this healthy Emmy comes along, this expert, and says,

27:36 Eat avocados if you're pregnant to create a baby out of flesh and blood. How? From a green fruit. How are you gonna create a human being out of mostly monounsaturated oils? How is that biologically possible?

27:58 Thanks for watching.
