0:00 Hey guys, what's up? A lot of you have been commenting on my videos that the bodybuilder Ilya Golan passed away two weeks ago. I made a video about him around four years ago, saying that he's at most gonna reach his 40s. I was technically right, that probably would have been the maximum age that he could reach, but he passed away at the age of 36.

0:22 There are some videos being created about him right now on YouTube. It's mostly tribute videos, which I find really strange. His lifestyle was as unhealthy as it could get, yet people are making videos about him as if he's almost a hero, as if he actually achieved something. This is not a video to disrespect him. My condolences to his family. I think that he was married. Rest in peace, but of course we do need to talk about why it ended like this.

[video] 1:03 I wanted to be the Hulk, to be so big that everybody would notice.

1:10 That's exactly the problem. This is what I talk about in my videos when it comes to so-called bodybuilders, people who destroy their bodies, body destroyers. They watch cartoons of the Hulk or anything else which is fictional, unnatural bodies which you cannot naturally achieve, although today you could get kind of close to it. with the drugs, and he was addicted to the drugs, just like any drug addict. It's no different than being addicted to meth. Crystal meth is actually a lot more dangerous and harmful than Tren, which a lot of them use, Trenbolone, and of course the steroid hormones themselves in non-natural amounts are also incredibly harmful. The difference between the fictional characters and the people who fall for this

2:02 is that the ones on the drugs can hardly move, their bodies can't take the mass, especially their heart of course, and it's because they are obese by definition. It doesn't matter if you have too much muscle or too much fat, by definition it is obesity. It's when your BMI is too high.

[video] 2:31 All I knew was that I wanted to have a chest and biceps like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

2:37 Yes, all of this is done because they want attention, some kind of validation

2:44 It's an insecurity, you could say. And if you don't have a father when you grow up, I don't know what the case was for him, then you have nobody to look up to. And then it's very possible that you will end up reading comic books, watching cartoons, movies, looking up to anybody that you can attach yourself to. And to try to be like them, you will of course need to use drugs if you want to look like the Hulk or Arnold Schwarzenegger. If a kid doesn't have a father and grows up watching some action movies starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, then you're gonna end up probably wanting to look like him. He's your role model, hero, possibly even a father substitute, your father figure. It's absolutely no wonder that many men nowadays end up like this. And then these men influence other guys without a father to be like them. It's horrible.

[video] 3:41 Weighing over 358 pounds, Ilya Golen was one of the biggest men to...

3:47 Very severely obese, by definition.

[video] 3:51 ...to ever walk this earth.

[video] 3:54 Apparently, all the substances he introduced into his body, such as steroids and synthol, but also his exaggeration... Oh, he was even using synthol. Wow. Having days when he ate 16,000 calories a day were fatal for him.

4:10 Eating that much food, especially the garbage that he was eating, will also decrease your lifespan, obviously. Because your metabolism is fired up all day long.

[video] 4:22 Suffering from a heart attack at home.

4:26 Yes, it's very typical for these people to die from heart attacks. As far as I remember, it's usually the cause.

[video] 4:35 Exactly, I was gonna say, Rich Piana, he also died very young, also looked very similar, not at all like a man.

4:50 Nothing to do with a man. He just had a fantasy character in his mind. That's it.

[video] 4:57 Point zero. And if we look at the gigantic proportions of his body, it is understandable.

[video] 5:06 One thing is certain. He was extremely powerful, adding extra weights to each machine and making everything seem so easy. Golem was six feet, one inch tall and had 25 inch arm.

5:19 But as you can see, because of the 25 inch arms he can't even make full range motions. That's why people like him may look strong. He doesn't look strong to me, but I get that for most people he would. It's just that in an actual natural fight he would have no chance. Against most people on Earth. I would need 30-40 seconds, it would be done. It would just be so easy. Against anybody who has this much mass on them. Because you can't do anything naturally. It's impossible to fight, to move. You can hardly even walk, you have to breathe so heavily. Again, it doesn't matter if you have too much muscle or fat, it's the same problems.

[video] 6:13 He was a mass monster and everyone stared at him everywhere.

6:17 Let me go back quickly, because that looked very strange, his so-called muscles. You see what I mean? Is that a synthel or what is that? That's exactly why I say that these are not muscles. It's tumor-like muscles, if anything. There's actually clumps of tumors, dead cells there, for sure. How can there not be? It's drug-powered muscles. And the synthol? It just has to be a bunch of clumps of dead cells. That's what tumors are, by definition.

[video] 6:53 It is a huge loss for the world of bodybuilding. We have already lost many great bodybuilders.

6:58 And this is exactly what I find strange about these videos. Instead of saying that he did everything wrong in his life, His death proves it, dying at 36. They say that it's a huge loss, as if he was an inspiration for so-called bodybuilders, people who hate their lives and try to destroy their bodies. I'm especially talking about people who use a lot of drugs.

[video] 7:24 Ilya managed to get some incredible numbers in the gym, doing a 600-pound bench press, 700-pound deadlift, and 700-pound squat.

[video] 7:33 He must remain in our memory as...

7:35 What does it matter? He simply lifted up man-made metal. Does it matter right now that he's dead? Does he have children? I don't know. Usually the drugs make you infertile. Sterile. Steroids make you sterile. Almost always.

7:56 He was married, as far as I understand. Maybe he had children, maybe from the past. If he did, then it's horrible for the children. If he didn't, then he simply didn't achieve anything in his life. Point being, lifting up metal is nothing. Nobody's going to remember it. He's just dead now.

[video] 8:16 A man despite his unreal and cartoonish physique. A man with a big heart who behind his tough look was...

8:22 Yes, a big heart.

[video] 8:23 ...a gentleman and a man of character.

[video] 8:30 He was a unit, a mountain of man. The world will remember him as one of the strongest people in his ambition and motivation to pursue his dream of being the greatest.

8:38 That's only the way some people see it nowadays. In the future, people are gonna laugh about it, that people actually took drugs to lift man-made metal up and down. It came a few decades ago and it will go. Just like all trends.

8:56 This can never last. People's health is gonna get worse and worse and people will see through it eventually. People are very blind and dumb, but nothing like this lasts forever.

[video] 9:10 I put a lot of pressure on myself, you know? It's like I keep telling myself, if I don't hit the goals I've set, I've failed.

9:18 Yeah, he definitely had some severe trauma. It's just clear as day.

[video] 9:24 Maybe I'm being too hard on myself, expecting too much, but then again...

9:31 He used to be a normal kid. You gotta aim high.

9:37 He was muscular already, but...

9:42 In comparison, he looked okay on the left. But he just didn't look human anymore on the ride. How could you believe that your buddy can take this?

[video] 9:56 Oh wow, he was at the grave of Richard Piana.

10:11 Oh my god, and Richard Piano probably also watched the Hulk or Arnold Schwarzenegger as a child. And then he was influenced probably also partly by Rich Piano. Wow. That's exactly what I said before. These people influence others. And now instead of learning from his death, he will probably influence some other people because of all these tribute videos.

[video] 10:36 Always setting big goals and pushing myself to work hard to reach them. you get obsessed with getting bigger, obsessed with chasing that goal, and sometimes you take it too far.

10:47 Yeah, and it's a goal that you can never achieve because you want it to be bigger and bigger, because you want it to fill the emptiness inside of you, which is impossible.

[video] 10:57 My goal was to hit 400 pounds. In the end, I just wanted to show people that anything's possible.

[video] 11:07 If you set your mind to something, you can make it happen.

11:10 Yeah, just eating absolute garbage. They just eat whatever, they don't care.

[video] 11:17 If you can look at yourself and honestly say, hey, I gave it everything I had.

11:21 He actually also ate some good food. I had seen that. Testicles and you know what that is on the right also. I'm gonna say it on YouTube.

[video] 11:31 Did all I could to get where I wanted. You can live with that. But what you can't live with is spending 10, 20 years giving...

11:38 He didn't eat it raw, as far as I know. ...half the effort, never reaching your goals, dying old and then looking back thinking, what if I'd actually pushed myself... What's better, dying old and not reaching your goals, which you later on realize was garbage anyway, or dying at 36, being dead, gone?

12:06 Reaching what? That you looked inhumane and that you could lift man-made metal up and down. That you got some kind of attention from people who were also destroying their bodies.

[video] 12:26 There's no shame in losing. None at all. the only shame is in losing because you didn't give it your best so you should be proud you did what you love to the fullest while you were alive you got to do what you love but he did lose

12:42 How else do you define losing? Death is the biggest loss you could possibly have. It's the ultimate way of losing. Is there any other way to lose in life than to die prematurely? I can't think of anything at all. If you hunt an animal, the animal is gone, then the animal lost

13:09 It's the ultimate loss there is.

[video] 13:11 I need to make my health better. A lot of comments that it's impossible. If you gain weight, you get sicker, you get bigger, you will die. You know, like, you know, guys, f*** you. All your comments because I know what I'm doing and I know that I'm doing it right.

13:29 I control all my... That didn't age very well.

[video] 13:32 ...blood work, all my tests.

[video] 13:36 For some, it can be racing, soccer, basketball, or intense sports like boxing or MMA. But for Ilya Golem, it's bodybuilding.

13:44 Yeah, all of the sports are for slaves. It's when slaves are not allowed to do what they actually naturally want to do. The men especially. And that's why they end up doing what they are allowed to by the masters. That's it. It's all slavery. It's all for p***y.

[video] 14:05 And he did what he loved doing. No one can complain about him. That's his life.

14:15 He didn't love it whatsoever, he hated it. You literally show a video of him hating what he's doing. Even when he's not doing it, he looks miserable, exhausted, so severely stressed. But when he's lifting the metal, he hates it as much as a human being could hate anything in life. But then you say that he loved doing it, even though there's never been one recorded photo or video of somebody enjoying weightlifting. It doesn't exist. Nobody feels any kind of joy or happiness in a gym.

15:04 That's not genetics. That was your diet.

15:22 The problem is that teenagers now abuse steroids? What was his message there at the end? If you do use steroids yourself, then people are going to be inspired to do it. If you say that the body that you achieved is a great body, if you would say that it's an ugly body which doesn't function, then you would, of course, deter people from using steroids. But I don't really see how You would help teenagers with your message. These are pretty much the only videos that you can find about his death. People saying that he did a great job by achieving this kind of a body. Not even once mentioning how hard such an obese body is on the heart. Of course, these people don't realize that if you have too much mass, then you're obese.

16:20 They would say that he had low body fat, which means that he wasn't obese. He could hardly even breathe while walking or walking up the stairs. It's a huge problem, but no, no, no. Even though his body literally reacts the same way as somebody who has too much fat, still, they just cannot admit it or don't want to realize it. It's some kind of denial.

16:48 It really seems like nobody learned anything from this. I was warning people years ago about this, and I have been. Also for the years after, but...

17:02 They just go on saying, he lifted so much man-made metal for no reason. He had 25-inch arms. And now if somebody would achieve 27-inch arms, then he would be even better. And if he would die in his 30s, then it wouldn't matter because his arms were bigger. And that's all that matters. Even though in nature, nobody has arms... like anything even close to that, because it's absolutely unnatural arms. You watched fiction as a child, you didn't have a father or anybody to actually look up to, who taught you anything proper in life. You don't know what a man is, that's the essential problem here. You need this attention from a man, from other men. It all completely makes sense. And that's the only kind of attention you get. Women find it repulsing, for sure not attractive.

18:01 But you get compliments from other men and you always wanted these compliments, you wanted this attention and validation from men. And then you get it and you die because of it. It's a tragedy. Wow. This is actually what's going on today. Thanks for watching.
