0:00 Hi, I'm gonna review a video by Inga Lam, it's called What I eat in a day, gut health friendly meals.

0:12 It's a video about gut health and it starts off with a shot of bread. Nice, makes sense.

0:30 sourdough right that's what they always believe if bread is problematic switch to sourdough switch to different kind of baked slime made out of seeds grain sludge a waste product something which was created to feed the masses the slave population yeah that's gonna help

[video] 1:00 wow these look so good oh my gosh look at that open chrome

[video] 1:19 I've been craving, you know, the 7-Eleven egg sandos, so I'm thinking I might just make like an egg salad on toast type situation. These little boiled eggs I have. I've been trying to be good about my protein intake lately, so... Lots of eggs.

1:32 then you should be consuming raw eggs. Boiled eggs are also harder to digest, a lot harder. If you would eat a lot of boiled eggs, you would actually have gut issues. You can drink as many raw eggs as you want, no problem, as long as the eggs come from healthy chickens, obviously.

2:07 Some kind of sauces, maybe mustard, something like that for sure. Mustard has these toxic seeds from the mustard family as an ingredient. I would assume that it's something like that and that's really bad for your gut.

2:35 Salt as you may be pepper more likely I guess also obviously super poisonous You die from pretty small amounts Kind of not really

3:05 What you have here is really just an imitation of what she really wants to eat. As I have explained before, but just in case you haven't heard of it, the word bread actually used to mean meat, actual animal flesh. And then they changed it to this, now they call this grain sludge, slave food, bread. And now people believe that that's food. But when you read old writings about the daily bread, the bread that we used to eat, they always meant animal flesh and actually raw, not even cooked. And then now they eat this grain sludge. She made it warm, which makes sense. You imitate a warm hunted down animal. And then you have the eggs. It's the best ingredient, but they are cooked. As I said, that's also not so good for your gut. You're going to feel boiled eggs in your gut because they are natural.

4:03 Your body is only designed to consume what's natural. And that kind of food you don't feel in your stomach. That's raw meat and blood. everything else that you consume you're always gonna feel fruits are also fine and honey depending on the fiber content and how natural they are it should also be fine for the most part yeah and then you have the mustard or whatever and something green also which is obviously indigestible

[video] 4:35 And that's pretty much it. I'll just eat this spoonful around the side.

4:43 This is guaranteed gut issues. Yep. Of course. No doubt.

[video] 4:48 That doesn't matter. When animals hunt down other animals they just eat them quickly. That you eat quickly really should be irrelevant. Maybe if you eat this kind of garbage

5:14 Maybe you should chew it more. That may be true, yeah. But you shouldn't be eating that anyway.

5:23 And I assume that it's coffee with milk. Awesome. Horrible for your gut. You're just consuming a bunch of antibiotics, basically. From the mustard, the bread also. There's probably some glyphosate in there and who knows what. Some pesticides, herbicides. So those are antibiotics also and coffee also.

[video] 5:45 Sit down and properly enjoy my meal for all meals. I'm just following orders, trying to be better.

5:54 yeah exactly following orders not listening to your intuition and just following orders following a diet instead of just eating what you're naturally supposed to yeah that's the problem kind of weird and she smiles like she's proud of it to be sitting out here if i'm being honest i'm so used to just having breakfast either on the go or just you know really quick in the kitchen before i dive into work into this new phase of being more intentional with everything

[video] 6:23 though this ratio is so perfect it really satisfies that 7-eleven egg sando craving i think this is also a new thing but i think recently i've been trying to pay attention to how is it ratio good if you eat bread for whatever reason use very thin slices that's more grain sludge than the rest really or it's 50 50. what i'm eating how it benefits me today i just wanted to show you some of that

6:53 this is really just so simple but so good man these people just don't learn they complain about gut issues eczema acne and whatever and keep eating bread you can't eat bread and be healthy it's not possible it's not human food it's never gonna work

7:12 Yeah, and you need coffee because you have no energy. And it doesn't give you energy anyway, you just become adrenalized essentially, just hyped up, stimulated by toxins.

7:36 Not a good idea. Yeah, they always do the opposite of what they should. Typically, when somebody has gut issues, bloating, any kind of pain, discomfort, they think, hmm... what should i do then they research a little bit and they come to the conclusion that they should be eating something fermented which may be fine fermented animal foods that's okay but that's not even what they do they will do fermented vegetables and those will have a lot of salt and the kimchi has a All kinds of toxic spices, seed ingredients, you name it. Everything that's bad for the gut can be found in there. Okay, not everything, maybe 80-90% of it.

8:22 If you eat it now and then, then nothing is gonna happen. But if you believe that you're gonna heal your gut by eating that, you're really mistaken. It's gonna get a lot worse. You just need to follow your intuition. Your intuition doesn't tell you to eat anything spicy if you have gut problems. It tells you to eat something mild. You would want to eat raw meat maybe drink raw milk even it's very Mild call it neutral call it whatever you want. You for sure don't feel it in your gut. Okay She has probably never tried it She doesn't know that's okay. You can still learn you can still change and if you do then you will know and once you know because you sense it then It's over, as in the old diet is dead, because then you will start eating naturally.

[video] 9:16 Commented foods in my diet helps that I love kimchi, so I feel like anything kimchi is constantly on rotation. Then I also have some steak leftover from yesterday. Toss that in as well. I feel like red meat is the thing that I can never give up on.

9:32 I just... That's good. That's good for your gut.

[video] 9:37 Love my beef.

9:40 Yeah, great. Isn't this some kind of salted piece of meat? Looks like it to me. Well, whatever, it's better than anything else she had.

9:53 Yeah, and now you should eat it like this. In a somewhat natural state, I guess. Or maybe it's dried, whatever, still. Just don't cook it now. Then it's gonna be fine.

[video] 10:05 Okay. Also, one of the things that I really...

10:10 She already put it on that thing. She's going to be cooking and destroying it.

[video] 10:15 All I want to do is make my own kimchi. I feel like it's something I haven't gotten around to yet, but I love the taste of fresh homemade kimchi too. You know, before it gets like sour, if you have any good kimchi recipes, let me know.

[video] 10:36 my beef and my kimchi just constantly trying to use up everything I have on the fridge

10:48 it's so strange people use some kind of green plants kimchi cabbage with very spicy ingredients typically of course i don't know what exactly she had there but it's almost always the case little white seeds and then they complain about gut problems and make videos inspiring others to heal their gut when in reality they are destroying their gut yeah pretty delusional giant mound testing out a new yeah and the base of the food is the rice those little white seeds instead of the meat again that's the problem right there pan today so we'll see how much we like it i always wanted a stainless steel pan collection so at least she uses stainless steel okay not that you should be cooking at all but if anything yeah

[video] 11:47 I just played tennis yesterday, so... I'm sore.

11:52 Is that, uh, a seed oil? Or olive oil, whatever? Yeah, that's bad. Another, um, gut destroyer.

12:13 Yeah, but she... Well, actually it's good that she cooks the kimchi because she's gonna be destroying and neutralizing a lot of the spicy toxins. Yeah, actually...

12:28 It's just bad that she cooks the meat. The meat you shouldn't cook. The rest, sure, whatever.

[video] 12:33 Spicy is not always the best, but a little microdose this time. I have been trying to cut back on the spice a little bit more. A little bit of the sauce.

12:50 Realistically, this is not even food. This is so overcooked with oil and spices, salt and whatever. This is not even really recognizable. Yeah, you're gonna get something out of it, sure. You can survive by eating that, but... It's kind of dead really, it's dead food.

13:29 Yeah, but again, it's really all the same. You just add a lot of so-called savory ingredients to just imitate a real meal, which would be an animal that you hunt down. And that's why it's warm also. At its core, it's all the same. Humans, brainwashed and malnourished, imitating what they really want to eat. Could be worse. Could be plant-based, but yeah, it's still not really good. At least the egg is kind of runny.

[video] 14:04 I did it. I did it. That was a money shot. I forgot I had this half-open Pocari Sweat in my fridge, so... The seaweed and sesame and the kimchi.

[video] 14:20 I just love it when the food that's good for you also tastes good. As you can probably tell from the theme of today, I don't know if you remember, but a while ago I actually went to get a colonoscopy. And some of you were wondering why. I think most people actually get this in their 50s. But basically I was having a lot of stomach issues, you know, the bloating, the constipation.

14:38 So then I went to see the doctor and... Constipation comes from fiber. Stop eating fiber, it will go away very quickly.

[video] 14:45 They recommended that I get a colonoscopy. They did actually find a polyp, but thankfully it was benign.

14:53 But you know, I feel like that's kind of what got me on this like health scare a little bit more than I... Yeah, a lot of fiber will cause that and also all of these spices. Yup, just stop it.

[video] 15:08 Well, she understands that spicy things are bad, but still she uses them.

15:16 She said that it's hard for her to stop eating the beef, basically. That's kind of what she was implying. When in reality, that's what she should be basing her meals on. And really, ideally, that should be 90% of her diet if she wants to heal her gut. She shouldn't be eating plants or seeds at all.

15:58 People really need to think about why we have so many diets, dietitians, apps specifically for that. People that we go and see to find out what we are supposed to eat. Shouldn't that tell you, if you think about it clearly, that there's a lot of brainwashing going on? People's minds are being manipulated? Come on. that should be the conclusion that you come to right away because otherwise people would just be eating what they want to eat naturally following their intuition and they would understand that they are supposed to be eating mostly meat with some fruits and honey yes sweet is also good our senses tell us that sweet is good for sure sweet foods are healthy as long as they are natural

16:47 Going around testing 10 different diets until you find the right one is nonsense.

16:56 That we have dietitians at all should tell us everything.

[video] 17:00 It's not about doing crazy diets, restrictions. It's about making, you know, sustainable changes to your daily habits. Also signing up was super easy, super accessible. I think it only took me five minutes. Not gonna lie, I was kind of nervous for my first session. I've never really done anything like this before.

17:13 Wait, what did it say there? Accountability exercise... what?

[video] 17:26 Oh, right, yeah, because she has gut issues. Okay, okay. Man, it's so dumb.

17:37 It's as if they have a specific diet for whatever you want to do or whatever problems you have. And none of them even work, I bet. None of them actually recommend eating mostly meat. I bet you. Ah, ridiculous.

[video] 17:53 Did they tell her that she needs to chew the seeds and the plants more and that's why she has the gut issues?

18:23 It's possible. That will be pretty funny.

18:28 Just chew more. Chew the seeds and the indigestible fiber more. Then it will be fine. Because stopping it is not an option. No, that's not what our guidelines say. You gotta be eating seeds and plants. Unnatural plants and seeds full of toxins which will destroy your gut. That's a must anyway. It's not an option to eat mostly animals.

[video] 18:52 a lot more proactive with my health in general because you just never know what might happen. So would recommend checking Nourish out if that's something that you've been thinking about. It also helps that they accept hundreds of insurance across all 50 states. I'm gonna put the link in description box as always. I will say though, because of this like meal hygiene thing about chewing more, eating slowly, it does take me so much longer to finish a meal now.

19:14 hmm Wednesday when I eat meat I eat it super quickly actually sometimes I guess it depends on what I eat but oftentimes it's super quick yeah sometimes if I'm watching something or doing something I will eat pretty slowly it just depends but I'm just saying there's no problem with eating food very quickly and if the food is raw full of moisture it's easy to eat it quickly because it's not dry. You don't need to drink water or whatever all the time. Not that you should be, but whatever kind of liquids. It flows through you perfectly. It doesn't get stuck as it is with dry cooked food. That's why it's easy to eat it. And if you want to eat it quickly, no problem.

20:07 She watches stuff on the phone. That's kind of weird. Is that what people do today?

20:18 Oh man, always cleaning the pad and everything. I really don't miss that.

20:31 life is just so much simpler natural you could say if you can simply go to a fridge which is not natural obviously but whatever however you get the food and then you just eat it basically okay if you hunt down an animal you cut off the skin you skin it but that's also not a problem it's pretty quick

20:58 wow this thing is magic yeah but some of that stuff is gonna stay in the pan and then you're gonna be eating that the next time yeah it's micro amounts of course but it's there even though it's invisible to your eye i don't think that you can wash it all off and a lot of the stuff is also made with oils and you cannot just wash off oils like that

[video] 21:35 Pitch can be good

21:55 Pasteurized yogurts won't really be good for your gut, contrary to what they want to tell you, but... I suppose that it's better than the last meals? Maybe.

22:10 What is a granola? Seeds? It's for sure seeds. Yeah, again, this is not god-friendly whatsoever.

[video] 22:21 It's more for the vibes, but I wanted to put just a little honey. lemon on top and that is a very simple yogurt bowl for a dinner leave out the seeds and maybe it wouldn't cause a lot of gut issues a little bit it will anyway fermented honey lemon shaved ice peach granola and greek yogurt needs to be consumed immediately the peach is now combined with the honey lemon with a gooey sauce

[video] 22:53 Okay, sure. You aren't going to like it, but you are missing motherhood. Hmm, interesting.

23:13 Stop this nonsense, boss babe, waste of time. Nice, I like it. No one will remember your career and all the money you made. Money doesn't even exist, it's completely pointless. It's useful in the system in the sense that everybody believes in it, so you can use it, but... yeah it's for sure not going to be fulfilling no matter how much you get you can be a billionaire or whatever it's never going to be enough because it's worthless and meaningless the narcissism of modern women is wild i don't know she's narcissistic i haven't seen her other videos she seems okay to me just seems misinformed as it is with most people today oh whatever but uh Yeah, that's true. How old is she? She clearly has no children, yeah?

24:11 Yeah, it's what you naturally do, of course. Nothing else is going to be fulfilling. The commentator is right.

[video] 24:20 That's weird though. You shouldn't be angry because of that. That makes no sense. That means that you know that it's true.

24:38 Typically, only the truth is going to trigger you. Yeah, there can be other reasons also. It's not that black and white, but in this case, it's probably the reason. Over 90% of the time, if you're triggered by a comment, it's because it's true.

[video] 24:54 It's on my behalf, but on the behalf of so many others who have voiced their choices, their opinions, their decisions.

25:02 Yeah, that's fine if you're asexual and you're never intimate. If you're intimate, then you're trying to have children. And if you then protect yourself from it, then you're brainwashed. He's right then. If you're never intimate with anybody, okay, then it's possible that you don't want to be a mother.

[video] 25:23 Yeah, as long as it's your decisions, yeah.

25:30 But when your brain wants to do something and you're not really conscious of why you're doing it, then it's a problem.

[video] 25:36 But what do you mean?

25:53 That doesn't make any sense. Think about it from his or her perspective. You are wasting your life. Maybe they watch you all the time. They see that you're not happy. Whatever is going on. And then they comment about it. Why shouldn't somebody do that? They may be helping you. They may want to actually see you do good in your life. Yeah, that's the strange attitude that Americans especially have. They always say, mind your own business and blah, blah, blah. When in reality, we should be doing the opposite. We should always voice our opinions about everything. That's the only way to go forward. Not that you really can, but you get what I mean. Otherwise, we are all stuck. Nothing changes.

[video] 26:48 me almost like doubling down on that decision. And if you're someone who also thinks like me, that you are more focused on doing what you want to do, not because of what society or everyone else is telling you to do.

26:59 Yeah, but society is telling you not to have children. That's the whole point. Whereas your body and nature is telling you to have children. Why are you intimate with somebody? Why do your reproductive organs interact with each other? Only to reproduce. Only to have children. And then when you have the child, you know that you were wrong your whole life. It was the best decision ever. But if you don't, You just won't get it. That's why in nature, this is not an issue. It's not even a question. It's not even a topic at all because you simply have children. And then you don't even question it because you know how good it feels and that's it. And there's nobody who doesn't have children. Every human on earth in nature always had children. There was nobody who ever didn't have children.

28:02 think about it that's that's really crazy because every single human man and woman had children and now all of a sudden there's millions that don't have any children at all that really tells you everything about what's going on how severe the brainwashing is do that is what matters the most like you do you not gonna let that ruin my day that's true but again do you do you when you're intimate with somebody do you understand why you're doing it that's the question do you know who you really are because you're not a worker you're not your job it's a role that you play in the society that's what society wants from you by the way they don't want you to be a natural human being following his or her intuition doing what you want to do because if you would

28:57 you wouldn't work at all, and you would be always intimate, having tons of children, you would never protect yourself, you would hunt down your own animals, you would go out into the sun even though people tell you not to do it, and blah blah blah. But really what you're doing is completely following the social rules. And I think that if you would even want to eat meat-based for your gut, I think you would be afraid to even show that kind of a what I eat in a day video. This is what you should think about. I think that that's how much you actually follow society, even though it seems like you believe that you don't. It seems like you believe that you're doing the opposite, as if you're doing your thing. And that's really being delusional.

[video] 29:44 I'm gonna continue eating my delicious yogurt, watch more Wednesday, shoot off some stress on Fortnite.

29:51 I'll see you in... Yeah, she plays Fortnite also. Fortnite is just an imitation of hunting and building, right? I've never played the game, but that's what I've heard. Kind of like RuneScape and Minecraft, essentially. The idea is the same. Yeah. Yeah. You do you. Okay. Play your Fortnite. Watch Wednesday. Yeah.

[video] 30:19 The next one. Bye.

30:21 Unfortunately, it seems like this woman is pretty lost. But most people that I review are. And that's because most people on Earth are. She actually believes that she's doing what she wants to do. That's how tight and...

30:40 large the chains are around the people today. And of course, these chains are invisible, but that's how enslaved people feel. It's so bad that they actually believe that they are doing what they want to do. That is incredibly severe brainwashing. Really cleverly done, I have to say.

31:09 To actually brainwash somebody to believe that they are doing what they want to do when they are absolutely not. And in most cases, they are doing the opposite of what they want to do.

31:22 I don't want to say something that I would, of course...

31:27 respect but you have to give it to them the conditioning that's going on in the system it's working so well you can't even wish for anything much better when you manipulate people into believing that they're doing what they want to do and they are actually doing the opposite when it's actually the opposite oftentimes then you have really done a good job And she even said that she doesn't want to cut out the beef, but it kind of seemed like she's implying that she may want to do that, or she was implying that it is the problem, possibly. Yeah, who knows where she got it from? That's all over the media today.

32:21 They really want you to believe that if you have any issues, especially gut issues, it's the meat, it's the eggs, it's the animal foods. It couldn't possibly be the unnatural man-made plants and seeds full of toxic, bitter compounds which you can taste with your own senses. You don't need to believe in that. You don't need to research about it. You know it yourself. It's an actual fact that these plants are bitter.

32:58 This is how severe the disinformation is out there. And it gets to people like her. And she also believes that it's her decision not to have children. Instead of realizing the obvious, it's very severe conditioning that's going on today. It's actually one of the most important... ways to manipulate people because when you have people living alone it makes them incredibly miserable they will try to get a lot of cats and dogs but it's not gonna make it any better in some cases it's gonna make it even worse because you will have a bunch of animals around you who can't even talk to you eating plants and expecting to heal your gut

33:57 Not having children, focusing on your career and expecting to be happy. That's what's going on today. Thanks for watching.
