Is Rehab Room Lying or Just Dense? @Rehab Room

0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing Rehab Room's video called Naturalists Are Wrong About Jim. With no way to deal with the past, I kept my eyes on the road. Max Payne, I used to play that. Off the rearview mirror and the roadkill behind me.

[video] 0:17 Guys, to be honest, I didn't think I would be making this video after talking shit on gym rotting for so long. But this needs to be said. I believe this anti-gym rhetoric went too far, especially in certain naturalist circles, which sadly and unfortunately gets repeated a lot within our own community as well.

0:37 Our own community. Do you mean the most delusional community on earth? True it is.

[video] 0:44 Most of us are so deprived of endorphin. We got to take whatever little dopamine and endorphin hits we can get in life. Gym can be crucial in that aspect because...

0:56 Positive mood, basic dopamine... Where is this dopamine? Where are these endorphins? Can you show them to me? No, of course not, because these black pillars live in their own delusions. They imagine most of what they talk about in their videos.

[video] 1:19 Guys, there is a very real link between physical and mental strength. I mean, it is true that like 90% of men who go to gym are doing it out of butthurt, rejection butthurt. Most men at the gyms are there because they got fucked.

1:33 Training until she takes me back. Yeah, that's delusional.

[video] 1:38 mediocre looking men who are there just trying to compensate. There is a misleading stereotype created by normies. They use the term fit to imply facial attractiveness because it is more socially acceptable, right? It gives the perception that attractiveness is a choice, is something that can be achieved. That stuff is true. Most rotters are in the gym due to the devastating rejections they got from women. They are there because they were not getting any attention.

[video] 2:06 Jim is still one of the better sub-5 corps. Not only it is a great corps, great hobby to do as a single man. You don't need someone else. If anything, it is even better if you do it alone. But also because there is a link between mental and physical strength. People in this community always ask me, Riyab, I am dealing with depression, OCD. Can't stop thinking about X, Y, Z all day long. What do I do? Bro, you gotta keep yourself busy.

2:29 He talks about mental and physical health, and now he just said that you should keep yourself busy. I thought that black pillars are against all of that. Shouldn't you actually live in this reality and confront everything? How is it strength, mental or physical, to go against your nature, intuition, instincts, and to do what you hate. Can he explain that? It makes no sense. You are then weak, especially mentally. The weakest humans are the ones that go against their nature, obviously. Because you will do that out of desperation because you're brainwashed. It doesn't matter what the reason is.

3:24 You can talk about this topic deeply, but the point is simply that if you're strong, then you do what you want to do, seeing as the strongest humans on this earth do exactly what they want to do. That goes for all animals. But the weakest ones are enslaved, so to speak, which is pretty much all mental, especially nowadays. And then you go against your nature.

[video] 3:49 Both mentally and physically. Instead of just, you know, dwelling on rejections from a fucking decade ago, you gotta keep yourself busy.

3:57 If you stay inside... That just means living in denial, being delusional. Yes, exactly. That's what they promote.

[video] 4:06 all day long, keep replaying what happened back in high school. Of course, what do you expect? There is also the fact that today in young men's lives, there are so little things to look forward to. They are living such dogshit lives. So even something like going to the gym.

4:20 Yes, but why would you do something that you hate? You don't look forward to it. Does anybody look forward to the next gym session? No, you dread it, obviously.

[video] 4:34 lifting things up and putting them down is going to be an improvement. That is the...

4:38 Wait, what? What is he saying? That it's going to be an improvement? Or did I misunderstand that? He must be joking.

[video] 4:49 Sad reality. It is an activity that anyone can do. So it ain't going to give you a great edge attractiveness-wise, but it also means it doesn't require much investment. Right.

4:59 It can give you a sort of illusion of looking bigger and even wider, but it's obviously all based on the bones. And really, you cannot hide the way you look like. If you look small and narrow, then... It may look like you are five to 10% bigger if you work out a lot, but then you need to keep working out. And by doing that, you will simply get sick, reduce your lifespan.

[video] 5:34 So they resort to junk food, getting their endorphin hits from junk food, just to feel, you know, a moment of relief, a moment of comfort, which actually worsens their looks, their situations. Jim kind of helps offset that calorie surplus.

5:49 And now he's running on a slave. Yes, but it's not about the calorie surplus. You could say that you consume too much energy, so to speak, and that's why you gain weight, but... It's not the actual problem. You will have acne, eczema. You will look old. You will just look sick when you eat junk food. That's what makes you look bad. Not really so much the extra fat. It's a part of it, but it's not the biggest part. pavement, ground, whatever you want to call it, in a circle, just reducing his lifespan and making himself unhealthy. That's the only outcome here. He's only reducing his lifespan by decades.

[video] 6:33 They also say, oh, bro, Riyab, it is going to age you. Lifting weights is going to age you. Bro, how many people, how many young people watching our channels are looking old because of gym rotting? And how many of them look old because they are out of shape? Like, true, you can be lean without going to the gym as well.

6:48 Why would you look old if you're out of shape? Look at the streamers that eat pizza and fries all day long, but they just sit and stream, they play video games. In their 30s, they still look like they are in their 20s. And then compare it to somebody who goes to the gym, does bodybuilding, runs marathons and whatnot. They all look older and they look lean, but when you have a lot of fat, It actually keeps you younger. Fat is good. Being shredded, having low body fat is bad. You will feel depressed. You will look older, sickly. There's nothing good about it.

[video] 7:31 This is very doable. But a lot of people watching our channels, those young men are not able to be on that clean raw meat diet. That is simply the reality of men who keep watching those videos. Bro, they live with their parents. They eat whatever bullshit their mom cooks.

7:46 Yes, of course, but there are ways to get raw meat. Think about it. It's pretty easy, actually.

[video] 7:56 They are giving bad information, misinformation, by claiming that you can fix genetic issues

[video] 8:04 Every type of acne can be treated with sunshine and raw meat. Not every hormonal issue can be fixed with raw meat. Like, go ask any decent dermatologist. Guys, there's so much fucking misinformation in the Luxmax community. It's kind of crazy. Because every clueless schmuck who wanna make a buck hops on it. It's become a huge scam fest. That is why I say they have become the new PUAs.

8:28 Yes, exactly. As I said... Wait, wait, wait... He said to go to a dermatologist, but they are the ones that are trying to make money, so to speak. Is he saying that people who promote raw meat are trying to make money from the viewers or what? I'm not selling anything when it comes to diet. I have the Telegram subscription and that's it. And there you can watch other videos, which I wouldn't be able to upload anywhere else anyway. So that's that. But that's not even related to anything that has to do with your health, skin or anything like that. There's nothing to sell. That's the thing. And generally when you promote something natural, there's just nothing really to sell. What can you sell?

9:25 If you tell people to eat natural food, If you tell them not to use supplements, there's just nothing to actually gain. You can do something. You could also sell your own meat, but it's not very realistic. Maybe some merch, but overall people who promote raw meat, or I can only talk about myself, I guess, don't really make much from it. You cannot even for the most part. When you compare it to But most people do, because if they tell you that you can fix your skin by taking some kind of supplements like cutane, then they can sell it themselves or give you some kind of referral links or however it works. I'm not really sure about all of that, but I think that I get the idea of it. Just very strange. And then he also said that some acne cannot be fixed by sunlight and food.

10:25 Yes, you cannot fix it by going into the sun. I don't know anybody who says that. Your skin will glow and be healthier if you're in the sun, but you won't fix your acne. Your acne is simply pus coming out of your pores because you're eating junk. You're consuming toxins and they need to leave somehow. Partly through your urine and excrement, but also through your skin, of course. That's it. That's acne. Of course you can fix it all by eating naturally. Show me one human being who started eating naturally and still had acne. You won't find anybody. What the fuck is he talking about? Chronic stress. Yeah. It's a magic bullet. It's a bullet for sure. That was a good part. I agree with the bullet part.

[video] 11:20 Another argument I keep hearing about.

11:22 Yes, runner's face. I made a video about it. I hadn't heard about it before, but of course it's a real thing. You can just observe it. Observe people who exercise a lot. What else do you need?

[video] 11:38 During exercise, your cortisol rises. Yeah, that is true, but that is not the same as the cortisol stemming from chronic psychological issues.

11:48 But again, he talks about cortisol. Is there such a thing as a ball floating around your bloodstream or whatever you imagine? And that's the key word. Is it an actual real physical object? No. Just stick to science and this reality.

[video] 12:09 Stress and depression. Chronic cortisol stemming from stress is what is bad for you. That is gonna destroy you. I mean, yeah, excessive gym rotting, going down hard, pushing the limits while using billions of supplements can make you age faster. But that is why you gotta keep it moderate and not make lifting weights your entire life. The reason why bodybuilders look old is because they are often on steroids, bro, or other types of performance-enhancing drugs.

12:35 Absolutely. That will aid you a lot more than going to the gym, the lifting itself. Nobody denies that.

[video] 12:43 Of course, that is going to be taxing on your body. Or you can also notice that when people lose weight way too fast.

12:51 Right, that's what I meant before. When you have fat, you will look more youthful. And when you lose the fat, especially if you have a hanging skin, then it will look the way it looks like.

[video] 13:05 Way too hard. Being too underweight can give you that ghoul-looking face. You can lose your hairline.

13:12 Yes, and that's why you should simply look As natural as possible. And you can only achieve that by eating natural food.

[video] 13:21 Which is also very common, unfortunately. But the cause of looking old itself is not just doing pull-ups and squats three times a week. But besides those health benefits, forget about health.

13:34 No, but some people go to the gym four or five times a week. Some people even go every day and then they... push and pull the metal, some kind of ropes and whatnot for an hour or two. That's a lot. Then you will have visible consequences.

[video] 13:54 There is not much point worrying about your health when you are young, but it is going to help depressed men mentally with mental sharpness. It actually does the opposite of aging for your brain. It protects your cognitive prowess and natural antidepressants.

14:07 Resistance exercise and brain aging clocks. I would have to look up the study now. Maybe I'll just write about it in the description of this video. It's probably a garbage study, but we'll see.

[video] 14:21 It is more helpful than going to a therapist who has never been in your shoes, giving you just cookie cutter answers.

14:29 I know that you only do it for other people, right? What? That's nonsense. Would you still be doing it if you were the last human being left on Earth? That's a very good question. Of course, because I work out for myself. Alright, I would say have fun, but I know that you hate it. Yeah, whatever. Have fun being lazy. Who does this guy think he is, says that I work out for other people? doing i haven't watched this since i created it this was a good one it's for myself i love it breaking news an unknown disease has made almost everybody on earth blind humans are social animals bro everything most things we do we do them That was actually a very good short.

15:21 Obviously, the message was exaggerated.

15:27 Everybody on earth is blind, but I just wanted to get the message across. Obviously, who would work out then? Just nobody. Why would you do it?

[video] 15:37 out of concern for our perceived value how other people see us by that logic you shouldn't put looks max either why did you get a hair transplant done we all do this he's right on one thing though like people do that gym cell because of other people they overestimate the health

15:53 It's interesting how he completely missed the point of the short. The purpose was to show that you go and do all of it because you want to appeal to other people. And when you ask people who exercise why they do it, then they say that they do it for themselves. That's it. That we do a lot of stuff for other people is obvious. If you look better, then you will be more successful on YouTube. People will want to watch your videos more. Also, I'm not against improving your looks. I am against looks maxing, as in... going completely hardcore, getting all of the surgeries, fillers, using makeup, and just being completely fake. And when you do that, you end up looking like a monster. And this is what we can see with all of the Luxemaxers.

16:54 At the very best, they just look fake and uncanny, but most of them look, well, you can see it yourself. I am against all of that, that improving your looks will help you in this society because you're not allowed to use your strength to achieve a lot of what you would want to achieve is obvious. There's a lot of people on YouTube who create shit content, but because they look good, people watch them. That's how it is. And some other people who may create informative content will simply not be watched because they don't look that appealing to our natural sense of sight. Because it is, of course, understandable that you want to watch somebody who looks good, obviously. It's just nature.

[video] 17:51 This is also a great one. This Sikinefet build that a lot of men have, like, not Hulu hobbies, but Sikinefet.

18:00 Yes, that's all because of the food that you eat.

[video] 18:03 The gut. Weak wrists. You can't be like that. He's only 23 too. At that point, the diet obviously plays a very crucial role, but the gym is also needed. A combination of both.

18:15 But why would the gym be needed? What's your argument? I don't think that he will give an actual argument. because there's still people who comment on my videos saying that they enjoy exercising. They like it. There are some people, not anymore really, maybe because they watched my videos, but back when I made this video, there were some people who said that they enjoy exercising. That's when you are really, really delusional. Then you really need help because... Mentally, there's a lot wrong with you, seeing as you're living in very deep denial. All that you would need to do is simply look in the mirror and you would right away know that you hate it, but I guess that people don't want to do that. Of course, these people are more so lying to themselves than to me.

[video] 19:05 Bro, that is very real. They are not lying. Gym addiction is so real.

19:11 What? Yes, gym addiction. Sure. Does that have anything to do with joy?

19:19 Do addictions have something to do with joy? Is that what he's saying or what?

[video] 19:23 It was genuinely the highlight of my day. I was legit looking forward to it. When I was in class, in college, I couldn't wait until I got to go to the gym and get a good workout that night. Getting stronger. That feels great, bro.

19:35 But it is also what... No, you don't get the point. The point is simply that you don't enjoy chronic stress, obviously. You don't enjoy pushing and pulling metal. Back in the day, that's what slaves used to do. It's the same today, but I mean people who were actually forced physically to do physical labor. Do any of them enjoy that? No, nobody likes exertion. That's the point.

[video] 20:06 It is a slippery slope. Why it is so easy to get blinded by it. I'm falling to an endless pit of cop.

20:14 One danger of... What he's saying is that you like to see the so-called progress... You like to see it when you can go from 100 kilograms to 110 when you are bench pressing. But what I'm saying is that you don't feel joy when you do that. That's it. Somehow he didn't get the message. It seems like he doesn't understand a lot of my messages.

[video] 20:47 Jim Maxson is falling into a pit of delusion because getting into exercising is going to get you hooked up on dopamine, especially in the case of young men who don't have any other proper dopamine sources. That is the main problem. You get hooked on your only source of endorphin. You get more muscled. You feel better about yourself. You know, your T levels increase. You compare yourself to other gym rotors and lose track of what women are actually attracted to. I know a community member who told me this. That is a little bit of a tricky one. I obviously understand what he's showing, but

21:45 The problem is that when you look really weak, even though some girls may find you attractive, obviously, facially, we can see that. But when it comes to actually mating, if there was a choice, you would just feel so unsafe with the guy on the left.

22:09 That's the problem. The thing is that nowadays in the society, strength is forbidden. You're not allowed to do what you want to do. And that's why people want to mug and delusionally somehow dominate by looking better and whatnot, but that's all delusional. It doesn't actually work in this reality, which is why realistically, when you compare the two, the guy on the left and the guy on the right, the ones that he showed just now, the guy on the right would always dominate. He would win. He is the winner in that case. What rehab means is that in this fake society, this illusion of Maybe some girls would choose the guy on the left. That may be the case, but in the sexual reality, the guy on the right would always win in every kind of scenario.

23:09 The guy on the left would be kind of useless.

[video] 23:12 And he was insistent. I know my father. He doesn't like to argue to prove a point. He was genuinely saying the gym cell looked better. And the crazy thing is, I know where it comes from. When I was gym selling, I would easily sacrifice a point of my face for an extra...

23:26 I don't know if the father really meant that he looks better in the sense that he's better looking. I don't think so. That would be super strange if he meant that. What he probably meant is that he looks better in the sense that he would be more likely to win, dominate. But then again, I can't see the full body. If the guy on the right was really big... to the point where he's slow and immobile, then he would lose against the guy on the left when it would come to a fight. Seeing as we couldn't see the whole body, I cannot even really tell. But still, the guy on the left just looked very fragile.

[video] 24:08 Range of bicep width, or ab definition. This part isn't spoken about as often, but gym selling literally destroys your ability to rate your own other's looks. This is very real. It really does cloud your judgment. People who say they enjoy it are not lying about that. The source of delusion?

24:23 No, they are, obviously. All that you need to do is simply look at somebody's face expression when they work out. That's it, obviously. They don't enjoy it. They hate doing it. They feel the opposite of joy, which is why they are lying to themselves. And usually it's not really about lying to other people. They lie to themselves because they need to keep going. They... need to motivate themselves delusionally to keep going every week because if they would realize that they hate doing it, then how could they keep doing it? It would be very hard. So delusionally talking yourself into believing that you enjoy doing it is maybe the most important part of being a A delusional gym-goer.

[video] 25:16 Gym-max yourself is this dopamine addiction. That is the source. But overall, it is still something I advocate for, especially for sub-5 men, because it is still going to beat a sedentary life, doing nothing but watching men.

25:30 For example, if you do some kind of surgery and you look forward to looking better, do you enjoy the surgery? No, who does? You will feel pain. It will be uncomfortable. Nobody would ever say that they enjoy the surgery itself. Somehow rehab room is confusing the results and the outcome with the actual actions of going to the gym, of what you actually do in the gym. That you do not enjoy, nobody does. That was my only point. I wasn't talking about any results.

[video] 26:13 But going to the gym, moderate lifting, taking some boxing classes, these are going to come

[video] 26:22 Only slaves lift man-made metals. Because I am 100% sure of this, there are some kids out there taking it seriously. They don't look at it as entertainment. Bro, maybe to you, there is entertainment. But I am telling you, there are plenty of kids in this community who take it seriously. Guys, we gotta get our dopamine hits, okay? Something as basic as a nice cup of coffee, hitting the gym, playing a video game. You know, you can go to a shooting range.

26:45 The problem with all of that is that you are simply expressing your instincts in a diluted and domesticated way. That's why I'm against all of that, because we want to do what we naturally want to do, and that's all that we will ever want. Promoting any kind of sports, even this, is just you repressing what you really want to do because you feel weak and enslaved and instead you shoot at some targets hit the ball and try to hit the target the goal which is all imaginary it's all bullshit take some classes there learn to handle different types of guns it is quite cheap too i started doing that last year i still do whenever i can find time it is more fun than i thought it would be honestly for most of us in

[video] 27:40 our lives are already dopamine deprived. We gotta learn how to take pleasure out of little things by ourselves. We have to, we have to. But I am gonna talk to you in the next video.

27:49 It's interesting how Rehabru misunderstood a lot of the points that I made. Or maybe he's also partly lying. He did lie a lot when he made the response to my Blackpool video. It's clear that what I meant is that you do not actually enjoy these activities of pushing and pulling metal, running around in a circle and so on.

28:17 That's something that nobody can deny. You may feel some kind of fake feeling of accomplishment when you're able to push and pull more metal, when you're able to run for 10 minutes longer. Sure. Does that have anything to do with joy? Actually smiling while you're doing something or simply having a, the expression of enjoying something. You know how somebody looks like when they enjoy something. Nobody needs to explain this to you the same way you know how somebody looks like when they hate doing something. And when you look at somebody who's pushing and pulling metal, running around for no reason, then you will not see any joy. You can look at other people or you can simply look in the mirror.

29:13 And if you do that, then you will see that you were lying to yourself all along. It's very obvious what I meant. You cannot really say that you didn't understand it, which leads me to the conclusion that he's lying on purpose once again.

29:34 Rehab Room could simply do a debate or a friendly discussion with me. I'm going to discuss these topics with him. Normally, I'm not going to attack him or anything. That's not what I do in debates. And then we can see who's right and who's wrong. but I don't expect him to do that. Still, you can let him know that I'm always open to it. Thanks for watching.
