It Doesn't Matter What Anybody Thinks About You

33 Most human lives revolve around what other humans think about them. It's a very unnatural state of being for an animal. Of course we naturally don't do anything to upset our family and friends because we care about their well-being and also because we want to belong. But at this point we care so much about how anybody around us sees us that it has become a mental illness. We have to do whatever we have to do regardless of what people think about us. Eat what you want to eat, listen to whatever music you want to listen to, wear whatever clothes you want to wear and do it all out in the open. If your fake friends don't approve, then fuck them. Popular opinion is formed by the media and the media wants you dead, essentially. Therefore your actions have to appeal to the majority to be accepted by our society, which is suicide.
33 Nowadays, being natural equals being antisocial, but that's the only way to be happy. In other words, it's impossible to fit in and be happy at the same time. Not being true to your own feelings and doing what you want to do is exactly what leads to depression, because you literally have to depress your true self. This is everyday life if you want to be part of society, because society's values have been programmed. They don't come naturally. People do a lot of dangerous activities just to impress others. They even risk their lives. When you watch a skateboarder doing a risky trick where he could potentially break his arm, then what you're actually watching is an insecure and suicidal little boy whose life purpose is to get attention because he's empty inside.
28 You replace your own needs with something that is supposed to appeal to other humans. That can only lead to unhappiness. Pleasing other people will get you nowhere because you will always end up ignoring yourself. One way you can know that your life is a lie is if you can't make fun of or at least laugh at yourself in certain situations. For example, if you trip and fall. Your defense mechanism may kick in and you may feel ashamed and hope that nobody saw you because you will appear weak in the eyes of the other slaves or they may even laugh at you. You may also act like you hurt yourself badly so that you get more attention and people feel sorry for you because nobody loved you as a child. People have a lot of different issues. Naturally you would laugh it off the same way you would if it happened to somebody else. Because life is a game and it's all about having fun.
28 It's only serious because of the programming in your head. A healthy human would never care if somebody laughs at them. Because it's your own insecurities that make you care about it. It's not their laugh that actually bothers you. It's that somebody inside of you is already always making fun of you. It's you.
