0:00 Hi guys, as requested by some of you, I'm going to review what Jeff Nippard eats in a day.

[video] 0:20 All right, what's going on, guys? So in this video, I'm going to be taking you through a full day of main gaining, which is what I'm doing at the moment. Now, if you haven't heard that term before, I just like to think of it as a type of recomp where your goal is to roughly maintain your body weight while gaining strength in the gym and ideally gaining a little muscle mass as well. And for me, that usually comes toward the end of an extended bulk before starting a cut. And I think that a period of main gaining like this can be a really good transition.

0:43 He looks so cute. He has the beard because he wants to try to look like a man. His voice is also very soft.

[video] 0:51 phase out of the bulk because it gives you an opportunity to really dial in your training while setting up some good consistent nutrition habits before hopping into a full-blown fat loss phase. Of course, you can always just ride the main gain or the recomp wave as long as it's working for you. You don't need to cut unless you really want to prioritize fat loss at some point. Now, you might end up tightening up a bit at the beginning of the main gaining phase anyway.

1:12 Look at this coping. It is really cute. I'm not saying this to offend him in any way at all. I just find it really cute when short guys who know that they naturally fail at life try to bulk up and look big because they know that they naturally can't. Seeing as humans naturally judge strength by height and it's just something that he will never be able to achieve.

[video] 1:32 Because oftentimes I find that just being more intentional with your nutrition will result in some water loss and maybe a little fat loss. but then you'll settle into this weight that you can just maintain as you gain strength and ideally muscle in the gym.

1:45 Now of course how feasible- It's also so cute how he's cutting up these man-made vegetables thinking that it's real food. Just a really cute delusion.

[video] 1:55 The gain muscle part is will depend on how close you are to your genetic ceiling, but I would say that most people should expect to see some lean gains during a main gaining phase.

[video] 2:12 All right, so guys, here we have got meal one of the day. This is a breakfast potato hash and in there I've got a whole bunch of different ingredients. I'm gonna quickly take you guys through how it is that I make this. So first I'll dice up four or five mixed baby potatoes into cubes, coat them with some olive oil spray.

2:30 Potatoes are inedible naturally, that's why we need to cook them. They are very toxic and can actually be deadly. Or just drizzle a little bit of actual olive oil.

[video] 2:39 I'll season them with some ground cumin.

2:41 I don't know why he uses olive oil, because plant oils oxidize very quickly when they are exposed to heat, so it's actually very stupid. Salt and parsley, and then I'll put them in. Salt and parsley. Salt and parsley both are toxic. Parsley causes infertility in men and women. It generally destroys your body. Microwave for about three minutes.

[video] 3:00 While the potatoes are pre-cooking, I'll slice up some onion and mushrooms and press or chop one clove of garlic and...

3:06 Onions are also very toxic, and garlic is unbeatable. It's a very strong antibiotic, and if you would eat a large enough dose at once, then you would die right there on the spot. Fry that up in a nonstick pan.

[video] 3:17 Once they cook a bit, I'll add some meat. So I use turkey bacon and Beyond Meat vegan sausage, which adds a really good flavor.

3:24 What the hell? Is this guy a vegan or something? Why the hell Beyond Sausage? I'm pretty sure that he isn't. That is really weird.

[video] 3:30 Then I'll add some diced red peppers and green peppers. And once the peppers start to soften a bit, I'll move that mix to a separate bowl and then add the potatoes so that the edges crisp and brown a bit. See that? And then I'll add the veggies back in and mix in two whole eggs.

3:43 Okay, let's just... Oh wait, no, let me see about the eggs. Eggs with two egg whites scrambled with a drop of milk. We have vegetables and fruits in there, which literally don't exist in nature, then Beyond Sausage for whatever reason, which is insanely toxic, plant oils, which are very oxidizing, inflammatory, they create AGEs, really terrible for you, really as bad as it can get. I do like the eggs because you will get a few fat-soluble vitamins out of them. and then I'll just mix all that together.

[video] 4:12 Now, I'm personally a big fan of goat cheese, but if you don't like goat cheese, then you can easily just use some shredded cheese or no cheese at all if you want it to be a little lower fat.

4:20 All of this stuff is cooked to death, which means that micronutrient-wise, he's gonna be getting very few vitamins simply because cooked food is very unnatural and unhealthy. Besides all of the carcinogens created, you will also destroy the macro and the micronutrients.

[video] 4:35 And then to go with this meal, I've got my supplements and a sun gold kiwi. So for the supplements, I've got my creatine, I've got...

4:42 In a sense, the kiwi is one of the best things to eat, simply because it really looks like real food, even though it's also cultivated, but it looks so fresh and juicy, which is how food is supposed to look like. It is pretty high in oxalates though, so it is still poisonous. And what kind of supplements? multivitamin and some fish oils and these are the macros for that meal so 42 grams of protein 25 grams of fat you could also simply eat raw fish sashimi instead of taking pills which probably don't even work and those multivitamins most definitely don't work because the ingredients are all synthetic that's exactly why you should be eating raw animal foods then you would be getting all of these vitamins which you lack in your man-made stupid diet jesus idiot man and 40 grams of carbs

[video] 5:33 with you guys for meal number two. I'm gonna get the ingredients ready for meal two, so just put it in the Tupperware. So I kinda have this meal ready to go. So there's virtually no prep for this meal. I just use minute rice. You could obviously like pre-cook the rice yourself, but I find this to be a little bit more convenient. Put that in there for a minute, and then I'm gonna weigh out 100 grams of ground turkey. I actually cooked this up yesterday. So I'll just weigh out 100 grams of this cooked.

6:02 three tablespoons 30 grams this is kind of a typical bodybuilder diet they only focus on the macronutrients they cook everything to death until there's no micronutrients left and then they wonder why they all get sick later on in life cheese if i was dieting i'd probably go for a slightly lower fat cheese option but my fats are fairly high so i just go with the tastier

6:29 You probably also like the look of it because it reminds you of how food is really supposed to look like, seeing as our natural food would be bloody.

[video] 6:43 Let's mash all that together, and then for the side, I've got some mixed berries. So over here we've got blackberries, raspberries, and underneath there are some blueberries. So this is about 100 grams of mixed berries, and this is 100 grams of cantaloupe. It is...

6:58 Okay, so he basically eats just macronutrient sludge with no micronutrients left, and then he eats berries which are raw, but 100% full of pesticides, which will destroy your gut microbiome.

[video] 7:12 Excellent source of vitamin A and also vitamin C. Vitamin A in plants!

7:21 You moron! Oh my god. Vitamin A is only found in animal foods. It's an animal vitamin. How can an animal vitamin be found in plants? Oh my god. It's carotenoids, for example. You gotta convert them to vitamin A and human beings can't do that. Oh my god, the ignorance.

[video] 7:40 So that's gonna be the pre-workout meal. I'll eat this and then in about a half an hour, I will have my pre-workout and then I'll train about a half an hour from there. So this will be about one hour out and I will put the macros for this meal.

7:51 And again, the macros and he has no idea about micronutrients. This is such a typical dumb bodybuilder. Those people are just the dumbest on this earth.

[video] 8:01 Gonna eat this and I'll check in with you guys for the workout in a little bit.

8:12 I'm surprised that he could reach that But it's nice and low for him of course He's cute

8:48 And why are you doing this, you slave? Why do you squat man-made metal on a man-made bar for no reason at all, except to kill millions of your cells and age your body? Oh, because you're trying to compensate? Maybe. Maybe you only do it for other people. Maybe you are so insecure that you need to look big, you need to compensate so much that you would do anything for that, even destroy your health.

[video] 9:34 Um, normally I'll leave this a little bit, but, uh... I feel like I could use a little bit of Gatorade right now, so... I'll kind of just sip on one of these.

9:43 Oh, he's also using Bluetooth headphones, from what it seems like. Nice. Straight up going to your brain. Alright.

[video] 9:53 That was a full body workout from my Power Building 2.0 program. I know a lot of you guys are running that. Power Building 3.0, I actually just finished writing that.

10:02 I feel really sorry for him.

[video] 10:08 much of an appetite right away. It usually takes like at least an hour or two for me to feel like I want to eat. So to remedy that, I basically just have a protein shake after I train. So I usually mix up some select protein with some milk.

10:22 Yeah, instead of listening to your body, just gulp down a protein shake. But of course, bodybuilders in general never listen to their intuition in any way at all.

[video] 10:31 I have a piece of fruit, so...

10:34 Just have one of these bananas.

[video] 10:35 And this is a whey casein blend. Yeah, I'm not going to eat this on camera. And so these are the macros for this meal. If you also include the Gatorade that I had intro workout. So this is meal number four. So like my first pretty much solid whole food post-workout meal. So we've got this burrito with... It doesn't look like food at all though. As you can see inside, there's a lot in there and it's a... pretty beefy burrito. I'm just gonna take you guys through how it is that I prepared this here real quick. So there's pretty much an easy way and a slightly harder way to do this. The easiest way is to just cook the chicken in an air fryer. If you want it to taste a little bit better, you can marinade the chicken first. For the marinade, I mixed together half a...

11:21 The easiest way would be to eat a chicken raw. Not that I recommend eating most chicken raw nowadays, most chicken is toxic, but in general.

[video] 11:28 He's really overloading his body with insanely toxic herbs.

[video] 11:43 I butterfly some fresh chicken so the meat is really thin and add that to the marinade, cover that and let it sit for about an hour. So in that time I'll just do a little bit of work or start to prep the veggies. Then I'll pan fry up the chicken in a nonstick pan so you get this nice crisp outer edge from the spices.

11:58 So yeah, again, he has destroyed all of the micronutrients in there. You're only left with some protein seeing as the protein is also destroyed.

[video] 12:06 What the hell is the point of eating man-made vegetables which don't exist in nature?

12:22 In general, but especially for a bodybuilder who's supposed to eat to gain muscle, right? That's kind of the main purpose here. Why would you eat those vegetables at all? Literally, I don't get it. What's the point?

[video] 12:35 in and then let them cook for a few minutes until the peppers start to soften a bit slice the burrito so i'll eat this dip it in a little bit of sour cream and then the thing about main gaining or lean bulking is you tend to have

[video] 12:49 The thing is that that's not even true. If you check out the biological value of the food that he eats, because it's so overcooked, of course he's not getting 48 grams of protein. He's getting maybe...

13:09 24? Really, it's half of that, I'm not overreacting. Fat-wise, it's maybe closer to that, at least he uses some cheese instead of some plant-based oils or whatever garbage people use nowadays. And carbs, okay, maybe that's closer to the truth, yes.

[video] 13:25 So this is my highest carb meal of the day. And then as an alternate meal, sometimes what I'll have is my mom's best chili, which a couple years ago, I think it was a couple years ago, I did a full day of eating and showed you guys this. So I actually have the recipe here. I don't know if I shared that last time or not, but I know a ton of people still like every day email me asking me for that recipe. So I'm gonna link the recipe to my mom's chili down below. That's another like really high fiber, really satiating dinner type meal that I'll have pretty often.

13:47 High fiber, why is it satiating? High fiber isn't satiating at all, by definition, because fiber is the indigestible part of a plant. So the more fiber you have in your meal, the less satiated you're going to feel, seeing as you're not going to be getting any nutrients out of the food. You would be getting them if you would eat actual natural food, such as raw animal foods, then you would feel really satiated because all of the food that you ate, quite literally, the food, will have a lot of nutrients that you will actually be able to absorb. Whereas if you eat a high fiber meal, you don't absorb anything from it.

[video] 14:18 As for me, I'm gonna enjoy the burrito and check in with you guys for the last meal in a little bit. All right, last meal of the day. For this, we're doing a Greek yogurt concoction. So I'm gonna add peanut butter, honey, and Greek yogurt and Splenda. So we are doing three quarters of a cup of Greek yogurt, which has 16 grams.

14:38 Peanut butter is quite toxic in general because of the aflatoxins, lectins, and so on. But also nowadays, the way peanuts are farmed, there's a lot of added toxins to that. And I also just gotta think about his digestion for all the day because he eats so much. There's no problem with eating a lot in general if you eat actual natural food, but pretty much everything that he eats is man-made, which means that he's walking around the house all day long just farting. There's just the smell of his farts everywhere.

[video] 15:09 In general, dairy is usually a pretty good option before bed because it tends to be really slow digesting because of the casein protein. Greek yogurt or cottage cheese are usually...

15:17 Yes, because casein protein is essentially indigestible. It's very hard to digest.

[video] 15:24 If you don't like dairy or if you don't eat dairy for whatever reason, you can make any type of protein more slow digesting by just increasing the fat or fiber content of the meal.

15:33 If you want to add some nuts or... That's pretty much the only true thing he has said in this video.

[video] 15:38 Having popcorn with this meal, that'll help slow the rate of stomach emptying and help give you a more sustained supply of amino acids through the night. Of course, your daily protein intake in total is going to be the most important thing, but If you're looking to kind of optimize, I do think that pre-bed protein is a good opportunity to kind of make sure that you're not risking any muscle loss through the night at a better table.

15:58 Risking muscle loss through the night. What the hell? Does he have some kind of phobia of losing muscle? Is there a word for this? He definitely has a body dysmorphia anyway. This is a pretty easy way to get like a pretty high volume of food, something good to snack on.

[video] 16:13 Throw this in the microwave. Again, that's very wrong because there's no way that he got 25 grams of protein out of that food seeing as

16:30 The protein in peanuts is very hard to digest, especially because of the anti-nutrients. It's impossible that he got 25 grams, but he delusionally believes that. And most bodybuilders don't understand anything at all about food and nutrition. Actually, I don't know of any that understand anything whatsoever. They simply look at the label. Oh, it has that much protein. Okay. I'm just a dumb bodybuilder. Let's put that in my shake. Oh, I just got 100 grams of protein. Wow. No, you just got 50. And that's because you're a freaking moron who doesn't understand anything. Jesus.

[video] 17:02 Just for the sake of being flexible, like I offered some different alternatives. Sometimes what I'll do during the week is I'll just kind of combine the macros from say meal four and meal five and I'll order in some sushi.

17:14 Okay, it doesn't look like there's any raw meat or maybe on the right side Usually sushi should have rice and some kind of raw fish of course the fish nowadays is farm garbage anyway But it would still be better than what he ate in this day of eating in this case It doesn't actually look very good at all sushi has been altered in the West It's not what it used to be

[video] 17:39 Or I'll order some Thai food. I'm not super strict with my tracking targets, but I do try to get in the right ballpark. And I won't track every single day, but on the days that I do track, I do use macro factor. So if you guys are interested, I'll have a little more information about that now. If not, I will see you guys.

17:55 The only thing that I like about him is that he has some good amount of body fat. which makes somebody look younger automatically, but then again, he probably gains and loses weight all of the time. I've never seen any of his videos, so he probably looks a lot different in other videos.

[video] 18:14 In the next video. All right, so before we wrap it up, I want to tell you guys a little bit more about the Macrofactor app. So since this is a video about main gaining, I figured I'd just show you guys how you'd... Okay, I don't care about that.

18:25 Yeah, as I said, he's just a typical bodybuilder who... really has no idea at all what he's talking about. But that's the case with all of them. They have no idea about micronutrients. They only focus on macronutrients. And even those, they get really wrong. But the thing is that, of course, they don't care about human health. all because bodybuilders in general don't listen to their intuition whatsoever they completely go against their body's needs because the body obviously never wants to go to a gym and lift man-made weights or any garbage like that which only slaves do the body doesn't want to be enslaved but because these people are brainwashed they go against their own health and and destroy their bodies in the gym. On top of that, they eat garbage food, which destroys the body even further. And of course, they have no idea about all of the vitamins that they are not getting from these man-made diets.

19:22 Instead, they take supplements which have synthetic ingredients, which the body can't even use. Bodybuilding is basically always about compensating for your looks, which can be your face, your height, as it is in this case, or something else. And it always stems from self-hate or at least from disliking something about your life. Otherwise, you wouldn't torture yourself in the gym. And it is torture by definition. You would simply live a happy life. If you would be happy, but you're not, which is why you keep going to the gym. Thanks for watching.
