0:00 Hey everyone, I'm gonna be reviewing a video called What I Eat to Run 75 Miles a Week by Jeremy Miller.

[video] 0:08 Modern slaves running through the city. Oh my god.

0:33 Oh, sponsored by Puma, of course. Yeah, that's interesting when you look at who owns these companies and Red Bull always is also promoted in these videos because they sponsor these people for a reason. Hey, I like to wear Puma myself, rarely, but what I mean is that they actually sponsor these runners, not that I do any of that.

0:59 Hmm. Once you understand that, you will understand what's going on here. Because when they promote these kind of people, videos, then other people will start doing the same, thinking that it's a good thing.

[video] 1:14 Nutrition is one of the most important pieces of any marathon. I like to break it down into four categories.

1:19 That's actually true. We'll see what he eats. I guess he will drink blood before the marathon, during the marathon, if it's allowed. I think it is, right? Liquids or whatever, right? And...

1:36 A lot of fat and organs, liver shakes. Liver shakes with heart and spleen mixed in because he knows the nutrition is important. So that's what I'm expecting.

[video] 1:49 Categories, your pre-run nutrition, your intra-run nutrition, your post-run nutrition, and your daily nutrition. In this video, I'm gonna walk you through all of those and give you my nutrition approach to marathon training. I usually start my speed workout fueling about 60 to 90 minutes before the workout. All right, guys, it's 5.30 a.m. I gotta whisper. because Brie is still sleeping, but we've got a big speed workout this morning. I'm gonna show you how I fuel before all of my speed workouts. My goal is to get in around 80 grams of carbs, or usually one gram per kilogram of body weight. To do this, I have a Morton Drink Mix 160, That's 40 grams of carbs. I'll mix that in a bottle with 1500 milligrams of sodium, which is one and a half scoops of switchback electrolytes. And I'll drink that together in 20 ounces of water. And then I also had a honey plus gel just to have some real food in my stomach. This is another 18 grams of carbs. So total, we're at 58 grams of carbs so far. And then when I get to the track, I'll have a Morton gel 160.

2:40 So he drinks sugar with artificial minerals, which will accumulate in your body and cause atherosclerosis.

2:54 another 40 grams of carbs which will put us right around 100 grams of carbs before this workout starts it's interesting also people don't really understand that not only does the running itself cause heart disease also of course because of the nutrition the so-called nutrition and the garbage that these people consume is insane

[video] 3:16 i had a dream last night that my coach texted me at this exact moment and said we had a bigger workout we had to do and i almost cried so i hope he doesn't text me now you see he doesn't even like it none of them like it everybody hates doing any of this any kind of exercise it's just a torturous life it is 6 30 a.m we got our boys mason you guys know him already i don't even know his name we got our friend jake

3:41 Ah, this is what people do. It is a bunch of losers. They have nothing to do in their lives, they're completely lost, removed from nature, which is why they just run around in cities for no reason, destroying their hearts and their knees.

4:01 By the way, the word marathon comes from a guy who died running a marathon. That's the irony of it all. There are just stupid people today everywhere.

[video] 4:15 Three mile easy warm up in the books. Y'all want some milk? Right. I only have one shaker though. Do you have a, I assumed you had a shaker. Have you had my milk yet? Post workout nutrition is one of the most important pieces of marathon nutrition. You just put in a big effort, you gotta feel your body, help get nutrients into your muscles. So what I do, as soon as I'm done with my run every single day, is I'll do about, what is this, two cups of raw milk.

4:39 loaded with whoa what the wow that's a turn in this video raw milk what the hell wow okay so it's actually not that bad that's not even that far off from blood huh he actually drinks raw milk wow carbs protein fats vitamins electrolytes yeah exactly it has just about everything Yeah, it's great. It's one of the best things you could possibly drink when you're running, a marathon, exercising, whatever. Wow, awesome. That can actually help you to recover from this at least somewhat, of course. If you would blend in, if you want to drink it, some liver on top of that, then it would be great. Do like 20-30% liver in the raw milk.

5:38 Don't use any stupid mineral supplements, which are fake. Yeah, no supplements at all. And no whey protein, I think that's what he mentioned. Yeah, because you don't need it then. Yeah, just use natural foods. Really, it would not be that bad then.

[video] 5:56 It's a perfect energy drink.

5:58 Okay, that's very cool, even though what he's promoting is gonna destroy a lot of men's lives. I guess that men mostly watch his videos. At least they will drink milk while dying slowly.

[video] 6:16 They like it also. Yeah, that's cool.

6:21 That's the only good thing that he does. Still though, you can drink as much milk, even blood or whatever you want. When you run, you're still gonna destroy your life. Your health is just gonna go completely downhill. You can't eat anything to prevent it because it's so bad for you, it's so stressful.

[video] 6:41 I'll add a scoop of protein powder for some extra protein. So with this total, it's about 450 calories, 45 grams of carbs. I think this much milk has like 30 grams of, sorry, 45 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs, and like 20 grams of fat, I think. So loaded with nutrients and it tastes amazing.

7:01 They always say that, but in this case, it's actually true.

[video] 7:05 Yeah, it's delicious. It's like a strawberry shake. Yeah, it's like, it's like, it's good. It's like a strawberry milk shake. I love it.

7:11 Look at the dark eye circles on the guy. Even the raw milkworm and nothing could prevent it. There's no food on earth that can prevent it because you can see this in every video of any guy that runs that I review or even most of the guys that go to the gym when they overdo it. You will always get dark eye circles from so much stress. It's inevitable and They are pretty insane on this guy. That Norwegian-Swedish Magnus guy, he probably has the worst ones. But this comes pretty close to it. I mean, look at it. It's insane. He also doesn't sleep enough, probably.

[video] 7:49 All right, that's a workout today.

7:52 See you guys back at home.

[video] 7:54 I locked myself out of my truck. Bro. For real? For real? Your keys in there? Yeah. Oh, no. I guess he's getting extra miles today. Bro, my bag's right the f*** there. I opened it. where you can't like detect it.

[video] 8:13 from the track now one of the other main components of running nutrition is the daily nutrition the stuff you do day in day out not just around your run so lately what i've been doing to kick off my daily nutrition is a cup of beef bone broth this stuff is incredible and just one cup of this bone broth there is 16 grams of protein and most of that protein is collagen protein which is for a runner amazing because it's great for your joints your ligament

8:37 Yes, but cooked collagen? What can you really get out of it? I don't think very much. Still, could be worse, really.

8:49 There's no runner that I've reviewed who eats as good as this guy so far.

[video] 8:53 Yeah, if you would be eating it raw.

[video] 9:00 One cup, throw it in the microwave. It's easy, 16 grams.

9:03 Yeah, come on, man. In the microwave? Well, then it's done anyway. Whatever you could have gotten out of it, that will be gone.

[video] 9:10 And I'm gonna make a big breakfast.

[video] 9:19 breakfast this morning it's basically the same breakfast i have every morning i've got some leftover ground bison to heat it up and i've also got some leftover steak that in there as well and then also just cooked up four eggs over easy all right here is our complete breakfast i eat a pretty big breakfast every morning i really kind of only eat two proper meals this is the first one I also don't track calories. I kind of just eat intuitively, I guess, based on how hungry I feel. So I honestly don't know how many calories this is, carbs, protein, any of that. I eat it every single day, basically this exact breakfast. I've got a glass of raw milk, roughly like 16 ounces. I've got my four eggs and ground bison with some steak.

10:02 Wow, he actually has the best diet out of all of these people who exercise. If he would be consuming the eggs raw, could mix them in the milk, for example. And, well, the meat obviously also, ideally. Or even if you wouldn't cook it as much. Still, you've got meat, eggs, milk and fruits. That's almost my diet, except that it's cooked. Really, I can't say much bad about it.

[video] 10:29 I've got three mandarin oranges. I've got this Oikos triple zero protein yogurt. 15 grams of protein and no fat, no added sugar in there. And then I've got a bowl of blueberries and pineapples for some extra carbs and fruit. That's the breakfast for today. It works for me. Daily nutrition is so subjective. Everybody is so different when it comes to nutrition.

10:49 No, how can everybody be different when it comes to nutrition? Doesn't every human being literally need the same nutrients? Obviously.

11:01 What are you talking about? Everybody would be doing good on this kind of diet if it would be raw, ideally. But still, it's a lot better than what most people eat. Really, this guy has a pretty good diet.

[video] 11:15 This is just what works for me. I encourage you to try different things. Try vegan, try carnivore.

11:21 Why are you talking about try vegan, try carnivore? That makes no sense. Vegans don't get over 15 micronutrients because plants don't have them. Why would you try something that malnourishes you?

[video] 11:32 Try high carb, low carb, whatever it is, and just see what makes you feel and perform the best. It is officially...

11:39 Always this weakness, this... Try your thing. Everybody is different. I need to appeal to everybody. Oh, no. God forbid I offended somebody by eating this way. It's okay if you're high carb, low carb, blah, blah, blah. No. How is it okay if it's bad for you? Men need to be the ones who stand strong and give their thoughts and opinions about a topic. Not this, I want to appeal to everybody because I'm so afraid that people are going to reject me. Not everybody is going to love me. How is anything ever going to change if you just appeal to everybody on earth? Then nothing changes. What you need to do is stand your fucking ground and if you see something as correct, which is the way you eat the raw milk for example, then you say, everybody needs to be drinking raw milk.

[video] 12:39 What is this garbage, man?

12:49 Also, what's very funny is where does he say that you can work out or not work out? Running is not for everybody.

13:00 Don't do this. Do whatever you want. Then they don't say that when it comes to diet. when they are afraid of offending people because people follow different diets, then they say that. When it comes to exercise, which most people have been brainwashed to believe is good for you, then they will not say anything. Yeah, there you go. Again, it's just a display of his weakness.

[video] 13:25 I usually let Brie choose what we do for dinner, but I always request there's some sort of protein staple or like a meat staple of the dish. So tonight we're having leftover beef pot roast that Brie made yesterday. A lot of other nights we have steak,

13:40 it's great that he eats so much meat that's exactly what you need to do if you exercise a lot again as i said it's not going to help you in the end you're still going to die from a heart attack most likely if you continue for decades sometimes it just takes a decade or even less sometimes it takes one or two marathons and you die many people die from heart failure during marathons And it also won't prevent dark eye circles, obviously. The thing is just that when you cook meat, and the meat it heats is very overcooked, you destroy over 50% of the nutrients. That's the thing. You can't really get that much out of it anyway.

[video] 14:18 We have beef tacos, things like that. So I eat a ton of beef, lots of beef. I always like to prioritize protein. This beef pot roast was made, what was in this again? In this beef pot roast, we have beef chuck roast, is it chuck roast? In this beef pot roast, we have beef rump roast, fingerling potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and beef bone broth. So it's loaded with protein. Got a little bit of the carbs we need for running, but I love to prioritize protein. One of the biggest things for recovery. What are you doing, sir? Fix your ear.

14:49 Of course he has two dogs instead of children also. A typical weak modern slave man.

14:59 it's just weakness that's what you're seeing here he appeals to everybody because he's so afraid of offending people incredibly weak he has no children again super weak brainwashed maybe who knows what and he runs for no reason and destroys his health this is just a weak weak man maybe if he would on top of the raw milk start eating raw meat He would start waking up, his brain would actually fire up, but he's just asleep. Also, running makes you infertile, by the way. And microwaving your food also.

15:42 Yeah, it's all cool, man, but come on, look at the meat, it's destroyed. There's maybe 20% of the nutrients left that you had in raw meat. It's almost even pointless to eat it.

[video] 15:57 And you already know we're gonna have ourselves a glass of raw milk.

16:01 That's the only thing that keeps him going.

[video] 16:03 Drink at least two to three cups a day. There it is. I'll probably have at least two bowls of this pot roast. Maybe another glass or two of milk. That's dinner.

[video] 16:15 Oh yeah.

[video] 16:21 I present to you fruit soup. I eat this religiously every single night. The best dessert ever.

16:30 He does need a lot of carbohydrates because of all the running, that all makes sense. Using berries is questionable because of the pesticides on berries compared to other fruits. I guess that he doesn't care much about his health anyway. Some pesticides here or there aren't gonna make that much of a difference. Still, you shouldn't do it.

[video] 16:51 It's healthy. It tastes amazing. It's a little addictive.

16:56 The milk would make it healthy if he added raw milk again, or what did he add this time?

17:03 It's addictive because it's an overload of sugar, I suppose.

17:09 It's just berries cultivated once anyway, also. It's just sugar essentially with some minerals and pesticides.

[video] 17:19 Let me tell you what it is. Get yourself some frozen berries.

17:21 I love this triple berry blend from- It doesn't matter if it's organic, they still have pesticides.

[video] 17:27 Costco blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. Make sure they are frozen. Then you'll microwave those for about 30 seconds just to defrost them a little bit. Then you pour in some cream. I use this raw cream from...

17:38 I thought that it's cream, yeah, because it looked thicker. Wait, it's raw cream even? Wow. Wow, this guy gets a lot of raw dairy. That's cool.

[video] 17:48 A local store here in Austin. And then you top it off...

17:51 In Austin, in Texas, yeah, you can buy raw milk like that everywhere. Oh, yeah, I guess. Hmm, very nice.

[video] 17:58 Off with pure maple syrup. It's like a healthy version of ice cream or cereal or I don't know.

18:05 Okay, yeah, if you've got raw cream, really, it is not that bad. I would just replace the berries with some other fruits.

[video] 18:13 Oh, it's delicious. It's amazing. I have it every single night. If you have not tried fruit soup, I highly recommend you give it a shot. Bro, you're drinking so loud. I was going to slobber all over the floor. If you have not tried fruit soup, I highly recommend giving it a shot. It's very good. Oh, that's so good. All right, we've got a seven-mile easy run in the morning, so we'll see you then.

18:42 It's interesting that he didn't show what he does in between the meals, but usually, I think in every video of these guys, they just lay on the couch, watch TV, play video games, or usually they take a long nap, because they're so exhausted. The whole day is just running, sleeping, laying on the couch, and just eating a lot of sugar in between.

[video] 19:05 You take your place, you stay on my mind.

19:10 Why did he have 30 different pairs of shoes?

19:16 Oh, because the sponsor sent him so many shoes? Hmm, okay.

19:23 The thing also here is you've got these two dogs, yeah, you know, cool, yeah, dogs, that's all cool, but if he would have his children there, let's say two children, would he then go out for a run for no reason to destroy his health? No, he would want to be there for his children for as long as possible. So that's the thing.

19:48 When you're so removed from how life is in nature with your family, it's a lot easier to run and destroy your health and life. Whereas if you're actually confronted with reality with your children, you don't really want to do that anymore. I think that it would be a lot different if he would want to go for a run in a second and the children would come up to him and say, Don't go, daddy. I want to spend time with you. Why do you run for no reason? Why do you risk dying from heart failure? Be with us. We love you. It would just be a whole different thing. Not that children would say that. Obviously, I'm joking. Although children would understand how bad it is. Children know how bad running is. They hate doing it. You can never force them to do it. But...

[video] 20:42 Still, they would know intuitively that what he's doing is wrong. A crucial part of marathon training is easy runs. For most people, about 70 to 80% of your total volume when marathon training is easy runs. But how do you fuel for easy runs? Let me tell you, I know everybody's going to have their own philosophies on this, but what works for me is to do all of my easy runs fasted. And there's two main reasons for that. Reason number one, you can teach your body to become more fat adapted, meaning you can teach your body to rely less on carbs, less on glycogen, and more efficiently use fat as fuel.

21:25 This guy is gonna be able to pull off the running for longer than most of these guys who run for no reason to destroy their health. He will destroy his health a lot slower because of the raw milk. Raw cream also, he said, he consumes a lot of raw dairy, you're getting actual real minerals and vitamins which are actually absorbable out of the food. Whereas most of these guys only eat synthetic garbage, some kind of granola bars, sugar drinks,

22:04 When you look at some of them, it's absolutely no surprise that they just drop dead during the marathons. Whereas this guy is actually getting raw fat, and that's rare nowadays. It's not a lot, obviously, because you should be getting most of it from meat, but still... It's just when you compare this to what most of these runners eat... It's actually pretty amazing in comparison. Of course, the meat that he eats is super overcooked. If you would sear it on the outside, a whole different story. But when you have such small pieces and ground meat, then you can't really do that anyway. If you have a thick steak, then it's doable. But it seems like he drinks the raw milk with almost every meal.

22:54 If he wouldn't cook his meat at least that much, not expecting him to eat raw meat, it would be pretty alright. It can offset a lot of the stress, but still in the end, heart failure is very likely written in his future and also the dark eye circles will not go away no matter what you eat because the stress from running, because it's so unnatural for humans to run, It's too much for the body. It's the same with extreme weightlifting. When you go to the gym for one or two hours a few times a week and you just lift metal all the time and stress yourself to the max, then the dark eye circles will just not go away no matter what you do. Afterwards, if you would

23:51 chill and stop with all of the stress, yeah, maybe they will go away, but Right now, no. And that's because really it's just a way to show naturally that a human being is sick. You walk past him, you look at him and think, sick human being. It doesn't matter if you don't say it. You're not even really conscious of it deep down. We see dark eye circles and we think, sick human being, okay, whatever he does, we don't really take it seriously because we just don't take sick people seriously. That's just natural for us to do. Especially when it comes to health advice, but really just in general.

24:37 Only other people who are attracted to self-destruction watch his videos and want to do the same, because they see the dark eye circles and how exhausted he is, and that these guys sleep all day long and think, yes, I want that, because they want to destroy their health also. They're also unhappy with their lives. Somebody who's happy healthy and looks at his videos and the dark eye circles doesn't think, oh, I want to do that. You think, oh, I need to stay away from that. Whatever he is doing, I need to stop doing that. Maybe then you will even unintentionally start thinking that the raw milk is the problem because you see the dark eye circles and you just see what the guy is doing in his videos and you think something that he's doing is wrong. Of course, if you're somewhat smart, you would realize that it's obviously the running

25:31 I wish the guy all the best, but I would be highly surprised if he continues that we won't see a video one day of him dying from heart failure, because this is what happens to most of these guys. Thanks for watching.
