0:00 Hi everyone. As requested, I'm going to be reviewing a video by Jeremy Sears. How men ruin their lives in their 20s. This guy is in his 40s, but it's very clear that he's an alcoholic. check out any of his videos, which means that we will be watching a video of an alcoholic giving advice to young men.

[video] 0:23 Did you know that the frontal lobe of your brain, especially the prefrontal cortex, the part of your brain responsible for things like reasoning, logic, judgment, emotional regulation, you know, little things like that, is not through developing until you're in your mid-20s.

0:40 I've even seen so- What exactly does he mean by that? You can still judge and think when you're in your 20s and even before that, Also, wouldn't that more so be the case for him? Because he probably always used to drink a lot of alcohol, which has been proven to kill your brain cells.

[video] 0:59 Articles that claim it can be as late as 30 for men. So basically, until you're in your late 20s, you're riding the short bus when it comes to decision making. Can you even say short bus? Can you? I don't know. I can't even keep up with what you can and can't say these days.

1:11 That's true. It's pretty hard nowadays with such severe censorship.

[video] 1:16 No, not at all. It's because you get brainwashed to do all of this and when you do it, then, as I said, you kill off your brain cells, because alcohol is a poison. I haven't had alcohol since I was...

1:42 probably 16, and even then it was very little, and that was probably my first and only time in my life. 15, 16, never afterwards at all, although I guess you could say that there's technically alcohol in fermented liver and whatnot, but it's such small amounts, it's negligible.

[video] 2:03 You had to drink that hunch punch that somebody made in their bathtub to hopefully being something resembling a human being by the time you're 30. But never fear, Uncle Jeremy is here to help you young bucks through the murky murky waters that are your 20s. I made my fair share of shit decisions in my 20s just like anybody else. Now being damn near 46, I have some perspective on things that lots of guys do in their 20s that can ruin their lives.

2:25 Maybe we start by calling me... Yeah, the alcohol... You never stop the... I don't know why you give advice about it. The tattoos, you cannot really remove them. You could technically, theoretically, but you would probably ruin your skin because you have way too many.

[video] 2:45 Everything in moderation, including moderation. One of my favorite quotes by Oscar Wilde. I always took this quote to mean, don't do things to the extreme. Don't overindulge, especially in things that could be considered bad for you. But also, don't be afraid to occasionally...

2:59 If something is bad for you, then you should not do it at all. No, if you drink alcohol, then you were brainwashed to do it or you hate yourself because you hate the taste. You know that you're drinking poison. How could you possibly in any way talk yourself into believing that it's just you partying, having fun? Doing something in moderation, which you actually somehow enjoy, it's nonsense, you hate it.

[video] 3:33 Eating half the menu at Waffle House at 3 in the morning, occasionally, like a few times a year maybe, probably isn't going to wreck your shit. Let's be honest, if you haven't been in or almost been in a fight at Waffle House at 3 in the morning, well, you're a better person than me, let's just say that. But if you're getting shit-faced regularly, partying every week, that can lead you down the wrong path. If you have an addictive personality, it can lead to alcoholism or drug addiction, which is bad at any age, but you certainly...

3:55 Yeah, which you suffer from.

[video] 4:02 Or waking up next to something that looked like maybe a strong 9 or 10 last night, but now in the sober light of day looks more like a North Dakota 4, which if my math is mathin', that's like a Florida 1. Looking like Jabba the Hutt, Bigfoot, and Janet Reno had a love child. For those of you too young to remember Janet Reno, maybe Rachel Levine might be a good moderate equivalent. Realistically, that's the best that he could get.

4:35 Yeah, you eat right. What did he show? What was that? Some kind of vegetables or fruits with meat? Okay, the meat is obviously good. If it was raw, of course, it would be even better. And then you lift weights, but lifting weights is literally the definition of self-destruction. You severely age yourself. You destroy the cells. You actually kill the cells in your body by lifting weights. It's extreme stress for the body.

5:04 Do it if you want to, call it whatever you want, but don't call it beneficial. When you lift weights, you need to know that you only lift weights for other people and you destroy your health. As long as people know this, lift weights or do whatever you want in your life. It's just that a lot of people are delusional, just like this guy. and want to talk themselves and other people into believing that they do it for themselves, which nobody does, and that it's good for you. They are saying the so-called opposite of what weightlifting is about. You only do it for other people and you only destroy your health.

[video] 5:42 in your 20s, it will be easier to maintain that level of fitness when you get older and it gets harder to do so.

5:49 How does that make sense? Does he mean that you will be more adapted to lifting up metal from the ground and then putting it back down, as in deadlifting? Yes, of course. If you adapt your body to deadlifting, then you will be better at deadlifting, even when you're 40, of course.

6:09 Yeah, of course, it's adoption. I don't get his point.

[video] 6:15 A lot of health issues are also cumulative. People don't generally get diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol just overnight. People don't generally...

6:24 How does he put high cholesterol and diabetes in the same box? Statistically, people who have higher cholesterol live longer. People who have diabetes have an illness. They consume too many carbohydrates.

[video] 6:40 Really go to bed thin at 29 and wake up 30 morbidly obese. It is a slow and gradual process of not being active and eating like shit year after year.

6:50 No, you can only become obese from food. Except if you work out, of course, that's a different kind of obesity from having too much muscle. But if you talk about having too much fat, then... You can only have it by eating too much food. What else? How else can you become obese? How else can you create fat? Literally only with food. What else? Nothing.

[video] 7:15 Eating McDonald's four times a week, getting four hours of sleep and slugging down energy drinks like you're sponsored by Red Bull may not hit you immediately, but it certainly isn't setting you up for success later in life. I talked about this in my last video on how to unfuck your life and in a video similar to this one I did about three years ago. And that's because I see a disturbing trend, especially here in America. People are more...

7:33 Yeah, of course, he uses this clip as if the fat guy is deciding, do I eat the burger? The cheese and the meat would actually make him slimmer. The carbohydrates and the insulin is what's gonna make him fat. Or am I gonna choose to work out and to burn the calories, so to speak? You could also just eat naturally and lose the weight that way. There's no need to exercise. It's just stupid they always say this. This guy has no idea what he's talking about.

[video] 8:03 You get a daily face wash to clean you up, an exfoliating scrub to knock all that dead skin off, an AM moisturizer with 20S.

8:09 Wouldn't it be better for women to advertise this for other women? Do guys actually use this? That's crazy, man. All that you need for good skin is animal fat, organs and sunlight. Good skin is created from the inside. You cannot create good skin from the outside, except again for sunlight. But even then, that is technically produced on the inside.

[video] 8:36 Again, sunlight. Yeah, just go into Jesus. God. What is wrong with those girls here?

8:40 Anyway, this advice is of course good if you want to save non-existing money.

[video] 8:47 I get it, in the system, of course, we all need money.

9:06 But is it worth even making a video about it? There's way more important things in life.

[video] 9:15 What do you get when you cross an underdeveloped frontal lobe, crazy high levels of testosterone, and probably the highest sex drive you'll ever have in your life? Well, one, a very high probability of it burning when you pee.

[video] 9:28 But also an unhealthy obsession with women. If guys in their 20s put as much effort into their...

9:33 What does he mean by an unhealthy obsession? The reason you have this drive is for you to reproduce.

9:43 Why would you put anything into your career and finances? The number one thing you need to focus on as a young man is to be with a woman, to reproduce. That's literally the purpose of what... What? That's why you have the high testosterone. That's why you look good and youthful when you're young. That's the whole purpose. Why would you focus on anything else than what you're naturally supposed to do with that kind of a body? It's freaking biology 101. What is this guy talking about? Freaking alcoholic advice, there you go.

[video] 10:21 Be rich by the time they were 30. Guys spend a ton of money on flashy cars and dumb shit because they think it's gonna impress women. Lots of wasted nights in bars. Not to mention the epic time suck of crappy relationships with women that you got hooked up with solely because they looked great in a bikini and they could suck star to Harley. Trust me. Most of these girls will eventually take you on a ride on the crazy train.

10:39 Relationships that start off from a drunk- Sounds like he had some bad experiences.

[video] 10:45 Night in a bar. Usually, I'm not gonna say every single time, but usually are not the ones that are gonna last. I'm not saying not to have fun. Your 20s are a time to have fun and do shit like such. I've actually kind of always thought that getting that crap out of your system in your early 20s will make you a better husband later in life. But we'll talk more about that later. Don't put all your effort into chasing ass. Put an equal amount of effort into getting your life squared away. Your job, your career, finances, health.

11:06 Job, finances, fitness. There is no such thing as fitness. You can only be fit for something specific. Does he mean fit at being able to lift metal? Yeah, great. So you start lifting metal in your 20s and then when you're 45, then you can still lift metal. Oh, wow. Oh, wow, you can still lift metal. Or maybe you can lift metal when you're 55, 65.

11:34 What the fuck does it matter?

11:37 Why would it matter that you're able to lift metal anyway? Idiot.

[video] 11:44 All the things. Your twenties are kind of your framing for the rest of your life. Building a good foundation will help you be more successful and happier later in life. A foundation built from excessive bar tabs and one night stands may be less than optimal.

11:56 Okay, that's most likely true, but you, from what it sounds like, partied yourself when you were younger and now you drink a lot of alcohol still in your 40s. It doesn't sound like you learned anything.

[video] 12:15 20s move along, it's inevitable. Your single friends are going to start dropping quicker in the panties on prom night. And before you know it, you're surrounded by married people. And with that comes the increasing pressure to join team married. One of the biggest factors of a guy being successful is having the right partner. Being married to the right person can not only make your life way better, but also more successful. Having that person that cares for you, supports and shares your dreams and goals can be a powerful thing in building the life you want.

12:40 Not really, that's not what a man is looking for. Sure, that's all fine, but really a man is looking for somebody attractive that he can f***. that he can reproduce with. That's what will make a man happy. Sharing some interests or whatever, support, it's all cool, it comes naturally, so to speak. Not that you need similar interests, but the support that a woman would give you, your family, of course, yeah, sure. But it sounds like he's implying that that's what you should be looking for in the first place and that that's what will make our relationship work and last. But that's not the case whatsoever.

[video] 13:26 But the reverse of that, being married to the wrong person, can really make life a big old pile of suck. Be careful when you're deciding to pop the question and put a ring on it. I made that mistake early in life. I married the wrong person. In retrospect, I think I saw all...

13:40 That's all true, but what is marriage even? Marriage doesn't even exist. It's just some paper that you sign or some ring that you put on somebody. That's nothing. You cannot be married to somebody. It's all in your head. It just means that you find somebody attractive and you want to reproduce with them. That's when you get married to somebody. And maybe in the slave system, it's financially sometimes beneficial to get married.

14:12 Who cares if you get married to somebody who you're not together with anymore? The marriage didn't exist in the first place. I just don't get his point. It's just irrelevant. Some relationships simply don't work out. Whatever, move on.

[video] 14:26 This is the best time to do it. Traveling is the one thing I wish I would have done a little more of in my 20s. If you live here in the US, you don't even have to leave the country if planes and boats aren't really your jam. You can see some really awesome stuff and epic road trips right here in the good old US. This place is...

14:41 That's true. There is a lot to see, a lot of nice so-called natural spots. North California. Yeah, all over the place really. What?

15:10 That's the worst advice by far. You should have kids right away when you naturally, biologically can. And that's because it's natural. That's literally nature telling you to have children. The later you have children, the worse it's going to be. Horrible advice. These times when you have high testosterone, are exactly the times to have children. That's literally your body telling you to reproduce. I don't know how much clearer it could be. Oh my god. You didn't really give any good advice whatsoever. Some of it was just kind of in the middle, some of it was pretty horrible, especially now at the end. I don't get what a 20 year old is supposed to get out of this.

[video] 16:08 A few more of these videos every so often, so the whole channel just isn't about, you know, products and different things and cool stuff and this. Occasionally, it's just sitting down, having a little talk with you guys. You know, I feel like now that I am in my mid-40s, I do have some life experiences to share. It's important to me.

16:20 What life experiences exactly? You got drunk and now you're still drinking a lot of alcohol. By definition, he's an alcoholic. You pump yourself full of poison. Why would somebody who's in his 20s now... Take your advice. If you got to the point where you hate your life, yourself, to the point where you actually consume poison, then it's over. It's exactly the kind of human being nobody should be listening to, right? Wouldn't you say so yourself? If somebody would tell you when you were 20 years old that you should listen to this 45-year-old guy who consumes poison, then you would say, no, that means that something went wrong in his life. He is somebody that I should not be taking advice from.

[video] 17:15 That all you guys are healthy and happy and achieve your goals. So if there's anything...

17:21 But you're not even healthy and happy yourself. It looks like he has a pretty big gut. Partly from the alcohol, probably. He probably generally eats a garbage diet. Most people do nowadays. It wouldn't surprise me.

[video] 17:33 They can say they can help maybe steer you down the right path or give you some motivation. That's great.

17:38 But what exactly is your motivation that people should drink alcohol? That's what you do. You cannot talk about a healthy lifestyle, but then do something else.

17:51 not having children when you're naturally supposed to have children, then wait until your 30s to have children, even though you would not be able to attract an attractive girl anymore, because you're not attractive yourself anymore. Focus on your finances, money which doesn't exist, a career which doesn't exist, to be a slave of some company, your boss. You're basically just promoting slavery.

[video] 18:22 So we're gonna start throwing these videos in every now and then. Hope you guys like them. But before we go, we gotta do the giveaway from last video, which last video we were giving away one of the new Viskies we dropped, but we did the two-

18:38 Imagine some 20 year old guy watches this video and actually starts drinking whiskey because of this guy. Oh my god. How can you say all of this that you want people to be healthy and give them good advice? Oops. But at the same time, Promote whiskey in your video. These 20-year-old guys who watch your video will then think about maybe drinking whiskey and become alcoholics like you. And this video just got way worse.

[video] 19:12 Chill vs. Chill? Wow, great. Congratulations, man. You just won the possibility of becoming an alcoholic.

[video] 19:38 How is a bottle of poison a prize exactly? In his deluded so-called world, it is, yeah, okay. His channel is probably full of losers in their 40s, 50s, who are alcoholics for the most part.

20:05 And then some very few young guys who probably get pulled into his channel now with this video, who will become the same.

[video] 20:12 I still don't get what kind of motivation you're supposed to get out of this video. To get money which doesn't exist.

20:35 To climb the career ladder in some company which is in your head, which also doesn't exist. That's it. I don't see anything else. To get better brands of whisky? To look for better poison? To not have children until it's too late for you? I don't get the point of this video. What exactly was the advice that you were giving to people? You're in your mid-forties. You failed at life. It's very clear. And now you're giving these people advice who could do everything differently.

21:25 But they probably won't, because you will somehow get them into trying out whiskey and they will continue destroying themselves, because they have some kind of trauma, hate themselves for whatever reason. Otherwise, you wouldn't be consuming alcohol. People who consume alcohol... are trying to somehow cope with their reality, they want to escape from whatever is bothering them, whether it's in the moment or some kind of trauma from the past.

21:57 If somebody close to you died, then maybe you cannot deal with it, which is why you start drinking a lot. That's a very typical case, for example. Imagine if you, after this video, do some alcohol now and then, Start focusing on money, finances, don't have children. Yeah, then you're gonna become an alcoholic. If that's the kind of life you live, how could you not even? You will be so miserable, there's not even much of a way around it. Really, this was just a way for him to get more people into alcohol. And for him to then profit from these people. That's the only thing I got out of this video. Thanks for watching, guys.
