0:00 what's up i'm going to be reviewing the video called one dollar versus one million dollar diet by jesse james west

[video] 0:09 I'll be trying every level of a diet. Oh, thank you. Including an anti-aging billionaire's diet, food by a celebrity chef, and everything in between. All to find out what role money really plays when crafting the perfect diet. Starting off with the $1 dorm room diet. Let's go, we're in college! Yeah! We got some ramen noodles cooking up. Let me see them. Let me see them. What you got here? We got that top ramen diet. Listen, when I was in college, every single night I would have one top ramen.

0:41 A lot of college students eat noodles, rice, also bread, all the slave food, grain sludge. And of course, then they cannot think, seeing as their brain doesn't work. And then it's easier to control you. You learn absolute nonsense and you have no idea.

[video] 1:05 Calories. If your brain would function, then you would understand that food has no calories.

[video] 1:20 My energy needs. So for a dollar, you get 1500 calories. However, you'd also be consuming about four times the amount of sodium you should be in a typical day, which doesn't even...

1:31 Yes, they add a lot of sodium, all kinds of spices to imitate savory natural foods, which is impossible, but they try to. They try to imitate animals.

[video] 1:44 Come close to some of the diets I'll be trying later in this video. Listen, it might be a dollar, it might not be good for you, but it tastes good. Let's get to the next one.

1:53 It's just a perfect slave food. You eat grain sludge noodles, but you don't really think about it because of all the ingredients.

[video] 2:05 Oh, and yeah, along with the calories, I'll also be giving you the macros for each of these diets, which for this next one could be pretty helpful, as you might want to implement it into your own life. $10 diet! Three meals, two snacks, 10 buckaroonies, all you need. And for this one, I got my sister-in-law, Kennedy Walsh, to help me out. $1.71 for breakfast. We've got three eggs, three egg whites, 80 grams of oats. So for $1.71, you can just get some protein, you can get some carbs. I wish I liked oatmeal. This is... Are you, like, trying to feed me? No. You got hands? Use them.

2:32 This is what you would expect for $10. Garbage.

[video] 2:36 $10 diet's breakfast that's got a bowl of oatmeal for only 26 cents, and then the egg.

2:41 Right, oatmeal is cheap. Famine food.

[video] 2:44 Which is $1.45. And already, just with this breakfast, we're at more grams of protein than we would be after a full day of eating ramen noodles. Ooh, it's thick. It's thick. It's like glue. Cheers. Cheers. Oh, God. It's so stuck in my throat. How'd you swallow that? I'm good at swallowing. Ask my cameraman.

[video] 3:01 Great, as always.

3:05 Awesome humor, I'm just laughing myself to tears.

[video] 3:09 Again, grain sludge with, what, some grain sludge on top?

3:25 Exactly, again. Okay, seed slime. It's not a grain. It's a legume. Legume slime. Grain sludge slime with legume slime on top. Yeah, that's what you get for fucking $10. Eat it up.

[video] 3:44 I hate it. I really do. I would never eat that.

[video] 3:53 Brown rice and fresh spinach.

3:55 Green leaves, super nice. Which tasted about as bland as it looked.

[video] 4:00 We got 32 grams of protein, which is not bad.

4:02 That could literally be dirt and I would- It's so disgusting to actually eat green leaves.

4:09 What a crazy video. Everybody who eats green leaves is insane.

[video] 4:14 Then with this diet, before dinner, you could have another snack. Although this snack was a little bit unconventional. Now, you tell me who was eating raw oats on top of their yogurt like that. This looks...

4:27 That's the funny thing. Those are not even raw oats. Those are the processed oats. Raw oats straight from the flower. Yes, they come from flowers, in case you didn't know. Those look completely different. Look it up. looks like actual seeds and that you would never eat raw it's basically inedible it will destroy your gut and all of this will anyway all of this is sprayed with glyphosate by the way but hey maybe looks are deceiving get that out of my face that's wrong that's so wrong why is it so sour then for Yes, it's wrong because it goes against your intuition, your nature. Try eating actual raw oats, the seeds.

[video] 5:18 Once again on this $10 diet, you can have another bowl of super bland tasting lean protein. We got a little tuna rice and veggies with one egg. Honestly, this might not be too bad. I really like canned tuna.

5:30 Canned tuna? You will get heavy metal poisoning. Really, don't do it. Freak.

[video] 5:40 And the problem with this is that he ignores what he's actually eating. He talks about the protein, carbs, fat, calories.

6:00 prove any of this whatever but the point being he doesn't actually talk about the glyphosate all of the pesticides herbicides found in the seeds also on the outer layer of the fruits sometimes even maybe inside depending on what kind of fruits you're eating seeing as the plant absorbs everything that's in the ground it tries to filter it out but can it filter out everything Not according to the tests that have been done. He doesn't actually talk about what he's eating. He doesn't talk about this reality, what's real. He talks about abstract ideas. What does any of this matter? Money also doesn't exist. You see those symbols on the screen and then you look at it, but none of this matters. What matters is that you're eating slime which was baked into a form or a

7:00 those long strings the noodles i was talking about bread and then you swallow that this is what he should talk about that you're eating baked slime or strings of slime with the drugs essentially which are supposed to cover up the taste or mask it in a way that you don't understand what you're eating. And they even admit that you cannot eat the processed oats. Those were not even actual raw oats. It was not the whole seeds that you were looking at.

[video] 7:40 I'm going to say you are worth it, but our next diet is going to require an airplane all the way to Los Angeles because it's here where you can find everyday items way more expensive than everywhere else. If that's part of the marketing, then it's great. Who knows?

8:13 Maybe they told them to go and shop there. Once or twice. And then everybody goes there. And then you see something. You buy a piece of fruit for $10. And that's how they make money. It's possible that the celebrities never actually go there.

[video] 8:31 I would not be interested in doing. But today, I'll make an exception.

8:35 And, uh...

[video] 8:37 celebrities usually have somebody who shops for them anyway there are so many people here it's insane my goal is to find the most expensive items that an influencer in la would buy so i navigated my way around the store trying to find the most expensive breakfast lunch and dinner i could possibly assemble and it didn't take long for me to find a ridiculously priced item all right we got a hundred dollar olive oil

[video] 9:00 $100. Are you? No, I'm not.

9:05 What the fuck? Will Tennyson? Oh my god, that's funny. They really make similar content. Their content is horrible. And both of them look

9:20 10 years older than they are. I only recently found out that he's 26, I believe. I always thought that he's around my age. I thought that he's in his mid-30s, always, when I watched his videos. Maybe I looked it up in the past, but whenever I see his videos, when I review them, I never watch them by myself, obviously, I would never, then I just think that I'm watching a 35-year-old. And Will Tennyson looks like he's maybe not 10 years older than he actually is, although sometimes he does, but he does look five, six years older than his chronological age.

[video] 9:59 All good, bro. Bro. Is he trolling me?

[video] 10:05 Next time I'm saying yes. And then I went on an absolute tear, buying anything I possibly could that looked to be overpriced in any way, shape, or form. I'm allergic. $524. Never again. After completing my shopping, I made my way outside to have my first meal, which was...

10:28 bad acting, realistically he makes a ton from his YouTube videos and everything else.

10:50 He has $500, which he wants to spend for this segment of the video, but he goes and buys bread, because that's just all that he can find in his brainwashed mind. Even if he would have to spend $5,000, he would still go and buy bread. Farmed salmon. Okay. Right.

[video] 11:16 Because it doesn't make any sense.

11:38 You can easily get wild caught fish served in sushi restaurants.

[video] 11:44 Never heard of him. What is that on top? Looks like raw meat, but I guess that it's not. Is it some kind of sauce?

12:02 Looks better than what he had before, obviously not worth 25k.

[video] 12:05 Chefs are a joke.

12:18 I understand why some celebrities rich people pay chefs. Sure, but in general, they simply try to make inedible food taste good. They also make some raw meat dishes, steak tartare, carpaccio. they are also good at that the higher level chefs but generally they just try to make noodles potatoes and bread taste good somehow it's all about as i said Making non-food items into food.

13:01 And it also promotes this obsession with recipes, different foods, as if there is such a thing. As a human being, you're supposed to hunt down animals and you're supposed to eat them raw. You're supposed to drink their blood, eat their organs, liver, brain. bone marrow, whatever you want to. You should be doing whatever you want to in general, naturally, obviously.

13:28 And this is of course seen as abnormal food today, even though it's the most normal food out of everything. It's just that chefs promote these non-food items, all the fake food, and they try to make it palatable. That's why I don't like the whole idea of chefs and recipes.

13:57 Also, if you eat natural food, then you don't crave anything else. You don't crave any of this. Pizza, pasta, anyway, as if anybody really does. People are addicted to it because they are sick.

14:15 They are not eating natural food, so they crave something all the time. But what can you crave naturally? Only what's natural for you. You can feed a cow the most luxurious bread on earth, the best seeds, but At its core, a cow wants to eat nice and fresh grass, and that will never go away. A human being will always want to drink blood, eat liver, and so on. It will never go away. That's why I cannot respect any of these people.

[video] 14:52 Vanilla is poisonous.

[video] 14:58 Sashimi, alright.

15:29 As I said before, farmed salmon. Weird.

[video] 15:34 It's spicy, it's funky, it's citrusy.

15:56 you need all of those spices when you eat farmed salmon because it's toxic you can easily get food poisoning when you eat that but when you use the spices lemon and all of that then you will neutralize and destroy a lot of the toxins

[video] 16:18 Getting a celebrity chef to cook you food is one thing, which Josh did an amazing job of. I would pay that much money just to see him for a day. But what if you yourself are the celebrity?

16:26 Our next diet is gonna answer... Makes absolutely no sense. Some of that was alright, but for 25k, even for 1000 dollars, you could buy some really good food. Grass-fed meat, the best organs, liters of blood. You could buy a lot. But when you're brainwashed, you don't realize it. It doesn't matter how rich you become. When you're brainwashed, you're brainwashed. You're a slave for life, most likely.

[video] 16:59 The celebrity diet. I'm talking rented out restaurants, fancy meats, and don't forget, paparazzi. All right, that one's for myself. I just want to get a cool paparazzi photo as if I'm, like, walking into a restaurant. Basically, my thinking with this diet is there's a lot of benefits of being a celebrity, but going out in public is not one of them. So sometimes celebrities will rent out entire restaurants just to be able to go out to dinner, because otherwise they'll get paparazzi ambushed and then become a viral clip. At the beach. And so, to fully understand this tragedy, I rented out three restaurants of my own.

17:25 It's very interesting. This guy is severely brainwashed because for the 25k he got some YouTuber to make the food for him. It's a joke. And now he's renting out restaurants. Why is he doing all of this? It's because... Maybe he doesn't have access to really good food, that's possible, but it's clear that he doesn't know what good food is. He doesn't know what healthy food is. That's what's going on here. Because otherwise, he would have ordered some wild-caught fish, super expensive fatty tuna, swordfish bone marrow. That costs a lot, but it's possible to do it. This is all a joke.

[video] 18:11 We've got steak and eggs with little hash browns. This is by far my favorite food, by the way. We have avocado toast with an egg on top. Why the 100k? It's a joke.

18:20 Maybe you would spend $1,000 like this.

18:31 Restaurant also provided me with this power bowl that I didn't even ask for which I okay the renting out maybe costs more I have no idea sure but not 100k obviously he didn't spend it it's probably some subscriber who said hey you can film the video here for an hour that's it it's a stupid video oysters crab imperial and imperial sauce on top

[video] 18:57 Oh my god, that is the greatest tasting thing I've ever had in my life. If this is that good, I can't imagine what dinner's gonna be like. And then last but not least...

19:03 He actually had some oysters. That's, uh, good.

[video] 19:07 It was time to try the cod.

[video] 19:12 Yeah, buddy! This is some good food, bro. Overall, amazing meal. Time to recharge.

19:22 He makes a reference to the guy in the wheelchair. Does he look up to him?

[video] 19:29 So we've got dinner. And not just any dinner, because along with renting out the restaurant like a celebrity would, I also have a special guest joining me. But I think someone might have told the paparazzi, because right when I was about to go inside... Oh no. Oh no. Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, hey, hey, hey, take it easy. What? I've never had a paparazzi. What did you say? I bet you it's 350. Wow, this is great. What? How did I get so strong? I've been tracking my calories in progress on macro factor. Have you heard of it? No, I haven't. Why not just hire a coach? Isn't it more expensive? It's actually not more expensive than a coach. It's actually cheaper, bro. Look, look, look. Let me show you. All you do is track your calories daily. It'll adjust your calories for you, whether you're trying to gain weight, lose weight. It makes it nice and simple, okay? Fake daddy? I'm not a fake daddy. I'm going inside, guys. Jesus Christ. What? No, listen. The app, yes. It has AI photo tracking and barcode scanning. It's super simple. It makes it really easy to make progress. I gotta go inside. I'm meeting someone special.

[video] 20:22 After escaping the paparazzi, I met up with my special guest, who is none other than my mother. I also changed into this suit so that I could match the setting a bit better. I gotta say, being in this nice restaurant with my mom made me realize that it has been a while since I've spent just some nice quality time with her. And so it was actually really cool to have her with me on this night as I was renting out this restaurant as a fake celebrity, because I really do cherish any moment that I get to spend with my parents. Then again, let's not forget why we're here. Bring me the meat! Oh yeah, baby. Woo! Tan for reference. Oh my gosh.

20:45 What did she do to herself? She used to look different. Is it some kind of fillers or what? Looks really strange.

[video] 20:53 It says it's 2,100 calories. Okay, let's see you eat it. If you want to check out Macrofactor to transform your body and life, click that first link in the description, use code Jesse and get two weeks for free. Now that you know what this place is capable of, are you ready to dig in? Yes. Okay, let's bring out the first course. Oh, we already got some steak going. Come in, get in here, bro! Would you like this as prime salone picanha? Uh, sure, whatever, man. And just like that, our first plate of steak had arrived.

21:14 Is it a Brazilian restaurant? Those places are good.

[video] 21:19 I feel like this is the first time we've ever had fancy steak. Mmm.

21:24 and then about 30 seconds later it was time for the second plate of steak and he's back it costs around 100 or 200 dollars depending on the restaurant not 100k but whatever

[video] 21:42 all right mom love you thank you for thinking of me happy birthday leblanc steak you've outdone yourself dude appreciate you thank you for having us man for real this is my college dorm room neighbor let's go to the next diet owner i told you i told you he knows the owner or somebody who works there and that's why they allowed him to film there

22:02 Nothing wrong with that, just say it as it is, it was obvious anyway.

22:08 Okay, no celebrity eats this, uh... You have no idea what you're talking about. You're living in a different reality, man.

[video] 22:18 Let's see how this one million dollar diet compares to all the previous ones I've chosen, which is worth a million dollars because of the insane amount of research that goes into perfecting this diet over the course of a year. And this research is done by your favorite 18-year-old.

22:29 Oh my god. Oh my god. What the fuck is wrong with you, man? Do you understand that you just debunked your whole video?

[video] 22:43 research into bitter plants man-made food some kind of seeds what research man you taste it and you know that it's bad for you doesn't cost you anything

23:07 research of discovering what's best for you or everyone or like how what is what is being discovered with this research everybody so this everybody exactly eat a vegan diet or plant-based and get some blood from your son that's what he did this is not based on brian johnson this is okay population level foods like what is yes one million dollar diet exactly what do we have there flowers flowers obviously has to be part of it One flower costs 10k. It's not as if you can just pick them outside. No, no. It's not as if the supplements that you pay $50 for come from wild plants that they pick outside. No, no, no. It's good for you, those bitter capsules that you take.

[video] 23:53 What do you mean? You cannot eat that and survive.

24:02 You're on a million supplements, powders, and you still look insanely sick. And really, it's probably because of that, actually.

[video] 24:12 What serves a human being the best?

24:19 It's not what you're naturally supposed to eat. It's not at all as if humans in nature live to over 150. They look super healthy. They are stronger than anybody today. No, eat plants and look like him. He looks incredibly sick. How can we take advice from him? What a horrible ending for a horrible video.

[video] 24:46 What fat? Seed oils?

25:07 this meal that's because brian actually eats flowers is there like protein in them i'm guessing it's probably just dietary yeah he actually does he really does that's how crazy he is

25:20 Just look at him. Look at what the flowers are doing to him. And by the way, in case you think, oh, wow, he eats flowers, you also probably do. Broccoli is a flower. Cauliflower is a flower. There's flowers out there that people actually eat today.

[video] 25:37 Okay, I'm excited. 33 grams of protein and no meat. That's pretty solid. Where's mainly all the protein coming from? Chickpeas? Chickpeas, lentils.

[video] 25:46 Yeah, go ahead. Dig in and grab some lentils. And also, the chickpeas have a nice crisp to them, because we put them in the oven. Let's eat the flour. Yeah, that's fun. gardening nice charm but with all these fancy ingredients it got me wondering where brian actually gets all this food so do you source like organic super organic food so we don't because we've been testing foods for the past couple years we have found that organic is kind of worthless no that's what i've been telling you are you for real yeah for real some of the foods that have the worst toxin profile are organic

26:17 Yeah, I know. Yes, because they simply use different kind of pesticides or organic pesticides.

[video] 26:27 Yes, the obsession with fat when you're not eating animals, dairy also. Dairy is also a substitute technically for actual animal fat, but still it comes from animals at least.

[video] 26:53 Flaxseed, sunflower lecithin, berries, pomegranate juice.

27:01 Yeah, when you get 30 ingredients and you make macadamia nuts into a nut butter, then you have something buttery, fatty, and that's why you like it. But it's all because you want to eat animals. That's the actual reason why you create all of these recipes. And that's what I meant before. And this is what chefs do today. That's why I'm against all of that. Hmm?

[video] 27:32 Is it like melted ice cream? It is. It's like a healthy melted ice cream.

27:37 Exactly. Healthy, he says. I totally delusional. Mega delusional.

[video] 27:43 Smoothie bowl. Almost acai-ish. This is fire. This is like dessert. Then we had a shot of olive oil, which is something Brian does every single day. Good for the whole body. Bottoms up.

27:55 Good for the whole body. And if you drink the whole bottle, then you go to the hospital. Makes sense.

[video] 28:02 Make the throat burn a little bit? A little bit. Burns a little, but I'm kind of feeling like... Kale, toxic cabbage, same thing essentially, just not as toxic. You can tolerate cabbage obviously, but it comes from the same family.

[video] 28:36 Almonds and ginger.

28:41 Ginger will destroy your gut. This will never last. Brian Johnson will for sure give up.

29:09 Greek yogurt is way better than anything you just had.

[video] 29:12 Synthetic vitamins which are toxins. I bet you that every ingredient has an LD50 value.

[video] 29:37 We said to get everything we've structured in the evidence from food alone, your diet would be something like 18,000 calories. Wow. You just couldn't do it. But I'm pretty happy. It's pretty hard to get these kinds of...

29:50 These people really believe that your health comes from outside of nature, that it can be man-made, that you can research and... Find health somewhere, as if it's not inbuilt, innate. As if you were not born knowing what you're supposed to eat.

30:15 That's the thing, you don't know it, you believe it, religiously. You believe this guy? Who looks that sick? What's up with you?

[video] 30:25 That is a diet, guys.

30:26 Man, if a guy like that would stand in front of me, I would run away. And if he would give me food, then I would look at it and say, thank you for telling me what I'm never supposed to eat. That's what I would learn from it. Never eat what he eats. None of that. Nothing that he eats is healthy. Man, you didn't even go to any actual billionaires. Okay, he doesn't have the connections. I understand that. But you didn't look at what people eat when they can buy whatever they want to.

31:06 Really bad video.

[video] 31:08 He also has some kind of oil smeared on his face. Everything to look better and he still looks super bad.

[video] 31:24 Jesse James West is for sure one of the worst YouTubers ever. So much ignorance. It's almost unbelievable. How can you be wrong in every video?

31:47 You always lie to people. You have no idea what you're talking about. You make a video about expensive food, but you don't actually do the research or understand what wealthy people eat. He ate some seafood, oysters also, but really wealthy people eat all kinds of raw seafood, raw animal foods. Steak tartare, but that's not even that expensive. It can even be pretty cheap in some places.

32:28 It's so easy to find out all of this also. How can you make a video about it and just spew absolute nonsense the whole video? And then you go to Brian Johnson in the end, a guy who looks like he's dying because of his horrible diet, and you promote it as a $1 million diet? What are you talking about? For $1 million, you could buy... wild animal blood, natural blood, the best natural organs, wild-caught fish from deep in the ocean, the best kind, you could be eating the brain and bone marrow from huge fish, anything you want, whales from Japan, just anything, and you go to a guy who eats

33:23 a vegan diet and gets blood from his son because of how sick he is from the food that he's eating.

33:35 None of this made any sense. It's just strange that you have this idea to make a video like this. and then show some garbage that you eat in restaurants. That's exactly what I said in many of my videos. When you grow up as a slave, you will most likely stay a slave. I eat way better food than anything that you saw in this video, and it doesn't even cost that much, but you just need to understand what you're supposed to eat. When you don't understand it, Money isn't going to help you. Money is in your head. It doesn't even exist. It's not a physical object. And that's why no matter how much money you get in your head, it will never change your slave mind. Thanks for watching.
